Made spelling mistakes in my name even after giving it proper in Application form and in PAN Card too. Sanctioned loan at different ROI which they never disclosed and then they say it just word you will get charged by the rate which I told you. It's been more than 15 days didn't get updated Sanction letter nor copy of cheque, even when they say you will get your cheque & updated sanction letter by tomorrow (which they are saying from last 5 days).

Never pick up my phone, when they don't have answer to respond (Guys at least you should follow some business ethic atleast dare to pick up call and say it will take few more hours/days. Being a customer I am getting exhausted and thinking why I choose them for this Home loan.

I will never ever suggest anyone to pick this firm to go for Home Loan.

    Hi,

    This is sathiyaraj.p. I applied hone loan in PNB and processing fee was deducation before processing. Loan was approved as conditional loan without intimating to the customer. If customer is not eligible you must reject the loan.

    How do you deduct the processing fee without process ?
    How do you approve the loan with condition without initimating to the customer?

    Return back to my processing fee immeditiately.

      I have applied for a loan of 2500000 against a property in Navi mumbai. When i got pre sanction letter today, i saw total loan amount was made 2625000 adding additional 125000 against Insurance loan.This was absolutely shocking as they never asked me whether i wanna opt for it or not.When i enquired to manager about it he said it has made compulsory by government.Is it the right way to sell a Private company insurance(icici lombard), the details of insurance is neither attached nor disclosed with pre-sanction.

      Please clarify whether the process is fine.

        I am Eswaran from coimbatore tamilnadu state. i have applied for a mortgage loan from your bank.As per the criteria i have given all documents to your employee for mortgage loan on 20 jan2017 and i have received a confirmation massage from yourside on 24 jan 2017.for that mortgage loan i have paid 11500 as processing fee in advance.here the think is i Have been waiting more than a months almost 52 days waiting for a Status of my loan. I really fed up these kind of service provider or banker ever seen in my life. I tried of following your people and last moment taken a decision to withdraw my loan application. Still now i didn't received any information about my loan status.please arrange the refund of my processing fee which i paid on jan month and kindly arrange the documents which i gave you on the same month. This is kind of service is really unfair to all customers. Kindly do the needful as earlier as possible

        Still now i did not received any reply or solution yourside.already i have been waiting more than a month almost 52 days for just loan status. kinldy resolve the issue as earlier as possible.if i am not getting any solution in this.i will escalate into next level. You people holding Customer money and there is no proper reply and any solution from your bank.this is last reminder i need proper remedy otherwise i will esclate in to next5 level.kindly refund my processing amount i will move to apply in some other bank.

          Hi pnb,

          My a/c no. [protected]

          I had made a pre-payment of 400000/- on 14th jan 2017.
          The amount from bank got deducted on 16th jan 2017

          I received a mail from pnb on 17th jan 2017 that the tenure has reduced from 201 months to 161 months. But it never reflected in the system.

          I tried to call up the pnb mumbai branch several times on[protected]/81/82/84 but no one pickups the call. I raised a complaint on customer toll free but there was no action taken by pnb.

          At last today after calling 10 times at branch no i was able to be in touch with the pnb officer. He informed me that the 4 lacs rs. Is showing as excess amount. And i received a mail stated my account has been adjusted. But the date reflect of 15th march 2017 instead of 17th jan 2017

          This is a ridiculous service after 3 months of follow up it has been understood that the money has not be adjusted at all.

          Moreover; i had requested for deduction in roi on 14th jan 2017 today it has been understood that the bank has received the conformity but has failed to sent a mail for acknowledgement. It is 3 months now. Who is going to bear the loss?

          And the worst part; once i received the mail i need to duly sign and submit the copy to branch physically. The pnb office only operates from 10.30-4:30 pm in this digital world why i need to approach the bank?

          I had to again raised new request for roi service no "mum/0317/00390". Let us see how will pnb provide service. I am very sure their service will be horrible. It is better to get transfer your loan where there is better service.

            My loan account no is hou/gha/0116/262904. I have taken floating rate of interest. All the banks have reduced rate of interest with reduction in rates of rbi but pnbhfl is not reducing rate of interest for old customers. They are charging lower interest rate to new customers but for us old customers they are asking for processing charges to the tune of over rs 575/- to reduce interest rate.
            I have taken loan on floating rate of interest and still they are not reducing interest rates.

