Exchange of puma vesta SDL Footwear,
I bought this footwear from Puma store, Lulu Mall, Ernakulam. Seeing the heel unusually rounded, I asked the sales person whether it would be slippery. He replied that it's fine, it wouldn't slip. But when I wore it out the next day, I nearly fell mulitple times. I had worn it only for 2 hours and I brought it then itself to the store I bought it from. They said an exchange would only be possible after Customer care allowed it. After trying for many days, Someone finally picked up my call and brought it to the store.
They told me to wait a few days before confirmation. After a week, when I went back they said CC did not reply and so replacement was not possible. After weeks of calling, no one was picking up my call, so I sent a mail to CC. The reply said I would be contacted within a few days. This was on July 27. No one contacted me. On Aug 15th, I tried sending a mail again and this time I was frustrated and asked my money back. It was only then I got a mail confirming my query. All this time, I went back and forth to the store. On Aug 16th I was contacted saying I would receive a replacement for the SAME amount if I went back.
After making me wait since July 2nd, and all the inconveniences caused I will not agree to a replacement for the same amount. Both in terms of quality and service, I did not relieve any from the Internationally branded Puma. The Vesta I chose was after trying out many others i that store, which felt even worse than this. So buying another for the same price is cheating me in broad daylight. Either give me a bigger discount so I can buy a better quality footwear or refund my money
