Hello, the Punjab National Bank, Maligaon, Guwahati-11 in this bank we monthly deposit money to our a/c but the woman in the counter is very aggressive and self ego. I have been observing and quite for months but today like always i was trying to depost my money, she said it can't be done by this way, when i told her we regularly do it she just stared and told me to wait and come back after 1/2 hour,

If actions weren't taken seriously then just like me, pnb Maligaon will lose a lot of customers just because of her ego and self attitude. I think this is not a policy in the company i suppose.

    I have returned my crompton fan on 10th june, 19 which I have purchased through Amazon. It has been 7 days now, but didn't get my refund yet. My refund amount was 2188.75
    They told me that they have initiated my refund, but didn't reflect in my bank account. My Amazon id - [protected]@gmail.com

    I have contacted to pnb customer care but they told me that Amazon didn't give any refund. My refund reference number is 431206 against the refund from Amazon
    I have paid through pnb debit card. I am sending you the purchase pic and account statement
    Kindly solve this issue.

      Amazon refund me at 9june but bank say there is no transaction come at this day ...I said check from reference number but bank can't check it I requested them again and again but they avoid me ...I am getting very disappointed from bank .I cal to customer care service they said we cannot check from reference number ...I can't understand what can I do

        I buy a product from amazon on 1st june and paid amount of rs.14043 through my pnb bank a/c. Now as the product was returned but the money was not refunded to my bank a/c.
        Amazon has provided me the reference no. By saying they had generated my refund but bank has not credited to my a/c. The reference no. Is 662101.

          My refund was credited from Amazon on 9 June but it's 16 June and the amount has not yet been credited to my account... I called Amazon, but they said they have credited and provided me the Refund reference number.. On calling PNB customer care 3 times, every time they are saying that they can't help with it, even they are not ready to hear the Reference number...             Last sunday 9th june i cancelled my orders from amazon due to late delivery but u already pay my product amount online through debit card of amount 570(555rs from main account and 15 rs from amazon pay balance) i got 15rs back of amazon pay balace but i didnt got refund of 555 rs which is debited from my account...amazon already initiated my refund here the reference number of refund initiate 805507..please check and send my 555rs refund back...

              I purchased something from Amazon on 30 May and then returned the item and they processed a refund successfully on 7 June or 8 june (one of the dates)and also gave me a reference number which I am attaching in this mail. i called up your customer care, and they are so freakin rude, they hung up on me, without solving my query. I would like to know status of my complaint and also where can I find the charge dispute form which I would like to file to receive my refund back.

                Hi,
                On 5th june 2019, we have purchased cardio max exercise cycle in Amazon for Rs. 9999, but that transcation was cancelled on the same day . when we called amazon customer care for refund they told that amount has been refunded and provided us with transcation id 337305, but when we called bank customer services they are saying that amount is not credited and said there is nothing like charge dispute form and we cannot do anything in this issue

                    I had ordered 2 products from amazon using my PNB master card of 293 ₹ and 414₹ on 4/6/2019 and 6/6/2019 respectively. After that both these products gets cancelled due to some reason and Amazon has credited my amount to me on their respective date and i also received email of refund reference id from amazon on next day of cancelling order i will attach both at the end of this complaint. And Amazon give the last date of 12 june and 13 june respectively for refund gets reflected in my account but till now i won't received any single amount in my account. I also tried to talk to their customer care but they denied to help me and ask me to go to the branch and in branch also they denied to help me please help me if you can.

                        I bought a Redmi 6 pro on 5/6/2019 and paid from Debit card and same day i cancel the order. Amazon sent a mail ( Your refund of Rs.8699.00 has been processed successfully on 6/5/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 6/12/2019.

                        The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 867705.

                        In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                        Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund. )

                                      TODAY AT 10AM I VISITED PNB BANK churu main branch &submitted a fixed deposite receipt .I asked for loan of Rs 100000(one lac only).the got my signatures where needed &kept mortgage my fd receipt & told that the sanctioned amount of rs one lac will be credited in your saving account by 11.30 am.but till date they have not transferred this amount till 4.48 pm.IT MEANS THE BANK GOT MY SIGNATURES AND TRANSFERRED THIS AMOUNT TO SOME OTHER PERSON &CHEATED ME.

                                      PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND EXPEDITE OTHER WISE I HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO TAKE ASSISTANCE FROM APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY TO INTERVEN..

                                        I Had one current account in pnb bank civil lines branch ludhiana.A/c name jain trader and account no [protected].I closed this account on 20/12 /2018.But when I got the statement of a/c I saw minimum balance charges rupee 825 deduct from my account.But in the session 2018/19 my account always have rupees above from the minimum balance.I ask from the bank manazer of the branch for this and they tell me to give my complaint in written to them.after that I ask them many time to refund my rupees but they did not give me any satisfied answer.So that is the Resson I fill this complaint form.Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible
