I issued and cheque towards LIC of India as one agent came to place and gave me some wrong information about the Policy and took cheque. but later on when i realized that the information provided by him was incorrect i tried calling him but number was switched off and i visited PNB branch to Stop payment of cheque. They suggested me to Stop payment using ATM Machine that i did and it said the transaction has been successfully completed. But then on the date of the Cheque it got deposited to the account and as i didn't maintained the balance of the account because i don't wanted to clear the cheque i got Bounced. Now PNB officials are blank on this i gave written complaint as well but to this issue they are blank. Please help me what shall i do now?

    This is to inform you that PNB Ketetong Branch has wrongly send a document to my father (Mr Narayan Ch.Das)throw LOKA ADALAT .Where they has written that my father has taken a loan from PNB Ketetong Br .But it is not true .For that reason we are shocked mantely and physical harassment.
    I therefore request you to look after the matter.

      My self Devendra Kumar Sharma, retired AGM, PNB, employee code 4444 has submitted claim to PNB of rt eye cataract with policy through park mediclaim in Dec 2015 .total amount claimed though park mediclaim was 30000 but.park mediclaim has passed 20000 rs and difference amount which was rs 10000 I have to take from pnb as I'm PNB employee.I have sent courier through first flight on 01/2/2016 and courier confirmation and receiving date in pnb was 03/02/2016 by courier no W[protected].but still I didn't get the claim status whether it was passed or not . when I called to head office, PNB, bhikaji cama place they say that they didn't receive the courier but it was confirmed by courier that it was received by branch office bhikaji cama place on 03/02/2016.please kindly look at this matter and help me in this

        I have paid my premium of Rs. 9620/- against my PNB Met Life policy no. 21125481 on 17.07.2015 and also I have my transaction id. But in Dec -2015 I have received letter from PNB as My policy is Lapse due to non- premium. There is no proper response when even I have called to customer care. Please arrange to send it to my e-mail id mozhi.[protected]@gmail.com at the earliest.

          Fraud withdrawal of money from saving bank account of punjab national bank kandivali charkop mumbai 67 (Account no [protected] )
          Pertaing to mr rajesh thakur s/o shri rambrisha thakur mumbai kandivali west-67

          Sir,
          1. I, rajesh thakur s/o shri rambrisha thakur mumbai kandivali west, am having my saving bank account in pnb kandivali charkop mumbai
          (Account no [protected]).

          2. On 12 dec 2015, i withdrawn an amount of rs 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only)
          From pnb atm bhatpa rani belpur uttar pradesh 274702 and after withdrawal above amount,
          Balance in account was rs 87407.35/- (Rupees eighty seven thousand four hundred seven thirty five paise only) .

          3. On 15 jan 2016, i again went to atm for withdrawal of money but then
          I received a message that insufficient money balance in your account, to see this
          I was surprised that how it is possible. Thereafter i went to the pnb branch at once and asked to branch manager,
          He told me that on 15 jan 2016 an amount of rs 529.77 (Five hundred twenty nine seveny seven paise only)
          Has been withdrawn as per details given below from your saving account and at present an amount of rs 529.77 (Five hundred twenty nine seveny seven paise only)

          4. I tried to assure the branch manager that the said amount has not been withdrawn by me but
          He was not fully satisfied with my words and asked me to ask someone from your family and he took my atm card,
          Broken it and thrown it to dustbin but i took it up and kept with me for further proof. He also said that your atm card
          Has been hot listed/blocked. I gave a written complaint of fraud withdrawal of my money from saving account
          (Copy enclosed duly receipted from branch manager).

          5. I was totally dis-satisfied with the words and action of branch manager and i asked to withdraw balance amount from the saving account.
          At this point, branch manager advised me to leave at least 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) minimum in the bank account

          The reply/response of the branch manager was very poor which shows his negligence towards the customer.
          6. In view of the above details, it is requested that an appropriate and suitable action be taken to get back my money. Because at the credit of the branch manager/staff, a customer goes to bank and deposits his hard earned money without fear as i was.

          7. I shall be highly thankful for this act of kindness.

            My debit card has been expire so i blocked my debit card And go to pnb branch in r.k puram sector-4 new delhi, manager not give me positive response, he said we have no debit card then i say to him pls give me any solution for this problem but he not give me any response, not tell me any process for new debit cared..Even his not talking with costumer care through me, he will say that do nothing from here, i am not satisfied from pnb staff.