            My Loan Account no is HOU/GHA/0116/262904. I have taken floating rate of interest. All the banks have reduced rate of interest with reduction in rates of RBI but PNBHFL is not reducing rate of interest for old customers. They are charging lower interest rate to new customers but for us old customers they are asking for processing charges to the tune of over Rs 5750/- to reduce interest rate.

              Hi,

              I have applied the housing loan in pnb housing finance. All the documents was submitted and i received the text msg from pnb as " your loan has approved and processing fee was deducted from the account.

              But still i have not received any sanction letter or any call from the branch. When i checked with builder they states that pnb bank has not yet confirmed about the next process.

              So many banks are ready to give the loan with in stipulated time but its very much delay from your bank. No body picks the call in branch and sales person who collected the documents.

              Can you please check and confirm the status or shall we check with any other bank for further loan process

              Still I have not received any proper and accurate status of my loan application. I have received the revert from your bank executive states that fund will not give to Panchayat Properties.

              Two times documents and processing charges were collected for this loan.

              Initially I will agreed that due to legal issue in high court disbursement was not happened. Second time documents collected based on the Initial Plot approval taken from CMDA, based on that only second time documents collected from me.

              A big question is without technical verification and other verification of the property why the documents were collected 2nd time with necessary charges.

              Awaiting for the proper response.

              we have made agreement with PNBHL for home loan and they have give us interest rate floating, but after RBI circular they have not changed rate of interest.

                  I have taken phbhfl loan (Account - hou/noi/0815/239067). First of all on online pnbhfl account there is no mention of what interest rate i am paying currently. It just says floating rate. This is unacceptable as this is being non-transparent to customer.

                  Secondly, on calling customer care, i was told that i am currently paying 9.9% interest rate. On pnbhfl website the current rate of interest is shown as 8.9%. On repeated question to customer care agent, he accepted that that rate is for new customers, else he was repeating that pnbhfl prime rate is not changed.

                  A customer do not care if pnbhfl has changed its prime lending rate or not. When all banks have slashed the housing loan rates and pnbhfl is also offering 8.9% rate to new customers, then why i am not getting the same rate, what is the use of me taking a floating rate loan then?

                  I request pnbhfl to reduce my loan interest rate to 8.9% as well and also be transparent to customers in doing business.

                      I took home loan from pnbhfl pimpri Pune in Subvention scheme by which builder will pay interest till 18 months from first disbursement. Now bank have send me Subvention scheme Ending Intimation letter before completing 18 month's. I had raised query in bank for detail clarification on dated 21 Jan 2017. But till date no one replied me. I visited bank but no one is looking in my issue. Even respective relationship manager is also not interested to check my issue. Even I have submitted tri-party agreement between me, builder and pnbhfl still they are not responding. My loan account no : HOU/PM/1115/250425. Please help me.

                      If required I will attach my tri-party agreement, Subvention scheme End Intimation letter.

                        Dear sir, i have borrowed a loan of rs. 6, 09, 750/from pnb hfl in which fraudulently they have added rs. 50, 000/­ and no document was given to me when i asked for a documents over e­mail then the documents were shared then i could come to know the fraud. Also, they levied late fee of emi due to their own mistake. Initially they ask me to give 7 undated cheque and took my signature over ecs mandate form but after some time they said that ecs has not been effected and asked me to sign the ecs form again then i had requested that i[censored] have problem in sbi then take the cheques and i will sign the ecs mandate for pnb since i have my accounts in sbi and pnb both. They again took the 7 cheques of pnb and took my signatures on ecs. However, the ecs mandate again could not be effected for a long and they start putting alternate cheques of sbi and pnb without keeping me inform since then issues are not being resolved. Since aug 2016 i am trying to resolve but yielded no results. Since nov 2016 now i am requesting them to issue me the correct foreclosure letter and take your dues and handover my original property papers. Complaint dated 27/12/2016, 06/01/2017 and 31/01/2017 with nhb (Grids) are also pending and has not received any response and at the same time pnbhfl has been keeping mum and not responding to any of my e-mails since 27 jan 2017.

                        I have borrowed a loan of Rs. 6, 09, 750/­ from PNB HFL against Loan account No. HOU/DEL/1015/245997 in which fraudulently they have added Rs. 50, 000/ without my consent­. There was an issue of levying o[censored]nnecessary late EMI fee payment which was due to them and has been recently resolved by them. However, issue of insurance is not being resolved and pending since Aug 2016. In the month of Nov 2016 once they could not resolve the issue then i had decided to re-pay their dues and take my property papers. On 06 Jan 2016 in writing they promise me to resolve the issue within 15-20 days but till date they could not done anything else they are not responding to any e-mails and keeping mum on the subject. Wherein i borrowed again a loan from someone to repay them and now force to pay EMI to both the lenders. I have only request to PNB HFL that take your due by issuing me the correct foreclosure letter and handover me my property paper which are required by Development Authority since construction is on and stop harassing me since day one i have been harassed enough by them. The association with PNB HFL has been very very horrific and suggest other customers to be away from such lender.

