Placed an order with all the tedious process of payment. All the heavy discounts they had offered. Transaction was successful yet no order confirmation and even the order page does not show any order placed. Kindly refund the amount....

My puma shoes was damaged and i habe asked them to replace as it was under warranty they told me they can refund monet with in 3 to 4 days its being 1 month and they have not refunded any money i am tired to call customer care and tired with their excuses. I have asked them if you can not refund give my shoes back i will get it repair from out side but still no answers... I have sent over 2p to 25 emails and there is no response....

I ordered a slider from the Puma app it was showing extra 5% off on upi payment so I payed it but I didn’t receive the confirmation main and it’s showing that you haven’t placed any order yet if I try checking the orders list please help me out

If it’s possible to send those sliders I am fine if not I need refund...

I ordered shoes from puma but not received any email or confirmation from puma. Nothing shows in my order or Tracking shows incorrect tracking number...

I had a horrible experience with Puma.

On 30 April 2023, I tried to place an order for Puma Nitro 2 Deviate (Black Deep Aqua Lime Squeeze).
After applying discount (YNZGUF4B4E) the price came out to be 9848.83

I paid via UPI ([protected]@ybl). The money got deducted, but I didn't receive any payment confirmation from Puma's end. I've attached the payment screenshot for reference....

Booked two t shirts from the puma app, the payment done and money debited but havent got any confirmation on the placement of order, neither on the app nor on text or mail. GET this resolved puma...

I placed an order for puma sliders and the money was debited from my account but i did not receive any order confirmation or invoice.
Please look into this....

I recently ordered a pair of shoes and a bag from puma India but the money is deducted from my account and the order is not placed. There has been confirmation from their end neither vial mail, nor texts and they won't even answer calls.

I ordered from puma website and paid at the same time via UPI, and the money was deducted from my account for which I got message from my bank, but I didn't got any message from puma about my order or confirmation of order. The products are still as is in my cart, no mail, no texts and they won't answer my calls as well....

I am unable to login my Puma account on Puma application...

Today[protected] I was orders T-Shirts from Puma App. I chose UPI method for payment (G pay) then its ask for transaction approval I follow the process my money is deducted but order is not placed.

How much time it will take for refund my money?

Puma it's really disappointing from you as being a regular customer I face challenges like this. I have placed an order of . ₹1549, it's a white checkered flag Mercedes Tshirt in small. I payed it through UPI. Even After deducting money from my account, your app doesn't show that i ordered anything. Guys please take account on this....

I paid for the product but didn't receive any email for the confirmation and nothing is there in my orders section as well this is not fair...

I have ordered PUMA Acrux Sneakers For Men on dated 04/11/2022 and received the same. But after two months the colour of the shoes started fading. I tried to contact your Puma complaint number, but got no assurance or confirmation regarding my complaint.
Bill and photograph of the same is attached for reference. Please take it on the record and do it resolve earliest.
