Hi Puma Team,

Hope this finds you well. Requesting an acknowledgment of the receipt of this mail.

For my order number[protected], I need to have a RETURN PICKUP scheduled since this is WRONG SIZE for me.

I have called 6 times explaining the whole situation again. Please help schedule my pickup at the earliest.

There has already been a delay. I dont want to end up paying for these shoes due to delay as per 15 days return TAT.

Furthermore, when I wanted to raise a complaint, i was not allowed to do that. I wasn’t even provided Supervisor for talking.

Booooooo Puma!!!

Attached are all the requested pictures which have already been shared multiple times with you. But sending again!

      i made order for puma black muse x- metallic women shoes on 19.07.2023 on puma website.The payment was successful and i received mail regarding payment confirmation 9copy attached)but neither the order confirmation mail was received after payment nor item has been received till date.When i checked on puma app it is showing no order detail available.

        I ordered camo mens sneaker with promo coupon and payed with 5% discount on upi then my money got deducted and transaction complete but i did not receive order no on my email or number and there is no way of me to know about my order.. i would like my money to be refunded or the order be sent to my given address

            I have ordered shoes on 18 th july. but i have not received any confirmation. tracking link, the shoes ordered also not received. Enclosed attachmentof Payment receipt.
            It is sad that a reputed company like puma behaves in this manner.

                I placed an order on Puma application but i did not get any order confirmation also it is not showing in my orders section, there is no order ID to track the order. It was prepaid and money has been deducted from my account.
                I’m attaching the transaction ID. Look into it ASAP

                  Hi Team,

                  Good evening,

                  I bought shoe and t-shirt from in.puma.com but there was size issue so I requested for return.

                  One guy from the courier, came to my place to pick up my order, and he picked it up, but later I received a message that pickup failed despite a successful pickup.

                  Then I called that guy and said that you picked it up, then why did I get a failure message? He said that there was some problem and I couldn't take it now, and he returned it to me.

                  It seems the guy came; he was completely new and unable to handle it. So I request that you please arrange someone who can execute it very quickly.

                  Its been long days, I am keeping follow-up with Puma support and they asked me to share the pics of the products with tag that I did but still there is no progress of my return.

                  This is very disappointing as a customer, I paid my hard earned money and I want to return but there is no value of customer for these guys.

                  This is my humble request that kindly address my issue and take an appropriate action against the company and process my return asap.

                      I have ordered a tshirt worth 1186.55 from puma app. The order was not placed, but amount got deducted.
                      After the payment, the app got refreshed immediately and the product is still in the cart.

                                I tried placing order in puma app of puma shaded men's tshirt.then i selected upi option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my account but the order was not placed and in the "your order" section of app there still shows you haven't ordered anything yet., and now i have no transactions ID or anything to show except the money whichi is debited from my Google pay account.

                                    I have done shoe UPI payment from puma mobile application but after payment the app started showing error and Rs 1993.72 was transferred from my account to puma which got message on phonepe and also mail but no message from puma yet Is.

                                    I have also received a message to deduct the balance of the PhonePe app. And the confirmation message of the bank's balance transfer also came on the phone. On talking to customer care, they were asked to wait for 48 hours, they also left. I am very sad.
