I have a saving account in Punjab national Bank, SHAHDARA branch. I submitted the documents and request to close my account (a/c no. ending with 373409) on 7th Jun. I was asked to visit bank on 12th Jun t collect the DD. I told them that as I have shifted to other state I can't come again, and requested for a NEFT transfer. I had cancelled an order from amazon amounting Rs.3599 which I had payed using my PNB debit card. The cancellation was done on 25th June.

I booked my ticket on 19.05.2019, but the transaction is failed and money is debited from my account the transaction amount is ₹2205.
The account no from which account is debited is [[protected]]. and bank reference id R[protected]. Also Refund id [protected].
Since it is more than one month after transaction the debited amount is not credited in my account.
So look into the matter as earliest.br...

I have tranfered an amount of 31, 034 from my pnb account to an axis bank account. But due to some error in putting the account number of the receiver, the amount got debited from account but the receiver did not receive the money.
