Dear sir,
I had withdraw rs.2500 from nagaon pnb atm haibargaon, on 13th april 2016 wednesday day at 12 noon by using my general debit card of pnb which maximum limit is rs.25000 on same day but rs. 40000 deduct from my account, the link was fail on first transaction for rs.15000 but i got deduct sms on my mobile. Second and third transaction has successful and i received rs.25000,
Kindly refund my rs.15000 as soon as possible.
Already i had submitted a complain on 13th april number is m[protected]

    -on 24, feb 2016 around 8pm i were doing online payment for my college(Galgotias university, greater noida, u.P) convocation program having rs1000 fee. And i have done the payment process two times(Rs1000+rs1000)that time the rs[protected]rs +rs1000) had deducted from my punjab national bank account-[protected]. Bank branch-faridabad sector-37
    I had filed complaints that time only and got complaint number "a[protected], a[protected], a[protected]"
    The customer care employe told me to talk after 45days to get the information about this transaction. But now the service employees are not answering me and when i go to the bank branch to give my complaint in written on paper, they are not accepting it and saying that they are not responsible for online transaction. So please help me to get my 2000 rupees back.

      Dear sir I m retired from Indian navy and getting pension 22890. When I approach bank manager regarding loan on my pension he said that I can get only 20 month pension as a loan.this loan I get when the other loan on my civil is cleared. Now l want to bring two point in ur knowledge .1 SBI is giving 48 month pension as a loan as per RBI direction .pnb
      Refused to follow the RBI direction.
      2 after my retirement I m doing some other business as shown in my ITR but pnb manager said he will give the loan as per cibil and he will consider only my pension amount.the other amount earn by me from business will not be considered .kindly look into that why the bank is not following RBI direction for defence pension loans

        Flipkart refunded Rs. 1375.00 on 13 th of March, 2016 but the money is not credited in my account till now. My bank is Punjan National Bank, Electronic City branch, Bengaluru. Flipkart has given me th ARN no.: FPNB[protected] and told me to tell about this no.to the bank so that they can track the transaction. But PNB tells me, everytime I call the customer care that they can't do anything with this no. and uses to blame Flipkart. I am trying to call PNB electronic city branch with the given phone number but nobody receives the call. I want PNB to take some steps to credit my money in my account. They can't be so irresponsible and should not provide phone numbers to the customers if our call is not important for them.

          Hello sir,
          This is hansraj, a student of iit (Bhu), varanasi. My pnb account no. Is [protected].
          I was depositing my college fees(Rs. 12000) online through pnb debit card on 6 febuary, 2016.
          The transaction was unsuccessful but balance of amount rs. 12137.40 deducted from my account .
          I registered a complaint on the same day to pnb customer care and my complaint number is a[protected].
          I have also submitted a complaint through email to pnb debit card cell on 2 march, 2016.
          It has been almost 2 months, but there is no response from their side.
          They have not provided any feedback to my complaint.
          I required to deposit my fees till 10th april, 2016 otherwise college will not allow me for examination. So i need my money back urgently.
          This is a very serious matter for my future .
          So please look into this matter as soon as possible and help me.

            The complaint have been already raised on 8th march 2016

            Have called the customer care n number of times regarding this but as of now there is no response

            My father made a cash withdraw of rs.10, 000 is made in icici atm near st.Thomas mount, did not receive the cash amount but got the transaction slip saying "transaction declined".
            And immediately got text message to the mobile number saying that rs.10, 000 amount is debited.

            For your reference have attached the copy in this mail i[censored] want just verify it .


            Kindly take this complaint asap, check and solve the issue immediately

              As per the circular no. Vi/401/1/12/2013 issued by ministry of external affairs (Mea) bank passbook will be accepted as proof of address and photo identity
              Thus banks are obliged to duly sign the passbook on request of customer.

              But in clear violation mr. M.Gandhi, senior manager, laxmi nagar, shakarpur branch, delhi refused to entertain my request at all. Instead unstuck my affixed photo from the passbook and wrote in red letters "this is not meant for id proof" with bank stamp and his signature virtually making my passbook useless for any future purposes.

              I hereby want new passbook to be issued and be duly attested and also strict action against such unruly manager.

                Sir I purchase some goods from Easyday store located at jalalabad(w) pin code 152024 using my PNB card. During payment through card money is debited but money is not successfully transferred to easyday store so again I paid the amount to Easyday using my card. As I registered a complaint for my money to Pnb but they asked me that money is successfully transfered to Easyday. So I also approach to Easyday e& asked about my problem & they told me that they had already replied to Pnb against my compliant & clearly show the record that they got the money only one time. So again I raise a compliant in Pnb but I got the same response from Pnb & neither I was responded by Pnb branch manager nor by coustmer care. So I request you to add a complaint against Pnb so that I get my money(211rs) . Sir you know the value of 211rs in that particular time for a common man. This all incident happen on 17 Jan 2016 & still I didn't get the money back into my account [protected].
                sir I am also sending you the pictures of bill receipt, statement of my account from 17 Jan 2016 to till date & the mini statement of my account taken after a few minutes of bill receipt
                I hope you will understand my problem & definitely help me to get the money back into my account either from Pnb or from Easyday . Bcoz if in that type of cases if money is large then who will take responsibility for coustmers money.

                  Hi,

                  I went to G.T road branch of PNB for opening my PPF account.
                  And i was not having the original PAN card, as i lost it accidentally.
                  So when i went to Chief manager for verifying my documents, I showed him my aadhar card and photocopy of PAN card but he started shouting on me loudly.
                  I tried to ask his name from other colleagues but no one told me his name.

                  As he has no right to shout on me and If he thinks that i'm not.eligible for this then he should have said this clearly.

                  Managers are there to solve the queries and issues with customers but has no right to shout on them unnecessarily.

                  I request to please take a strict action against him.
                  I would strongly recommend a humanity training for him.
                  He was very impatient and short tempered.
                  He don't deserve to be a chief manager.

                        On 16-3-16 during my enquiry related to my PNB AC.a lady customer care executive misbehaved and disconnect Ed all abruptly which shows the rudeness arrogance and ill-treatment by PNB
                        customer care Dept and the.dis respect attitude towards the AC holders by customer care executive. I felt very insulting and offended by this PNB has earned name in years and being spoiled infew minutes by their CCexecutives in front office.very shameful and disgusting. I request to higher authorities to take Stern action against the Staff to save PnB from bad reputation. [protected]@yahoo.in

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that I had registered a complaint on 28.05.10 for the non dispersal of Rs. 3000 at the ATM. n 28.01.10.at your Customer Care Service. Before this i had personally informed the Branch Manager, PNB, Vaihali, Ghaziabad regarding the non dispersal of money at the ATM on 24.01.10.I was assured that the amoont will be reverted to my account within thee days .After many personal visits I was told that nothing could be done at his end and advised me to register a complaint .Presently Iam working in Dehra Dun so it is not possible for me to remind the Manager again and again.I reminded him regarding the complaint on 09.07.11but nothing has been done so far.

                              My husband Dr.Shailendra K. Mamgain had met you personally in the second week of january2011.You hadvised him to send the details of the compaint on the email ID provided by you.
