On 16 april i was tried to cash out from sbi atm machine (My a/c in pnb). After sometime atm machine displayed "transaction failed". I received the messag that 500 has been debited from my a/c, but i didn't get the cash. I thought it will be refunded within 2 to 3 days but it has not refunded. Please take suitable action so that 500 rupees will be refunded to my account.

Today i do 3 transection from pnb atm all 3 are different atms no cash came out from the machine but amount is debited from my account please check and refund me my money to my account fast my account details are bellow

    On 16 april i was tried out from sbi atm machine as my a/c in pnb. When i was tried i can not get money bt i receive the messag that 1500 has deduct my a/c bt i can not get the cash.in till night 1000 rupes credited in my a/c. But still 500 rupes left. Please take suitable acrtion that i receive my 500 rupees.

    i got my previous amount credited as it was not dispensed on 1 st April ...so i lodge the complaint which resolved on 12 april...no 16 april i had same issue but i cant lodge complaint on PNB sight as my first complaint shows registered yet as it is resolved

    Cash did not dispense just debited my account with 4500/- ans this is second time in 15 days so my first complaint shows pending while i cant do another issue at the PNB sight.

        On 16 april i was tried to cash out fron pnb atm machine as my account is in pnb bank. When i was tried machine alarmed timed out as it stopped working but there was message on my phone that 4000 rupees was debited but actually cash not despensed out the atm machine. Nxt morning 3000 rupees credited back but still 1000 rps left. Pls take suitable action asap.

          Sir,
          We are the member of the this punjab national bank in shakarpur branch in laxmi nagar while visiting the bank we have to face the worst behavior of the staff specially the female staff there... Sir we really want u to help us out in this matter
          We are not there to tolerate such behavior of the staff. Even the staff is not helpful anyhow.

            I shivam kumar having an a/c in punjab national bank, halwasia building, hazratganj, lucknow. When i tried to withdraw rs 3500 from icic atm, awadh chauraha, alambagh on 16th april 2018 around 06:08 pm the atm machine shows server error & transaction got canceled, i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.

            But when i checked my mobile there is a message of amount deduction & a amount of rs 3500 got deducted from my a/c.

            So, iam requesting you to take necessary action.

                Ac XXXXXXXX00020326 Debited with Rs.400.00,[protected]:06:17 thru ATM.Free txn on oth bank ATM-5(incl max 3 in Metro) in SB A/C only. Aval Bal Rs.88.17 CR. Helpline [protected].

                This transaction was unsuccessful.
                And when I tried to contact on helpline no. there user interface was unresponsive as they were not accepting the number dialed for language selection even a single time.
                Consumer Service at worse.

                  On behalf of many customers i am complaining problems.followings are the complaints please take strict action against them:-
                  1.Regular shortage of cash:-on 16 april i went to bank to withdraw money for my family health problem and firstly they said to wait for an hour and after an hour when i asked for money they directly refused to give money and said we dont have money.After one day i again went to bank ther were having same reaction they asked for waiting and after 2hours they provide me money after begging many times.
                  2.I went to bank to ask for my housing loan but they didnt tell a single thing about my loan this staff is worst staff .Sandeep and Rajaram are both who even didnt listen a single staff and busy in their work.
                  3.Please provide me my NOC of my housing loan and close my bank account.

                  Atlast i Anil kumar mangla, customer of pnb bank want to lodge a complaint against them and i get harrashed in these two weeks please take strict action against then.If you think i am lying you can check CCTV footage. HOPE FOR THE BEST RESULT.

                      I was in mid of transaction from pnb atm near me when electricity got cut and my cash didn't dispensed but amount was debited of rs 10000 and i logged a complaint to customer helpline [protected] they gave a response that issue will be solved in 7 working days but its already 10 days and i have not got my refund my complaint number is

                      I have mailed them several times and their helpline number is not giving any further response.

