My account no is [protected] i made an order on 21/03/2018 from flipkart.com txn id:tx[protected] but the payment of the product failed because the product was out of stock. But money was deducted from my bank account. I used my debit card. Its been 5 days passed but still i did not received my refund yet. Flipkart confirmed that payment has failed and to contact my bank. The amount is 13999. Please let me know when my refund will be credited to my account. Its very urgent.

After 36 days later the issue atlast resolved. I received my refund today. For 28 days I waited but the issue did not resolved, on 13th april I raised a complain regarding this issue in this complain forum. After 32 days of complain I got my refund today.

    I have use atm on 31dec2017 in sahibabad for inr10000. Transaction was done but amount not received. I have complaint in bank on same day and taking followup since dec2017 but not get any solution.
    I am holding my account with pnb and atm machine was vijya bank. Complaint registered in both bank but no solution.
    Plz look into this.

        I am writing my story as because metlife and pnb cheated me a paralyzed and disabled in times of his difficulty, this blog is only way i can appeal and say my words to mass;

        after reading my story you will reaslise:
        - how
        - how metlife and pnb are unsocial, inethical and inhuman organisations;
        - you will reaalsie that insurance companies fo pnb and metlife who are not trustworthy and unreliable and extremely cheat organisations,

        i appeal to human development organisations, national leaders to help me get my due medical insurance or due compensation for not giving em health insurance ( promised by prasanjit mitra a pnb emtlife manager working in preet vihar branch, new delhi, )
        pnb metlife india insurance co. Ltd policy number 21921383
        in october 2014; i got a call from pnb metlife new delhi branch; i was explained about pnb metlife endowment saving plan which offered life and insurance benefits for 10 years on paying premium regularly; i asked for the proof in writing on which pnb metlife executive told me on call that a pnb metlife manager will visit you who will guide and give you his credentials;

        pnb metlife manager named prasanjit mitra from preet vihar branch visited me in october 2014;on asking the pnb metlife offer in writing he showed his id card and gave me his visiting card with pnb metlife email id, which i confirmed by writing email to his id as ("mitra, prasanjeet" ); he told me that after paying first cheque you will get a policy document which will detail all details;

        i was paralyzed and walking with crutches at that time and i also trusted why will a human cheat other human at time of difficulty and problems; trusting him as pnb emtlife manager, who si from reputed organization, i trusted and gave him the cheque to debit my hard earned income.

        In few days i got my health cover note for 2 lakhs health insurance coverage by prasanjit mitra but for next one month i did not got my policy document; which might have been deliberately delayed by pnb metlife;

        after reading the policy document which came after 2 months, i checked with prasanjit mitra who told me that we have external tie up on health insurance and you will keep getting the health insurance cover for next 10 years via star health;

        after first year i have not got any health insurance note and i have raised this complaint to both irda and pnb metlife grievances;

        but the very inhuman and inethical pnb metlife have not helped stating that the policy document does not include health cover; i feel cheated as prasanjit mitra still works at preet vihar branch, new delhi and his email id si still working and despite that pnb metlife has not tried to help me,

        so i am appealing to all human around the planet to never trust or buy products from metlife or pnb; pnb and metlife are not only cheat, and inethical, but also extremely inhuman as they cheated me a disabled and paralyzed human in me in time of his difficulties;

        big-basket is a cheat organisation, and never trust big basket wallet..
        For last 9 months my big basket account will wallet money si locked by bigbasket,
        and i cannot use my big basket wallet., ..

