Dear sir/madam,

I am totally disagree the way your collection department presented the first cheque to icici bank of amount rs. 5220.00 on 13th july 2016 which was bounced due to insufficient funds and it was charged for 402 rupees in account.

I am not aware why this amount was presented, when i consulted my agent he said it could be preemi or processing changes.

This is really hit my cibil...
