Dear sir,

my mother had an FD of around 5, 00, 000 . This was due to mature next week. But my mother preclosed the FD to rewew again as she was not sure auto renew happens. Now the Bank PNB has deducted 52, 000 rupees without informing her. they only said some penalty will be levied without letting her know the exact amount.

my mother complained to bank manage and they said they will check with main office. Since 52000 is a very big amount, I was wondering if there is any way to avoid losing this amount?

You can ask for service charge list of bank from branch manager and then check the rate of penalty on pre maturity. Calculate your penalty amount and ask branch manager to refund the same.

If branch manager is not resolve the problem then you can go for internal ombudsman.

    Respected sir, i am swati sharma.i want to file a complaint against branch manager of punjab national bank . this branch of pnb is situted at" DISTRICT- HATHRAS, TEHSIL - SASNI, UTTAR PRADESH PIN -204216 SUBJECT OF COMPLAINT- SIR, i went to bank to disclose the account of my father.because he is died before 25 days. so i beg for a claim form to the bank staff MR. ATUL. but he did not give me the claim form . i have waited for more than 3 hours. i complaint to the manager sir but he also did not supported me.

    The branch manager of Punjab national bank ( located at TEHSIL- SASNI, DISTRICT- HATHRAS 204216 U.P.) is a person who had some man dominating thinking. The manager of pnb refuses me to give the claim form . when i ask why are you doing this then he shouted on me.and said ''YAHAN SAB ESE HI CHALTA HAI AGAR TUJHE KAAM KARANA TOH ISEE TARAH INTEZAAR KARANA PADEGA '' then i go next day to the bank and i think that everything will be okay now. but i found there was no change in the behaviour of bank manager and the staff also. and the bank manager ingore me for more then 3 hours and he was also saying some rubbish things which i can not explain here . He not only disrespect a customer but also disrespect the dignity of a women . this is a question of the respect of a women and sociality and i want a very strict and effective action should be taken against the uncorporating manager and staff also..
    My father is no more.so i want the support of every gentleman . and i am expecting a very strong, fast and relevant action.

      On 17th May 2015 I operated PNB atm to withdraw Rs. 22, 500 by using PNB debit card No.[protected], after 3hr 2, 500. but in evening when i try to transfer money to friends a/c it shows card blocked with response code 050. it failed to transfer the cash. sudesh gupta a/c no.[protected] resolve my problem in 2 days. sudesh gupta.

        Today morning, i got a call from unknown number on my idea cellular number. they said i have won 25, 00, 000 INR . they also mentioned punjab national bank to be the one who would give such amount as a lucky draw sum. they gave me a mobile number to contact them to claim the money.           The 95, 000 amount is deducted in MY account with our my knowledge on last week -sunday (04/10/2015)I got the debited SMS in my mobile (no:[protected])- After that i saw the message in the evening i immediately call to the PNB toll free no, But therein NO RESPONSE from BANK -Then i directly Contact the Thanjavur Branch manager regarding the Queries, But there is NO proper response from the Bank officers - So Please check the above query and give the compensation amount from the bank ASAP because iam from poor family which was deposited the amount for my family needed.

              I am saunesh jain. i purchage a policy my father (dinesh chandra jain)name. my amount cut in my account in 30/6/15. I have slip to payment. 2nd i got one more slip for detail like- Client id[protected] Policy no.[protected] after 1 month when i not got bond for policy detail then my 60 year old mother go bank but he is not provied any soluation In 3 month she goes in bank more than 20 times but no one solve When i call met life he says your address is wrong update I said the guy pls send some one to collect the doc because my fathar is doing transport business he is not avaliable in day so pls send some one to my home for collect doc. because its your fault why you wrong update i have recive to correct address he says no i got a money now u go to hell met life not provied any soluation pls send your pranters (whoes age 60+ ) in metlife office . those office is more than 60 km far in my house. And he says shut your business and follow your policy its your resposbilty . met life got payment now metlife have no customer support i[censored] got new policy we send metlife guy in your home but now we got my in your side so why we follow u . Pls help if any problem done in between this conversation whare i got benefit your policy.

                Hello Sir, This is a case of Punjab National Bank, Lucknow( Branch- Gomti Nagar). I want the cheque book to be issued for my account but there are asking me to get the SMS Alert Service then only cheque book will be issued to you. For that SMS Alert Service they will deduct some quarterly charge from my account, which I don't want to get deducted.

