Dear Sir/Ma'am, After a long time wait, I got no solution / refund from PNB side. I am to clear you that I have sent a reminder (3rd) mail to PNB but got no solution still. For your reference I am again mentioning the problem and detail of the past mails regarding complain of this issue as per below and hope you will check out and provide the solution to me. (A)First Mail Sent on date – 05/Dec/2014, Time – 12.20 PM Mail Sent to – (1) [protected]@pnb.co.in (2) [protected]@pnb.co.in (3) [protected]@pnb.co.in (4) [protected]@pnb.co.in Solution – No solution found only find complain no ie :- M[protected] from [protected]@mail.pnb.co.in on 05/Dec/2014 at 02:49 PM (B)Second mail Sent on dated – 20/Dec/2014, Time : 10:59 AM Mail Sent to – (1) [protected]@pnb.co.in (2) [protected]@pnb.co.in (3) [protected]@pnb.co.in (4) [protected]@pnb.co.in Solution – No Solution or Reply from them side (C)Third Mail Sent on Date – 28/Jan /2015, Time: 06:15 PM Mail Sent To - (1) [protected]@pnb.co.in (2) [protected]@pnb.co.in (3) [protected]@pnb.co.in (4) [protected]@pnb.co.in (5) [protected]@pnb.co.in (6) [protected]@pnb.co.in (7) [protected]@pnb.co.in (8) [protected]@pnb.co.in (9) [protected]@pnb.co.in Solution / Reply: - Awaited Dear Sir/ Mam, I am inform you I am Deepak Khandelwal is a saving a/c holder of PNB (A/c No - [protected]) I had a/c balance - 13122.91 Rs(Cr.)by[protected]. Afterward I withdraw 10, 000/- Rs by 24/10/2014 and a/c balance came - 3122.91 Rs(Cr.) I have remember I didn't do any other transaction in this a/c in terms of deposit or withdraw after this one. But in passbook entry by dated 29/10/2014 is mentioning again 10, 000/- overdue withdrawal and Balance is came - 6877.09 Rs (Dr.) As I knew about this matter by 04-12-14 noon, so same day evening I check my a/c status threw my ATM to cross check the error and found my balance - 0 (Zero) Sir/Mam, I have remember - I withdraw 10, 000/- Rs by 24/10/2014 and my a/c balance was - 3122.91 Rs(Cr.) And after this no transaction has been made by me. Overdue is not possible from my side. So, you are requested to go through this and check where this technical or manual problem and get refund my amount ie: 10, 000/- Rs. Please, see this matter and get it resolve asap.       I had withdrawn Rs 10000/- from PNB ATM ID L5395300 on 01-Dec-2014 situated on shipra path mansarovar jaipur Rajasthan. No Money came out from the ATM machine but the account has been debited with the same amount. I had registered a complaint with the bank branch in SFS mansarovar jaipur branch immediately but haven't received the money back yet.               On 10th Sept 2014, I tried to withdraw money from PNB's ATM at Nirman Vihar Metro Station, Delhi but the ATM got hanged and I did not even enter the amount. But money was deducted from my account. I registered a complaint with Standard Chartered bank and they communicated with PNB and PNB said its a valid transaction. How can it be a valid transaction when I didn't receive the money. Again Standard Chartered bank tried contacting PNB for a detailed enquiry but PNB did not respond.Please help me out.

                sir, my name is s.shyamkumar my pnb account no: [protected]. i have recharged an amount of rs 1000 to my mobile but due to some problem recharge was unsuccesfull but rs 1000 is deducted from my account on 07/08/14 nearly 4 months passed my money is not yet refunded. Raised 3 complaints they have given 3 complaint numbers but no further steps taking to sort out my issues.the 3 complaint numbers are 1: M[protected]: M[protected]: M[protected]. only i am getting complaint nos from bank but they are doing nothing on that. 4 months has passed i have not received a single penny. my time is wasted lot by calling to these people. I have called to their customer for more than 5 times, every time when i call they are saying it will take 45 days to process a complaint number. after 45 days when i call them they are given new complaint no, and again asking me to wait for 45 days.It is very frustrating to call every time and to hear the same dialogue from them. The customer service is very poor. I have also spoken to one of their higher officals but no use. i strongly recommend to give a warning to customer service for their irresponsible behaviour if possible impose penalty. also i request for refund my money.

