I am rohan yadav i have done and transaction on paytm mall through mike punjab national bank credit card of inr 499 rupees on 15th may then i thought the product was not good and i was not interested then i cancel that then on 16 may there was a reply that that 499 rupees has been processed your bank account and you will reach there is no rule of paytm in your bank account the paytm has done it job and process 499 rupees...

When is the pnb rewardz debit card loyalty program going to be restarted? It has been more than 6 months since it was stopped. I have been using the program till date and expect it to be revived sooner or later. I called the pnb rewardz toll free number but nobody was able to give a satisfatory reply. Please let me know about it as soon as possible otherwise i will stop doing any tranactions on my debit card....

Rs 829 deducted from my bank accoubt without my consent on 10th may, 2019 from green park, delhi. I never shared the details of my account to anybody. When reached to pnb customer care, they told me to register a fir and write an application to manager but then also executive of pnb, deep nagar, jal is saying that they can't do anything. Mene march month me amazon shopping site se 8 products order kiye the jinko mene return kar diya tha par mujhe 1 shirt rupees 690, 3 t-shirts rupees 134., 2 lipstick rupees 341, 1 under scarf rupees 185, 1 shoerack rupees 434, jiska total amount 2990 hai ka refund 2 months se nhi mila h... Jab mene amazon customer care se baat ki tab unhone baraya ki wo already refund kar chuke h par mere bank account me to ye refunded money...

Previously i as getting all the messages regarding the transactions and the otp but now there are no message allerts. Whenever i try to make any online payment the popup window arrives stating that the bank has denied my details.

Kindly help me with this as soon as possible because it is really difficult to process any sort of payment without getting the otp....

I canceled an amazon order of 630 rupees and amazon refunded the same amount in my pnb bank account on 9th april 2019.
But the bank doesn't process the amount.

Amazon have given me the refund reference number of that refund that is[protected].

They also added that if the bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, i can dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.br...

I didnt receive my refunded money from amazon to my bank acount....
I call to the amazon service centre.. They told me that they refunded my money already in 6/5/2019. But i didn't received or updated that amount in my bank account... They give me this number[protected]. And say that if your bank doesn't support you on your matter.. So you can submit a charge dispute form for pnb.....

I have place order some some instagram page. (I. E - fashion_couture707) but after receiving payment this site block me from their page after keeping asking again and again they block me. I have all the proofs.. After i got blocked i found they are fraud because some other people on insta tag them (I am sharing a screen shot) as a fraud site.

They herself share their account details to transfer money i will share all the screen...

I had done an online net banking transaction to buy mi band from mi website, on 07/05/2019 for rs: 1999, the transaction failed, but the amount got deducted. Kindly look into the matter to refund the amount.

I have returned an order to myntra and according to their customer support they have successfully initiated a return into my bank account, also provide the arn number for the transaction but i didn't got any refund in my account. The details are as follows -

I am continuously trying from 2 days but i am not receiving otp on my registered mobile no. With pnb bank andi am sure that i have filled out correct details of my atm card and and i am oy getting payment failed... So please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible... I've a fixed deposit a/c no. 149800qp00012356 of rs.2, 00, 000/- getting quarterly interest of rs.3, 700/- & having maturity on 25.11.2021. The last interest was received on december, 2018 for quarter-3. Accordingly, next interest was due on march, 2019.
But, till date i've not received the said interest of quarter-4 in my savings bank a/c no. [protected] with pnb.

Manager is not accepting death claim forms as one of son of deceased is mentally distracted manager orally wants that claimant should also furnish certificate from magistrate for releasing the share of mentally distracted person to the authorised person. Bank is not even providing format of certificate to be obtained from the magistrate. They are sandwiches between the bank and courts...

Sir on 28 th march at 9pm (Approx) i made a transaction of 5999 on amazon.in but transaction failed but amount deducted from my bank account [protected].in this regard amazon told me that they did not got the payment and bank will procees your refund after that i contact the cs representative of pnb but they told me to wait 45 days but this amont is very necessary for me so i want to solve this issue solve soon...

I was ordering an order in one of the e-commerce website and the total amount was 149 rupees and i made the payment through my debit card of pnb but while paying through it the transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my bank account and the upi ref no is[protected] so i did not receive the money back so wanted that amount should be refunded to my bank account early....

I have not yet received the refund of ₹1065.28 from amazon that was initiated on 21st april. They've provided me with a refund reference number i. E[protected] and asked me to dispute the transaction as "refund not processed". But the pnb customer care guys are saying there is nothing like charge dispute and they can only check if it has been credited or not. My acc no. Is [protected]....

Maine amazon pay se ek order ka payenet kiya tha baad me use cancel kr diya or refund amount ko mere account me add krne ke liye 5-7 working days ka wait krne ko kaha, abhi tak amount mjhe nhi mila or unhone rbi reference number diya hai jise maine pnb bank ko customer care pr bataya unhone branch jaane ko kaha waha bhi manager ne mana kr diya what to do?? Amazon charge dispute form ke liye bola hai wo me kr nhi paraha...

I have cancel a ticker with irctc. And i receive amount 1240 refund in my account but there is no any credit is shown in my account. When i ask about refund from irctc customer care the provide me a refund reference number. 30001091129106119900120 and tell me to check status with pnb bank when i goto the bank the behave rudely and tell me that we don't have information about this. Plzzz help me....
