I am abhishek kumar gupta. I am costumer of your bank (Punjab national bank) i booked my ticket on 21.06.2019, but the transaction is failed and money is debited from my account the transaction amount is ₹1580.98.
The account no from which account is debited is [protected]. And refund rrn no. 17203019174924987049590.
Since it is more than 17 days after transaction the debited amount is not credited in my...

I purchased a dulcet car stereo of rs 5490 on 20/06/2019 from amazon.in i completed my full payment through upi. And the order was cancelled on 25/06/2019
Till now i have not received my refund amount
I contacted amazon several time they said your refund has been initiated on 25/06/2019 and gave me the refund reference number[protected]
And suggest me to contact pnb support and file a cash dispute

I purchased sunglasses by coolwinks app using amazon pay method 24 june 2019 but order cancel amazon send me message refund completed but refund cant done my account amazon care says refund succesfully transfer your bank but i cant recive my account till date they say call your bank care and refund refernce number i call my bank they cant solve my problem my refund refernce number[protected]...

I’ve transcated through phone pe and had a corresponding refund. Phone pe is saying refund has been credited to my a/c and they had provided me with the reference no but the same has not been reflected in my a/c and its been more than 2 weeks now. Customer care is saying to fill Charge back form branch is saying we’ve no such form. Kindly resolve the same....

I filed a complaint through customer service for a failed transaction on 3rd January 2019. I was told that the complaint will be resolved within 45 working days but today it is 7th July 2019 and my complaint is not resolved and when asked the customer service about the same they always tell that the complaint is under process.

I have ordered an fastrack watch from myntra shopping and made payment by debit card and then I cancelled order due to some reason . Sir, i have made a transaction through upi on amazon shopping and i have cancelled that order and refund was processed by amazon on[protected] in my account but that amount was not credited to my account. My refund of 429 has been processed successfully from Amazon on 24.06.19 and it was supposed to reflect by 02.07.19 and for this transaction the refund reference no. is: 032622. I had a word with Amazon and they informed me the same. This amount hasn't been reflected in my account.

Dear sir i paid amont of rs.8999 to amazon on 28.6.2019 but somehow my order got cancelled so mazon initiated refund of same amount & asked me to wait till 5.7.2019. Today its been 9 days & still i didnt received my amount & bank is not helping me get my payment if i ask bank for charge dispute form they are ignoring & are not giving me form. I sir /my name bijendra singh amazon ki taraf se kupinda mysore style art silk saree purchase kiya tha jo ki maine return kar diya amazon ne uska refund amout (269 rupees[protected] ko kar diya jo[protected] tak account main credit hona tha but account main nahi aa paya maine amazon walo se baat ki to unhone charge dispute form fill karna ko kaha maine bank ke customer care and pnb branch me concect kiya to unhone mana kar diya amazon walo...

I have bought a bata shoe and returned it... Bt didnot get my refund in my account till now, i have call amazon customer care and they said to fill charge dispute form and contact to your bank nd bank said there is no refund by ur merchant till now

I have purchased an item from amazon on 26/6/2019, for which i payed online sum of rs 319. As i found order is incorrect later, immediately i cancel it. Now, they intiated refund amount on same day. But till now its not processed in my account. Today's date is 5/6/19. My account number is [protected]. And refund reference no - #[protected]. So, kindly look after it. Thankfully i hope problem will get resolved soon....

Ch. No. 630988 dt. 01.03.18 rs. 19824/-
Ch. No. 631284 dt. 31.07.18 rs. 35400/- are issued to m/s ashish printers, balod. But punjab national bank, balod do not transfer the amount to ashish printers account and by mistake transfer the whole amount...

I order placed in 30/05/20, timiming 12-25 pm, my delevered 7th of june 9-09pm. I cancelled my product by self return by courer. I contact to amazon and amazon initiat my amount in 25/06/2019 of rupees 289 product amount and courier amount 70 in amazon wallet but my amount of rupees 289 is not credit in my account amazon is provide me refund reference no[protected]. I have a account in pnb bank. I have purchased some items from amazon on 19/06/2019 & payment done by bhim upi of rs 5325.
I returned some times and the amount of returned item is 1298. Dated 25/06/2019. But did not get my amount till date and also complaint through customer care but did not get proper response. Refund reference #[protected].

Dear sir we are shopping from amazon but we have no product received then we applied for refund the amazon was refunded my amount on 25th june with pnb bank reference no but the amount is not credited, not reflecting in my account pnb bank reference no is refund reference #[protected] so kindly do needful on priority basis
