    I have made a transaction from Central Bank of India Bank ATM on 19th Nov, 2015 for the amount of Rs.3000, but i got only Rs.1000 but my Account is debited with Rs.3000. i informed the PNB Customer care immediately for ATM. my PNB complaint no. is A[protected]. still after one month PNB bank didn't resolve the complaint & give my balance amount to me.

      I have made complaint with the Nekpur branch of PNB, Bareilly on 27/03/2014 (in written) as orally the case was pending from 01/10/2013 that I have some FDR with PNB Nekpur branch Bareilly on which bank is not credited any interest from 1996 to 2009. As the balance of FDR outstanding in 1996 the same was outstanding in 2009 as there is no interest credited to my FDR's.         Hi team, I want to raise my concern regarding quarterly sms charges imposed by PNB. The bank is charging Rs.17 per quarter irrespective of the transaction or sending message to the customer in that quarter. Please take this issue as this is creating a burden on the customer and banks are taking the benefit of this.

            Some days before i was withdrawal money from my ATM card but i was not got my cash that time. I also consult my problem with PNB Customer Care but after more than 18 days till i not got my cash back and after 18 day, in return i got a feedback from there side that i got my cash which is not true. So, I Kindly request to you to take action against my inconvenience.               I want to say that the specified bank gives mental torture to me by giving false information.
              I have to update my mobile number in the branch.They took my application on 4-5 dec 2015 onwards and told me that it will updated on next day

              Today 9 dec 2015 i was doing online shopping but it told me that your mobile number is not updated till now.I had to ordered a gift for my sister but unable to do so.
              PNB is the worst bank i have ever seen

              It gives me mental injury and I want to file a case against PNB.

                Sir, I have tried to add Rs 2500 from debit card of account no-[protected].Name- Laxmi Kumari to pockets wallet(pockets powered by ICICI Bank) on 25th november 2015 and my transaction got unsuccessful but money from my account got debited and still it don't get credited in my account.I just want my money get refunded in my account as soon as possible.                   This is in reference to a policy no:[protected] bought by my mother (Mrs Meena Verma) from Palahi Village near Phagwara Punjab last September, 15...At Branch the agent told that the policy is of Ruppees 19000 i.e clearly mention in there docs...but at that time the price of police was more than 14778/- but the lady have no knowledge about this...My Mother agreed to Pay 19000/- rs for this policy which is debited from her running account..but the msg recieve from PNB met life was that the actual policy amount is 14778/- only on 20-Oct-2015..So afterthis msg we contacted to the BM of PNB Met Life kapurthala Mr SAHIL ANAND. It was case of Fraudlent beacuse the amount debited from our account is more than the policy amount..but the Manger himself not aware abt this Policy Price..we request him to refund the debited extra amount..but as per Manager concern the amount will refund back with in 3 days..but after 3 days amount is not refunded and when we again try to contact with agent and Manger also they dont have info abt the same..and they said again and again give me 2 days and further more again & again.. He often said he call back but still after 2 months no response from his side


                  Within these 2 months we didnt recieve any policy also..adn when i called to Mr SAHIL ANAND. then police came to my home on same day but the deducted amount still not received.Then i Filled the form to cancel the policy & BM told me refund will given to you with in 15 days. and today is 11th day so I also contacted with GURGAON office to check the status of cancelled policy.. But the senior agent told me there is no any such process for the cancellation same policy no.Then i Contact again with Mr SAHIL ANAND & he told me refund is in process but there was no refund process.

                  He has out rightly cheated me and I request immediate action to be taken against him. I have been following up with him since I got my policy and read the features to take corrective action but he doesn’t seem to listen . As much as I know that the company considers him to be an esteemed employee and believes in him to be the face of the organization in front of customers. I would like to warn you to stop him from cheating customers and winning awards for selling maximum number of policies. This may be extremely fatal for the image of the company.


                  Kindly look into the matter and arrange to return my money with interest ASAP, failing which, I will have to take strict action againt MR SAHIL ANAND (+91-[protected] )

                  I have tried getting in touch with the company but they have shown no interest in addressing the issue. adn now he is not Pick my Phone also and when somebody pick my call he said manager is not in the office

                  I feel it’s a shame that your employees sell volumes of polices for their own benefits by miscommunication and breaking customer’s faith.

                        Respected sir I have purchase your Metlife mera Term plan 138N016V02 on 01.10.2015 through online sbi net-banking by paying premium payment of Rs.8787/-(Eight thousand seven hundred eighty seven only). During discussion with your customer care they have informed that your (application number[protected] appointment with Kalara Health care centre, pawapuri Bikaner, Rajasthan pin code 334003 has been scheduled on 04.10.2015 between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM, but after reaching at kalara health center, the medical official denied that they did not receive any information related to your medical examination. Afterward i have made call to customer care they replied "sorry for inconvenience will rescheduled your appointment with the Kalara Health care centre, pawapuri Bikaner on 11.10.2015". But reaching on 11.10.2015, at kalara health care centre the medical official have replied that they still did not receive any information related to your medical examination. looking to the above circumstance, I have requested your customer care officer for cancellation of my term plan on 14 October 2015, subsequently they replied on 31 October 2015 vide (pbtermlife via freshdesk.com Please be informed that we have forwarded your request to concerned department, our team will get back to you shortly.                             I am going to the pnb ATM on 02.8.15 KRISHNA NAGAR, NEAR GREEN GARDEN, BHARATPUR i was withdraw 10, 000 rs and again trying to withdraw the 12000 rupees but server was down and not received and no receipt received and amount of 12000 rupees deducted in my account so sir pls clear my problem because the amount is not small for me since than i have reminded them on helpline nos. [protected]@pnb.co.in. but i have not even received a reply from pnb authorities. kindly look into the matter that i get my money back.the name of account holder is brij kishor sharma and account no-[protected]open by the government school. my contact no- [protected] thanks with regards brij kishor sharma i am waiting for your reply i am standing there till 12:55pm but payment not received my father went to pnb office in bharatpur for cctv camera but manager told my father cctv camera not working that time. and this is small amount forgot this amount but this is not small amount for me . please help me

                                Sir, I have PNB Credit Card which is used by a fraudster and made 70255 Rs for online shopping in Flipkart, Bluestone and homeshop18.After receiving the SMS I have blocked my credit card by calling customer care. I have send dispute transaction form to PNB but there is no response from PNb.
