I Had one current account in pnb bank civil lines branch ludhiana.A/c name jain trader and account no [protected].I closed this account on 20/12 /2018.But when I got the statement of a/c I saw minimum balance charges rupee 825 deduct from my account.But in the session 2018/19 my account always have rupees above from the minimum balance.I ask from the bank manazer of the branch for this and they tell me to give my complaint in written to them.after that I ask them many time to refund my rupees but they did not give me any satisfied answer.So that is the Resson I fill this complaint form.Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible

    Mahoday reengus branch me Sarkari yojnayo ki aad me janta SE badsaluki aur galat niti ke tahat Karya Kiya jaata hai thagne ke irade se bank IFSC code punb0083400 my mobile number [protected] account number [protected]
    I had ordered 2 things from Amazon and they initiated the refund but Bank doesn't reflect it in my account and then i had tried to call PNB customer care but they said there's not any feature for charge dispute complaint. Please help me resolve. The refund reference id and amount of both transactions are attached.
    Amzom coustmer service is saying that your money rs. 284 is refund by seller bit did not get that..i want my money right now.. Plz help me it is very important for me.. Plz plz plz.. That is my father hardwork money.. If i will not get my money my father will beat me..

        Dear sir,

        A refund of 498 rupees was successfully processed on[protected] to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my pnb account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I tried calling the punjab national bank customer service and also emailed the punjab national bank main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        Kindly locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          I'm surprised to see that rs.45000 is debited from my account against cheque of rs.40000/- on 20.05.2019. This fraud is happened in pnb mohan nagar branch. How it can happen that a cheque of rs.40000 can be debited rs.45000. This is a clear case of fraud by the branch. So, i'm going to file a fir. I want the refund of rs.5000 along with the harassment charges by the branch.

          I deposited cash on counter on 7th june because i have to pay my credit card bill on 8th june.today is 9 june.
          but amount still not reflect in my account . so that credit card impose a penality upon me. who are responsible for this penality.

            We have withdrawn the amount through cheque no. 547833 and 547834 on 20th may & 21st may of rs. 40000 each. I'm surprised to see that rs.45000 is been debited from my account against cheque of rs.40000. This fraud is happened in pnb mohan nagar branch. How it can happen that a cheque of rs.40000 can withdraw rs.45000. This is a clear case of fraud. So, i'm going to file a fir. I want the refund of rs.5000 along with the harassment charges.

              He said very abusive.
              This incident is from the punjab national bank, mukandpur branch delhi 110084
              I have been more than 1 month today but i have not received my money till now
              He is a very bourgeois. I think he has eaten my money too.
              I pray to you please pay attention to my complaint and take strict action

Thay have generated my fake upi id and deducted rs 5000 from my bank account and bank has given they full access to access my account. We people dont know what is upi and they have taken benefit of it. You are requested to look into the matter and take action as soon as possible. At any how and at any cost it want my money back

                    महोदय निवेदन है कि मैंने 4 मई 2019 को गागलहेड़ी रोड पर स्थिति एटीएम से ₹6000 निकालने लगा पर उसी समय उस एटीएम की लाइट चली गई जिसकी सूचना मैंने बैंक के गार्ड व बैंक कर्मी को दी फिर उन्होंने मुझे कहा कि आपकी आपकी राशि आपके अकाउंट में 72 घंटे के अंदर के अंदर आपके अकाउंट में आ जाएगी जोकि अभी तक मेरे अकाउंट में नहीं आई है फिर मैंने उसी दिन पीएनबी कस्टमर केयर को कंप्लेंट दर्ज करवाई पर कंप्लेंट के 7 दिन बाद केयर केयर ने कहा कि आपकी ट्रांजैक्शन सक्सेसफुल है और आप आप अपने बैंक से पुट अप करवाइए फिर मैंने अपनी बैंक ट्रांसफर एप्लीकेशन दी जिसका रिप्लाई अभी तक नहीं आ पाया आपसे प्रार्थना है सर मेरी राशि मेरे अकाउंट में भिजवाने की कृपा करें धन्यवाद

                          I have deposited 10000/-on 14.12.18 advance tax for assessment year20 19-20 in hari nagar BSR CODE-0301407 CHALL NO 6 (GBM 156) but while pocessed by bank Challan Bank shown Assesment year 2018 instead of 2019.there is no provision to change the assessment yr at now.
                          It is my reques either to correct the assessment yr OR refund rs 10000/-to me. So I processed my it returns for 2019-20.

                            Date : 2.12.2018.

                            Neither this amount of rs. 500 being shown in my freecharge wallet nor deposited bank in my bank account.

                            In this regard i have got response from freecharge customer support, they didn't get money.

                            Kindly credit back my valuable money to my bank account.

                                I purchased books ₹885 from amazon on 01/05/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was returned on 09/05/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# [protected].

                                But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                Same behaviour by branch also.
                                Don't know what to do.

                                  I am rohan yadav i have done and transaction on paytm mall through mike punjab national bank credit card of inr 499 rupees on 15th may then i thought the product was not good and i was not interested then i cancel that then on 16 may there was a reply that that 499 rupees has been processed your bank account and you will reach there is no rule of paytm in your bank account the paytm has done it job and process 499 rupees to bank account and it give me and reference number and then when i call them pnb e banking services and ask that why i have not got my money then say they say that there has been no transactions of 499 of incoming from paytm when i ask them i have a reference number and rational number they said that they don't know and one of them of call was not good he was in very attitude and when asking for help then not helping me said that i have bank reference number can you track it they said that no we don't track just we see that incoming outgoing i said the track acid them to track my refund status refund status they are not able to track what is happening 499 rupees and it's over four days and i did not receive my money till now after four days i am logging, i complain in the pnb consumer complaints 56 only is am providing you my refund reference number now, 30001091379135209648122

                                    When is the pnb rewardz debit card loyalty program going to be restarted? It has been more than 6 months since it was stopped. I have been using the program till date and expect it to be revived sooner or later. I called the pnb rewardz toll free number but nobody was able to give a satisfatory reply. Please let me know about it as soon as possible otherwise i will stop doing any tranactions on my debit card.

                                      Rs 829 deducted from my bank accoubt without my consent on 10th may, 2019 from green park, delhi. I never shared the details of my account to anybody. When reached to pnb customer care, they told me to register a fir and write an application to manager but then also executive of pnb, deep nagar, jal is saying that they can't do anything. Assume that your money was spent by you, now it wont be refunderd back. Just close your account. What is this rubbish.

                                        On 10.05.2019 i went to punjab national bank located at lingi chetty street, george town, chennai branch to deposit cash at teller counter but they told me to use cash deposit machine so i used it and i deposit 1/4 of cash which i had since that machine doesn't accept some 100 currency notes so i had reached to head cashier mr. Swaminathan to deposit the remaining cash but he annoyed and denied saying that they will not accept the cash deposit of outstation accounts (Baddi, himachal pradesh).

                                        I informed the chief manager of that branch mr. Dhanasekaran he told me to get it exchange from the head cashier so i informed the same to head cashier mr. Swaminathan but he annoyed and denied it. Also he left from his seat.

                                        I don't know why he denied it and i believe that pnb customers can deposit cash at any branch across india but this educated head cashier
                                        Mr. Swaminathan treating the customers very bad.

                                        Kindly provide me a solution what i should do if the cdm not working and i want to deposit cash in an outstation account

                                        Also i request you to take disciplinary action on mr. Swaminathan (Head cashier) at lingi chetty street, mannady, george town, chennai branch.
