Dear Sir,
I Piyush Sharma having account in Punjab Nation Bank Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad, My A/C No [protected] , customer ID: GVB001349 used AXIS BANK ATM machine to withdraw Rupees 5000/- . I have not received any amount from ATM and I got a slip stating withdrawal transaction declined. and I got a message on mobile that a sum of Rupees 5020 has been debted from your account, here I am attaching the scaned copy of slip that came out from ATM and the mini statement . I here by request you to do needful

    I am dinesh garg and I have a a/c no. Of pnb [protected], I Had done the transaction on 22-may-2012. On this date I had done two transactions, The first one was of Rs.15000, from which I had received only Rs.9000, and on the atm receipt ful amount was deducted. And Second was of Rs.5000, from which I had not received any amount, and on the receipt ful amount was deducted.

    So, the total amount is Rs.11000, which I had not received...
    I am very suffer from this, please credited the amnt in my a/c asap..

      On 25th May 2012, Debit Card bearing no.[protected] issued by your bank,was used to withdraw Rs. 10,000 from PNB ATM,Rampur chowk.The ATM got hanged without delivering cash and displayed 'Service of the ATM is temporarily suspended'.Thereafter, on operating another PNB ATM at Jabalpur Cantt. on the same day, it revealed that Rs. 10,000 has been debited by PNB ATM ,Rampur chowk,without having delivered the cash as opening balance at credit was held Rs 20769 which after withdrawal of Rs 10,000 from Jabalpur Cantt. ATM ,available balance should be Rs 10,769 ,whereas it indicated Rs 769.00 on the withdrawal slip received from Jabalpur Cantt. ATM.In view thereof necessary verification be carried out and credit Rs 10,000 to my account which has been wrongly debited.

      PNB, Jawaharganj — debitation of the amount without delivering the cash by pnb atm ,rampur,jabalpur

      On 25th May 2012,debit card bearing no.[protected]issued by your bank,was used to withdraw Rs 10,000 from PNB ATM,Rampur chowk,Jabalpur.The ATM got hanged without delivering cash and displayed 'service of the ATM is temporarily suspended.Thereafter on operating another PNB ATM at Kingsway,it revealed that Rs 10,000 has been debited by PNB ATM ,Rampur chowk,without having delivered the cash.
      In view of the above you are requested to carryout necessary verification of the matter and credit Rs 10,000 to my account.

        Please note that i am a customer of PNB bank, and i have my account number as
        [protected] registered on the name of reena malik, this account
        is of panipat, whose branch is sabji mandi.

        On 25 mar,2012, i had withdrwan Rs.5000 from delhi ATM, and in morning
        26,march 2012, i had withdrawn Rs.1500, after that i haven't done any
        transaction, but when i checked my account balance on 28 march,2012,
        my account balance was in negative rs - 3500. So i filed a complaint
        on the same day regarding this, and after 7 days, i didn't got any
        satisfactory reply, so i visited the branch recently and contacted
        there branch manager, So, according to them, i have withdrawn R5000
        again on 26-mar,2012 again, and They said your account didnot had
        balance that why it went into negative, which is totally absurd
        answer, as my account doesn't have the facility of withdrawing more
        than the balance, so how it is possible that it went into negative.
        First of all, i didn't withdraw any amount after Rs1500 on 26-march,
        but if by mistake also Atm took the instruction to dispatched, the
        account didnot had the sufficient balance, so it cannot dispathed the
        cash. In both the cases i didnot recieive my cash. i can totally see
        its a technical fault from the bank, which they do not want to accept.
        so , today i.e. 28-april,2012, i again filed a complaint regarding
        same issue, and the complaint number is 57690273, and on 7th may , i
        registered my compaint again and the complint number is 57733131. and this also got rejected.

          IT IS BOUGHT TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT VIDE PAD CIRCULAR NO. 16 AT 10/1/2011 SCHEDULE TO THE DISCIPLINE & APPEAL REGULATIONS, 1977- DESIGINATION OF DISCIPLING AUTHORITY AND APPELLATE AUTHORITOES WERE ANNEXED.

