I contact the customer care to seek some information regarding updation of mobile no. At pnb site is updated we can update mobile no. Through atm. Just to make ensue i confirm from customer care. I was not satisfied the way she communicated to me. She got irritated actually. At last she inform to visit nearby pnb branch. Dear sir,
I had withdraw rs.2500 from nagaon pnb atm haibargaon, on 13th april 2016 wednesday day at 12 noon by using my general debit card of pnb which maximum limit is rs.25000 on same day but rs. 40000 deduct from my account, the link was fail on first transaction for rs.15000 but i got deduct sms on my mobile. Second and third transaction has successful and i received rs.25000,
Kindly refund my rs.15000 as soon as possible....

I went to G.T road branch of PNB for opening my PPF account.
And i was not having the original PAN card, as i lost it accidentally.
So when i went to Chief manager for verifying my documents, I showed him my aadhar card and photocopy of PAN card but he started shouting on me loudly.
