Sir my amount 1271 is not refunded me yet please do something about my complaint it could not resolved yet
I purchased a Ringke Bezel Styling for Galaxy Watch...
Colour: 46mm - Aluminium (GW-46-09)
But I did a return.
This product is returned at 2nd July.
And my refund has been issued on 2nd July.
But today is 11th July but Steel I didn't get my.

Please help me.

    I was trying to initiate an online transaction with iasbaba (Upsc online preparation) of rs.11800 which displayed a failed status but the amount was deducted for the same. I have the failed transaction receipt as well as the debit amount message.
    I have registered a complaint but there is no satisfactory response. The refund is sought urgently but their is no positive affirmation.
    If this take much time, an interest amount can be claimed as my money is in unknown direction for unknown amount of time.
    Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I would like to inform you that a refund of ₹5973 that was processed on 28th of June from PhonePe application has not been received by debit card and the reference number (ARN) is[protected]. I contacted the bank and they said no refund has been processed. However the appropriate time was 7 days. Kindly help me.

      I had ordered a smart phone from amazon.in
      On 27/07/2019 using my master debit card of punjab national bank. But later i cancelled the order on 28/07/2019
      And i was expecting the refund of the money from the amazon. I waited a week nad then contacted the amazon customer care executive and they have
      Informed me that they have already initiated the refun on the 2nd of jully 2019 and as a prove they provided me the transaction id that they have
      Received from the punjab national bank after the refund got initiated. I contacted the punjab national bank customer care executive and they denied to
      Help me regarding this matter. Its been 6th business day after the refund got initiated and 12 days since i cancelled the order but the amaount did not

        I have placed an order from amazon on 27/06/2019 and the order id is[protected] and the amount was 514.50₹ which was paid through internet banking via punjab national bank. I cancelled the order after making the payment and i got the message from amazon's side that the refund will be credited soon. After 14 days i did not get any refund from amazon. When i asked them, they gave me a reference number[protected] and asked me for contacting my bank's customer care. While contacting pnb's customer care i did not get any resolution as they refused me to help out that they cannot help with any reference number and suggested me to contact again with amazon.

        So my request is to punjab national bank regarding filing a charge dispute form as suggested by amazon

          My name is aseem kalra and my register no. Is [protected]. My order number is 111300660819776386303 in which there are 3 items.in those 3 items i have cancelled 1 item on 21 jun 2019 and the refund of rs 456 should be reflected in my account by 01 july 2019 which didn't reflect. I called myntra customer care, agent register my complaint and told me that reference no. Id not generated that's why my refund is not generated. After that i have got reference no. On 03 july 2019 which is [protected] and the message was
          "we would like to inform you that your refund has been successfully processed into the source account. I request you to get in touch with your bank support team with the following reference number/s and request them to validate the refund transaction/s. The contact details of the bank support team will be printed on the flip side of the debit/credit card issued."

          Still i didn't get my refund back and bank customer support is saying that this is a false reference no. And contact myntra for refund and myntra is saying that we have sent your refund

          Please take immediate action in this refund and reflect my refund amount in my account as soon as possible.

            Hi i did not get my refund to my bank as in phone pe it is showing that credited to account or it has been processed.
            Amzingly i got my refund for other purchase in just 1 hour in Axis bank.
            I dont know why i am not getting my refunds in PNB accounts

                I purchased micrascreen wireless wifi display dongle 1080p hdmi tv stick screen mirroring miracast ₹1423 from amazon on[protected] and done full payment by upi but order was cancelled on[protected] and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#[protected]
                But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                Same behaviour by branch also.
                Don't know what to do

                      I made two payment of rs 933 and 920 to amazon on 29/06/2019 by using pnb debit card for book bus ticket but after payment ticket was not booked so they initiate the refund on 30/06/2019 as i received an email from amazon.                           Mere sath v same aplogo ke jaisa hi huaa hai, mujhe 26-6-19 ko call aya data entree work ke liye ki 1500 page 10 day me submit karne par 30000 rupees milenge, maine to total page 10 days se pahle, only 8 day me hi complete kiya tha, final submit karne ke liya "ok" button ko click karne or next koi bhi processe nhi ho raha tha, main final submit karne se pahle, bahut bar phone call, massage, email, and watsapp bhi kiya lekin koi reply nhi mila, meralast date 7-7-19 tha, maine bahut pryas kiya lekin koi help ya reply nhi mila, ab date expire hone ke bad mujhe mail call ayay ki aapne timly submit nhi kiya hai, aapko notice mil jayega. Abhi thode der pahle mujhe ak lower ka massage or mail mila hai, paisa dene ke liye,

                            I cancelled an order dated 25th june 2019 after 2 hours of ordering a one plus 6t. According to the amazon they refund the payment at the same time the order was cancelled, but no refund received yet.                               I have purchased a hp printer from amazon.. Returned it.. They initiated a refund but the amount hasn't received. The amount is rs 6499.. The transaction id for the same is[protected].

                                I purchased saregama carvaan from amazon on 19/06/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 24/06/2016 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank.                                   I ordered an poco f1 smart phone on amazon on 21st june 2019 of rs 10969
                                  It got cancelled on 26 june 2019 and refund was immediately initiated by amazon with refund reference number
                                  #[protected], i used paytm upi for the transaction so asked paytm for refund status they told me the refund was initiated on 26 june 2019 and credited in your punjab national bank on 28 june 2019, paytm told me that pnb confirmed that refund is credited on 28 june 2019 today is 9 july 2019 still the amount is not credited into my account. I contacted amazon and they told me to file a dispute but when i went to pnb branch they told me there is no thing like dispute, they can't help. I want my refund as soon as possible because its a huge amount for me.

                                  I received refund after calling, e-mailing and visiting my branch many times. Paytm helped me alot literally a lot in getting my refund, pnb customer service is too much unaware of things, because I used Paytm as upi medium that's why they helped me I also raised complaint here and submitted an application to branch manager also emailed my complaint twice. Most importantly Paytm customer service is helpful

                                      I am abhishek kumar gupta. I am costumer of your bank (Punjab national bank) i booked my ticket on 21.06.2019, but the transaction is failed and money is debited from my account the transaction amount is ₹1580.98.
                                      The account no from which account is debited is [protected]. And refund rrn no. 17203019174924987049590.
                                      Since it is more than 17 days after transaction the debited amount is not credited in my account.
                                      So look into the matter as earliest.

                                      Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I had not got my refunded amount back ..when i complaint these to irctc they told me that they had refunded it and send me a rrn code..it had been more than 8 days since i did those transactions.please help me out.

                                        I purchased a dulcet car stereo of rs 5490 on 20/06/2019 from amazon.in i completed my full payment through upi. And the order was cancelled on 25/06/2019
                                        Till now i have not received my refund amount
                                        I contacted amazon several time they said your refund has been initiated on 25/06/2019 and gave me the refund reference number[protected]
                                        And suggest me to contact pnb support and file a cash dispute
                                        So i contacted pnb support but they said they can not help me with amazon generated reference number. The only thing they can do is to check my account balance.
                                        Help me out
                                        I do not want to loose my money for no reason
