We had taken a car loan of rs. 4, 40, 000 from pnb bank since[protected] with 48 tenor of equal installment @ 11200/- therefore total loan amount was made rs. 537600/- as per repayment schedule whereas we have been already paid 44 installment by ecs facility till dec'17 thereafter bank has not deducted any installment by ecs facility on regular basis while they was authorized for it therefore bank had deducted penalty on irregular installments...

We purchased the above policy no. 171600/48/2018/18412 through pnb - chala branch, vapi-396191 for sum assured 5 lac for my family of three. 6-7 months have passed but neither policy document is received nor cards and list of hospital. We are completely blank no purpose for spending this money at old age of ours. Pl resolve and help early. We want policy and tpa details with list of hospitals at vapi gujarat & mumbai....

The punjab national bank's branch at ring road has the most pathetic service one can expect.
I had asked the bank staff more than 3-4 times to update my mobile number with my savings account but had been made fool of everytime.
And the bank atm is never connected to the accounts.
Today right before an hour, i had to withdraw money from my atm card but it displayed that the account is not connected and thus i cannot withdraw...

This is to inform you that i (Ashish dhawan) am an account holder with pnb with a/cno. - [protected], on 16th april 2018 at 17:32 i had tried to withdraw rs 3700 from an atm (Sbi in chandni chowk), i had tried to withdraw the funds 4 times, and got an error message saying unable to process, each time (3of the 4 times i got an atm slip saying unable to process), hence no money was withdrawn, after 15-20...

On 16 april i was tried to cash out from sbi atm machine (My a/c in pnb). After sometime atm machine displayed "transaction failed". I received the messag that 500 has been debited from my a/c, but i didn't get the cash. I thought it will be refunded within 2 to 3 days but it has not refunded. Please take suitable action so that 500 rupees will be refunded to my account....

On 16 april i was tried out from sbi atm machine as my a/c in pnb. When i was tried i can not get money bt i receive the messag that 1500 has deduct my a/c bt i can not get the cash.in till night 1000 rupes credited in my a/c. But still 500 rupes left. Please take suitable acrtion that i receive my 500 rupees.

Sir, my father rasik mohan pandeyhaving pension a/c ([protected]) in your bank, now he is died on 15.01.2018 because of no addition in nominee, pf office officer told me to open new saving account of my mother, but i just too much tired they not opening account, & my mother (Jai devi) comming 30 km & she is also 65 yrs. Old, now tell me what to do.

On 16 april i was tried to cash out fron pnb atm machine as my account is in pnb bank. When i was tried machine alarmed timed out as it stopped working but there was message on my phone that 4000 rupees was debited but actually cash not despensed out the atm machine. Nxt morning 3000 rupees credited back but still 1000 rps left. Pls take suitable action asap....

We are the member of the this punjab national bank in shakarpur branch in laxmi nagar while visiting the bank we have to face the worst behavior of the staff specially the female staff there... Sir we really want u to help us out in this matter
We are not there to tolerate such behavior of the staff. Even the staff is not helpful anyhow.

I shivam kumar having an a/c in punjab national bank, halwasia building, hazratganj, lucknow. When i tried to withdraw rs 3500 from icic atm, awadh chauraha, alambagh on 16th april 2018 around 06:08 pm the atm machine shows server error & transaction got canceled, i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.

But when i checked my mobile there is a message of amount deduction & a amount of rs 3500 got deducted...

I am bc agent samir kumar mishra having ko code k0200263 he had done off-us transaction on 1st march 2018 through micro atm and it was successful transaction but transaction slip not printed account has been debited and my settlement account of bank has been credited also. So i give the customer his amount but after 6 hours this amount automatically reverse from my settlement account but not credited to customer...

This transaction was unsuccessful.
And when I tried to contact on helpline no. there user interface was unresponsive as they were not accepting the number dialed for language selection even a single time.

On behalf of many customers i am complaining problems.followings are the complaints please take strict action against them:-
1.Regular shortage of cash:-on 16 april i went to bank to withdraw money for my family health problem and firstly they said to wait for an hour...

I was in mid of transaction from pnb atm near me when electricity got cut and my cash didn't dispensed but amount was debited of rs 10000 and i logged a complaint to customer helpline [protected] they gave a response that issue will be solved in 7 working days but its already 10 days and i have not got my refund my complaint number is

I have mailed them several times and...

I went for withdrawal of rs. 3000 on[protected] from dcb 09316 at new ashok nagar block a, but unfortunately it is shown that "request timed out", again i tried, then it is shown that "cannot be processed due to insufficient funds" after that i got a message on my registered no. That your account is debited with rs. 3000 but the cash wasn't dispensed.
Please resolve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible....

I tried to withdrew rs 10000 from pnb atm but transaction ended up with timed out and cash not dispensed but after 15 minutes i got the message for debit of same amount. I am suprised that most of atm are moneyless nowdays and condition is getting bad by such events.

Already made the complaint to customer care but still not credited after 48 hours.

I tried withdrawl with my atm card at pnb atm at hamirpur on16th April 2018. The cash could not be withdrawn, showing timedout. But, the amount 15000×2=Rs. 30000 (thirty thousand) debited from the account. Ac no [protected] name Madan Lal Kapil mob. [protected]
Onlinecomplaint was made to pnb onthe same day but no response till now.
I request the Pnb to reverse the wrongly debited amount of Rs. 15000×2=Rs 30000...
