I bought a puma Ferrari edition sweatshirt on 02/01/15 on date 10/01/15 the colour faded due to normal rubbing with a handkerchief... I went to the showroom they took some photographs and said that they will contact me... BUT NO REPPLY TILL DATE... 23/01/15

Falling standard of Brand Puma : I was a fan of Puma products until last year when I bought a Puma Shoe from Select City Mall, Delhi. I had to shell out rs 5200 for the shoe and was given all sorts of promises that it will withstand at least 2-3 years. To my utter shock It gave away within 5-6 months and the fabric has been torn at 4 places . This is shocking as it comes from a brand like Puma. I had invested this much rupee on Puma product because of the trust that we have on the brand, but after this bitter experience I doubt if i will buy PUMA shoe again. Why to waste this much rupee on PUMA if it gives away so easily. Also when i thought of writing on consumer forum websites i was shocked to see others having similar problems. Please review my case and do whatever necessary.

I bought 2 pair of shoes Ferrari brand from puma store, sky zone Phoenix mills, lower parel, Mumbai, they promised me... If anything happens, will get it replaced... Within 6 months 10 days, shoes got torned, I went to the store... They denied totally and replied me in abusive language saying... " jo ukhadna hain woh ukhad lo" ... After paying heavy prices for such brand and I am getting such abusive reply... Sir, I have purchase a puma shoes men's valorosse lo SF webcage blue sneakers (B00IWK84M6) dated 6 jan 15 for Rs 3899 from Bareilly Uttar Pradesh and same got damage within 14 days for the same I have visited the outlet for the solution but he has not gave any solution and told me please send mail to puma customer care for the resolution.So please look into the same and arrange to replace or provide me any other model. To whomsoever it may concern, i just bought a puma bmw motorsport shoes from your store in ambience mall 15 days back .. there is a defect in the soul of the shoes, one soul is different from another . Sir, I have purchased a pair of shoes of puma which got damaged, I have purchased them on 2/06/2014, Artical no. 18670402, from PUMA store Triton Mall, Jaipur . I had made a complaint regarding shoes in store also but they kept shoes for 2 months and didnot correct the mistakes in shoes and nither providing any other model. Kindly process my complaint as soon as possible.

As part of GOSF I've ordered for a shoe for my father as a guest on www.pumashop.in with his name (Pedapati Prakash Babu) and Contact Number ([protected]), only once did he got a call from puma guys asking for the confirmation of our address and we never got the package, it's been so long! I've sent the puma people mail(twice) on their contact us page and I've called them on[protected] every other day and don't even have the courtesy to call me back and assure me about the package! I don't think I'll get the shoes. Even the www.gosf.in page is not open for the complaints! It's just says it's all over! Thank you for being screwed up! I have purchased the Puma shoes for my daughter from Puma showroom in Prozone mall, Aurangabad Maharashtra The receipt number for the same purchase was 3570 dated 18/11/2014. While I was purchasing the Shoes, the store keeper inform me that i am eligible for 1000 Rs. Gift voucher and I will get the SMS for the same.Till date i have not received the Gift Voucher, So today when I visited the puma store i enquired about the same. This is to inform you that I have purchased this shoe from Banglore (MG-1 Mall) on 11.11.2014 and I hardly used only a week after that I found the pasting of the shoes from the front side (Toes Top Side) was not ok and after that I checked it completely at my own and some of my friends also noticed the improper shining when we look it right from the Top and from the very front side because the pasting was dismounted slowly n slowly in the whole week. I feel very upset and decided to go to PUMA store so I have visited PUMA Store SCO-110-111, Sector -17C Chandigarh-160017 on 02.12.2014 and discuss the same issue with your staff at Puma Store after conclusion of the defect they told me to leave my shoes and they will clarify with the quality department as they told to solve this issue within a week but every week I called them and the status was not updated I waited for 3 weeks and then I called him and shown my temper then he replied me that we regret for the replacement of the same. To Whom It May Concern I wish to complain about A shoes pair whose artical no is 30521901 Grimme low that I purchased on 24 july 2014 at puma showroom Cannaught Place (CP2). I am complaining because this shoes pair got damaged second time within 30 days of purchase firstly it was damaged from your manufacturing end so you guys replaced it in 10 days. Again i had same issue in next 16 days and when i contacted you guys at showroom itself they refused to replace it and started telling me about warrenty and all, but all i know is i had the replacement of this shoes for 30-90 dyas and even i have not used new pair more than 12 -14 days and i am very dissatisfied with this. To resolve this problem I would like you to replace my shoe or refund my complete amount back or else i will call my bank and dispute the charges under the category of "Defective Merchandise received". I have already contacted the bank but they asked me to email you once to check if you can sort this matter out. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted you guys on 27th july at your showroom in Connaught Place, and they replaced it on 5th August. Again after few days i had the same problem but this time after waiting for 12 days i was told that nothing could be done about my problem as the quality department has rejected it. I believe that this response is unfair because i paid 6499 just because I trusted your brand name now if this is the kind of response i am getting from your side then I am sorry I cannot bear it. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 3 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I purchased a PUMA BMW MOTORSPORT SHOE on 7th AUGUST, 2014. I wore that shoe only four times and the stitches of the shoes start coming out for its right shoe. I used to be proud customer of PUMA and only preferred PUMA for my footwear but with this type of quality I'm really surprised. I have given that back to the PUMA showroom from where I have purchased it and they told me that they will call me but its more than a week and there is no response. I want my shoe to be replaced. Please take action as fast as possible. My claim form number is 976 and article number is 30509501.

I have purchased puma show in feb 2014, and it starts tearing within 3 months, then I contacted to the showroom from where I has purchased this.
