Hi Team, I purchased a pair of PUMA shoes Article No. 35697501 from Puma Store Dwarka sector-7 on 06/04/2015 on Monday for INR 5499/3093. At the time of purchasing your employee gave me commitment that if any problem will happen with shoes with in 3 months than they will replace my Article and provide me another product. Now the shoes got defective by pasting and it appears very badly. I am still not understand that PUMA brand product could be de-shape within one month. I hope you will take strong action against on this incident and provide me another new article.     I purchased one pair of Sport Shoes (Article Code:[protected] for amount of Rs.2999/- from PUMA showroom located at Ghitorni, MG road New Delhi during September, 2014. After using only 4-5 months I saw a hole on the upper front of right shoe, I was shocked because shoes were used only for morning walk and were used hardly an hour daily. So I approached to the concerned showroom then they replied “ there is only three months warranty for sole only so we can’t help you” When I approached to the Customer Care, PUMA then they asked to send the e-mail, I had sent the e-mail before three weeks but there is no reply so far. So, I am feeling highly embarrassed.

      Bought a Sneaker from the store in Madhu Vihar, Dwarka. A few days later, wore it for the first time. Within fifteen minutes, I started having blisters and cuts on the skin right above my heel. Went back to the store a few days later, asked for it to be replaced. At first the guy 'suggested' I may have worn them without socks, hence the Blisters. Courteousness out of the window, Curtness galore. At the end, he 'graces' me taking my number and saying he would respond back, as soon as he had contacted his seniors. Two weeks pass, no call, no contact. Two days back, I call back. Ask the assistant manager of the store, on the status. He says it would not be able to be replaced as, getting Blisters on your foot, due to inferior quality of the shoe, does not imply a "Manufacturing Defect". For a company of such repute, this is shoddy work, in manufacturing and in customer handling or is THIS the normal way of dealing, for Puma?

      Puma — my puma watch's strap has been broken

      Sir, plz help me about my puma watch's strap, its been broken, i brought this in sept 2013 and it has a warranty of two full years.i tried the customer service centre by phone but there is no hop i think, so plz find me a solution.

        I was brought a puma shoes from a puma shop as per attached invoice from Vapi (Gujarat, India ) i have faced some defects or problmes with shoes.Sir it is very bad experience with puma shoes that within a four months period the sole of the shoes is removed from the upper body of the shoes, for your refernce i have attached the photographs of shoes please give me a possitive response because i had paid 3500 rs for these shoes.           i purchased a puma shoe article no:35578802 ON 9/3/2015 from ELATION STORE VILLAGE PRAGPUR, JALANDHAR. I RETURNED THE SHOE TO THEM FOR REPLACEMENT ON[protected] AND THEN THEY SAID IT WILL BE REPLACED WITHIN 2 DAYS AND NOW ITS A MONTH GONE. EVERYTIME I VISIT THE STORE THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL BE DONE IN 2 MORE DAYS. AGAIN AND AGAIN THIS PROCESS IS GOING ON. THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY SHOE AND NOR REPLACING THE SHOE.                 I purchased Puma Stripe DP running shoes on Nov. 08, 2015. I used the shoes under normal conditions and they were very good for 4 months but after March, the Net covering in the front of shoes started tearing off, and now it has been torn up to an extent that there is a hole in the front covering part of my left shoe. The right shoe is all good. I am dissatisfied about this product and as the product is under Warranty, Proper action should be taken by the company.                   I visited navi mumbai inorbit vashi store last week and bought a pair of shoes and a handbag from your so called reputed store against which i get billed for rs.9700/-. I paid it via card and when they tried to swipe it, their card machine showed a weird error.

                  Upon this, i was asked to swipe it again. Since i wasnt carrying my phone with me i did not realise that payment is already done.

                  Very next day when i asked for refund of duplicate payment, they said i need to buy something for 9700 again since it cannot be refunded and they incur charges on payment reversals. This is a day light fraud that has happened in this shop. They took my card slip as well and said they will call me up in evening. Now i'm not left with anything except my credit card statement that will be generated god knows when, that i have been charged twice.

