I allpied for cheque book in november 2017, but till now i did not receive any cheque book.
The bank gave me a tracking id, but its not working.
Please tell me what should i do now.
The bank says that it is dispatched.
But i had not received any cheque book and the tracking id is not working.
Please helpe resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    I purchased vivo y71 from amazon on 26.05.18 and done full payment of rupees 8280 by debit card but order was cancelled on day 29.05.18 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 751526 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
    Now don't know what to do.

    Passbook printing machine is faulty previous 04 months and manually not printing by bank staff. We are suffering various problem so I request for the same at the earliest.

      I purchased usb and charger from amazon on 22/05/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 28/05/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference auth code# 802225
      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
      Same behaviour by branch also.
      Don't know what to do

        Punjab National Bank Mandsaur Branch service is very poor. Staff is very lazy and take too much time to free a single Customer. Here a single window is open for diposite, withdraw & for passbook entry.
        ATM Machine is also not working from last 6 months.
        Diposite Machine is also not working. Passbook Entry Machine is also not working. And the behivor of staff is not polite. Only single Branch in Mandsaur and also a single Machine for deposite & withdra which are not working.

        All AC are not working in this Bank.

          I have sent an e mail (With application for transfer attached) to my home branch for transferring my account to pnb, sewa bhawan branch but no action has been taken so far by the branch. Please take up the matter with my home branch and ensure smooth transfer of my account as desired. I am working in ministry of defence as sr auditor and it is not possible to visit branch personally due to service exigencies.
          Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          This bank in Punjab National Bank of Palani has not started any new accounts for a month. Bank officials have been very indifferent. I request the help of the customers who are starting to get started.

            Actually i m facing an issue from last 5 years. Despite of making appeals to banks and pension payment officer my appeal was of not use and every time mine case was rejected. I m hereby enclosing the details of bank pnb bank firozpur road ludhiana. Every time whenver i made a visit to this place for my pension matter. I was not attended and listened properly and very cruely asked to move out. This was not fair insulting an senior citizen. Is this what our indian constitution provide power or respect to any citizen any how i m having all proofs with me which i m enclosing below. There are official orders from ministery of personnel which states that i must be getting increased pension with effect from january 2006 but it was not implemented. We also appealed in punjab and haryana high court chandigarh through a hired advocate sanjeev kumar sharma from ther also we got response in our favour still bank is not undertaking and implementing those orders

            At conclusion i just want that i must be justiced properly as per letter of ministery of personnel and next time i must get revised from future onwards.

            It was the bank fault and charge me without any notification

              I cancelled a order from mi store on 25.5.2018. And they intiated my refund on 29.5.2018. But i haven't receive my refund yet they give me refund reference no.[protected] and my a/c no. Is [protected] please provide me my refund of 14999. I really need this money. Icalled to pnb customer care but they told me that they only can tell me when the money comes in my account. Please provide me fast.

                Hi,
                I have lodged a complaint to banking ombudsmen (Complain no.-[protected]) regarding a unwarranted withdrawal, shared below. Many time i tried to communicate with banking ombudsmen team dropped mail many times but never got any revert.

                I registered a complaint through the banking ombudsmen portal regarding a money withdraw issue from the atm with complaint no.-[protected] on 9 april 2018 regarding a transaction of rs 10000 which i never made.
                Before that i complained to pnb customer care and to my home branch which is pnb, bhimtal. Customer care closed the complain number (A[protected] saying that i made the successful transection but i never even tried to witdraw that amount.
                My home branch is not providing any update on this matter i called them many times dropped mail, informed about the whole issue but they are not providing any update.

                I also registered the police complain but they said to complain with banking ombudsmen, its been a long time but non one is concern about the issue,
                Kindly look into the issue and help me.
                If any other information is required please let me know.

                  Hello,
                  I had ordered nokia 7 plus19956inr. On 24th of may and canncled it on 25th of may, amazon had inisiated refund on 25th may and now it's 2nd june hasn't received yet, amazon had provided authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. And said to contact bank or file a dispute, but pnb customers services are saying that "they don't know anything about refer code and don't know what is filed dispute". Please help me it's my hard earned money

                    Sir my account opening date is 9/05/2018 and till now my branch not registered my phn no, adhaar no, email id, etc
                    Because of this i m not able to login for net banking

                    And when i submitted my form for opening my account their is a column for which type of atm u want i registered for platinum and i got rupay what nonsense things is going on and when i complained in branch their is no action...