                  Dear sir, My self Anit Kumar, I transferred 15000 rupees from A/c No.[protected] ( Name of A/c Holder Rinku Kumar, A/c Holding branch Bihasara Bazar, Mirzapur u.p. ) by net banking this money debited from my account and also credited on above account but when the A/c holder gone to ATM then money was not throughout but it was debited my account. i also registered the complaint to executive and bank manager also. they registered my complaint & give me a complaint no. which is [protected] on dated on 30.10.2014. but till today i not received my money back and also facing the rude behavior of bank manager. they are using abusing language with me. i am totally frustrated with the behavior of bank. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible i am facing financial crisis.

                      Hello Sir, My name is Kanhaiya Lal Mali and I have an education Loan account in PNB bank. My loan was sanctioned in Feb, 2008 and i am eligible for education loan interest subsidy but still not credited in my account. Please suggest me, what should i do for it.

                      Even I have also taken loan on Aug 2007 so I am eligible for education loan interest subsidy. I have contacted to PNB Bank Chandrashekarpur, BBSR branch, those people are communicated me like you are not eligible for subsidy as I am continuously paying EMI and its according some guidelines. So I have dropped a mail to BSSR circle office of PNB regarding clarification in this issue. But didnt get any reply still.
                      I would suggest to all of you who is eligible for interest subsidy kindly drop mail to PNB head office.

                        With due respect, I hereby complain about the inconvenience that I have to undergo as per not receiving the amount while on transaction. On 25th June 2014 I have done two transaction of 5000rs in which one was successful and other doesn't, but the money was deducted both time but not return yet. I had complained about it and my complain numbers are M[protected] and M[protected], the reply they gave that they have forward some document to branch which my branch refused to have. I am a student of SRM UNIVERSITY, Ghaziabad and its like 400 miles far my base branch and really hard to get there every time Now for further I want to ask your to solve my problem and update my account with my 5000rs.                               i had issue regarding mobile banking and for that i had registerd complain but no procees is yet taken also being call again and again to branch they are not taking any action also i want to told that whenever i used to call branch than they ignore me and either they trnafer call to some other emoployee or put call on hold such a behavoiour and attitude is shown by the branch staff this is what you are giving to customer tottaly disapointed by the PNB service it had been alomost 1 month for my complaint if you can help on this than pleasss else i have to take some strict action because i dont want that this to be happen with other employee kuldeep singh mob:-[protected]

                                Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I, Rajesh Mamgain Husband of Rekha Mamgain has submitted the application vide Form No 1906622 against category PD (Physically Disability) but when I have seen the updated status on DDA website it is showing under GE (General Category). Today is the last day for correction in DDA application form. Today I have visited the concerned branch i.e. PNB Indirapuram, Niti Khand - I regarding this matter and met with the Branch Manager, he told me that the concerned person is on leave so we are not able to provide another staff for doing this type of correction work. This should not be the responsible answer of my querry, if this type of negligence created by the Branch Officials, may be I can loose the opportunity to get a flat under DDA Housing Scheme - 2014. It is my humble request to take immediate action to resolve this matter, otherwise I have no option to go to the take legal action against the concerned authorities i.e.bank/DDA/its officials.                                   My atm cum debit was expired on November 2014. At that time I was in Delhi and could not go to branch from which it was issued. So i consulted on PNB customer care about this n they asked me to block the card and go to nearby branch after 48 hours to replaceit with a new card. But when I went there officer there did not seem interested to listen and when I told her my problem then he told me that only that branch can replace the card from where it was issued. I told her that customer care suggested me for this but she clearly refused that dont listen them. They are just like that. I really don't know what to do. My branch officers are saying that they have not got the message for card blocking yet. though it is 72 hours since I blocked the card. please take an appropriate action and solve my problem as soon as possible

He says me what are you take Tata Safari or Take Rupees .I says for rupees then he says you are credit company account for rupees RS-6500 and with in 1 hour we are credit your account of RS-126000. i credit the account which he give to me -that is Account No-[protected] Name-Ajay Malhotra Bank Name-PNB i this that it is TV show not be frod the i credit his account for Rs-6500 But in Next hour he says you are also credit account for service tax in Your Account For Rs-12600 I am Neglect it and says pls give me my money that i am credit your account for RS-6500 but now he not give me my money Pls suggest me what i am do.
