Bought a Sneaker from the store in Madhu Vihar, Dwarka. A few days later, wore it for the first time. Within fifteen minutes, I started having blisters and cuts on the skin right above my heel. Went back to the store a few days later, asked for it to be replaced. At first the guy 'suggested' I may have worn them without socks, hence the Blisters. Courteousness out of the window, Curtness galore.
At the end, he 'graces' me taking my number and saying he would respond back, as soon as he had contacted his seniors.
Two weeks pass, no call, no contact. Two days back, I call back. Ask the assistant manager of the store, on the status. He says it would not be able to be replaced as, getting Blisters on your foot, due to inferior quality of the shoe, does not imply a "Manufacturing Defect".
For a company of such repute, this is shoddy work, in manufacturing and in customer handling
or is THIS the normal way of dealing, for Puma?
