Dear sir,
On 10.05.2019 i went to punjab national bank located at lingi chetty street, george town, chennai branch to deposit cash at teller counter but they told me to use cash deposit machine so i used it and i deposit 1/4 of cash which i had since that machine doesn't accept some 100 currency notes so i had reached to head cashier mr. Swaminathan to deposit the remaining cash but he annoyed and denied saying that they will not accept the cash deposit of outstation accounts (Baddi, himachal pradesh).
I informed the chief manager of that branch mr. Dhanasekaran he told me to get it exchange from the head cashier so i informed the same to head cashier mr. Swaminathan but he annoyed and denied it. Also he left from his seat.
I don't know why he denied it and i believe that pnb customers can deposit cash at any branch across india but this educated head cashier
Mr. Swaminathan treating the customers very bad.
Kindly provide me a solution what i should do if the cdm not working and i want to deposit cash in an outstation account
Also i request you to take disciplinary action on mr. Swaminathan (Head cashier) at lingi chetty street, mannady, george town, chennai branch.
Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
but amount still not reflect in my account . so that credit card impose a penality upon me. who are responsible for this penality.
