I am sorry to inform you that shoes start tearing from front part and soul start to wear off within 6 to 7 days of both shoes
We are not expecting a product like this from Brand like you.
So I request you please look into this matter urgently with seriously and change the shoes immediately . Instruct the shopkeeper do it very fast .
We have trust in you .

        Hi Team, This is regarding a product complaint that i purchased a jacket on[protected] at OLIVE RETAIL PVT. LTD. (address: shop no.- 1, 17A/22, WEA, Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh) from an puma outlet. Its being long time i am using puma products and had an great experience of them but This quality issue happens first time with me, i submitted my jacket within 15 days from the date of purchase but i am very disappointed with the product quality and type of return aid.

          I've bought a PUMA Jacket (Ferrari Soft Shell) - Article Code 569374 01 on 27th December 2015 from an authorized Puma Brand store(In-orbit Mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai), you can find details in the attached photos. After 1week o[censored]se something unusual happened to the cloth surface of the jacket. It has become rough and it's not looking up to the mark as per as the quality of PUMA is concerned. Please find the attached photos of PUMA Jacket along with its price tag and bill issued on the date of 27th December 2015. Puma brand is trusted worldwide for your quality and you are not being committed to your quality. This was the first time and may be last time that I've bought any product of Puma brand and I'm really disappointed from this experience. I've attached photos of defective jacket sold by Puma. Please take necessary action for replacement of product.

            Few months back i purchased a puma Faas 300 v4 worth Rs6499/-, Year of manufacture December 2014, Date of purchase, After few months i noticed that shoe was picked/torn apart day by day.When i visited the PUMA outlet from where i purchased that shoe, staff over there simply reacted like, sir its not our fault, its your, we cant do anything.I was like dumbstruck that whats going on man.Shoe condition was like If i have purchased them from any footpath worth Rupees 200-400rs.Worst experience with puma till now, advice u all to be careful while purchasing, find out that weather it is a franchise outlet or factory outlet, they are making innocent people fool in big malls and making thousands of rupee from a single product we purchase.

              This is Priyam Gupta from Bhopal.I have purchased Puma shoes from db city outlet on 3rd jan 2016 on 40% discount. The MRP of the product was Rs.4999 which was inclusive of all taxes as per written on the box with MRP. But over that they have charged extra VAT of 14%. As per norms, no tax should be levied as all the taxes are already added in MRP. I'm attaching the bill of the same. Please do the necessary.

                  I purchased PUMA shoes from a PUMA outlet at "Jwala Heri, Paschim Vihar" New Delhi on 8th August 2015. Within a month its front net started tampering and it increased to a big hole after some days. While I was not in India I was not able to contact the shopkeeper. Once back I checked with them and they said it's not a manufacturing defect but a wear and tear defect so can't replace it or repair it although it is within warranty period. I even contacted PUMA India customer care for the same but they also replied with the same reason. It's better to buy a local shoe as they also give you a warranty of 6 months at least or a repair for sure. PUMA service is really bad. Customers satisfaction is nothing for them.

                    I purchased puma canvas shoes on 30th of july, ORDER NO-OD[protected] . since when i got the product i saw that it was not the same colour as shown in the picture the colour is faded and it looks like an old shoe! i request u to please return or repair the product since it is under 3 months warranty!!

                        This is to inform you that due to my previous experience of PUMA I thought of going again for the same brand and finally went to a PUMA store at ICONIC FASHION RETAILING PVT. LTD., B Tower, B Zone in World Trade Park in JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, INDIA. (STD Code[protected]/27/28

                        I bought a pair of PUMA shoes kept under New Arrivals stand worth Rs. 6, 499/- FAAS 300 v4 with style name mentioned on bill is 18752801 with MEMO No. SL-1323 on 15/4/2015 this year. Two months later I observed a manufacturing defect on both the shoes at the same position (i.e. at the position of little toe finger) and complained about it immediately at the outlet which made me calling them again n again repeatedly. Finally after 15-20 days I got a reply from the personnel at the outlet that PUMA co. has rejected my request by saying that its not a manufacturing defect instead it is my fault.

                        One thing I don’t understand that why would I go and buy a Branded Puma Shoes worth Rs.6, 499/- and will create a defect in it just after two months of buying. Today its been 5 months since I am wearing it as I don’t have another option but now I think I have to throw it in garbage because of your manufacturing defect I am not able to wear it any more.