        Big baskethad locked my account after food poisoning incident on using the big basket sold lassi which was expired and unfit for use...
        I shouted at bigbasket customer acre and so big basked blocked my account, .(with email [protected]@gmail.Com)
        as i abused them for selling expired lassi which caused me food poisoning,
        this way bigbasket has cheated me...
        So i call bigbasket a cheat as despite multiple emails, they are not unlocking my account so that i can sue my wallet amount in account;

          I have withdrawal 15000 rs twice time through pnb atm located at near goal chucker mahanagar bareilly on 12.03.18. First transaction successfully done but second transaction was failed and atm machine get hangout/reboot money was debited and amount not dispend. I have complaint on same day on toll free no. Executive register complain on both transaction. Executive say with in seven day your complain has been resolved but still there is no response came from customer care they say please wait next 24 to 48 hours please sir resolve my problem

          Dear sir

          I have withdrawal 15000 rs twice time through pnb atm located at near goal chucker mahanagar Bareilly on 12.03.18.             We are a real estate firm having a long-standing relationship with punjab national bank. While applying for final electricity connection for a project of ours having 25 flats, we were asked by the electricity department to furnish 25 demand drafts. The 25 dd's were handed over to us. However, the electricity dept. Informed us that the amounts intimated to us for 20 dds were erroneous & asked for the dds to be cancelled and corrected.

            When mrs. Poonam, a notoriously cantankerous & ill-mannered lady staff, was informed of our request, she rudely stated "yeh kya natak laga rakha hai!", "ek baar theek se nahi bata sakte?!", when the problem was explained to her, she replied "woh sab hamara problem nahi hai!". She resentfully gave us 11 corrected dd's at the end of the day.

            The next day being a thursday, she was approached in the morning to prepare the 9 remaining dds. She was rude and incredibly acerbic to my staff yet again & asked him to collect the dds at 4pm. At 4 pm, i (Partner) went personally to the branch, i did not speak to ms poonam, as i did not want to reprimand her in front of other customers. I spoke to the branch manager & informed her that we need the dds before 5 pm or else we will not get the electricity connection before the weekend. The branch manager informed mrs. Poonam in my presence to prepare the dds (Which she had not yet started working on!), she simply shrugged. I left the branch after the managers assurance.

            At 4:45 pm, i was informed by my staff that mrs. Poonam had not prepared a single dd yet! I went back to the branch, chose not to confront mrs. Poonam again & went straight to the manager!! The manager apologized profusely on her behalf but i was absolutely livid at the callous & irresponsible behaviour of her staff! I waited in the branch till the remaining dds, were made!

            Since i have a good relationship with the other employees of the bank, later on i spoke to one of them & asked them as to how mrs. Poonam could so blatantly disregard the instructions of the manager & i was informed that at least two more customers had similar experiences so much so that they had submitted letters to shift their account to a different branch!! And that mrs. Poonam & some other work shirkers had influence over the employees union, who simply refused to make them accountable for their actions that only serves to embolden them and normalize their behaviour!

            It saddens us to see how our public sector institutions are being brought into disrepute because of a few rotten apples who can not be reformed in the absence of a comprehensive complaint redressal system. How many more people have faced hardships in trying times & chosen to keep quiet about it? How many customers have waited endlessly for access to basic services and been teated like scum? How much has the reputation of the institution suffered simply because the management doesn't deem it important that the problems of the customers be addressed & delinquent employees be reprimanded. Please do something about this before it gets to a point where nothing can be done.

              15 days back i with draw money on 7 the of march amount of 2500 from pnb atm haridwar but money doesn't dispensed and my got debited same day i registered a complaint but they didn't respond well.. On again 15 march i again withdraw money from pnb atm and the same happened this time amount was 1000... Again i registered the complaint infact i wrote the application for pnb branch but they didn't respond again only saying wait... Such a bad response really pnb like this u will be soon loose ur credibility...

                    Hello i have done transaction on 6th march 2018 of amount 500 through pnb atm only. Details of withdraw is atm wdr 5451 pnb/khoda and decorator ma.

                    I tried to complain with internet banking but my complain is not submitted. So i call to customer care and then they give me complain number m[protected].
                    Its around 7 days after complain but still money did not came to my account.
                    Please return my money in my account. Its more than 15 days. I know like if the money did not come within 7 days then bank have to pay fine.

