    SIR, I HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN Punjab National bank in buduan i. e [protected]. today i had visited the ghaziabad dayanand nagar branch for withdrawing the money from cheque.Branch manager of that branch who's name is pramod aggarwal refused to pay the money giving me the reason that they can not credit the cheque of other branch. Meanwhile i make a call for circle oficer of PNB GHAZIABAD AFTER THAT HE CHANGE HIS EXCUSE AND SAID TO CIRCLE OFFICER THAT THE SIGNATURE ARE NOT MACHING but signature were matching.       Dear Sir, I Neeraj kumar kulshreshtha having an account with pnb new agra . I had withdrawn 7200 rs on 6th April 2015 the amount was debited on same time from my account but i have not received money due to some technical error occured in the ATM. I have lodge a complaint on the same date (6th) on customer care of pnb but after seven working days they are not able to give me right answer and still i have not received my money back . Whenever i call or mail to Pnb Atm complaint cell or Pnb Branch they are always give me the same answer that is (it takes 7 working days). I am very upset and frustate from the responce they given me all time .           I go to ATM Chandpur of Punjuab National Bank. I completing the function to get 15 thousand Rupees, but in between screen being red and nothing any action in ATM machine. After that I came out from the chamber of ATM. After one minutes I found a massage of cash withdraw 15 thousand in my account balance. Please refund my amount 15 thousand Rupees in my account. I have swiped my ATM card on 01/03/15 around 18.15pm at Ajanta Showroom . There was 325/- has been deducted from my A/C I have also a mini statement . But in shop satesment no money credited .               अतुल कुमार अवस्‍थी निवासी नसीरपुर पोस्‍ट भीमगंज, तहसील डलमऊ, जनपद रायबरेली का मूल निवासी हूं मेरा एटीएम खराब हो गया था दूसरा एटीएम लेने के लिए मैने जानकारी मांगी तो मुझे 120 रूपए जमा कर दूसरा एटीएम देने की बात कही जब मैने 120 रूपए जमा करके उसकी रसीद और प्रार्थना पत्र लेकर गया तो मुझसे 200 रूपए और अतिरिक्‍त मांगने लगे जब मैने 200 रूपए की रसीद देने के लिए कहा तो अशब्‍दों का प्रयोग करते हुए बाेले इसकी कोई रसीद नहीं होती अगर जल्‍दी काम करवाना है तो 200 रूपए दो और तुरन्‍त एटीएम मिल जाएगा ा नहीं एक सप्‍ताह बाद आने की बात कही

                      Dear Sir, I am Ramesh Chandra Mishra, father of Dr Sasmita Mishra, who is a S/B account holder in Punjab National Bank. Her account number is [protected]. She went to Germany on 02/04/2015. But unfortunately she lost her wallet in Berlin. In her wallet she had her PNB debit-cum-ATM card. She tried to contact your customer care Toll free numbers like [protected], [protected] and also Tolled number[protected] . But there was no response. Out of desperation, she sent me a message, requesting to get her debit card blocked. I called the customer care numbers and the officers concerned did not block it on the ground that the account holder did not talk to them. She is in Germany. Her registered mobile number [protected] is out of range without any roaming facility in that. Though she tried to call different customer care numbers, she could not contact those CC officers. Your customer care officers told that the same CC number [protected] and [protected] will also work from Germany. I doubt this. Kindly block her debit card and guide her and me properly so that inconveniences and mishaps are avoided. I am sending a copy of this email to my daughter Dr Sasmita Mishra and your Call Centre.                         I have called and send Email to PNB IIT Kharagpur branch to process my Education Loan EMI. No one is responding and surprisingly PNB Customer care also can't help me to reach out that branch. I have send 10 mails to [protected]@pnb.co.in and talked to Loan Officer but no response and PNB customer care is the worst service I had ever faced. whatever i ask their response is "We are not authorized to access the inofrmatiom".                                     Hi Team, I am the policy holder with Name of Birender Kumar, policy number 20218055 and it was started in 2009. Due to some reason I am in need of money hence I had requested to surrender my policy on 20th of Feb 2015. I had talked at Branch of Noida Sec- 62, as well as customer care service ([protected]) as per request I had submitted all the required documents like PAN Card, Bank passbook, cancelled check, photo and Indemnity Bond. At the branch I was told that the amount will be credited in my account in 10-12 business days but nothing has been done and we have already passed 20 business days. I kept on doing the regular follow up your customer care number ([protected])I made at least 15 calls last one month and every time I got the answer that the surrender of policy is under process. Due to this delay I faced too many problems and I had to borrowed from the market due to some family urgency. I am depressed and it seems that I have been harassed by PNB Met life.Since I have been harassed by PNB Metlife due to which I had borrowed from market hence I need the reimbursement of the amount that I have taken from the market because my amount has not been credited in my account as per the discussion. At the date of my surrender request my total fund value after the deduction of surrender charge and taxes Total amount is 203000 (two lakhs three thousand only) I need 50000/- extra apart from my surrender amount as a penalty that I am going to pay as an interest that I have borrowed from the market due to family urgency.                                         I had submitted a standing instruction in August 2014 to PNB Kothrud, Pune branch, to transfer INR 5000 from my savings account in the same bank to the PPF account opened in the same branch. In Jan 2015, I visited the branch to get a PPF account statement to be submitted in my organisation for tax purposes. After requesting them I found out that my PPF account balance had not increased and no money was transferred to it. Due to this, I had to bear heavy IT, since I had give PPF amount as INR60000 in investments declaration and had nothing to show for it while submission. For the time being, I requested them to place a new standing instruction to deduct INR 5000 monthly and transfer to my PPF account. From the next month, this amount was being deducted twice from my account. After further deep analysis, we found out that INR 5000 was being transferred to a wrong PPF account monthly since Aug 2014. Now, they are rectifying the whole amount, however, now they are transferring it to my PPF account. I requested them to do it in my savings account since transferring it in my PPF account is of no use to me right now and I have already paid heavy IT due to this catastrophe by PNB. Transferring them to my PPF account is going to be useless to me right now. PNB is denying that they can't do anything and are also not ready to bear all the losses incurred upon me. Please help me in relieving my losses from PNB's huge error, why should the customer bear the loss for PNB's mistake?
