I have a S/B account in Punjab National Bank, Domjur Branch, (IFSC Code PUNB[protected]Ph. No. [protected]/[protected]), and also have a FD in the in the same branch. I have submitted Form 15G to the home branch in 3 copies on 11/04/2016. The branch officer told me that the acknowledgement copy will issued after 1 week, advice me to collect the copy after 1 week. I had gone 4 times (in the specific dates given by the officers) to collect the acknowledgement copy, but till date they have not give the same. I have complain to the Branch Manager about this matter, but they have used very rude behaviour with me. They always harass us. Please take a action against the branch.

    Hey i am navjot singh my mom have a accout in PNB ismailabad. I need statement and balance certificate of this account very urgent. But they didn't provide me. And keep saying come tommorow. The employees of this PNB branch, ismailabad are so lazy and ilmannered. Moreover, they are also making excuse that printer is working and they work very slowly so because of this custmers have to wait for very long time.

      Sir/madam,

      I have credit card no [protected] with your punjab national bank, credit card under this credit card i have received statement during the period of 01.01.2016-05.05.2016 (Annual charges 300 + plus late fee of every month 200) of rs 1138.75 inclusive of service tax.
      For this query i have contacted your customer care several time and registered complaint vide ref no e[protected], e[protected], e[protected] but our problem has not been resolved from your end, to say atleast i have been hugely disappointed by such esteemed service of punjab national bank, credit card department.
      Thus i would like to discontinue within the credit card, so i would request you to plz cancel the wrong charges which you are charging in my credit card statement (Annual fees+ late fees) and send your confirmation letter for cancellation of the above credit card number.

        I had purchased the PNB oriental mediclaim policy for my parents six months ago. But i did not receive any policy number/Health card till now. When i went to PNB branch from where i bought the policy they told that they had not received the cards/policy number yet. The particulars are given below:-

          I'm Shubham jangid from Nagar, Bharartpur. I applied for education loan to do my engineering in july 2015 but till now I didn't get the loan. The bank manager befooled me and demanding illegal things. I'm in so trouble. Please help me and response for this grievance as soon as possible. The behaviour of manager is too bad with the customer. He is very bad person please replace him or make him suspend.

              Dear sir,
              I am a customer of your bank branch-deuli( br. Code-2606). I have a savings & current account in your bank, not only my but also four family member of my family also maintain good deposit in your bank, my account no [protected].Today i went to b/o- deuli (2606) for withdraw rs 400000/- from my savings account [protected], for urgently need by withdrawal slip but br. Manager mr thakura murmu & one clerk deny to payment so. Subsequently i repeatedly request him that i have no cheque book in my s/f- account please pass the money but sr manager mr murmu repeatedly told me that he will not pass it because he is not satisfied. I also submitted my pan card copy to satisfied him but his ada-mental attitude force me to leave the branch. Sir have you any circular that customer is not allowed to withdraw the money more that rs50000/-from his s/f account with out cheque book?. Whichever i know it is possible. To there is also sufficient in this branch for payment of rs400000/-, i also lost more than two hour for this purpose. Is your institution reimburse the same me.
              Please take a appropriate measure against these ada-mental & insufficient knowledgeable staff from this branch either wise your institution lose huge business. Mind that this the competitive market situation. We have also more option for banking facility.

                  I have saving bank account in ICICI janpath Delhi branch.On 17/03/2016, I tried to withdraw INR 3000 from PNB Bank ATM located at Karkarduma metro station, Delhi at '17;13' hrs (ATM ID D4139900, TXN NO. 2805). But I received just INR 300.So I called PNB customer care center and they told me to register this complaint to ICICI bank customer care.And I did so.
                  ICICI call center officer assured me that issue will be resolved within 9 working days.
                  After 9 days I received a message stated"Dear customer, we are not able to reverse the ATM transaction of INR 2700 as it was a successful transaction".
                  Again, I lodged complaint through phone banking and I received same message.
                  This process continued 4 times and still I am waiting for the positive reply.

