Hello Sir/Mam, I have purchased Floater of Puma Company from Elante Mall. Now I have some issue regarding those floaters, so I went to Lifestyle showroom with all complaints and I have given whole details regarding removed pasting and strip had a burst of my floater so I told the salesman (Pritam) who works there, and he wrote my Complaint on Service Slip. But when he return me those floaters on 11 July 2015 after repairing I was not satisfied with the result because my main concern of strap was not done well. All other concerned detail is given below and I have also attached some concerned Photographs of My Floaters. So, I requested you to replace my floater.     Hi I ordered Puma shoes on 27th June, 15, but till date i have not received shoes.I contacted there customer care service several times but every time they replied that you will get your shoes in 2-3 days. From last 6-7 days i am trying to contact there customer care no. but every time it is showing busy. I am frustrated now because it was gift for my father on his birthday and 17 days has passed. I don't have any hope left that Puma would be able to deliver my order. Now I want to cancel my order and want my money back. Very pathetic service by Puma online. I want solution on this ASAP.       I have purcahsed a "Puma Fass 500- PWR Cool" at a price of Rs. 8999/- from the Puma Store at Main Market, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi 0n 07-05-15 vide Receipt No. 69991 dt.7-5-15. The inner side of the cushion in the back portion of Right Shoe is badly torn in use of just about 45 days. It is strange that a very expensive Premium Running Shoe by an International Company "PUMA", was torn badly within about 40-45 days o[censored]se.The Torn cushion has also caused pain/blisters in my foot. Such poor quality of Premium Brand Shoe of the Company gives a very bad image and distort the reputation of PUMA Company. I have written a detailed complaint to PUMA at " [protected]@puma.com" on 30-6-15 with photos of Receipt anf torn portion of Shoes. A reminder was sent on 2-7-15. However till date I have not received any reply from the Company. I also contacted local authorised dealer of PUMA at Nagpur but they informed that they cannot help. Please help in the matter.         Dear concern .. I bought my shoes on 13th June 15 from your Puma store ghatkopar R city. I bought 1pair of Rs 3384. And made the payment through credit card of sbi bank. You have raised twice the amount and bank paid the same twice ..after regular follow up with your store and bank got refund to my card on 26 th June 15. As per my regular practice I don't chk details of my card bill and make the payment. . This time when I checked its really SHOKING .. Puma it's an great brand in the market and its really shameful when such kind of fraud / cheating done by your stores.. it's really harassing episode...might Wil circulate to all my office friend and Facebook and what's up group. Or compensate this and ensure this will not get repeated to any one . And fot your information thete is no any error or mistake from bank side there is 2 different transaction id's to raise this money .. Also after 14 days its got refund to my bank.           I have shared my complaint related to the poor quality product from Puma to Puma customer care on 27 Jun 15. All I have received is a formal & standard acknowledge receipt but nothing happened post that. COMPLAINT: I have picked up Puma shoes from Phoenix Market city, Pune almost 6 months back. However I am very disappointed by the quality of the shoes. I have hardly worn the shoes but the puma logo has already started to peel off. I have never expected this from Puma. Please see the attached pics for details. I always had a faith in Puma as a Brand that supplies quality product and takes care of customers concerns. It was because of this faith I did not retained the bill copy as I have never thought of going back to Puma for any quality issue !!! I don't remember the exact date of purchase either My expectations were simple - please arrange to have this pair of shoes immediately replaced by a new pair but of better quality.             I have purchased a puma sipper...after few days it starts stinking...and water in it becomes bitter. I have ignored earlier and believed the international brand..but just in 2days I had suffered with vomiting again and again...I stopped drinking it...and used my another bottle n which is fine. I therefore request to please test this bottle and put a stay on it as it may leads to serious health issue to other customers also. If it is with specific sipper or stock of sipper, I request to kindly replace my sipper. Hope to get early resolution.

              I ordered the puma bag on 25th June its almost 10 days and I haven't heard anything from puma when I called I was told that the product was defective and we will send you the product when its available. Now the product is in stock from last 3 days still there is no response nor are you guys delivering the product nor you called to cancel the order. I am a person using lots of puma product its disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism from a brand like PUMA Fahd Abdullah Order no[protected]

              Its been 8 days since i have placed my order and it was supposed to dispatch within three days but i haven't got any response after placing my order..neither the customer care is responsing nor they are replying to my mails.they said we are waiting for quality check and will deliver in 48hrs but nothing happened..it is very disappointing to go through all this i had to gift it to someone but the time has already crossed.

                I had purchased stuff from PUMA store in R City Mall, Ghatkopar on 13th June 2015. The total amount of the bill was 7518. The Receipt No is 22567. However, my credit card has been debited twice by this amount. I checked with the bank and they said that the merchant will have to do a reverse entry for the extra debited amount. I have informed the same to the store manager, but the response has not been so good. they are just saying that, it will be credited back. don't worry. Please look into this matter urgently and solve this at the earliest.

                  Dear Team Puma, I purchased a Puma BMW CAT 6 shoes Trusting Puma and BMW from Myntra. The Order No. id 71444154 on January 12, 2015. Trusting Puma and BMW. However this shoe is far below the expectations. One shoe has got the cracks it looks weird to wear a shoe. Please find attached pictures for the shoes in past 5 months. I have puma other products also but never expected such product from a reputed company like PUMA.

                    Sole is falling apart from shoes

                    I had bought a sport shoes of puma from flipkart on Wed, 15th Oct'14 and now the sole is falling apart from back of the shoes. Same case is there with the sole on other side also. Also the stitches opened up. The shoe costed me Rs.1899 and it has not survived even for a full year. Although my usage was not heavy nor i use to play wearing the shoes....