                      My father (Who is old) tried to withdraw cash rs 10000/- on 14th march 2018 at around 1:30 pm from the pnb atm (Atm id - g3157800) located on new project road, gorakhpur (Near the air force gate). Apparantely there are two atms on this road. One atm is near pnb branch on new project road and second one is near air force gate of new project on the same road.

                      After entering all details, cash was not dispensed however this amount was debited from his account as debit sms was sent to his mobile. He was shocked and didn't know what to do. He is old and lives on his pension together with his wife. He then made another withdrawl of lesser amount and this time the atm dispensed the cash.

                      He tried to lodged a complain on phone but he could not get through. He then went to the branch next day and complained but they said he need to call customer service. He tried multiple times unsuccessfully. Later on one of the staff felt pity on his situation and lodged a complaint on his behalf. This complain details are a[protected] dated 15th march 2018.

                      He had tried unsuccessfully to get status update.

                      Could you please look into it and resolve this issue.

Refund of amount 1321 has been initiated by them on 21, february, 2018 with refund reference number 74332748054805283022510. As per details given by them, but it has not been credited in bank account yet. Called pnb customer care but no help. Contacted pnb base branch also but of no avail. Kindly look to it and get my refund amount of 1321 as soon as possible. I have also filed charge dispute.

                            Account in 12/07/2017. By n. E. F. T. And says rejection action not taken.

                              I made a dental bill payment of rs.20000 to my doctor trough IMPS-OUT/[protected]/KKBK0000563/[protected], at the end of transaction it showed transaction failure but it has debited my account when am calling customer care they are not at all lifting calls. how do i complaint now to get my refund how many days it would take to get refund. provide me with some solution its very urgent

                                Sir, i have done the transaction through
                                "imps-out/[protected]/icic0000610/[protected]" of rs 45000 on 21.03.2018 from pnb account no. [protected] to icici account no.[protected] but it was failed due to some reason. Hence the amount debited from my account but not credited to icici account.

                                Sir, kindly resolve the issue as early as possible as it is very troublesome for salaried people like us.

                                  My PNB A/C no is [protected] I had made an ATM transaction of RS 5000/- on dated 05-03-18 from same bank ie PNB ATM near SRM university Modinagar but amount deducted from my account but cash did not disburse by ATM i wait for some time but money did not comes out from machine after that i again made a transaction of Rs 500/- which was successful and i got Rs 500 but did not get first transaction amount ie Rs 5000/-. after that i immediately made a complaint to the bank customer care and they give me a complaint no. ie M[protected] and said that your money will be returned within 7 working days . I had also made a complaint through net banking complaint no is [protected] but today is more than 15 day but i could not get my money back, i called saveral times to the bank authorities but they are not giving any satisfectory reply. and laughing saying your money had gone with Mr Neerav Modi. pls helpme out. iam a middle class woman cant afford such losses

                                    our gas agency name bhawani gas sewa current a/c no is [protected] in pnb bank bawani khera.Our complaint is that a unnecessary cash hand charge one day on 20/03/2018 cash hand charge deduct 5750 rs. Against on deposit 7 lakhs. Only month of march cash hand charge are on till date 13735.On inquary about misconduct behaviour from bank manegar.We are face many problum from bank side .Their are too many charges deduct from our ac to previous months.And bank has not provide us net banking on request again and again.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I have complaint regarding ATM withdrawal. This is reference that I have withdrawal Rs. 40000/- from PNB ATM on date 11/03/2018, same amount has been debit from my account but not received to me, Same time I have loge complaint in your customer care, they commit to me that amount refund within 7 days TAT. Time limit has been cross on dated 19/03/2018. yesterday morning then I call to customer care they say that complaint has been exalted and wait 72 hrs. Still there is no any resolution.

                                        I want my 6000 rupees in my account i swioe my card on bank of baroda atm but the transaction was not working then it is shown that time of transaction is over but my money is cut but it can, t be refund on 6 days so i want to refund my money in my account and my name on account is akaansh kapurwan and account number is [protected] in ranipokhari