                  Even the solutions given by phone banking officers were not satisfactory.
                  As I am ICICI customer, PNB personnel will not entertain me.So I visited ICICI bank and requested them to look into this matter and try to retrieve video footage of that PNB ATM during my transaction.
                  But PNB bank denied to show video footage.
                  finally ICICI bank personnel apologized regarding this matter and closed the case.
                  I belong to middle class family and this amount really matters to me.
                  You are requested to look into this as a case of fraud and take proper action ASAP and refund my money.

                    This is my third time when i am writing this complaint to u.
                    My father went to punjab national bank for query of central scheme for interest subsidy(Csis). As per this scheme, banks provide financial support to deserving/meritorious students for pursuing higher education in lndia and abroad by charged 0% interest from them. Earlier the bank manager and their employees don't know about this.& they didn't respond to our query. The scheme shall be applicable from the academic year 2009-10 starting ist april, 2009. The loan amount taken starting from the academic year 2009-10 (Irrespective of the date of sanction) shall only be covered under the scheme of interest subsidy. Because of there unawareness, we didn't get the benefit. They are harassing my father very badly. They've said that, your documents are not complete, you supposed to attached that document too and so many things.

                    But after i logged my query on grahak seva portal, they called my dad after 3 days and demanded for some documents with in a same day. My father was very busy that day, but anyhow they managed to arrange all the document(I.E. Bank manager demanded) but still they didn't respond.
                    Every time they talked to my father in a very pathetic way. We just want the conclusion, whether they waive our interest amount or not. Please help us.

                          I contact the customer care to seek some information regarding updation of mobile no. At pnb site is updated we can update mobile no. Through atm. Just to make ensue i confirm from customer care. I was not satisfied the way she communicated to me. She got irritated actually. At last she inform to visit nearby pnb branch. I wrote application and submitted to branch ( rajahart-kolkata) the staff inform it will activate within 24 hrs. I visited the branch on monday (18 th april). Still my no. Is not updated than i called at tollfree no to enquiry. Customer care person inform to visit the branch again. He is unable to say why it is not updated. Than i called complain nodal officer, one lady pick up the call . Lady told no. Can update only through account open branch . She gave email id and phone.No( i send email to [protected]@pnd.Co.In and the mail undelivered and also they didnt lift the call also. As i sifted from jaipur to kolkata, require to update my no. My question is why informations are diffierent from different staff. They are not guiding the customer properly. We are not excepting such kind of service from renowned public sector bank.

                              मैं आज दिनांक[protected] दोपहर के समय शामली जनपद के चौसाना ब्रांच (ifsc कोड punb0371800) के एटीएम पर 10000 रुपये किसी अन्य खाते में ट्रान्सफर के लिए पहुंचा मगर सारी औपचारिकता पूरी करने पर भी ट्रान्सफर नहीं कर पाया। उसके बाद में सहारनपुर के दूधला pnb एटीएम पर पहुंचा मगर वो बंद मिला।उसके बाद में सहारनपुर के गंगोह की शाखा के एटीएम में पहुंचा मगर सारी औपचारिकता प्रकिर्या पूर्ण करने के लास्ट में लिखा आया आपकी प्रकिर्या prossing में हे और तुरंत थैंक यू लिखा आया और कोई ट्रांसेक्शन नही हुआ। मेने यही से टोल फ्री न पर कॉल कर शिकायत की मगर उसने काल seenior ऑफिसर ज़ैनब को काल ट्रान्सफर की गयी मगर कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ और न ही कोई संतोषजनक जवाब मिला। इसके बाद में गंगोह की दूसरी atm ब्रांच जो पेट्रोल पंप पर हे गया व ट्रान्सफर की कोशिश की मगर जेसे पहले वाले एटीएम पर हुआ था वैसा ही हुआ कोई ट्रांजेक्शन नहीं हो पायी। में परेशान था किसी को 10000 रूपये भेजने थे वो भी पनब उपभोक्ता ही था।
                              मेने वहाँ बेठे 1 सिक्यूरिटी गार्ड से समस्या बताई उसने कई बार पूछने पर बताया की इसमें कागज़ नहीं है इसलिए ट्रांजेसीरिओं नहीं होगी। मेने फिर से वापस सभी एटीएम में जाकर बैलेंस चैक करने के बहाने स्लिप कागज रोल चेक किया मगर नहीं मिला। अब मुझे पता लगा की कागज का रोल न लगाने के कारन ट्रांजेक्शन नहीं हो पारही है। अब तक में 40 कम का चक्कर लगा चूका था।