                      I bought a 1 + 6 but due to some technical problems i returned it i had paid through my debit card a sum of 40079. Amazon gave me reference number for the refund and said that your refund will be available on 30 may 2018. Today is 1st june and i didn't see any return or refund in my account. On contacting pnb they say that there is nothing like charge dispute and they cannot help me regarding my refund. What kind of situation is this. Don't people know that this 40079 is earned with hard work and not by crime. We earn money by hard work and we pay trusting on bank but at the end we go so much lost in disputes between bank and amazon that words are less to speak. About. That money was out of hard work and i want it back. Please help me regarding this. My reference number for the refund given me by amazon is[protected]. Please show your patriotism and humanity.

                        I ordered a product on amazon.in on 21 april and made payment through upi,, due to some reason i cancelled the order. Refund was made from amazon.in on 8th may and it has to reflected in my account by 15 may but the refund is recieved in my account. Amazon.in provided me with a refund reference #[protected]. And asked me to go in the bank and file a charge dispute but the bank refused to do so. My bank account is in pnb. Plz make any solution for this problem

                              Its been TWO MONTHS now nobody is responding/resolving on the below issues of Non-Receipt of Fund Transfer made to Guwahati Gateway Round Table Charity Project Account Punjab National Bank A/c No. [protected], IFSC Code PUNB0459000 for Rs. 35, 000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Only) as on[protected] via NEFT vide UTR Reference No. [protected]DC

                              Please see the below RBI Guidelines of Delay of Executing Fund Transfer:

                              Rights and Obligation of Beneficiary Bank:-
                              (a) The beneficiary bank shall execute the payment instruction within two hours of batch settlement (B+2) on the NEFT working day unless it notices one or more of the following deficiencies –
                              The beneficiary bank has no such account number as mentioned in the payment instructions.
                              The beneficiary bank is bound by instructions of the beneficiary not to give or receive any credit to the account. No credit could be afforded to the Beneficiary's account for any other reasons.

                              (b) The beneficiary bank may reject a payment instruction on one or more of the grounds mentioned above. The beneficiary bank shall return the funds and the reasons for the return as per the NEFT procedure, specified in Paragraph 6 (ix) of these guidelines to the sending bank.

                              (c) The beneficiary branches would make payment to the beneficiaries within two hours of batch settlement time by crediting the specified account of the beneficiary or otherwise placing funds at the disposal of the beneficiary. For any delay, beneficiary bank is liable to pay penalty (at the rate RBI LAF Repo rate plus two percent). Payment of penal interest shall be made to customer even if no claim is lodged by the customer to that effect.

                              (d) The receiving bank shall maintain the record of all payment instructions received by it for a period of ten years in terms of guidelines issued by RBI under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act on preservation of information / data / record pertaining to payment system applications.

                              (e) Banking Ombudsmen under the RBI's Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 will have jurisdiction in case the customers' complaints are not resolved within thirty days.

                              NEFT - Customer Service and Charges - Adherence to Procedural Guidelines and Circulars
                              With a view to minimizing instances of customer complaints, all participant banks (both direct as well as sub-members), are advised to ensure adherence to extant instructions as under:

                              Positive confirmation of credit to beneficiary account should be invariably sent for all inward transactions received by the bank. Banks originating the NEFT transactions should ensure that the positive confirmation is relayed to all remitting customers, including walk-in customers who provide their mobile number / e-mail id. Intimation of failed / returned transactions should also be brought to the notice of the remitting customer and funds credited to the account immediately / returned to the remitter at the earliest.

                              In case of delayed credits or delayed returns, the penal interest as applicable is paid suo-moto to the customer. Even in the case of back-dating or value-dating such delayed transactions, banks should pay the penal interest for the delayed period.

                              THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS NEEDS TO BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE CONCERNED BANKS OR Banking Ombudsmen under the RBI's Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 WITHOUT FAIL:-

                              1. The Bank who is in default in our above case has failed to credit the amount of Rs. 35, 000/- for more than 14 months now needs to return the money to the beneficiary for delay with penalty. Beneficiary bank is liable to pay penalty (at the rate RBI LAF Repo rate plus two percent) TO THE BENEFICIARY

                              2. We request strictest and maximum possible punishment to the Bank officials whoever is found responsible for such delay and non credit of Fund Transfer amount to the beneficiary.

                              3. The Branch Manager and all other Top Bank Officials who are found negligent in rendering satisfactory banking services should be SUSPENDED FOREVER.

