I was supposed to get a refund of rs 5566 from myntra. The myntra refunded the amount successfully but the amount is not reflecting in my pnb account myntra gave an arn no. To track the amount. I called the pnb customer care but they don't even know what an arn no. Is and gave me an excuse that we cannot check transaction with that no. And when i asked the full form of arn customer care guy was silent. It's been 20 damn days and pnb is not responding.

Hello I use Ur net banking last 3 years but thses month my I'd blocked 2 time and we opend agian vist in branch after 7 days my I'd automatic blocked when I ask to branch he ask talk with toll free number I allredy paid charges 59 but now I not pay that chagrched and plz provide me net banking service .my phone number [protected]

    Sir i tried to withdraw rs 3200 from a pnb atm on 20.02.2018. The amount was debited from my account. But i did not receive the cash. It's more than 55 days, but i have not received the money back in my account also. Contacted axis bank via mail & got reply that, pnb showed that transaction a successful one. After this repeated email also sent to the axis bank, but no reply. Requesting you to ask for the video footage of that day. My axis bank acc no. [protected].       Dear sir
      My aunty was having an account in pnb bank it’s a pension account.
      This account was in khandusand (Pauri garhwal, uttrakhand) but as we are living in indirapuram ghaziabad we transfer this account to indirapuram branch.
      My aunty got expire on jan 2018 from then we are not able to get the final amount.
      As per indirapuram branch our account is not been transferred from khandusand (Pauri garhwal, uttrakhand) so we have to deal with them only.
      We applied for account transfer in jan 2017 and this branch have no idea why account is not been transferred till date.
      As per khandusand branch account is transferred but original file is with them, so they will send the file to indirapuram and account will be settle in indirapuram only.
      From last 3 months these pnb branches are not able to clear the dues, hope you can understand how efficient they are and how well they are dealing with the customers.
      From ghaziabad to pauri / uttrakhand distance is around 250 km and travelling cost around rs 5000, please tell who is going to bear the expenses of the tours my family travelling for this job done.

        Dear sir,

        I am syed mohammad umar. I have got account of j and k bank bearing account number [protected] branch sogam kupwara j and k. I visited the atm of punjab national bank, nanak nagar jammu. There i entered the amount of rs 7000 for withdrawl from atm machine but i could not receive the amount however money was deducted from my acvount. There after i contacted my bank and also contacted customer services, they told we forwarded the case but no positive action has been taken by any of the party. So i request you to redeposit the amount back to my ac.
        . Hoping for your cooperetion.

          Dear sir, i'm trying very hard to reset my online banking password but no one is helping me to solve the problem. The bank manager cme dapodi pune said to do itonline. And online it said 'invalid action at host' hundred times. And nobody is having any solution. If ot is like this then please delete my account. I can open account in any other branch.             Sir, this matter is related with mis-transaction done by me on12/03/2018.
            During this period i received an information by support upi, where the amount credited. On 7/5/18 i contact by email to punb0370900 (Ifsc code) with all necessary proofs. On 14/5/18 sbi manager (8723) also wrote an email and letter too, related this txn. Issue.
            Txn. Id[protected] &[protected] for 8900/-&100/- rs. Respectively.
            Kindly treat and tell to branch manager, sahibabad, g. T. Road branch., refund the amt.9000/- amount was wrongly credited in a/c no [protected] on12/3/2018 through bhim app,

            Still today, after request letter and mail by BM, SBI(8723), no any official action is taken by PNB03709. I also wrote two mail, but not simple answer by BM, PNB, SAHIBABAD, GT ROAD.
            What a efficiency.Local branch manager said it is not their branch related matter.
            Advice to contact to related branch.
            Hoping to solve issue.

                My Aadhar No is not registered by bank branch not by atm machine and not even by internet banking ...I tried many time and I got my confirmation message but afterwards there is not good response and not linked the Aadhar no with my account..this is very frustrating...please improve your service ...resolve it...in branch they took my documents on dated 16 May 2018 but yet now there is no response ...What is this ..what going on ...they not giving good response and answer of consumer ..a branch employee said that your Aadhar no attach with your account within 15 days ..what is this ..where is digital India ..where your only Aadhar no is linked with your account in 15 days and this is hardly 15 sec process ...good Digital India ..

                  Sir i book a mobile from fliokart and i give paymnet by phone pe but order was cancel and redund credit into my account by phon pe. But amount not reach into my account tey give me a refernce no.[protected]. My amount rs is 5939 plz chk and credit into my account its paymnt of 13 may i contact to bank many time but they give no.                     I have opened an account in december 2017 and waited for more than 6 month and still waiting for enabling internet banking.

                    Nowadays most of the banks will provide all the fecilities when you open account. But in pnb there will be damn fu... G waiting period for every fecility.

                    Another interesting point is i have already deposited rs 2000/- for maitaining minimum balance and as mentioned before i was waiting for internet banking since last six month. Mean while bank deposited 20 rs something as interest of this period and deductuted 21rs for sms charges. So as per the bank statement there is a shortage of 1 rs for minimum balance. So i am eagerly waiting for the penalty🙄.

