On 15 May 2016, I purchased a puma shoe from a shop (sports station SSIPL Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) in BMG Mall, Rewari, Haryana worth Rs 4999, It has a guarantee/warranty of 3 months.

But only after 1 month the shoes started to tear out, Its pasting is ripping apart, I was disappointed, so i went back to the shop from where i have purchased these shoes, BUT the shop keeper bluntly refused to replace/repair the shoe.The staff misbehaved...

I have purchased puma future cat ferrari size -8 from pacific mall dehradun on 11/01/2016,
There is a problem found on this particular model on collar lining broken.
Its very uncomfortable shoes which i have purchased. I am trying to log complaint on puma but my complaint not logged. But totally i am not satisfied with puma shoes quality lots of time threw this shoes my feet got cut from back side....

Shoe was purchased around 2-3 months earlier. Can't imagine an international brand is manufactured from such a poor quality material. Ply refer the picture as attached. The sole front has started peeling up. Bottom portion of the sole has becoming weakened and holes are appearing and many more... Even the pasting of the sole has started detaching from its base.. Overall the company is making a fool out of the consumers by taking 2800/- rupees.br...

2 days ago I purchased a sandle now I'm experiencing a problem with strap size, right strap is tighter than left and now they are saying that thus piece can't be replaced cause you've used this. Sir i have bought puma TX-3 shoes from snapdeal online, but there are some defects coming on shoes and upper layer of shoes is looking very bad i have attached photo of shoes. Snaldeal replied that they will not resolve my problem because they have only 7 days retufn policy. I had purchased 2black colour Ferrari jackets from kothrud, Pune outlet. Now the cubics of the zip has broken off and the jacket cannot be zipped
These are premim priced jackets and I belive that one should be in a position to use it satisfactorily.

I bought Puma Jago Ripstop Shoes on 09th Jan 2016 from Puma Store in Madiwala, Bangalore. Model no. is 18792202 and shoes size is 10. Price Rs.4999.

Within 10 days of purchase I realized some manufacturing defect in Left shoe and I returned the shoes for replacement. The store employee told me that within 1 week I will get the replacement but I had to wait for 3 weeks to get my replacement and that too when I kept proper follow-up...

I got a pant in puma. Used it for a month and it had holes in it, Wch was a manufacture defect! I gave it to a staff and he said he ll get back within 2 days! He dint get back, I went to the shop after two weeks, he said he ll replace the product once the sale is over, and he ll call once the sale is over! He dint get back this time also! I went to that outlet after a month and that employee left the job! The new manager says he s not responsible...

I am sorry to inform you that shoes start tearing from front part and soul start to wear off within 6 to 7 days of both shoes
We are not expecting a product like this from Brand like you.
So I request you please look into this matter...

I purchase the puma Ferrari model shoes purchase Rs 7000 fresh arrival after one month they cut the leather and ur store employee said he can't pay the kourier charges plz change the new shoes...

This is Priyam Gupta from Bhopal.I have purchased Puma shoes from db city outlet on 3rd jan 2016 on 40% discount. The MRP of the product was Rs.4999 which was inclusive of all taxes as per written on the box with MRP. But over that they have charged extra VAT of 14%. As per norms, no tax should be levied as all the taxes are already added in MRP. I'm attaching the bill of the same. Please do the necessary....
