I have applied site loan from your bank for ggr housing india pvt ltd., (Aditya grand) site no. 436, hoskote. Unfortunately i have not got loan from your bank. I have given ch. No. 586103 dt. 12.03.2016 for rs. 5725/- (Rupees five thousand seven hundred and twenty five only) on state bank of mysore, v.V. Puram branch, bengaluru – 560 004 in favour of pnb housing finance ltd. Today i met mr. Narasimha at your above office regarding refund of rs. 5725/- he has assured me release the payment within a week on receipt of my mail. I request you to issue cheque in favour of manjula lakshmi narayana for rs. 5725/- to my above address or credit to my above sb account.
I would like to inform you that i have given cheque to you on 12th march 2016 and after getting oral confirmation from your office not getting loan. After i have written letter to ggr housing india pvt ltd on 24th march 2016 regarding refund of my advance payment of rs. 1, 00, 000/= . Unfortunately you have debited the cheque on 8th april 2016.
Kindly let us know the reason am not getting the loan.
Please return all the documents to me.
When i came to your office on 16th april 2016, mr. Narasimha rao has assured me to refund rs. 5, 000=00 to me. Today i came to your office twice, he gave rs. 3, 500/- but i refused to take and when i asked the reason for deduction of rs. 2225/- he did not respond well and talked rudely and he lieed. Please look into the matter and remit the amount in my sb account or send the cheque to my below address