                        I am hereby sharing a very painful incident i met with - i am
                        Cunningly cheated by mr. Saktivel (Pnb met-life forms
                        Executive — cheating me by the name of weekly billing form filling
                        Process from punjab national bank (Met life insurance forms).
                        My intention is that i lost 33000 inr by this guy it is true it
                        Will not be happened to anybody else like me.

                        We are doing a computer centre named ‘sree sai enterprises’, doing
                        Different offline form filling 5 seat process in nellore, andhrapradesh. We
                        Posted our info in google search for seeking form filling works
                        Openings. On seeing this mr saktivel (Pnb met-life forms executive.) sms
                        Me from [[protected]] if you are looking for form filling process, send
                        Email id and i replied by sending my email [protected]@gmail.com
                        The full story and conversation contained in the attached pdf
                        Kindly control this type of fraud bearing people trusted bank identity
                        –misusing your bank logo pasted pdf and sample forms cheating poor
                        Peoples money and time

                        Make some arrangements to eradicate this cheaters and protect poor citizen
                        Below attached the information of a cheating person saktivel s (Pnbxe7182 (Pnb met-life forms executive.)
                        #9, esquire centre, ground and mezzanine
                        Floor, m. G. Road, bangalore -560001.) in your bank approaching ordinary small
                        Firms by the name of weekly billing process, form filling from punjab
                        National bank (Met life insurance forms).

                        He claimed that he is related to punjab national bank resource

                            I am banmali niranjan, my a\c no [protected], i got sukha rahat subsidy in my present bank a/c but is is debited automatically without informing me to my another loan a/c, i did not sign any ecs form and slip for paying loan of another a/c,

                            I think no one is having right to deduct amount without my concern, i had raised complaint for the same to customer care, but they did not provided any appropriate solution saying that we had asked report from bank, when i said to mark me on cc sothat i can also come to know for same, did not provided,

                            I am not having any amount right now for my bread and butter, i want a strict action against employee who does this else i will case file in court or will go in media and commite suicide,

                            I also want my amount back in preset a/c

                            I will pay my loan which is on another a/c till next year if everything will fine in my agriculture else bank can, proceed the procedure to recover amount for my loan a/c in legal way,

                            And i also want surety that if i submit any amount in my a\c no [protected] will not deduct without my permission,

                            Customer care has closed the complaint without informing me..when i again call to care they told very rudely and said it is closed by Bank Norm...It means without informing to customer PNB can deduct any amount from A/C ? this the Norm of PNB? why till now PNB is fail to recover loan from Neerav Modi ...and from farmer you are deducting amount for one loan A/c from Anothe saving A/c, Who has given these right to Bank? Whatever Bank will do whether it is legal or illegal everything is right...I have provided my Land document for KCC Bank should proceed legal procedure to recover KCC Amount...How can Bank recover any amount from anothe saving A/c of Customer.

I am facing much difficulties for making the statement as i could not acertain what i have purchased and what is my refunds.                                 I purchased two moto g5s plus mobile phone back cover:-
                                1. Ziaon (Tm) rugged impact armor dated 02/05/2018 @rs 799 & order no[protected]
                                2. Ziain (Tm) heavy duty case dated 02/05/2018 @rs 599 & oder no[protected]

                                And i have done full payment thrugh debit card but order was cancelled after few days and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference
                                Of 1st order of rs.799 is 395402 & 2nd order of rs.599 is 366202
                                But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                Same behaviour by branch also.
                                Don't know what to do

                                  I have purchased a product from amazon on 10th may 2018 and refund of rs.1148 has been processed successfully on 5/10/2018. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 352410. But my account not showing the amount. They are telling charge dispute but bank said they cannot do this. Wht should i do. Pls solve this prblm and get my money back.

                                      I shri om mishra customer of pnb branch integral university dasauli lucknow having a/c no - [protected].
                                      I withdrawal 10000 rs from pnb atm on[protected]:11 am​
                                      But i got 8500 rs (4 notes of 2000 rs and one note 500 rs total 8500 rs only) which is 1500 rs less than the entered amount and 10000 rs deducted from my account.
                                      I am attaching all the snapshot of atm receipt and snap of notes withdraw from atm.

                                      I have complained on[protected]Complained no - m[protected] time - 5:35 pm) i do not got any response from bank side and after that i called 3 more times.
                                      Now they are telling me that you can mail on [protected]@pnb.co.in and we can not do anything regarding this problem.

                                        I was doing a transaction of ₹1559 by debit card on 2 may 2018, transaction was failed but the amount was deducted from my account, i raised a complaint in customer care (Sr a[protected] on 3rd may, but neither the complaint is resolved nor the amount is refunded. I contact to the freecharge also the give me pg id & pg name (Pg id [protected] & pg name: payu) & said contact your bank with this reference. But customer care just say it will take upto 45 days...
                                        It's too much time your process is very very slow, i'm very disappointed by such services
                                        Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
