I have a saving account in Punjab national Bank, SHAHDARA branch. I submitted the documents and request to close my account (a/c no. ending with 373409) on 7th Jun. I was asked to visit bank on 12th Jun t collect the DD. I told them that as I have shifted to other state I can't come again, and requested for a NEFT transfer. I was denied stating that's not possible, but bank will send the DD to my place trough courier. I had left my corresponding address as required with the branch manager.

Till date I haven't heard back. I called customer care and they suggested to contact the branch. The numbers shared by customer care don't work. The email I'd shared doesn't get any response. Finally I wrote a complaint email on 28th June. Except acknowledge and assurance no action has been taken. Attaching the snapshot of the last email communication.

      I had cancelled an order from amazon amounting Rs.3599 which I had payed using my PNB debit card. The cancellation was done on 25th June.

      When I did not receive a refund even after 3-4 days I contacted the amazon customer care who told me that they had refunded the amount and asked me to contact customer service of PNB and file charge dispute they also gave me a Refund reference no - 75503729177030799927928

      On contacting PNB customer service They say that they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check about the transactions and balance.

      Please help.

        I purchased dermawear women's blended ₹698 (₹ 2 +696) from amazon on 19.06.2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day 19.06.19 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 510119 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.

          I purchase "takfa pet" from amazon but i returned that and they initiated my refund of 435rs but i didn't received. After talking to them i contacted pnb customer care & my branch as well & asked them for charge dispute form but i didn't get satisfactory response. So kindlytake action regarding this a. S. A. P.

            I purchased an ipod from amazon on 25/06/2019 and done full payment by phone pay but order was cancelled son same date 25/06/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund refrence #[protected].
            But bank customer service is saying that they can file nothing like charge dispute and they can only check if money came to your account or not.
            Same behaviour by branch also.
            I really don't know what to do where to go.

              Bank is saying i have issue for duplicate passbook upgradation but it's not their the passbook is over entering on the page. And not request for duplicate entry.
              Sir i want to say that bank has charged un necessary amount from my account
              As i need to do the transaction update in my passbook but due to technical fault the system has printed on that page only where the previous transaction are recorded so as the agent done the printing from his system. After words i see my account balance i found that the charges for duplicate printing and passbook has been charged from my account. My account information are given below

                I purchased pvc gym plate ₹969.00 from amazon on 25/06/2019 and done full payment upi ([protected]@upi) order was cancelled on 25/06/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#[protected] but customer bank service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                Same behaviour by branch also.

                      I had placed an order with amazon on june 25 2019 through amazon pay using upi. But due to some problems i cancelled the order and refund was processed by amazon on the same day. Amazon told me that i would get the refund by within 4 business days. But i did not get the refund. So i contacted amazon again. They gave me refund reference number and told me to file a charge dispute with the bank. On contacting with bank they told that they do not know about any charge dispute and they can only check account balance. So i kindly request you to ask them to refund my money as already 8 days have passed. I am providing my details as below with screen shot from amazon.

                        My refund amount rs.785.45 has been processed successfully on 19/6/2019. And the amount should reflect account by 26/6/2019 (As for amazon).

                        But still i didn't get my refund amount is 785.45

Ayese main 3/4days chod k ek ber railway ko ph kia to unke taraf se mail aya jisme clear likha he ki money return ki process unke side se kia geya hain... Phr maine pnb ko irctc ka mail forward kia to unke mail ki 6/7 days wait kare.. Ayesa kate karte 1 month ho geya bt abhi tak mera money return nahi hua.. M really fed up for all this..                                     I booked my ticket on 19.05.2019, but the transaction is failed and money is debited from my account the transaction amount is ₹2205.
                                    The account no from which account is debited is [[protected]]. and bank reference id R[protected]. Also Refund id [protected].
                                    Since it is more than one month after transaction the debited amount is not credited in my account.
                                    So look into the matter as earliest.

                                      Parental account statements must come monthly at residence address after father's death. ACC number:

                                      Salary and pension can be checked by the mother

                                      On going to pnb no respect is given to her due to which I am forced to write this formal complaint

                                      It is banks duty to inform the children and wife of deceased about the balances

                                      I believe they are running away abroad by doing some mishap in our parental account

But due to some error in putting the account number of the receiver, the amount got debited from account but the receiver did not receive the money.