                        Dear Concern, I ( Ajay Kumar ) R/o P-10-B, Jangpura Extension New Delhi -110014 am a very old customer of Puma brands because I thought Puma is one of the best company who produce & give quality product to his customer. We have never bought (as a family) sports related product (Smart shoe, Running shoe, T-shirts, Belt, Track Suits, Swet Shirt Etc ) other than Puma and we were very much satisfied with the product. But it is unfortunate that I have bought a running shoe of Rs.10000/- from your store in south extension, New Delhi on 23.07.14 which has torn from the upper portion of the shoe. I am shocked that a life of Puma product of Rs.10000/- is only 10 months. It is really depressing and unbelievable that I have lost my hard earned money in buying PUMA PRODUCT. I would request you to please look into this matter and replace the shoe with new pair otherwise my trust on company like Puma will not be the same and I will definitely not buy any Puma Shoe in future and left with no option and file my complaint in consumer court.                           I had purchased a Puma sports shoe from your franchisee - S.S. Enterprises, Sop No. 172, 1st Floor, Great India Place, Sector 38A, NOIDA. Article No:[protected] size UK 7. Cost Rs.8, 500. However, just 7-8 months after purchase, the Mesh on both side of the pair was torn/ cut. I would like to mention that the actual period o[censored]se is much less - only around 3-4 months as I had gone to the US and had left behind the shoes in India. The pair was taken to the above franchisee on 16-Apr-2015 [customer claim form No: 630 copy attached] who sent it to the quality department. However, it was informed by the franchisee that no replacement or even repair is possible as per the quality department. Our entire family has been regular users of Puma products for a long time. This is the first time we have faced any quality problems in a Puma product. It is extremely surprising and disturbing that such an expensive product from such a reputed brand turned out to be of such poor quality. Further, the product is not even being repaired, leave alone being replaced. When we buy a Puma product we have high expectations. I would have expected this Rs.8, 500 pair of shoes to last me atleast 18-24 months O[censored]SE. Our family is seriously having a rethink on using Puma products if the quality is detoriating, AND, there is no support from the Company. There are many alternatives available, and at a lesser price. Because if a Rs. 8, 500 pair will last only 3-4 months, I might as well buy a Rs.3-4 thousand pair and not feel bad when it gives me lesser service. So, is it bye to Puma products ?

                            Hi Team, I purchased a pair of PUMA shoes Article No. 35697501 from Puma Store Dwarka sector-7 on 06/04/2015 on Monday for INR 5499/3093. At the time of purchasing your employee gave me commitment that if any problem will happen with shoes with in 3 months than they will replace my Article and provide me another product. Now the shoes got defective by pasting and it appears very badly. I am still not understand that PUMA brand product could be de-shape within one month. I hope you will take strong action against on this incident and provide me another new article.                               I purchased one pair of Sport Shoes (Article Code:[protected] for amount of Rs.2999/- from PUMA showroom located at Ghitorni, MG road New Delhi during September, 2014. After using only 4-5 months I saw a hole on the upper front of right shoe, I was shocked because shoes were used only for morning walk and were used hardly an hour daily. So I approached to the concerned showroom then they replied “ there is only three months warranty for sole only so we can’t help you” When I approached to the Customer Care, PUMA then they asked to send the e-mail, I had sent the e-mail before three weeks but there is no reply so far. So, I am feeling highly embarrassed.

                                Bought a Sneaker from the store in Madhu Vihar, Dwarka. A few days later, wore it for the first time. Within fifteen minutes, I started having blisters and cuts on the skin right above my heel. Went back to the store a few days later, asked for it to be replaced. At first the guy 'suggested' I may have worn them without socks, hence the Blisters. Courteousness out of the window, Curtness galore. At the end, he 'graces' me taking my number and saying he would respond back, as soon as he had contacted his seniors. Two weeks pass, no call, no contact. Two days back, I call back. Ask the assistant manager of the store, on the status. He says it would not be able to be replaced as, getting Blisters on your foot, due to inferior quality of the shoe, does not imply a "Manufacturing Defect". For a company of such repute, this is shoddy work, in manufacturing and in customer handling or is THIS the normal way of dealing, for Puma?

                                Puma — my puma watch's strap has been broken

                                Sir, plz help me about my puma watch's strap, its been broken, i brought this in sept 2013 and it has a warranty of two full years.i tried the customer service centre by phone but there is no hop i think, so plz find me a solution.

                                  I was brought a puma shoes from a puma shop as per attached invoice from Vapi (Gujarat, India ) i have faced some defects or problmes with shoes.Sir it is very bad experience with puma shoes that within a four months period the sole of the shoes is removed from the upper body of the shoes, for your refernce i have attached the photographs of shoes please give me a possitive response because i had paid 3500 rs for these shoes.                                     i purchased a puma shoe article no:35578802 ON 9/3/2015 from ELATION STORE VILLAGE PRAGPUR, JALANDHAR. I RETURNED THE SHOE TO THEM FOR REPLACEMENT ON[protected] AND THEN THEY SAID IT WILL BE REPLACED WITHIN 2 DAYS AND NOW ITS A MONTH GONE. EVERYTIME I VISIT THE STORE THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL BE DONE IN 2 MORE DAYS. AGAIN AND AGAIN THIS PROCESS IS GOING ON. THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY SHOE AND NOR REPLACING THE SHOE.