                              मुख्य शिकायत ये है की महज़ बैंक कर्मचारियों की लापरवाही से चौसाना एटीएम पर लगभग 6_7 माह से कोई उपभोक्ता कोई भी रकम दूसरे खाते में ट्रान्सफर नहीं कर पारहे है। बैंक द्वारा ऐसा करना उपभोक्ताओ के अधिकारो का हनन करना है। बैंक मुझे बताये की जो आज मेरे साथ हुआ कियो न इसके लिए बैंक पर मानसिक व आर्थिक अक्षति के लिए वाद दायर किया जाये।
                              इस पत्र के अवलोकन के बाद बैंक ने इस पर किया कार्यवाही की उसकी सुचना मुझे लिखित में 10 दिन के अंदर भेजे। अन्यथा में इस उत्पीड़न के लिए न्यायालय जाने को मजबूर हूँगा।

                                Dear sir,
                                I had withdraw rs.2500 from nagaon pnb atm haibargaon, on 13th april 2016 wednesday day at 12 noon by using my general debit card of pnb which maximum limit is rs.25000 on same day but rs. 40000 deduct from my account, the link was fail on first transaction for rs.15000 but i got deduct sms on my mobile. Second and third transaction has successful and i received rs.25000,
                                Kindly refund my rs.15000 as soon as possible.
                                Already i had submitted a complain on 13th april number is m[protected]

                                  -on 24, feb 2016 around 8pm i were doing online payment for my college(Galgotias university, greater noida, u.P) convocation program having rs1000 fee. And i have done the payment process two times(Rs1000+rs1000)that time the rs[protected]rs +rs1000) had deducted from my punjab national bank account-[protected]. Bank branch-faridabad sector-37
                                  I had filed complaints that time only and got complaint number "a[protected], a[protected], a[protected]"
                                  The customer care employe told me to talk after 45days to get the information about this transaction. But now the service employees are not answering me and when i go to the bank branch to give my complaint in written on paper, they are not accepting it and saying that they are not responsible for online transaction. So please help me to get my 2000 rupees back.

                                    Dear sir I m retired from Indian navy and getting pension 22890. When I approach bank manager regarding loan on my pension he said that I can get only 20 month pension as a loan.this loan I get when the other loan on my civil is cleared. Now l want to bring two point in ur knowledge .1 SBI is giving 48 month pension as a loan as per RBI direction .pnb
                                    Refused to follow the RBI direction.
                                    2 after my retirement I m doing some other business as shown in my ITR but pnb manager said he will give the loan as per cibil and he will consider only my pension amount.the other amount earn by me from business will not be considered .kindly look into that why the bank is not following RBI direction for defence pension loans

                                      Flipkart refunded Rs. 1375.00 on 13 th of March, 2016 but the money is not credited in my account till now. My bank is Punjan National Bank, Electronic City branch, Bengaluru. Flipkart has given me th ARN no.: FPNB[protected] and told me to tell about this no.to the bank so that they can track the transaction. But PNB tells me, everytime I call the customer care that they can't do anything with this no. and uses to blame Flipkart. I am trying to call PNB electronic city branch with the given phone number but nobody receives the call. I want PNB to take some steps to credit my money in my account. They can't be so irresponsible and should not provide phone numbers to the customers if our call is not important for them.

                                        Hello sir,
                                        This is hansraj, a student of iit (Bhu), varanasi. My pnb account no. Is [protected].
                                        I was depositing my college fees(Rs. 12000) online through pnb debit card on 6 febuary, 2016.
                                        The transaction was unsuccessful but balance of amount rs. 12137.40 deducted from my account .
                                        I registered a complaint on the same day to pnb customer care and my complaint number is a[protected].
                                        I have also submitted a complaint through email to pnb debit card cell on 2 march, 2016.
                                        It has been almost 2 months, but there is no response from their side.
                                        They have not provided any feedback to my complaint.
                                        I required to deposit my fees till 10th april, 2016 otherwise college will not allow me for examination. So i need my money back urgently.
                                        This is a very serious matter for my future .
                                        So please look into this matter as soon as possible and help me.
