I am still waiting for my money wrongly debited in my account for rs. 20000/- (10000 two times) at the time of withdrawal at atm of sbi main branch shahabad m. (2481) statement copy attached. Out of that only 10000 has been returned on dated 21.04.18 but after 18 days still 10000 is pending and we are getting no response/ action from your side. I have submitted complaints online no. [protected] is still pending and on customer care no. [protected] the complaint no. Sra[protected] /19.04.18 is still pending and sra[protected] is resolved by credited 10000 on 21.04.18. I am very much of need of money. Kindly look into the matter. I have receipt of atm mentioning unable to process transactions ref. Code 63/70.

After many followups, the bank yesterday credit the amount in my account without any extra amount /fine as per the R.B.I. rules. i.e. 100 per day.

    My salary account commenced from a long time in punjab national bank (Pnb) branch dudahi, kushinagar, up

    When i go to the branch padari bazar, gorakhpur for cash withdraw through cheque at 3:40 pm dated 1/5/18
    Mr. Alok shinha (Branch staff) was dealing me. During the time of dealing he has misbehaved and abused with me.
    Now i am suffering very depressed and mentally harassed due to mentioned staff behaviour.
    So, i request to you to kindly take justifiable action against him

      On 07.03.2018, i processed for withdrawal of an amount rs. 15, 000/- from
      Atm wdr 9265 pnb, mddm college, mithanpura but after completion of all process, amount not received from atm machine. No transaction slip out, no guard was placed, no message received, branch manager showing negative response and not giving cctv footage asking by circle head and also by me and saying that cctv of atm was defective. After lodging of complaint to customer care they are rejecting my complaint without any proof/footage.

        On 30.04.18 i have paid through atm card lic premium of rs.12373 and rs.12373 on policy nos.[protected] and[protected]. My account no. [protected] is debited with both the amts. And i have received the msgs. But lic record shows that premium only on policy no.[protected] is credited. Till this time i. E.11pm of 01.05.18 i have not received the entry back as it happens generally in such cases. You are requested to pl. Look into the system and provide me the amount.

        Deduction of money from my account for 20000 thousands

        I visited a PNB ATM at sector 58 noida to withdraw money through my DBS debit card after filling my details I was waiting for money but the ATM shows connection timeout ...and no cash comes out of the machine but the DBS account is debited...please solve this problem and refund my money back...

          I personally don't understand in digital india platform were in you can manually reverse it in software they have already taken more than 19 days to return back my amount if i had taken a loan from the branch they would do regular follow-up. But in this case not even a mail. This is the stage of customer relationship it is not bank amount let me run for getting it back. Hope atleast now i will get back my amount

            I have saving account no [protected] with pnb branch navyug market ghaziabad (Up). I have also a fixed deposit with pnb branch for rs 50000/- made on[protected]. Tds was deducted on my

            Saving bank interest and on fixed deposit interest from year 2013-14 to 2017-18 (Details attached) but same was not reflected in my 26 as account in income tax site. Moreover tds has been deducted

            @20% though i have submitted my pan during kyc updation. Now when the tds deducted by bank not reflected in my 26 as statement i could not claim the same while filing itr for these financial

            Year concerned resulting loss of my revenue. Though we have filed application with the concerned branch but no action so far has been taken. Therefore it is my humble request to take necessary

            Action in this regards so that i can claim the same from it department. Bank will have to revised their tds returns 26 q with my pan no so that same will reflect in my 26 as statement that will

                Madam/sir,
                I made three transactions on[protected] through online of rs. 2813, rs. 2813 and rs. 683 respectively. All the transactions were failed but the above stated amount was debited from my account. One amount rs. 2813 was credited in my account from the next day of the failed transaction but other two amounts are not refunded till now.
                I write several messages to the merchants regaring this but they all said contact your bank.
                I try to contact bank by wriring several messages and talking it's customer care executive but i do not got any response from bank till now.
                Please help me in this regard as it is getting more than two week.

