I have place order some some instagram page. (I. E - fashion_couture707) but after receiving payment this site block me from their page after keeping asking again and again they block me. I have all the proofs.. After i got blocked i found they are fraud because some other people on insta tag them (I am sharing a screen shot) as a fraud site.

They herself share their account details to transfer money i will share all the screen shot below.
I know my money would not come back but my concern is just to give punishment to such fraudulent..

    I've a saving account with pnb lanka varanasi, my name is shubham tripathi,
    So this is regarding refund processed by "le travenues technology / ixigo" of amount 3070/- rupees on 14th of april 2018 as claimed by one of the team mate of ixigo, they are clearly claiming with document that the amount has been sent to bank, but it is not showing in the mini statement, so i'm attaching one pdf document sent by ixigo, please look into this matter & resolve the issue because i spoke with them (Payu money) 4-5 times about this, infact they have sent enough document to proof that the amount has been sent to bank but not credited to my account

    I request you to please check the working of pnb branch samrala . Their working is very slow especially of cashier . They are consuming 15min per customer . This is very slow working as it wastes lot of time of people.

      I had done an online net banking transaction to buy mi band from mi website, on 07/05/2019 for rs: 1999, the transaction failed, but the amount got deducted. Kindly look into the matter to refund the amount.

With pnb bank andi am sure that i have filled out correct details of my atm card and and i am oy getting payment failed... So please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible...             I've a fixed deposit a/c no. 149800qp00012356 of rs.2, 00, 000/- getting quarterly interest of rs.3, 700/- & having maturity on 25.11.2021. The last interest was received on december, 2018 for quarter-3. Accordingly, next interest was due on march, 2019.
            But, till date i've not received the said interest of quarter-4 in my savings bank a/c no. [protected] with pnb.
            I've registered complaint on 01.05.2019 vide srn no. [protected], but, till date no response received.

              Manager is not accepting death claim forms as one of son of deceased is mentally distracted manager orally wants that claimant should also furnish certificate from magistrate for releasing the share of mentally distracted person to the authorised person. Bank is not even providing format of certificate to be obtained from the magistrate. They are sandwiches between the bank and courts

                  I was ordering an order in one of the e-commerce website and the total amount was 149 rupees and i made the payment through my debit card of pnb but while paying through it the transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my bank account and the upi ref no is[protected] so i did not receive the money back so wanted that amount should be refunded to my bank account early.

                    I have not yet received the refund of ₹1065.28 from amazon that was initiated on 21st april. They've provided me with a refund reference number i. E[protected] and asked me to dispute the transaction as "refund not processed". But the pnb customer care guys are saying there is nothing like charge dispute and they can only check if it has been credited or not. My acc no. Is [protected].

                        I have cancel a ticker with irctc. And i receive amount 1240 refund in my account but there is no any credit is shown in my account.                             I made a txn on 22 april, refund for which has been initiated on same day by amazon.in.

                            10 days have passed, still the amount hasn't been credited to my account.in this regard, i have contacted amazon multiple times via call and email, and they have confirmed that refund has been done via their side. I'm attaching the relevant mail.

                            Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                              I have purchased a product online from my debit card. Havent received my refunf. And despite continual contact with the site and raising complaints i am asked to check with the branch i have my account. I have the reference no. And payment id and that too is not sufficient for pnb.
                              I have sent my bank pass book screenshots to the shopping site and they have again chevked the same and raised a complaint and when i went back to bank with the payment id they told me there is no such software which can check this reference no. They people ate asking me utr no. And the shopping site is providing me the reference no. Which as per pnb is not utr no.

                                  I had placed an order with swiggy on April 17 2019 through Amazon Pay using Pnb Rupay debit card.But due to some problems swiggy cancelled the order and refund was initiated by amazon on the same day. Amazon told me that i would get the refund by 29 April 2019. But i did not get the refund. So I contacted amazon again. They gave me refund reference number and told me to file a charge dispute with the bank.On contacting with Bank they told that they do not know about any charge dispute and they can only check account balance.So I kindly request you to ask them to refund my money as already 14 days have passed.I am providing my details as below with screen shot from amazon.

                                    I purchased two items from myntra worth Rs. 1304 on 7th April. I returned one Worth Rs 755 and kept the another to myself. Myntra initiated my refund of 755 rs in my PNB account on 15th April but i still have not received my money. Bank reference number is - "[protected]".
                                    I have to get one more refund of Rs. 760 in PNB account from Flipkart but I am afraid I wont get that too.
                                    I also sent 2000 Rs. to one to my friend but he has also not received the money yet and it's already been more than 5 days.
                                    I also went to the PNB bank branch Mohan nagar but they are also behaving naive in this matter.
                                    Please look into it.

                                      Complaint date-30/04/2019
                                      I ordered some kurti on jabong, amount of rs.1448.05 got deducted but order was not placed, immediately i got message from phone pe that u will get the refund within 9 working days. I had done the payment through phone pe. Phone pe had done refund on my debit card on 20 april, they also provided me their transaction reference no - "your refund of amount rs.1448.05 has been successfully processed with reference number[protected]. Please reach out to your bank with ref. Number if the amount does not reflect in 7 business days.

                                      Bank says that u have to wait for 45 days and your complaint will be resolved within 45 working days. I still not getting any amount credited from bank. I have faced many times this issue while paying through pnb debit card. I am tired doing this repetitive procedure again and again. How can people go cashless if they are facing this issue again and again. Now onwards i will think twice before making online payment. Better use cash.