                  This has not only bothered me skip my office for half a day (Because u open up when half a day is over @) but has given me whole mental harassment.

                    1- I have purchased two sets of PUMA shoes from puma factory outlet which is located at mahipalpur (New Delhi - Near by IGI airport Delhi). 2- I was quite happy with this product but after 2 months from the date of purchase (Nov 14 - purchase date) both shoes got damaged. 3- So i want the replacement of the same. 4- You guys won't believe the actual price of this shoes is 15000 Rs (INR) where one set is for MEN and one for WOMEN. 5- So would request you please help to locate the further action for the same.and take the necessary action AEAP. After compiling the report the reply is mentioned below. Hi Tushar, With regard to your mail, We regret to inform you that after inspection of the product it has not been approved as a manufacturing defect, the defect in the product is due to usage pattern(wear and tear). We wish to inform you our exchange policy : we extend a warranty of 3 months on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase of the PUMA product and unworn merchandise to be exchanged within 15 days. So, we will not be in a position to provide you further assistance (replacement) at this point of time for this particular product.

                      I bought a pair of shoes worth 4300rs early this month, from your puma store at subash nagar pacific mall, which got torn in just 2-3 days. I went to the store again after a week's time and the response and behaviour of your store manager Manoj, was awful. He was least bothered about the complaint and forget about apologising he instead told me nothing can be done I have to wait for at least 1 week. While all this was happening his fellow members were laughing on me as I was really upset because your store manager was not sure when to use HE or SHE. I spoke to Kusum in Banagalore @ [protected] and explained her the situation and I told her I cant wait for 7 days so she agreed to get the product exchanged then & there. I got my new shoes however even the exchanged shoes got torn in 2 days. My brother again went there and took a completely new design and for the remaining balance your gender confused manager refused to give credit note and asked him to make the purchase then only. My brother bought a bag for the remaining amount. Unfortunately I didn't like the colour of the bang and went to the store today to get it exchanged however your manager refused to get the product exchanged despite of me reminding him everything. He said I can do what I want however he wont change the bag. He said that your brother was clearly informed either to take cash back or make the purchase, & when I asked this question from your sales girl who helped my brother the last time, she said it clearly in front of the manager that money was never offered she also said that we still wont change the bag as I'm coming for the 3rd time which really pissed me and forced me to shout as out of 3, 2 visits were because the shoes were defected. The manager said I can shout but he wont do anything. Then another person ANKIT BHASIN came and said we are in store otherwise we don't listen " baher hota na tab batata, baher delh lunga main".. He also said mentioned that I should rather buy from sadar bazaar despite of the fact Your products are defected. I spoke to kusum again and told her about the statements I've heard here. She also did not take any action however agreed for money back. And the person who is your store manager Manoj, I don't know what made you think that he can be a manager forget about handling situation he could not even control his juniors while they were laughing, or for that matter threatening me. Ankit Bhasin who is so called fashion consultant he himself is a disaster in talking to his customers. Since I have not seen anybody taking any action for the threat that Mr fashion consultant has given me I will make sure that I file a complaint against it.

                        This to inform that you that I purchased a puma shoes from puma store, great India place noida .. i purchased it around 6-8 months back . It cost me 3500 Rs and now all the paint is coming out from all the side and sole area..it have started looking so ugly that i am not able to wear it, And for your information i did not even used for playing purpose .. I wear it to my office daily, but i regret to inform that, such type of product was not expected from such brand.I want you to take action for this complain .