                  I was used the pnb atm card on 21-april-2018 for the cash withdraw of rupees 10000 but no cash was dispensed and the amount sum of rupees 10000 was debited on that day. Same day i was visit the pnb branch where manager said me that they accept the complaint after a week and within a week yours ac is credited automatically. Today on 30-april-2018 i visit branch again for complaining they take my application and said to wait for 2-3 months. Is that my fault that i have to wait to much. What happened if consumer need money for some urgent work?. Today with this type of banks we have to wait for withdrew our own monet so long. Please take urgent action toward this.

                    My name is rajendra prasad mishra, i am a customer of punjab national bank vidya nagar, pune (Mh) branch, account no-[protected].

                    I am not able to maintain my saving bank account with pnb pune branch, so wanted to close my saving bank account and submitted application along with required documents (Pan card copy, aadhar card copy, atm card, cheque book, passbook) on 17-feb-2018. Also given my another account details to transfer remaining amounts to my account.

                    I visited branch 2 times and had discussion with branch manager (Mr. Sanjay ramteke) multiple times over phone however they did not close my account.

                    Could pls help.

                      Dear sir

                      I have a saving banks account in Punjab National Bank on 28 April 2018 the bank deducted Rs 2547.62 rupees from my account.
                      I called Punjab National Bank customer care and told them about my problem the reply I got was that the Punjab National Bank had issues a new rule that if E-Commerce transaction is above 50 in number on quarterly basis the bank would charge 5 rupees per transaction.

                      So without informing a customer how could Bank without that charge.

                      It's Bank responsibility to inform customer when a new rule comes
                      Please help me and solve my problem soon

                        I Ashwin Bansal Customer more than 10 years in PNB Charminar Branch having more than 4 account including home loan and ODD, account no. [protected]. during the year 2015 -16 PNB manager asked us to take a Mediclaim for my parents under group policy which i was ok and given him the cheque after two year in the month of February 2017 i gave a cheque of renewal to the manager Mr.Vijay Simha and he misplaced it which he and his staff accepted. and later in the month of july i found the did not encashed and i have not received any policy copy i spoke to the manager where he accepted that he misplaced cheque and ask me for a new cheque which i gave and debited in the month of august when i again went to bank to renew the policy and gave of cheque in the month of February 2018 the manager asked us to come in the month of august for renewal which i said ok and during this process i followed so many time to a lady who take care of this issues (MS.POORNIMA) did not responded properly. yesterday i.e 26.04.2018 i called bank and asked them for a policy copy because my father is going through with some major health issues and may he will hospitalised soon but on 27.04.2018 morning they called me back and said we are sorry by mistake the policy renewal has done for some other premalata (Mother name).
                        This is the problem am facing presently and now i need a proper reply from the head of department how careless and irresponsible staff you guys and keeping.
                        If suppose during this period if i need any medical security who is going to help us and now they want us to take a new policy and premium amount they are ready to pay.
                        Please look after this issue and help me to resolve this issue .

                          My name is dinesh kumar, i am a customer of punjab national bank faiz-a-aam branch mathura, in which i have a joint savings account with my wife, account no-[protected] i have been using my account for a long time, never got any problems, but on april 25, 2018 in my account two times, 77.30 and 91.22 rupees were cut from my account, it showed that there is some maintenance charge, but today on april 26, 2018, 1537.78 rupees debited from my account, so i have called on customer care number then he said that this kind of charges applied on current accounts but you have a saving account so please go to your bank branch and talk them. I went to the bank branch and meet with manager, so he said that its maintenance charges and they sent me back.
                          I then talked to the toll free number of the bank, so he said that we are sending your grievance to the senior department. Many other customers are suffering from this kind of problem, and you can wait until we are solving your problem.
                          Sir, i request you please, help me because i am not satisfied with the answer given by the bank, bank account has been bitten by the bank, please take any action on the bank, without any reason cut the bucks and make customers revolve, is this bank scam of the scandal with us, as we are doing to complete the deduction from the account of the people, help me please

