It is banks duty to inform the children and wife of deceased about the balances

I believe they are running away abroad...

Respected sir,
I have tranfered an amount of 31, 034 from my pnb account to an axis bank account. But due to some error in putting the account number of the receiver, the amount got debited from account but the receiver did not receive the money. All the other informations in the neft form were given correctly. I would really be obliged if you give a quick solution to this problem.

I bought jewellery from Amazon in last December. Then I returned to site due to damage. After a week I talked to their custumer care and they said that they have initiated refund but due to any problem from bank side refund is not completed. They have given me the reference number[protected] and told me to contact pnb consumer site and file complaint. Plz resolve. The account holder name is santosh kumari....

I purchased headphone 549ru from Amazon 11/05/2019 and done full payment by upi payment but order was cancelled on 30/05/2019 and now Amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. so contact customer service and change dispuy they had given me reference no[protected] but costomer service is saying they can not file nothing charge dispute and can only check if money come to your account...

Hello, the Punjab National Bank, Maligaon, Guwahati-11 in this bank we monthly deposit money to our a/c but the woman in the counter is very aggressive and self ego. I have been observing and quite for months but today like always i was trying to depost my money, she said it can't be done by this way, when i told her we regularly do it she just stared and told me to wait and come back after 1/2 hour,

I have returned my crompton fan on 10th june, 19 which I have purchased through Amazon. It has been 7 days now, but didn't get my refund yet. My refund amount was 2188.75

Amazon refund me at 9june but bank say there is no transaction come at this day ...I said check from reference number but bank can't check it I requested them again and again but they avoid me ...I am getting very disappointed from bank .I cal to customer care service they said we cannot check from reference number ...I can't understand what can I do...

I buy a product from amazon on 1st june and paid amount of rs.14043 through my pnb bank a/c. Now as the product was returned but the money was not refunded to my bank a/c.
Amazon has provided me the reference no. By saying they had generated my refund but bank has not credited to my a/c. The reference no. Is 662101.

My refund was credited from Amazon on 9 June but it's 16 June and the amount has not yet been credited to my account... I called Amazon, but they said they have credited and provided me the Refund reference number.. On calling PNB customer care 3 times, every time they are saying that they can't help with it, even they are not ready to hear the Reference number... Last sunday 9th june i cancelled my orders from amazon due to late delivery but u already pay my product amount online through debit card of amount 570(555rs from main account and 15 rs from amazon pay balance) i got 15rs back of amazon pay balace but i didnt got refund of 555 rs which is debited from my account...amazon already initiated my refund here the reference number of refund initiate 805507..please check and send my 555rs refund...

On 5th june 2019, we have purchased cardio max exercise cycle in Amazon for Rs. 9999, but that transcation was cancelled on the same day . when we called amazon customer care for refund they told that amount has been refunded and provided us with transcation id 337305, but when we called bank customer services they are saying that amount is not credited and said there is nothing like charge dispute form and we cannot do anything...

I had ordered 2 products from amazon using my PNB master card of 293 ₹ and 414₹ on 4/6/2019 and 6/6/2019 respectively. After that both these products gets cancelled due to some reason and Amazon has credited my amount to me on their respective date and i also received email of refund reference id from amazon on next day of cancelling order i will attach both at the end of this complaint. And Amazon give the last date of 12 june and 13...

I bought a Redmi 6 pro on 5/6/2019 and paid from Debit card and same day i cancel the order. Amazon sent a mail ( Your refund of Rs.8699.00 has been processed successfully on 6/5/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 6/12/2019.

The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 867705.

In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s...

I have transaction in Amazon apps regarding purchage some thing

I am NRI customer working in Saudi Arabia here I am not receving OTP for any transactions type initated from NET banking. I checked with my another friend of mine who own's NRI account in PNB he is also facing the same issue since yesterday afternoon. We are not able to transfer funds .