                          Reduction in Housing Loan Interest

                          PNB HFL is not reducing the interest on housing loan for existing customers. They are asking exorbitant charge to reduce the interest. Last time they have charged only Rs. 1000, this time they are asking Rs. 7, 500. They should reduce interest to existing customers automatically. Charging 9.6% to existing customers while charging 8.90% for new customers...

                          I have applied home loan in your company on 2nd Nov 2016 and the loan amount is 10, 00, 000Rs. They have dejected my loan due to my office located in Residential Area also working less than 50members. They didn't told about this kind of information before processing the loan. But I have informed about my company and submitted all documents related to my company before paying my processing fee. Their target only for collection document and processing fee for submission for reach their monthly target. Once I have paid the processing fee they won't follow me. I have to call them and follow those guys. Many of the times they won't attend your call. Also I followed through mail I am not getting any reply(Here I have attached the mail). I want to know about processing fee, in all bank they will asking the processing fee once the loan got approved. The processing fee is 1% of loan amount. You are not approved my loan. So, Could you please check and refund the processing fee, because main problem with your company employees. I am not ready to lose my money due to mistakes made by your company employees. I have paid 11, 500Rs as processing fee.

                            With reference to my PNB HOUSEING LOAN Application No: HOU/KOL/0916/3142, login dated 05-SEP-2016, approved dated 12-SEP-16 (ver. no.- 1) and again on 28-SEP-16 (ver. no.- 2) & 29-SEP-16 (ver. no.- 3), I am sorry to inform you that I’m really disappointed about your system, service and delay- dulling attitude. I have applied for loan approximately on 01-SEP-2016 along with my KYC and all required Documents and accordingly your office completed all formalities like Documentation, signature of legal documents and also in ECS form etc. on 29-SEP-16 and assured me that disbursement will be made within 02 working days.
                            You are well aware that I have tried my best to satisfy you and met your demand of providing several necessary document time and again. But today on 04-NOV-16 unfortunately, I came to know that it was refused by your Kolkata Branch for releasing the sanction loan amounting to INR 14 Lakh without showing any reason or justification from your end.
                            I have harassed for long time and already spent almost 65 days’ time for the same and Finally, today got confirmed by your Kolkata Branch that you have not able to release the sanction amount for my House Building loan.

                            Now, I am requesting your good-self kindly review the whole matter and get back with update feedback by return mail and kindly refund the total amount of INR 6, 326.00 (Rs- 3, 450 + Rs - 2, 876), which was paid by me through HDFC Bank cheque no.- 0020 Dt.- 07/09/16 & 0021 Dt. 12/09/16- to PNB Housing Finance Ltd. as your fees at an earliest.

                                My name is Sagar Davda. I inquired for Balance transfer & Top up loan in Bankbazar.com. PNB Housing Finance contact me and after verification of my Income proof PNB's employee promised me that your application will be processed with this income documents. I relied on their words and paid processing fees after payment of processing fees they have started avoiding my calls and not able to give me status of my loan application after 25 days of my original document submission.

                                Now I am fed up with this kind of services, therefore I want to withdraw my application for loan and asking my original papers and processing fees which I have paid.

                                      I am following with bank about the waiver of charges since 2 months via phone, email & personal meeting with mr saurabh bansal in mumbai office
                                      Companys head office is in new delhi
                                      We need to get our no due certificate & documents urgently
                                      In the orignal sanction note no charges for preclosure mentioned.
                                      Also mentioned as per national housing bank guidelines
                                      Nhb does not fix any charges and as per nhb guidelines pnb housing fin ltd cannot charge any pre closure charges on floating rates.
                                      Also we were misguided for purchase of high value insurance policy and we paid 1.88 lakh for the same.
                                      Current loan amount was rs 255 lakhs & 87 lakhs which is paid
                                      Current charges by the company as pre payment charges is rs 8.8 lakh & 1.96 lakh as per pnb website they do not charge any preclosure fees for home loan but they have sent us the invoice for the same
                                      We want to resolve the matter with nil charges as undue. Full amount is already paid which is a sign of a good customer banks & housing finance company should show that they are a part of institution
