I have ordered an fastrack watch from myntra shopping and made payment by debit card and then I cancelled order due to some reason . Myntra shopping customer care service said that it will take 7-10 days for the amount to be reflected in your Punjab national Bank but it's been 14 days & I didn't received my refund, myntra had send me a reference number[protected] to connect with PNB bank and check but PNB customer care people are saying that this reference number is of no use for them, amount to be refunded is 1121 Rs

I complained at Indian consumer complaints forum as well as in Pnb.co.in, don't know which method worked, received my refund. Thank you

The refund for amount 599.00 was successfully processed on 6/27/2019 by Amazon India but the amount was not credited to my bank account and the bank denied helping.

Sir, I did not get my refund. I ordered this item on June 23 and I canceled it on June 25. Amazon people are saying that we started it on June 25. They are speaking You should get your Amount by 2 July Find it from your bank or you fill up the charge dispatch from. Your problem will be resolved. Amazon is saying that.

Sir, I did not get my refund. 215 rupees. I need my refund I ordered this item on June 23 and I canceled it on June 25. Amjon is saying that I started it on 25th June. Amazon said that by July 2, your money will be deposited in your account. But my account has not yet got Rs 215.

    Sir, i have made a transaction through upi on amazon shopping and i have cancelled that order and refund was processed by amazon on[protected] in my account but that amount was not credited to my account. I have contact to pnb on [protected] but my problem was not solved also i contact to amazon and they said that refund was initiated on given date and i waited one week but my refund was not reflected to my account. Please solve my issue and credit my pending amount. Thanking you.

      Sir,
      This is md sabih uddin i m costumer of your bank (Punjab national bank) i booked my ticket on 19.05.2019, but the transaction is failed and money is debited from my account the transaction amount is ₹2205.
      The account no from which account is debited is [[protected]]. And bank reference id r[protected]. Also refund id [protected].
      Since it is more than one month after transaction the debited amount is not credited in my account.
      So look into the matter as earliest.

        My refund of 429 has been processed successfully from Amazon on 24.06.19 and it was supposed to reflect by 02.07.19 and for this transaction the refund reference no. is: 032622. I had a word with Amazon and they informed me the same. This amount hasn't been reflected in my account.

            Dear sir i paid amont of rs.8999 to amazon on 28.6.2019 but somehow my order got cancelled so mazon initiated refund of same amount & asked me to wait till 5.7.2019.                   I have bought a bata shoe and returned it... Bt didnot get my refund in my account till now, i have call amazon customer care and they said to fill charge dispute form and contact to your bank nd bank said there is no refund by ur merchant till now

                      It is requested that account no. [protected] which is state government account, it is running at punjab national bank, balod.
                      Ch. No. 630956 dt. 25.01.18 rs. 8850/-
                      Ch. No. 630988 dt. 01.03.18 rs. 19824/-
                      Ch. No. 631284 dt. 31.07.18 rs. 35400/- are issued to m/s ashish printers, balod. But punjab national bank, balod do not transfer the amount to ashish printers account and by mistake transfer the whole amount to a loan account which is at guwahati.
                      It is requested kindly return that money back to account no.[protected] so that we again transfer the amount to m/s ashish printers, balod.

                              I purchased a jeans from Amazon on 21 june and returned it on 27 june due to quality issue.The refund was issued on 27 june amd was to be till 4th july.But upto now i haven't received money.i contact Amazon they provide me a refund reference no and asked to tell them to bank .when i tell them to bank customer care service they say they can't do anything from here you have to contact branch and after contacting branch they do the same.

                                I have a saving account in Punjab national Bank, SHAHDARA branch. I submitted the documents and request to close my account (a/c no. ending with 373409) on 7th Jun. I was asked to visit bank on 12th Jun t collect the DD. I told them that as I have shifted to other state I can't come again, and requested for a NEFT transfer. I was denied stating that's not possible, but bank will send the DD to my place trough courier. I had left my corresponding address as required with the branch manager.

                                Till date I haven't heard back. I called customer care and they suggested to contact the branch. The numbers shared by customer care don't work. The email I'd shared doesn't get any response. Finally I wrote a complaint email on 28th June. Except acknowledge and assurance no action has been taken. Attaching the snapshot of the last email communication.

                                    I had cancelled an order from amazon amounting Rs.3599 which I had payed using my PNB debit card. The cancellation was done on 25th June.

                                    When I did not receive a refund even after 3-4 days I contacted the amazon customer care who told me that they had refunded the amount and asked me to contact customer service of PNB and file charge dispute they also gave me a Refund reference no - 75503729177030799927928

                                    On contacting PNB customer service They say that they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check about the transactions and balance.

                                    Please help.

                                      I purchased dermawear women's blended ₹698 (₹ 2 +696) from amazon on 19.06.2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day 19.06.19 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 510119 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
