Punjab National Bank [PNB] Complaints & Reviews

Hi sir,

I have visited atm of PNB on 2/04/2018 located at Gandhi Vihar, Mukherie Nagar, New delhi . I have entered amount Rs.5000 for withdrawn. I don't received any amount but i got message on my mobile that 5000 is withdrawn from my account. I have also complained about this on PNB customer care No. [protected] on 3rd april 2018 and complaint id is A[protected]
Please go through details and revert my amount in my account...

At 17:11:04 on 16-apr-2018, when i went to an atm to debit an amount of Rs.7000 but i did not receive the amount but the amount was deducted from my account. Tell me the reason of the same and kindly return my amount in the bank account . I will be very thankful.

i also try helpline numbers but the numbers are not working. please return my amount in my bank account i really need it.

Sir, this is to inform you that. I kulwant singh of pnb account holder no:- [protected] of card number :- [protected] withdraw amount of rs 10, 000 from my account on 11/04/2018 at 12:00 pm at pnb atm tagore garden branch, but the cash didnt came out. On 1 april 2018 i tried to withdraw 4000/- from atm. Amount debited but now received due to some were. This is not credited to my account till date. Complaint many times though calls and mails. Still not resolved. I am fed up of calling again and again on helpdesk number. Very bad banking system. I will close this account very soon. I want my money back asap....

M[protected], an illegal transaction of rs. 7000/- (Seven thousand rupees) has been occurred from the account of silam devi which is at punjab national bank, telo (Bokaro) through atm card on 30 march 2018 at 08:22:48 pm, although the atm was kept safely at home (Telo, district-bokaro, jharkhand-828403).

I tried calling customer care, but no one is responding.

On 10th April, 18, Around 6 pm, I have make a ATM transaction of 10, 000 at

But, the screen of ATM goes off and I did not received the cash, but got message on my registered mobile number of deduction of 10, 000.

We have ordered a phone samsung galaxy a8 from amazon and later we canceled it and they said that our money will refund in 4 to 5 days but its very long about 20 days and we are not getting our money back.