                        Kindly go through the details I’ve provided and also see the picture enclosed, an intelligent technician can easily make out the defect.

                          Exchange of puma vesta SDL Footwear, I bought this footwear from Puma store, Lulu Mall, Ernakulam. Seeing the heel unusually rounded, I asked the sales person whether it would be slippery. He replied that it's fine, it wouldn't slip. But when I wore it out the next day, I nearly fell mulitple times. I had worn it only for 2 hours and I brought it then itself to the store I bought it from. They said an exchange would only be possible after Customer care allowed it. After trying for many days, Someone finally picked up my call and brought it to the store. They told me to wait a few days before confirmation. After a week, when I went back they said CC did not reply and so replacement was not possible. After weeks of calling, no one was picking up my call, so I sent a mail to CC. The reply said I would be contacted within a few days. This was on July 27. No one contacted me. On Aug 15th, I tried sending a mail again and this time I was frustrated and asked my money back. It was only then I got a mail confirming my query. All this time, I went back and forth to the store. On Aug 16th I was contacted saying I would receive a replacement for the SAME amount if I went back. After making me wait since July 2nd, and all the inconveniences caused I will not agree to a replacement for the same amount. Both in terms of quality and service, I did not relieve any from the Internationally branded Puma. The Vesta I chose was after trying out many others i that store, which felt even worse than this. So buying another for the same price is cheating me in broad daylight. Either give me a bigger discount so I can buy a better quality footwear or refund my money Aravind S [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I purchased running shoe worth Rs.5499 on 6/8/2014 from inorbit mall, vashi, navi mumbai. I hardly used the 3-4 times and recently I noticed that it got torned from front completely, I just have to ask what kind of material you people use, i really thought that you charge customers for quality product but got worst experience as i think puma only cheat people by charging much more than actual worth of the product.
                                  so, either my shoe should be replaced or money should be returned back to me.

                                    i made an order through the website on 7th of july, for 3 products, amounting to Rs 2651.89. Upon shipping, i was sent an sms regarding unavailability of one product in the order. The price of the product was Rs1000. Now the in the invoice they are refunding only Rs 947 as i used a discount coupon. The discount coupon was valid on a purchase of Rs 1000, so even if I had not bought the unavailable product i would still have availed the discount. Also it has been 16 days since and neither the order has not been delivered to me nor have I been informed about the status of my refund regarding the unavailable product.

                                      This is for your information and record for immediate action that i, mohit malik had purchased a PUMA shoe item no. 18752804 worth Rs. 6499/- from Kapsons Agencies Pvt. Ltd.(KROME) SCO- 83-84 (Basement), Sector- 17-D, Chandigarh, the abovesaid product was purchased for wearing the same in gym, the purpose was specifically mentioned to the sales executive. After wearing the shoes for a month it appears that the cloth of the shoes (both pairs) were torn off itself being defective. Now the shoes is with the company from 03.07.2015 till date and company is admitting its guilt and stated to get another product of the same description. But i am fed up with the companies product and the saying of Mr. Ashok, manager (KROME) as he stated that take any product of the same description, as the sale is going on i have showed my interest in shoes (puma) which is worth Rs. 6100/- on sale, now the manager stated that as you have purchased the shoes on MRP so this product you have sellected would be given on MRP only which is wrong and illegal and malpractice on behalf of the company. Further stated by the concerned person you have to be thankful for the company as we are giving you option to take a new product.I am very thankful to you, if my precious money be returned with interest.                                         Hi, I bought a FAAS 500 v3' on 12/14/2014 and used it ONLY for running. Within 4 months (03/April/15) both the shoes developed big holes in the top front area. I have pictures to show that the rest of the shoe is in perfect condition and only the top part has developed holes. I took the shoes to Puma store in Forum Mall, Koromangala on the 7th of May and asked for someone to review it however Kusum Das (kusum.[protected]@puma.com) without even looking at it replies to the branch that the shoes is out of warranty (within 3 months). I escalated it again to Krishna Pawar on 20 Jun but they have refused to even respond to me. It is a pure case of a defective shoe and I need a replacement from Puma for it. The shoes has been lying at the forum mall, Koromangala since 7th of May and no one from Puma has even called or emailed me. Regards, Tarun