On the other hand the amount 14000/- (7000+7000) is debited from my account. I had contacted the concerned bank and i was told that, said miss debited amount will be credited to me automatically in few days. But still the amount is not credited to my account.                               I have made complaint with the nekpur branch of pnb, bareilly on 27/03/2014 (In
                              Written) as orally the case was pending from 01/10/2013 that i have some fdr with
                              Pnb nekpur branch bareilly on which bank is not credited any interest from 1996 to
                              2009. As the balance of fdr outstanding in 1996 the same was outstanding in 2009 as
                              There is no interest credited to my fdr’s.in the past years i. E.in 1996 the branch
                              Manager said to me that there is no requirement to come again and again to the branch
                              As these fdr’s will automatically renewed for the same period and when you want to
                              Withdrawal the money from the fdr’s come and take it in full. When i need the money i
                              Went to the branch for withdrawal the same and i found that there is no interest credited
                              In my account. At the back side of the fdr’s it is written by the branch that fdr’s is
                              Renewed for 84 months but there is no stamp provided and today branch rollback that
                              This is not renewed.in this case it should be intimated by the branch to the customer so
                              That i can go to the branch and request to renew the same. But bank neither intimate me
                              About the same nor helping me on this issue.
                              Even on our visit to bank one of my fdr was seized with bank on 21/11/2013 with misappropriate mean.
                              And when the bank kept my money with
                              Them so interest have to be provided on the same in full from 1996 to 2009.

                                    We had taken a car loan of rs. 4, 40, 000 from pnb bank since[protected] with 48 tenor of equal installment @ 11200/- therefore total loan amount was made rs. 537600/- as per repayment schedule whereas we have been already paid 44 installment by ecs facility till dec'17 thereafter bank has not deducted any installment by ecs facility on regular basis while they was authorized for it therefore bank had deducted penalty on irregular installments from jan-17 to dec-17. I am also noted that, i was regularly maintained positive balance in our account during loan period but ecs facility of bank didn't continued so this is not my fault for irregular installment because bank was not deducted my installment timely from my account by esc facility, while our account was reflected positive balance continuously. So i will not pay extra charges on it. But bank has deducted rs. 9040/- on dt.[protected] for penalty charges from my account. Further noted that, i am make correspondence regarding to our issue with bank but bank has not resolved my complaint hence i am attached copy of communication with bank at here so i am humble requesting you kindly do necessary regarding to our complaint and refund my penal amount rs.9040/- from bank.

                                      We purchased the above policy no. 171600/48/2018/18412 through pnb - chala branch, vapi-396191 for sum assured 5 lac for my family of three. 6-7 months have passed but neither policy document is received nor cards and list of hospital. We are completely blank no purpose for spending this money at old age of ours. Pl resolve and help early. We want policy and tpa details with list of hospitals at vapi gujarat & mumbai.

                                      amount deducted 2 times
                                      I have attempted for amount receiving from ATM on[protected] at kuriachira HDFC ATM. i didn't get the amount and i get the receipt of the same that i don't get the amount.
                                      after that i try the same amount on PNB atm. The result is same.

                                        The punjab national bank's branch at ring road has the most pathetic service one can expect.
                                        I had asked the bank staff more than 3-4 times to update my mobile number with my savings account but had been made fool of everytime.
                                        And the bank atm is never connected to the accounts.
                                        Today right before an hour, i had to withdraw money from my atm card but it displayed that the account is not connected and thus i cannot withdraw the amount. On requesting the bank staff, i was told that they will not do it today but in a day of two.
                                        How do one service class person survive if his atm card isn't working and is being made fool of by the banking staff.
                                        I would not recommend anyone to open his/her account with a bank branch with the worst services and dissatisfied customers.
                                        I will request you people at 'customer complaints' to help me out of this.