                  Respected Sir/mam My problem is that PNB Metlife call me and force me to purchase policy of Rs 50, 000 and if I pay online payment today company give you 5% discount (Rs.2500) every year upto 15 years and you pay only Rs. 47500 every year with 5% discount and say that we received Rs 19 Lakh 9 Thousand 890 Rupee on maturity in 16 Years so i complete online payment Rs. 47500 on 28 July 15 and received my PAN Card and address copy on PNB Metlife official mail ( [protected]@pnbmetlife.com) and complete all policy bond without my original sign on application form and and sell me with fake sign of me on bond papers when i aware about this fake policy endowment plan i give a online request to cancelled it on 13 Aug 15 and send all documents to Jaipur branch on 26 Aug 15 by registry courier but company rejected process and force me go to Jaipur branch from Alwar CITY ( Harassment for me) and I submit bond paper and lodge a complain about PNB Metlife calling person by whom sell this policy at telephonic call to me, in Jaipur branch on 17 Sept 15 and PNB Metlife customer care tell me we refund your full amount and not deduct any amount if policy cancelled in free look but company refund Rs 44, 821 in my PNB account on 25 Sept 15 without my agreement. And not inform me one time about this return amount . Since i am not satisfied with this decision. Company deduct Rs. Rs. 679 from my Rs. 47500 and also return after 2 months without interest and Rs.600 expenditure of traveling from Alwar to Jaipur and loss of One day Duty (Rs. 1000) from my office. Also all audio are available at me tell me under this policy with fake benefits and tell me by customer care about my full return. So i request you refund my Rs. 679 in my account. First company sell policy with fake benefits and fake sign of customer, what is the mistake of customer in this whole process and why deduct Rs. 679 from customer amount. There are so many policy sell by company to customer at telephonic call and in free look cancellation save so many money in refund process for company because they not refund the full amount of customer. There i request you take the suitable action against forgery sign on policy bond and refund my Rs. 679 in my account.                     I informed the same to my banker PNB, Shahzadi mandi branch on Dt. 13.08.2015. But my banker is saying that above withdrawal were made on Dt. 13.08.2015 between 2.30 am to 3.00 am (early morning). but according receved massege amount wthdrawl timeing is late night between 11:56 PM to 11:59 PM dtd. 12/08/2015. so, you are requested to investigate the matter and refund Rs. 23020.00 to my account.

                          We hv two policies: 00111801 & 00110576 We surrendered our policy to local branch in Pondicherry along with all supporting documents on 21 Aug. and get a Receipt and a little later got an email acknowledgement from HO. But since last 2 weeks when we follow up for the payment, they are asking us to submit our original policy. My repeated emails to them (with copy of acknowledgement) has no effect. They go on like a broken record "Submit Your Policy". They are behaving like a bogus Chit Fund Company who does not to pay the maturity amount (the amount is over Rs.10 lakhs).

                            Yesterday My Debit Card got Deactivated . So called The PNB costumer care almost 10 times .But not once they picked my call. They were saying That Executive Is busy with some another call the lame excuse. This is really a Irresponsible behaviour of one of The Top banks of India. You are fooling people on The of Coustumer Satisfaction.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              PNB credit card department had sent me a new card with some additional security features against my old credit card two months back. But the PIN for this card has not send by them so far where as I have been made two three times complain at customer care of PNB as well as through mail. My old card also has been blocked by PNB and I am facing a lot of problems due to this. The response of PNB customer care executives is very bad.

                              Please do the needful in this regard.

                                I had some issues regarding recovery of rescued data so I called for assistance at your customer care on 24.08.2015 at 19.03 hours, the person there started talking in a scolding way to all my queries, he was simply dictating for nothing, I had never came across such an ill and unethical behaviour in professional communication & when I asked " do you mean to assist or teach me, he said NO I WANT TO TEACH YOU, it was humiliating the guy told his name was ANKIT & complaint id when asked was[protected] as conveyed by him, I asked him to transfer the call to a senior or supervisor, he denied, anyways this was disgusting, humiliating an ill behaviour ... as regard the product the VAIO( SVF15218SNB) is one of the worst mess as I could see the combination of ctrl & down arrow keys never working and the Esc button coming out the display screen having such a poor design as to get scratched and now the DVD drive which surrendered ...My INR 52, , 000 was a real waste with sony... nneither the products nor the people at sony are good, My last transaction and no more recommendation...

                                  My name is Yashoda Gaur.I am senior citizen. And have account(no.[protected]) in Punjab National Bank, Subhash Nagar, Meerut. The security of all most all the ATMs are not proper.No security guard, many persons enter at one time in ATM rooms.Rs. 15000/- withdrawn fraudlently on 22-07-15 from Rohta Road ATM of PNB beacuse of this security issue.Even today there is no proper arrangement of security there. And even Branch Managers(PNB Rohta Road, Meerut and PNB Subhash Bazar, Meerut are so irresponsible that they do not care that amount withdrawn fraudulently from their bank.I am really upset to see the response of the bank officials. Please inquire and take actions against the irresponsible bank staff. If some thief put some external device or do something wrong in ATM Machine and because of this fraud happened then who is responsible - customer or bank.And where was the security guard then?Bank managers are sleeping.Many such incidents are happening and no proper action is taken by bank.It is the duty of bank of safe guard the money of customers.                                       My name is Pradeep and a resident of Bangalore. I took a Metlife Insurance policy in 2009 for which they pay a sum assured survival benefit every 5 years. PNB Metlife has been so ridiculously ignorant about its customers, despite calling them over 20 times about the Survival benefit that has to be paid as part of the Met Sukh plan. The call center either does not have a manager or a supervisor who cannot talk or fix the issue, all they ever say is we will check the back end team and get back to you. Somehow they just don't want to call back. It is so frustrating to make the executives understand your case every time you call them. Till date nobody has an answer when they can pay my money. I am so disappointed to have had taken a policy with them. Inspite to telling them I would register a consumer complaint against them they seem to be very cool about it and not bother at all.
