I purchased a shoes from puma kurukshetra store. But unfortunately this shoe did not meet the brand standard and branding logo of shoe cum off and damaged also from the branding side. I purchased this product 16-10-16 kindly look into this matter and kindly change my product. Waiting for your revert puma team.

I received the watch but it didn't work properly so I want to return this watch it's needle is broken so hanging on front .I have paid immediately but response is not satisfactory on me I thought it's job is good but I am socked I want my problem to solve I hope my problems will be solved immediately

I got puma shoes from the wave mall jammu and it wear out in one months both the shoes...and it just make the puma not as good as the puma was if the this thing is not resolved the puma has to pay and it just breks the confidence on the brand and then i just suggest evryone to go for the other brand rather than the puma and selling of poor products cannot make u bigger it just pulls u down

Sir, i brought puma ignite running shoes from samarth puma store jaipur. After few days i realise difference in shoes soles. Right foot sole's width is slightly bigger then left ones. So i go back to the store and one of the employ checkes it and accept that this is manufactring defect and told me to come two days later your shoes will be replace. But now store manager says this difference is normal and it is in every ignite shoes so i want my shoes replace plz help me.

I orderd one puma full sleves tshirt my order number is[protected]. When i call customer care. They used to tell me that. Call to them from where u have buy the product. Abof and customer cares are diffrent.?.

I recently purchased a puma red bull edition shoes worth oh rs/-8999. I used the shoe on for abt 5times from the day i purchased it. I found that the sole of the shoe is getting damaged. I went to the puma showroom where i purchased it. The puma store was a franchise of puma brand, and so they said me the will send photos to head office and will let me know. They had the shoe with them for 20days and gave me back stating its not manufacturing defect. I have sent mail also to puma customer care india. Whereas every time i mail them it's just creating a request no. But i'm not getting any reply from them. They say u can go to any puma store for claims. But when i go to the nearest puma showroom they ask were u purchased it n they ask me to go to the store were i purchased. I went also to direct puma showrooms in many places taking the complaint of my shoe. The puma store managers are least bothered abt their customers when u go for claims. Only at the time of purchase they are good to us. I took a wrong decision by choosing puma brand & getting a shoe worth of rs.8999/-. I will never ever get puma shoes in my life after this & also will never let the people i know in my life to get puma shoes.

I had ordered a puma slip-on shoes a week back on their online store. It is mentioned that the delivery of the goods takes places within 3-4 working days. It's been a week, i have not yet received my order. The call centre people who talk to their consumers are very rude, they are not helpful at all. It is very disappointing and this is spoiling the name of puma as brand and also in terms of customer service. I will never every recommend any of my friends or relatives to buy a puma product online.

I visited puma store in vashi inorbit mall on 16th July 2016 around 8 pm
I liked the shoe the one praton mercedes edition in white colour but the last size they have was 9 UK and when I asked the guy for 10 uk directly said no without checking and there was huge fight going on between employe's exchanging words arguments I was still in the store and they were busy in their own world and this started at billing counter and when I asked othe guy in the same store he replied please ask the guy who was attaining you ...wtf after that I was so angry with the behaviour and they were closing the store I was even ready to buy the size 9uk but the second guy told me not to buy since it was not the size I need and the one who I met first the store guy was forcing me to buy by saying it will lossen up by wearing and I was just left with question ...are they really fooling around with me..I was pissed and than I selected a jacket sf ferrari one and I see both the sales person are arguing and I left the store as they advs they are closing it and u wasted my time and both were of no help to me..worst experience ever...with puma.

I am a regular customer of myntra and puma.
I purchased a puma shoes from myntra and
Was delivered to me on 16 may 2018,
And i am unable to wear it because the design of the product
Is not comfortable to wear it for long walks.

I wanted to return it, and informed myntra about the same.
But myntra's customer care service told me that
Hoes is used and it is a fitting issue
And thus they unable to return their product.

But according to us - this is not a fitting issue but
Design issue, and the shoe is not used.

I got this jacket from new bel road puma store. Within a week it started bubbling over the jacket's back. I gave for quality check and got another pull over. Same bubbling this time within a day. The manager lies saying my jacket failed in quality check and he gave on his own because it is new arrival. He says bubbling can happen by rubbing against wall. When i didn't do anything he is trying to make it look like i did it on purpose when it has happened genuinely due to your poor quality material. Before i got jacket, shoes, ferrari wallet, college leather bag. But now i quit buying puma products. Recommend same to quit for my friends.

On 15 May 2016, I purchased a puma shoe from a shop (sports station SSIPL Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) in BMG Mall, Rewari, Haryana worth Rs 4999, It has a guarantee/warranty of 3 months.

But only after 1 month the shoes started to tear out, Its pasting is ripping apart, I was disappointed, so i went back to the shop from where i have purchased these shoes, BUT the shop keeper bluntly refused to replace/repair the shoe.The staff misbehaved also.

I contaced the PUMA customer care via email but they refused to replace the shoe and gave the reason as i have purchased the shoe from multibrand store so they can't replace.
Its the original shoe with bill the how can they refuse to claim warranty.

Please intervene.

I have purchased puma future cat ferrari size -8 from pacific mall dehradun on 11/01/2016,
There is a problem found on this particular model on collar lining broken.
Its very uncomfortable shoes which i have purchased. I am trying to log complaint on puma but my complaint not logged. But totally i am not satisfied with puma shoes quality lots of time threw this shoes my feet got cut from back side.

Shoe was purchased around 2-3 months earlier. Can't imagine an international brand is manufactured from such a poor quality material. Ply refer the picture as attached. The sole front has started peeling up. Bottom portion of the sole has becoming weakened and holes are appearing and many more... Even the pasting of the sole has started detaching from its base.. Overall the company is making a fool out of the consumers by taking 2800/- rupees.
I want a product replacement.

2 days ago I purchased a sandle now I'm experiencing a problem with strap size, right strap is tighter than left and now they are saying that thus piece can't be replaced cause you've used this. Also they talked in an inappropriate manner cause we are outsiders and students . Their way of talking was also unbearable . I got disappointed and left that defected piece with them . Even after saying this is deffected they convinced my saying It'll get in shape after some time usage .

Sir i have bought puma TX-3 shoes from snapdeal online, but there are some defects coming on shoes and upper layer of shoes is looking very bad i have attached photo of shoes. Snaldeal replied that they will not resolve my problem because they have only 7 days retufn policy. As a warranty terms of puma it is under 3 month of purchase, so please help me sir i have attached my online invoice also..

I purchased puma shoe during offer period.After two week its sole removed so it was defected product.
Shopkeeper denaied to return the product because i purchased it during offer time.Now they looted my 1500/- rupees and sell me defected product.