                Quarterly premium of Rs. 15000/- is payable on 23rd of December 2015. As I will be abroad until 28th of January, I paid an amount of Rs. 15, 000/- at the Governor pet Branch (Museum Road) Vijayawada Branch. The Branch accepted the amount with the particulars provided (Policy No./Mobile No/Email ID.

                Later the Branch called me to the Branch (Phone No. [protected]) I visited the Branch once again and told them that the amount is payable on Quarterly Basis and I could not make online payment as sufficient balance is not there in my Net Banking account. I have been to that area where the Branch is situated and having seen the Branch at reach, had a thought of making payment as your website says that payment can be made at any PNB branch.

                On my second visit, they first told me to take back the money and pay at the PNB Metlife Insurance Branch. The Branch Manager suggested the staff to contact the PNB Metlife Branch for necessary action.

                They told me that they will take care and I can leave. While I almost reached my home at Tadepalli, Guntur Dist, I had a call from a Cell Phone: [protected] asking me to stay at the Branch or visit on Monday.

                I said that I could not visit as I am leaving on 28th and will be coming back only on 28th Jan 2016 and I just wanted to make the payment (the grace period for payment ends on 23rd Jan 2015).

                Please let me know where the matter stands?

                    The PNB in Kotabagh (District Nainital) Uttarakhand charging Rs. 50/- from the poor farmers who are visiting the bank to obtain No dues certificates for agriculture loan whereas the other banks in the vicinity do not do so. This is against the policy of RBI.

                      Dear Concern

                      I had applied for the freelook cancellation of a PNB Metlife policy No
                      [protected] within the freelook period. I was cheated by fraud agents
                      into believing that the policy required a one-time payment only which
                      I later found out from the branch office that it was a 3-year premium
                      policy.
                      On getting the information I requested for a cancellation as i had not
                      received the policy documents yet.

                      No update has been provided by pnbmetlife customer care and on
                      repeated reminders they have replied saying that the email id is not
                      registered with them. Although earlier I was mailed the soft copy of
                      the policy on the same mail id(attaching mail from PNB Metlife).

                      I have tried to contact multiple avenues in order to either get my
                      mail id updated or do the needful to get the policy cancelled. But
                      till date i have not received a single concrete response from them.

                      Please treat this matter with urgency as I was literally duped into
                      applying for the policy and now neither have I received the documents
                      nor the policy in question was cancelled and the premium amount
                      refunded to me.

                      I have provided all necessary details including cancelled check, bank
                      account details and hand written complaint to their branch office in
                      Kolkata but to no avail.

                      Please look into this and provide a resolution.

                                  I Baljinder Singh Deposited 20, 000/- on[protected] in my PPF Account Number 045400PPF[protected] in PNB Tarn Taran & 20, 000/- in my wife's PPF Account Number 045400PPF[protected] in PNB Tarn Taran on[protected] at Punjab National bank, Amritsar Road, Bhikhiwind Tarn Taran, Branch Code 638000, But above mentioned amount is not deposited in my account till today i visited at PNB Branch Tarn Taran on[protected] and response of dealing head is not satisfactory and again on[protected] connected on mobile phone to PPF Dealing head, PNB Branch Tarn Taran via Mob. no. [protected] she not solved my problem and not given any satisfactory answer and after that she did not received my call and not Deputy Manager, PNB, Bhikhiwind also. i also given a written request for transfer above mentioned PPF accounts to Bhikhiwind Branch on[protected] No action has been taken till date about my request.                                     Hi Team, I have paid the PNBMetlife premium on october 2015 but still i am getting the reminder mail again and again. When i paid money online, i got a confirmation from PNBMetlife team, stating that "Your premium payment transaction for PNB MetLife of Rs.6091.41 against application no. KBM101288 was successful with Transaction no. EHMP[protected], Please quote this transaction ID for any further reference. Premium shall be allocated in policy on risk commencement date subject to policy issuance. You can call our helpline[protected] if you need any further details regarding your application with us. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation." When i send mail to PNBMetlife they ask me to send the bank statement, i have forwarded all the mail Nov 2015 and i was follwing the same till today Jan 2016 but no solution, But they keep asking for the same documents again and again. Also i have visited the nearest branch and i produced all documents physically on Dec[protected]:31 PM) and they confirmed that they will give a call back after 2 working days but till now there is no info. I vistsed to Bangalore, Jayanagar Branch. Policy number: 00138293 Please help me on this issue. Thanks and Regards, Ravisha.R

                                        Hi, On 3rd jan 16 - I removed 10000 from Pune Pashan - Near Datt Mandir PNB ATM - and on second day i realized 1 500 rs note is fake - and bank staff is rejecting it - indly help -
