Hi, I have purchased a puma shoes Jago Ripstop article no 8792201 dt 19th Nov 14 for Rs 4999/- from DB mall Bhopal (MP) outlet and same get torn within a 01 month. For the same i have visited the outlet on 26th Dec 14 for the solution but he has not gave any solution & told pl send the mail to puma customer care for the resolution.. flip-flops brocken

it has been only 4 months i used puma flip-flops MRP. Rs.600...its brocken.I t is big cheating..i want my cash back.

      I have purchased the Puma shoes for my daughter from Puma showroom in Prozone mall, Aurangabad Maharashtra The receipt number for the same purchase was 3570 dated 18/11/2014. While I was purchasing the Shoes, the store keeper inform me that i am eligible for 1000 Rs. Gift voucher and I will get the SMS for the same.Till date i have not received the Gift Voucher, So today when I visited the puma store i enquired about the same. The storekeeper informeed me that the due date for the gift Voucher is over and you have to talk to the customer care puma or logged in hte complaint about the same. My name is Manohar

          This is to inform you that I have purchased this shoe from Banglore (MG-1 Mall) on 11.11.2014 and I hardly used only a week after that I found the pasting of the shoes from the front side (Toes Top Side) was not ok and after that I checked it completely at my own and some of my friends also noticed the improper shining when we look it right from the Top and from the very front side because the pasting was dismounted slowly n slowly in the whole week. I feel very upset and decided to go to PUMA store so I have visited PUMA Store SCO-110-111, Sector -17C Chandigarh-160017 on 02.12.2014 and discuss the same issue with your staff at Puma Store after conclusion of the defect they told me to leave my shoes and they will clarify with the quality department as they told to solve this issue within a week but every week I called them and the status was not updated I waited for 3 weeks and then I called him and shown my temper then he replied me that we regret for the replacement of the same. In this context, I request you to kindly look into the matter and give me the proper resolution or replacement of my shoe. Thanking you Hoping for the prompt reply from your side

              Dear, I bought a pair of shoes " Puma Women's Mobium Elite v2 Wn's Mesh Running Shoes" worth rs 7999 on 12 April 2014 and for a long its fabric has started cutting from sides, its condition has gone worst I want it to be replaced or repaired. Kindly take steps and response ASAP.

After wash they shrinks. i got them altter according to my height and now after wash they become like short pants. now what soulhd i do with product of a valuable and reputed company. richa .

                poor quality shoes

                i bought a pair of shoes @2000 rs.from puma's exclusive showroom in city center 2 in rajarhat kolkata but they were damaged within 1 month and their soul came out.please help me for my complaint otherwise i'll go to consumer court...

                    To Whom It May Concern I wish to complain about A shoes pair whose artical no is 30521901 Grimme low that I purchased on 24 july 2014 at puma showroom Cannaught Place (CP2). I am complaining because this shoes pair got damaged second time within 30 days of purchase firstly it was damaged from your manufacturing end so you guys replaced it in 10 days. Again i had same issue in next 16 days and when i contacted you guys at showroom itself they refused to replace it and started telling me about warrenty and all, but all i know is i had the replacement of this shoes for 30-90 dyas and even i have not used new pair more than 12 -14 days and i am very dissatisfied with this. To resolve this problem I would like you to replace my shoe or refund my complete amount back or else i will call my bank and dispute the charges under the category of "Defective Merchandise received". I have already contacted the bank but they asked me to email you once to check if you can sort this matter out. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted you guys on 27th july at your showroom in Connaught Place, and they replaced it on 5th August. Again after few days i had the same problem but this time after waiting for 12 days i was told that nothing could be done about my problem as the quality department has rejected it. I believe that this response is unfair because i paid 6499 just because I trusted your brand name now if this is the kind of response i am getting from your side then I am sorry I cannot bear it. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 3 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am attaching copy of claim form as bill is already with the shoes at the showroom. You may reply to me.

                      I purchased a PUMA BMW MOTORSPORT SHOE on 7th AUGUST, 2014. I wore that shoe only four times and the stitches of the shoes start coming out for its right shoe. I used to be proud customer of PUMA and only preferred PUMA for my footwear but with this type of quality I'm really surprised. I have given that back to the PUMA showroom from where I have purchased it and they told me that they will call me but its more than a week and there is no response. I want my shoe to be replaced. Please take action as fast as possible. My claim form number is 976 and article number is 30509501.

                        I have purchased puma show in feb 2014, and it starts tearing within 3 months, then I contacted to the showroom from where I has purchased this.                               Hi, I ordered an Puma bmw mid pilot size 9 grey shoe on 31 july @ pumashop.in My transaction id #M[protected], i received and message and i confirmed my order and the next day i got a phone call and confirmed my order twice, but till date i haven received any mail about the shipment nor iam able to call any of the customer care to get the details every time i write and automated complaint is generated and its of no use, though i haven't paid I was expecting the delivery and i havent looked out for it else where now iam finding it difficult as should i go for another place to get one or will this one be delivered late??

                                i had ordered three bags online from puma by making advance payment of 6000 rupees.however when the package was delivered it had only three bags in it.the courier company is blaming puma for the same and as usual puma has worst customer service number which never picks up phone or responds.i feel cheated for 2400 rupees for the trust i had in puma.my invoice no is M[protected].please send my bag or return my money.call me on mobile no [protected]

                                    Conversation with Puma customer support is below : Me; I recently purchased a Ferrari blue high ankle shoes from the puma bungalow road kamala Nagar outlet . since the beginning I wanted the Red model of the shoes, but due to unavailability I went for the blue . A week later I discovered that there was a defect in the pair I got, I was really disappointed and straight away headed to the outlet . I am assured that the issue would be resolved within 4-5 working days but I would like to receive the same Ferrari model in red color . I hope costumer satisfaction won't be compromised for the color choice because I have already been compromised & dissatisfied with the quality . I hope you will give the outlet direction to replace me the product with a red one . During your visit kindly meet the store manager, he will assist you further. Me ; This is really disappointing that paying for a product the customer can't get back the product paid for . On visiting the puma store today I felt really harassed, disgruntled and ennuied when I was told that I can't get back the product I paid for as it was a sale article, I can get anything else for the same amount . Is it the fault of the customer that the product purchased was defected ? Earlier it was dissatisfying but now it's double dissatisfying on getting this kind of customer support from PUMA . I hope you can understand the loss of your customer and the loss of your goodwill . I expected a much satisfying and overwhelming response .                                       after very long time after I lodged the complaint in consumer forum, Puma finally shipped the product. a Very disappointing experience with customer service quality of the company.

                                        hello, this is to inform you that i have bought puma shoes on 28th of February 2014. I am a doctor. i am using my shoes for regular going here and there but not in sports activity. it has been just 5 month and it starts to tear as shown in photo ? even non branded shoes will work for atleast a year. this is totally not expected from puma. what should i do?
