I ordered a PUMA Graphic Women's Hoodie (black) on 13th November 2022 at 9.05pm. i did not receive the confirmation of the order nor did I receive an email from the company. The payment was made through Phone pe Transaction ID - T2211132105265646063060
Kindly help me regarding this issue.

    Today i made a payment on puma app for my order to avail 5% discount on online payment through UPI but my money got deducted from bank account and the order was not placed .

        On 31october i order one hoodie and two pants from puma india app, which i paid them through Upi id but my order have not placed yet.. kindly look into this matter. .
        This is pathetic.. i want my money back asap...

          I have order Storm Origin Shoe on October 04, 2022 (order number is[protected] by paying through Simpl Pay which was recommended in Puma App. Due to quality issue I had return the same and handed over to Delivery person on October 08, 2022.
          Almost a month have gone, still I haven’t received my refund back. I have raised the issue with many Puma customer support team. No proper responses from their end. Simpl pay had sent a reminder for next bill payment.

            I tried placing order in puma app then i selected the upi payment option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my a/c but order was not placed but money debited from my account!. Searched google, & found out there’re so many same complaints against puma.
            Didn’t expect it from an MNC like PUMA
            N customer care says they didn’t receive any money.
            And i hv to wait for 15 days. This is pathetic.My money is deducted i hv proof of that.
            Not sure i will use this app ever again.

                    Recently 50days before i buying two set of shoes one is old model one is new model shoes old model shoes is fine new model shoe only problem both shoes one side is sole design getting tored two times i will go and ask showroom 2 times he also replaced and 1 same time give different model shoe but now also this shoe same issues happened after 1 week I am using please give me permanent solution asap unable to use this shoes but no response both side

                              I ordered two trackpants on 3rd of July and asked for a refund, they asked me to wait for 14 days and it has been more than 3 months as today is 7th of Octoberm Whenever I call they ask me to wait for 5 days and then no call no email is received. All the agents say that we have prioritiezed your concern and it will be resolved within 5 days and so does their supervisor say but still no confirmation. They are doing fraud with their customers by giving them fake promises. My ticket number is 556375. Highly disappointed.

                                  मेने इस कम्पनी का चप्पल कुछ समय पहले c21 mall, Indore से ख़रीदा था, जिसकी तीन माह की वॉरंटी थी, उस अवधि के पहले ही वह ख़राब हो गयी जो की में स्टोर पर जाकर बताई और उन्होंने चार दिन का कहकर कहा कि यह चप्पल हम नहि रख पाएँगे, हम सिर्फ़ कम्पनी को mail कर सकते हैं, कम्पनी चार दिन के अंदर हमें mail करेगी तो आपसे सम्पर्क किया जाएगा।स्टोर का और कम्पनी का अभी तक कोई रेसपोंस नहि आया है, आपके द्वारा तीन कार्यदिवस के अंदर रेसपोंस न देने पर मैं स्टोर या कम्पनी या दोनों के ख़िलाफ़ उचित क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करूँगा . धन्यवाद .

                                    I ordered a shoe from puma online through UPI, my money got debited and my order status says failed, i tried contacting customer care it said no one at the office when I call so I tried emailing them and guess what, the website crashed and all the thing i typed was a waste of time, i tried the ticket thing and it crashed again. I have to contact them again tommorow about this and i got scammed by puma with the promo code, i got the code from phone pe, before sign up, i tried to buy a shoe without sign up or login, i was in the billing section and i applied the promo code but then the website crashed and my billing process terminated, i signed up and logged in and then buying the same shoe again and this time i couldn't apply the promo code, it says it's already used bit i haven't used it at all, this was a huge scam by far i had ever experienced

                                        I bought puma running shoes from amazon after one month o[censored]se, the inside of sole, hole has been formed. there were no misuse and other part of the shoes on good condition. this was clearly a quality issue. they are claiming insole is not covered under warranty. but there is no clear indication about insoles on warranty policy of puma.
