Processing fee refund possibility

A processing fee of 3450 has already been deducted from me.
The loan has not yet been sanctioned nor I have any sanction letter.

I enquired with the salesperson for the same but I have been informed its non refundable. I really do not know when I have not got any disbursement...

I have lend 12 lack rs home loan from pnbhfl.
But i am quite disappointed with the working of your housing finance.
As rbi is decreasing lending rate from quite some time.
But you are charging 10% while other bank have reduced to 8.35-8.75. Now again rbi has cut 50 bps rate cut and all the bank private and govt started reducing home loan now...
