I ordered the puma bag on 25th June its almost 10 days and I haven't heard anything from puma when I called I was told that the product was defective and we will send you the product when its available. Now the product is in stock from last 3 days still there is no response nor are you guys delivering the product nor you called to cancel the order. I am a person using lots of puma product its disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism...

I had purchased stuff from PUMA store in R City Mall, Ghatkopar on 13th June 2015. The total amount of the bill was 7518. The Receipt No is 22567.