                              4. Our above case raises a questions mark: Are there no analytical system to check pending transactions at the banks end so that corrective necessary actions can be taken for the aggrieved customers before much delay ? What Bank officials are doing all day long ?

                              5. Both ICICI Bank and PNB has been found NEGLIGENT IN RENDERING SERVICES.

                              6. Are Banks following RBI Rules and Guidelines laid down for Fund Transfers ? In our case it has not been followed for a long time. Banks are not following Adherence to Procedural Guidelines and Circulars issued by RBI which helps in to minimizing instances of customer complaints.
                              WE DO HEREBY REQUEST ALL THE CONCERNED BANKS AND RBI BANKING Ombudsmen TO TAKE ALL THE CORRECTIVE STEPS TO SOLVE THE LONG PENDING ISSUES IMMEDIATELY. YOUR RESPONSE ON THIS WILL GUIDE MY FUTURE COURSE OF ACTIONS ON THE ISSUES.

Intimation of failed / returned transactions should also be brought to the notice of the remitting customer and funds credited to the account immediately / returned to the remitter at the earliest.

                              In case of delayed credits or delayed returns, the penal interest as applicable is paid suo-moto to the customer. Even in the case of back-dating or value-dating such delayed transactions, banks should pay the penal interest for the delayed period.

                              THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS NEEDS TO BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE CONCERNED BANKS OR Banking Ombudsmen under the RBI's Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 WITHOUT FAIL:-

                              1. The Bank who is in default in our above case has failed to credit the amount of Rs. 35, 000/- for more than 14 months now needs to return the money to the beneficiary for delay with penalty. Beneficiary bank is liable to pay penalty (at the rate RBI LAF Repo rate plus two percent) TO THE BENEFICIARY

                              2. We request strictest and maximum possible punishment to the Bank officials whoever is found responsible for such delay and non credit of Fund Transfer amount to the beneficiary.

                              3. The Branch Manager and all other Top Bank Officials who are found negligent in rendering satisfactory banking services should be SUSPENDED FOREVER.

                              4. Our above case raises a questions mark: Are there no analytical system to check pending transactions at the banks end so that corrective necessary actions can be taken for the aggrieved customers before much delay ? What Bank officials are doing all day long ?

                              5. Both ICICI Bank and PNB has been found NEGLIGENT IN RENDERING SERVICES.

                              6. Are Banks following RBI Rules and Guidelines laid down for Fund Transfers ? In our case it has not been followed for a long time. Banks are not following Adherence to Procedural Guidelines and Circulars issued by RBI which helps in to minimizing instances of customer complaints.

                                I was supposed to get a refund of rs 5566 from myntra. The myntra refunded the amount successfully but the amount is not reflecting in my pnb account myntra gave an arn no. To track the amount. I called the pnb customer care but they don't even know what an arn no. Is and gave me an excuse that we cannot check transaction with that no. And when i asked the full form of arn customer care guy was silent. It's been 20 damn days and pnb is not responding.

                                  Sir i tried to withdraw rs 3200 from a pnb atm on 20.02.2018. The amount was debited from my account. But i did not receive the cash. It's more than 55 days, but i have not received the money back in my account also. Contacted axis bank via mail & got reply that, pnb showed that transaction a successful one. After this repeated email also sent to the axis bank, but no reply. Requesting you to ask for the video footage of that day. My axis bank acc no. [protected].                                     My aunty was having an account in pnb bank it’s a pension account.
                                    This account was in khandusand (Pauri garhwal, uttrakhand) but as we are living in indirapuram ghaziabad we transfer this account to indirapuram branch.
                                    My aunty got expire on jan 2018 from then we are not able to get the final amount.
                                    As per indirapuram branch our account is not been transferred from khandusand (Pauri garhwal, uttrakhand) so we have to deal with them only.
                                    We applied for account transfer in jan 2017 and this branch have no idea why account is not been transferred till date.
                                    As per khandusand branch account is transferred but original file is with them, so they will send the file to indirapuram and account will be settle in indirapuram only.
                                    From last 3 months these pnb branches are not able to clear the dues, hope you can understand how efficient they are and how well they are dealing with the customers.
                                    From ghaziabad to pauri / uttrakhand distance is around 250 km and travelling cost around rs 5000, please tell who is going to bear the expenses of the tours my family travelling for this job done.

I visited the atm of punjab national bank, nanak nagar jammu. There i entered the amount of rs 7000 for withdrawl from atm machine but i could not receive the amount however money was deducted from my acvount.
