Dear sir/madam,

My pnb saving account no. Is [protected], my name is ajay yadav. Yesterday on 16 of april i tried to withdraw rupees 2500 from my atm card but was not successful in my first try... Then i tried in several atms... But i could not get cash..... And atm shows the message of bieng temporarily put of service... And after some time i got the messages that my money is debited from 2500 & 2000.. Now i am at loss of rs 4500/... And i need it urgently... Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I have a saving account no. [protected] in PNB Jwalapur, Arya Vanprasth Ashram Hardwar (U.K ) Branch. My account because PNB QAB charges on minimum balance Rs. 250 Rs.. But the other bank charge are not such like PNB. And the Staff of the bank was not cooperative. So i do this Please Refund the deducted amount Rs.250

    I (Mr. Harish Kumar Gohri) holds a PNB account and withdrew amount Rs. 10, 000 from PNB ATM Machine yesterday 16 April 2018 around 5:40 PM.

    The amount debited from the account but not dispensed from ATM machine.

    We are trying to call customer care from yesterday but no response. Please help us and credit the same in the bank account. You can reach me at [protected]

        No employee is there to do his or her work. Standing in the bank for an hour i was not able to grt neft form. Very bad service they just come to pass there time. No one is sitting in his/her counter.
        Kindly take necessary action against it.

          Sir,
          My account [protected] is deducted with 1000 and no transaction details are provided by the branch. The transaction was done by the home branch but that day i am not there. Date -17/03018 transaction details:856418.
          So please provide me the reason of that withdrawal with some reason either refund my balance. As i have talked with your customer support officers also they told me to visit the home branch for more details but i am unable to do so please provide the information.

                I am paramjeet kaur and my account number is[protected].in date of 16-4-18.in 16 april i need 15000 rupees, but i check my atm card in different area atm machine but no sufficient cash in tilak nagar, sahib pura or old market tilak nagar atm machine. So i go in vikas puri icici bank atm machin and i receive 15000 rupees in atm machine (10000 or 5000).
                So i check receipt in icici bank i found total 25000 rupees deduct in my atm card, 10000 extra deduct.

                So please help me in this condition and give back my 10000 rupees in account.

                    I was trying to withdraw an amount of rs 6000, 2 times in kvb atm at time 18:54 s1aco119401 and 18:53 s1aco119405 i got 2 receipts sorry unable to process response code 070 . I try nest sbi atm there i didn't get any receipts. And also money. At 1:17 pm i get a message in my mobile 6000.00,[protected]:06:13 thru atm. What should i do.There is no money in hand and also there is only 1339.05 balance in account sir i dont know what to do pls help.

                      Dear debit card team of pnb bank,

                      I want to say you that i was visit your atm in sirsa - haryana. I want to withdrawal the amount in my account but your atm machine was not working properly. All time failed massage show. But i received a sms that your amount is cut through atm.

                      Then i visit to nearest atm of other bank but i was received same problem there that i was not received but your pnb bank why cutting the atm charges of other atm.

                      Atlast i want to says you that i was not received any amount but my bank give me the massage that your account is debit 500 & charges debit.

                      Please refund my money on my account.

                          I have visited atm of PNB on 2/04/2018 located at Gandhi Vihar, Mukherie Nagar, New delhi . I have entered amount Rs.5000 for withdrawn. I don't received any amount but i got message on my mobile that 5000 is withdrawn from my account. I have also complained about this on PNB customer care No. [protected] on 3rd april 2018 and complaint id is A[protected]
                          Please go through details and revert my amount in my account as soon as possible.

                          Customer care always extend time and tell me that account's complaint status is open and will be resolved in next 24-48 hours.
                          I am not satisfy i want cctv video for that day. Its your fault that atm do not work properly, i want my money back any how. Otherwise i have to take action against this.

                                  With due honour i lay before you the following facts how a 76 years old senior citizen customer is treated as beggar and how customer satisfaction is ignored by your bm, mr. Williams and threatened me to withdraw and close my all fd and sb accounts from this branch
                                  1. On 11 april 2018, i have visited the bank to open a new fixed deposit and to submitted my 15h but due to link failure, 15 h was received but no receipt was given by the man concerned and assured to give the receipt after a few days, this is ok.
                                  2. For another issue, to open a new fd, i wanted to know from the branch manager mr. Williams
                                  When it will be possible as there was link failure and all the staffs were busy for collection of 15h and 15g.
                                  3. When i have entered into the bm chamber mr. Williams shouted and rudely utter me to get out from his chamber as if i am a trespasser, there was another young lady was sitting in front of bm and there was another vacant chair for the customer.
                                  4. Mr. Williams also insulted me and threatened me that he will close my all the accounts from his branch and he does not want such a customer like me.
                                  In these situation i would request your kind intervention so that a senior citizen of 76 years of old do not behaved like beggar in your pnb family and misbehaved by the bm.
                                  Trust, this will find your consideration so that good will of pnb is not disrupted due to any vindictive attitude bm like mr. Williams.

Complaint many times though calls and mails. Still not resolved. I am fed up of calling again and again on helpdesk number. Very bad banking system. I will close this account very soon. I want my money back asap.
