I would like to inform you that my PNB Account net banking login password has been blocked last 2 month ago.I have requested 3 times to bank for reset my login password. first time request to customer care but when i didnt get in 15 day than i was contact with concern branch IIT Roorkee Haridwar, Uttarakhand. they replied we don't know about customer care status and you have to request again by branch office. I had submitted again request form in branch to reset my login and transaction password on 29 May 2015. but still on on 23 June I got nigher password nor any satisfactory answer by branch office... I am in so much trouble to payment all electricity, credit card, phone bills and other transaction etc on time.       Dear Sir/Ma'am, My name is Harendra Yadav having account number [protected] at Azad Nagar Kanpur branch. I want to inform you that i had done a withdrawal of Rs. 4000 on 26/03/2015 (Time 20:25) at Yes Bank ATM (Location: RaveMoti, Rawatpur Kanpur, ATM ID: NRAP0508), this Transaction was unsuccessful and i did not received the Cash. I had lodged the complaint through PNB Customer Care on 26/03/2015 and got complaint number A[protected]. Still i did not get my money back to the account. You can check the attached Screenshot of ATM Slip which i received, it is clearly mentioned that TRANSACTION DECLINED (Res Code 91). When i talked back to PNB Customer Care, Agent told that Compliant has been closed and Refund Rejected. Agent also told that you can ask the video clip, as per Yes bank no video clip is available.           I have account in PNB Bank. I forgot my internet login password for my account so i have requested my reset password over the phone and he asked to deliver my password at my HOME. Even after 1 month passed i have not received my password so i called customer care number and had word with Pankaj Chaudhary and he denied the password to be delivered at home address. So I told him that previously one of the executive only told me that password will be come at your home address like i received at first time login password when i got my new account. But he replied rudely that your password cant come to your house and you have to visit branch. Then i told that why your executive told me to deliver to home address then he told you can wait for your password but you will not received. He was not good to speak with customer and i am very disappointed with bank services and customer care support. As executives are not guiding customers correctly.

            I am an indian account holder of PNB. currently i am outside from india (GHANA) for official work. but i am not able to open website www.netpnb.com. kindly check and do the needful. most probable remove the geographical location constraint from system.

                  Hello! Last year, I had tried to shop on the e-commerce website Zovi.com. I paid an amount of Rs. 583 through my net banking. The amount was deducted but the order wasn't placed. I lodged complaint about this twice last year but still there's no refund. Please look into this as the customer care is unable to help me with this. [protected] of Aarti vasishat .I was using mobile banking facility of pnb but from.last month I face problem in generating otp u compliant on cuatmercare, mobile banking help desk no. In delhi n in my branch several times but they can't provide me any satisfactory solution again I approach my branch (pnb Benjamin road ) but they openly commit this is not their matter n can't help .again I approach customer care n vice versa. Several times in a month they all just gave me tat for 24 hrs but my problem not resolved at last branch suggest re apply for password I did it around 1 month ago for the same but still not recieve my password on asking Mr gill who look after this is in branch he just ignore me n spoke very rudely that he can't do anything.I m tired now moving from piller to post at last I m sending u mail regarding same I hope of some solution.                             PNB Dept. I am writing to you to file a complaint against your bank process of returning money. In February, I withdrawn 2500 rs from Yes Bank ATM, Imli Phatak, Jaipur but the process wasn’t completed and I didn’t get money from ATM but from my account 2500 rs were deducted. I filed complaint on 10, Feb, 2015 to the customer care and my complaint number is – M[protected]. The customer care executive told me that I’ll get back my money within 7 days but unfortunately I didn’t get it till date. I even went to the PNB office, dholpur (from where my account is opened) and filed an application but still not get my money back. It’s more than a month now and I really don’t understand why this process is too lengthy and why you guys are taking this much time in filling request of your own bank’s old customer. I want my money back within next 7 working days else I’ll close my account from such irresponsible and uncontrolled bank where customers are not treated well.                                   I was given wrong information, on the maturity information; and so i feel cheated by pnb metlife; i have to broadcast this by complaining in consumer forums, and
                                  Irda, india,

                                  Please resolve my issue asap,
                                  I do not want to continue this policy and want full refund as the agent prasanjit mitra has given me wrong information,

                                  Today, akshay katti, told me that maturity amount could be as low as 6 lakhs;
                                  (6 lakhs 3 thousands five hundred forty seven) ;
                                  But prasanjit told em 10 laksh maturity amount, and akshay katti told em in november 2014 a maturity amount of 10 laksh. . And so i feel cheated. . As i bought policy on wrong information given by prasanjit mitra.

                                  Akshay katti, and prasanjit have cheated, me on behalf of pnb metlife. . .
                                  I abuse akshay katti and prasanjit mitra, and write numerous blogs against pnb.

                                  I, on behalf of pnb metlife, request you not to attend such fraud calls from fake persons so as to avoid such misunderstandings.

                                  Also, mr. Prasanjeet mitra is not an agent, he is directly working with pnb metlife as manager.
                                  Mr. Amit is assured to get the returns as per the investment plan.

                                  It is also informed that if and when ever you have any such doubt or query, you must contact your relationship manager of pnb metlife.

                                      I have received phone call from[protected] the name of PNB Metlife and the caller name is Neha Sharma. She have offer me loan against insurance. She suggest me deposit 10% amount of required loan amount in Dev Rana industries and i deposit 60000INR in their account by online transfer. I had done same thing 16/04/2015. Before transaction they were calling me so many time from two numbers (Neha Sharma:- [protected] & Anamika:- [protected]). After transaction both number are switch off now I know it’s very Fraud with me. I want to file FIR against them, because god knows how many people have facing this kind of Fraud and i want to take strong action against them.

                                        dear sir I made online transaction for cipet RS :50/- through pnb Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries".Am repeatedly do this process in many times, what I'am thinking means, am only click the wrong button, that's why the error will provided, finally I lose my debit account several times. i didn't expert this happened.