                          I got a pairpair of pumas for my birtday fRom my son, I don't have the heart to tell him why they still look new, is because they make my feet sweat so bad that I got swomp feet not swomp foot. They hurt so bad I couldn't walk for two days after wearing them, my feet stink stink now and I have never had problems with my feet.I am on disability and cant afford aanother pair and when I tried to return them the store wouldn't take them back because they were worn. I love the shoes because my husband wore pumas we have been together for 30years and those are his favorite shoes.so this was my first pair .they are light and beautiful but no air goes threw them. IsIs there something I can do so I can get a pair I can wear these I wore 3 tImes and can't wear .they hurt my feet and the shoes smell so bad .thank youmrs olive klassen

                            I placed an order with Puma online store on 12th February 2015, I tried to contact PUMA customer care over the emails and call and even their courier service overnite express to get update on my undelivered ordered item. But I did not received any correct response from any side.

                            As per courier service they told me to contact seller directly.I completed frustrated after placing an order with PUMA online, As my experience after placing an order with Puma is :

                            1. Wrong delivery time declaration on PUMA Web.
                            2. No, one track the order... its delivered or not to customer.
                            3. Lack of communication, No one respond correct answers on email or over the call.

                            And after 20 days of regular chasing with Puma. On 3rd March 2015 after calling customer care, Puma informed me that "we are in under the refund processed . You will received your amount in your bank a/c within 5-7 days ."

                            So I completed wasted approx one month for a single item with PUMA ONLINE STORE.

                              I was buy the puma sports shoes RS:-4800rs about 7-8 month ago.the original value of shoes approximately 8000rs. I was just wearing only hardly 20-30 time there but they are broken out there upper web net is cut and I was going for exchange the shoes the shopper stop service center employs say it is not exchange ...why I want to ask if we purchase the 4800 hundred costly shoes then there is no guarantee of any product...this is very bad...people buy costly shoes because they have believes that the product is reliable. i have the bill of these shoes, E-mail; [protected]@gmail.com

                                I purchased the puma Solid V-neck Casual men's sweater of purple colour from flipkart.com on 25/10/2014 bearing order no. OD[protected] and having tax invoice no. blr_wfld[protected]. within a period of 4 months the quality of puma's product detoriated. I informed flipkart about my issue but they said that the product cannot be exchanged as the period of 30 days as per their terms ended. I have no issue with the colour of the product.

                                  Dear Sir/Ma'am, As always, this time also I preferred to buy shoes from PUMA with a view of high degree of comfort and satisfaction it provides. On[protected], I bought shoes from the PUMA Store situated at Connaught Place, New Delhi (bill attached below) but unfortunately, when I opened and wore the shoes today, I seriously cried in pain after wearing it for few hours. I was not in a state to walk a few steps wearing those pair of shoes and my foot swelled so much. Its not the size issue as the sales staff at the store gave me the correct size yet the issue is been unpredictable. Its strange as never has this happened before with any of my shoes. I request you to kindly look towards the concerned matter and ask the concerned store to refund my money. Never in my life felt so much discomfort.                                     I have purchased L size- Crew sweat fleece -Red colour-on 03/12/2014 from C.G. Road, Ahmedabad. Its Item no[protected]. and Receipt No-64036. When I wear it for first time in January its inner side fibers literaly stick on my Precious Louis Philip T shirt. I brought this product to its retail store c.g.road. but there was one female sales lady whocasuall told me that this is normal phenomena in Red colour untill its first wash. After its first wash its inner side fibers will not stick with any of garment. this was her verbal and very vague assurance. How can I Tolerate that if I spent 1600 rs, for any product of Puma and I have to face this type of poor quality problem. If Customer care of Puma will not replace or refund for its poor quality seat fleece I will go with CERC.

                                        Falling standard of Brand Puma : I was a fan of Puma products until last year when I bought a Puma Shoe from Select City Mall, Delhi. I had to shell out rs 5200 for the shoe and was given all sorts of promises that it will withstand at least 2-3 years. To my utter shock It gave away within 5-6 months and the fabric has been torn at 4 places . This is shocking as it comes from a brand like Puma. I had invested this much rupee on Puma product because of the trust that we have on the brand, but after this bitter experience I doubt if i will buy PUMA shoe again. Why to waste this much rupee on PUMA if it gives away so easily. Also when i thought of writing on consumer forum websites i was shocked to see others having similar problems. Please review my case and do whatever necessary.
