i made an order through the website on 7th of july, for 3 products, amounting to Rs 2651.89. Upon shipping, i was sent an sms regarding unavailability of one product in the order. The price of the product was Rs1000. Now the in the invoice they are refunding only Rs 947 as i used a discount coupon.
