I am wearing puma shies that i bought a few months back . They have started tearing at the top of the shoe and it is not because of mishandling or any type pf damage by me . But it has itself started to tear tge fabric has weakened and is tearjbg apart itself

    An order for the above mentioned No has been placed long back because I was having an important match to be played..But after so many days my order has been cancelled for which my amount has been paid with a discount of 15% with an additional of 5% having prepaid the amount...But this cancellation has left all my plans disordered as I have to purchase from a local brand...Really disappointed with the service of PUMA as before that I used to consider PUMA as one of the best brands...But from now on I have changed my mind completely as I dont consider PUMA as this kind of sudden cancellation can leave anyone's plans wasted...Really disappointed...

      Hi, I purchased puma shoes at INR 3800 from Myntraonline shopping India. I have mailed the puma team just after 3 months of warranty as they said. I mailed after 5 days, I was on an international trip & I was not connected to the internet. Asap I reached India & dropped an email regarding the shoe problem that occur while traveling on 25th Marc. Just one day before expiry.

      I have asked them to replace the shoes just because I spent INR 3800 on these shoes & they got defective within 3 Months. After purchasing any brand and paying so much money & I am getting pathetic service.

        I have bought a shoes only one month ago .. it was too bad quality that with in a month it got tore down .. I have called and emailed customer care but no use they are too rude in behaviour that they don’t want to listen .. I wasted all money even a local shoes pair can go at least several months .. why puma gives too bad quality and robbed customers money

            I have ordered 3 parit of shoes from Puma on 23rd Feb, 2023

            I recieved only product on 24th Feb, 2023.
            Immediately I called the customer care and was following up on daily basis.

            Today they called me and saif they sent me all three products, so they are saying sorry now.

            I need help on this please .

            I am sharing the photos of the product I recieved. That box can't contain 3 pair of shoes as well.

                I ordered puma shoes in december and shortly after a month the colour faded of both shoes. They were black coloured and became copper like after some time. I didn’t know what to do and i spent that much money for a original brand and this happened. please help me to return or replace.

                  Hello Team,
                  I placed the order on 6th Jan 2023 using puma India application via UPI (google pay) the money is debited but order is not placed .
                  I wrote the mail for the same on very same date that is 6th Jan 2023, called customer care next day and thankfully got respond from team member Syed Mustafa and He promised to make a refund in next 2 3 working days but it have almost 2 months now and still not got refund and now I don't even get response back for my mails.

                    I ordered Evostripe men's T-shirt (Article no[protected] cost 1, 139 on the 8th of Feb 2023 and received the package containing Gypsy vest cost 200 on February 12th, 2023. I requested a refund through the Puma website the same day with a picture of the package. Despite waiting for over a week, the customer care team has not provided a satisfactory response, and all they have sent so far is an automated reply. I'm not sure what more can a customer do to get the product we paid for. I don't really understand in this day and age how hard is to get the product to the customer without losing it. We didn't choose the carrier that shipped our product, it's disappointing to receive such a response from Puma India customer care.

                      I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of Puma shoes .

                      I had purchased a pair of black puma sport shoes (picture attached)

                      Details below -:

                      From -Puma store bandra west .
                      Rs 3500

                      A little background on the shoe usage my end -
                      1.I am a person who uses sports shoes occasionally .
                      I don't go to the gym or walks .
                      2. The shoes are used on rare occasion like for trips .
                      3. I have brittle nails so generally my nails don't grow.

                      4. jun-sep is the monsoon season, hence again the sports shoes have no use .

                      Hence, I hardly used the shoes and didn't notice anything in the first 3 months which is timeline for returns .

                      So I was shocked to see that both the shoes have developed small holes within a year of MINIMUM USE !

                      I have owned other brand like nike, addidas including puma in the past and never ever have the shoes developed holes .
                      Yes, the soles have worn out which is understandable!
                      That too after 5 years o[censored]se .

                      I did approach your store at bandra which has shifted now to khar .
                      The manager told me I could exchange the pair .
                      .However the current range is 5000 Rs onwards and I don't wish to spend more money on sports shoes as my usage is limited .
                      Also I don't see any reason why I should be penalised to pay more for poor quality of a reputed brand .

                      I would like the quality manager to look into this issue and revert with a solution.
                      Pls note as I don't gym or walk I am not interested in buying any apparel and need a sport shoe only .

                        Dear Team Puma,

                        I have ordered the same product from your website on 18th Jan 2023 but the same has not been delivered to me yet, as on date 16/02/2023 I have called customer care to know the status of delivery then she refused to deliver the product as there was some price mismatch.

                        As I have ordered the same product in very good faith on the name of Puma Brand so why is it making its customers fool.

                        If I have ordered the same should be delivered to me and I am ready to pay the amount for which I have ordered.

                        I request the company Puma to please look into the matter, otherwise I'll need to take the help of the consumer forum, as it is our right.

                        I have attached the screenshots and original tax invoice of the order.

                          It’s not even been 1 year for my shoe and I washed them for the very first time. It’s green colour and blue colour have spell all over the white area on my shoes and my shoes have become very much colourful now. It’s this the quality of a 10k puma shoe?

                              I have order 2 trainers on the 25th of November 2022, which were never delivered by Evri.
                              I have contacted Puma on the 16th of January 2023 for a refund as the delivery was no were to be found, to which they told me the refund process will only start once they receive the parcel at their warehouse. Today, the 11th of February 2023 I still have no updates, no refund, not even the process started. Puma doesn’t provide any insurances to their customers, this is completely unacceptable! It has been 3 months now!

                                  I had purchased more than 20 caps from puma online. But 2 caps from that was not suitable for me. which was returned back but they have refunded less than a half amount of refund.
                                  the said return item discounted rate is mentioned 1298/- for 2 pc.
                                  I got 25% extra discount in promotional offer i.e 1298/- less 25% = 973.50 for 2 pc.
                                  Both cap has been returned back and amount of 973.50 should be refunded back.
                                  But I had received only 462.41 refund.
                                  511.09 is still pending for refund.