                      On 16/04/2018 I used 2 ATMs (Axis Bank and Andhra Bank) and money got debited from mine account but it was not withdrawn from ATM, the amount was Rs 6, 000/- only. Not only this the money was not refunded to me till 19/04/2018 (16:23 PM ). Therefore I request you to please solve mine problem.
                      These two ATMs are in Deoghar.
                      My wife sumitt pnb branch 2 feb 2018 with kyc and atm card form but branch staff not give atm card 12 apr 2018 and bank staff not talk to proprly reason plz arrange this problem and tell me souletion
                      On 13th march when i withdraw rs 10000 money from pnb atm money was debited from from my card but i did not get money
                      so i kindly requested to please refund my money

                        I went for withdrawal of rs. 3000 on[protected] from dcb 09316 at new ashok nagar block a, but unfortunately it is shown that "request timed out", again i tried, then it is shown that "cannot be processed due to insufficient funds" after that i got a message on my registered no. That your account is debited with rs. 3000 but the cash wasn't dispensed.
                        Please resolve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I tried to withdrew rs 10000 from pnb atm but transaction ended up with timed out and cash not dispensed but after 15 minutes i got the message for debit of same amount. I am suprised that most of atm are moneyless nowdays and condition is getting bad by such events.

                            Already made the complaint to customer care but still not credited after 48 hours.

                            Please help

                              को लोन लिया था जिसका खाता स० [protected] है, जो की सरकार द्वारा किसान कर्ज माफ़ी के अन्तर्गत में
                              आता हु और मेरा नाम किसान कर्ज माफ़ी में आया भी था, और लेखपाल के द्वारा सर्वे भी कर लिया गया था लेकिन मेरे
                              खाते में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई पैसा नही आया है, बैंक में जब हम इसकी जानकारी के लिए जाते है तो बैंक कोई सुनता ही
                              नहीं है बोलते है में क्या करू में कुछ नहीं बता सकता हु
                              श्री मान जी निवेदन है की मेरे खाते की पूर्ण रूप से जाच की जाये और क्या कारण रहा जो मेरे कर्ज माफ़ नहीं हु में तो कर्ज
                              माफ़ी के पात्र में आता हु फिर क्यों नहीं मेरा कर्ज माफ़ हुआ है मेरा भी कर्ज माफ़ करवाने की कृपा करे आपकी अति महान
                              कृपा होगी I

                                I tried withdrawl with my atm card at pnb atm at hamirpur on16th April 2018. The cash could not be withdrawn, showing timedout. But, the amount 15000×2=Rs. 30000 (thirty thousand) debited from the account. Ac no [protected] name Madan Lal Kapil mob. [protected]
                                Onlinecomplaint was made to pnb onthe same day but no response till now.
                                I request the Pnb to reverse the wrongly debited amount of Rs. 15000×2=Rs 30000 in my account at the earlist.
                                The pnb customer care is not responding even phone on hold for 30minutes.

                                  Dear sir/ma'am,
                                  My name is pushkarsh sinha from bhubaneswar and i made a payment on 17/04/2018 at 17:45:31 through my debit card. The other person didn't recieve any payment as the card machine showed an error but 1000 rupees was deducted from my account and it hasn't been returned to me till now. Please look into this matter and return the money as soon as possible.

                                    Sir atm card gum ho gaya hai new card ke liye form bhar kar bank ko diya hai 3 din se bss yahi keh rahe hai ki system nahi chal raha hai kal aa jaana. Kal 4 din ho jaege sir.
                                    Main visually disabled person hu sir
                                    Baar baar bank nahi jaa sakta.

                                      My name is bipasha saikia and i also experienced a similar problem on the 16th of april, 2018 around 5:30pm. I wanted to withdraw a sum of rs.1000 but the transaction failed and the screen displayed “timed out” (Or something like that). I again entered another rs. 1000 and that also failed. Later after 10 mins i got a message from pnb that a sum of rs. 2000 has been debited from my account. It has been two days and i still have not got the amount credited back.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        My pnb saving account no. Is [protected], my name is sitara w/o zaib khan. On 16, april i tried to withdraw rupees 5000 from my atm card but was not successful in my first try... Then i tried in several atms... But i could not get cash... And atm shows the message of bieng temporarily put of service... And after some time i got the messages that my money is debited from 5000... Now i am at loss of rs 5000/only. And i need it urgently... Please refund my money as soon as possible.