              I have a PNB saving bank account No-[protected] at PNB ,branch 506 army base workshop,jabalpur. Unfotunately a sum of Rs 20000/- has been wrongly credited from my account No-[protected] to A/C No-[protected] (Payeename - INDRAJIT NAYAK on dt 13/05/12, at 12:02 hrs, ATM ID D267800.Where as the actual payee name was Mr, Saumendra sahoo.A/C No-[protected].

              In view of above, it is requested that, the above amount Rs 20000/- may please be recovered from Mr,INDRAJIT Nayak account immidiately and be credited in my account No-[protected] at earliest.

              Punjab National Bank — wrong credit

              Dear Sir,
              This is to inform you that I have a saving A/C in icici bank with A/C No.[protected] in the name of Pankaj Agrawal. I have made one nift of RS. 5000 in my account from Punjab National Bank Pratapnagar, Jaipur branch on 9th March 2010. By mistake of PNB Staff the amount has transfer in wrong A/C.No.[protected].
              PNB has given me in written that they have done this mistake. They denied that this amount they cannot reverse back I have to speak to ICICI Bank.ICICI Bank banipark jaipur branch has forwarded request to concern department to crediting my Saving A/C No.[protected].Now the ICICI People are saying the mistake has done by PNB then the matter can be resolved by them. Several time I tried to contact with Branch Manager of punjab national bank but they are not even ready to listen my problem. plz forward this request of mine to the senior most person because their bank high technology has failed to help my most crucial time & plz credit my fund as soon as possible .

              NOTE:- Plz find attached the scan copy of counter slip.

                I am sending this mail on behalf of my Office Assistant "Pramod Kumar Bharti" having a/c with PNB, Pehladpur, New Delhi

                Mr. Pramod had withdrawn Rs. 10,000 as two different transactions on 20th April 2012 from SBI ATM, Distt. Ghazipur, U.P.

                First time the transaction was successful and the second time, though the money was debited from the account but the cash was not dispensed.

                We had filed a complaint with the PNB, Pehladpur dated 02.05. 2012 but there response was not the true version.

                This is to bring to your notice and request that urgent redressal is under-taken for the above.

                I am enclosing the following along-with this mail.

                      With due respect I beg to say that I am having my account in your bank from last 30- 35 years details as-

                      Account name - M/S Sunder Hosiery store
                      Branch- panchsheel Udaipur (Raj.)
                      According to your bank service provider we are your oldest customer while knowing this we felt grateful as which account was opened by our father we are still continuing it, but from last 1-2 year we are getting unviable statements and misbehavior from your service provider which was unacceptable. The limit was crossed when the branch manager gave inappropriate statement which amazed us. This behavior with your oldest loyal customer was unacceptable.
                      This incidence is of July 2011, when I got a call from the branch as by Mr. GS Rathore, that my account is to be renewed so I took my all papers with guarantor to the bank, as I reached he sends me to Mr. M.N Parwar and he starts all the procedures of checking all the attachments, I request him to increase my cc limit from 4 lac to 8 lac and for that also I took all defined records.
                      After this he gave me the statement that shatters me completely he said,’’ you are talking to increase cc limit we are distraught from you” then I asked boss why are you telling this his reply was quite hilarious, he said,” you don’t submit stock report timely” but according to me I use to submit it on time and if case it is misplaced or ay me defaulted they can give a reminder call. But my views are unheard he again mentioned that we are distraught them.
                      While getting this type of answers and statements: if I continue my account that will be insult of my father, so I want to close this account so give me your precious time to do so.
                      so i want to close my account and discontinue the services. in addition compensate me as it creates problem in mt day to day transactions.

                      Please entertain the above issue and verify the matter and do take corrective measures.

                        on march 26 i have tried to withdraw Rs2,500/- from my account in pnb (no.[protected]) from an atm of karur vysya bank which is attached to the kvb branch office of tadepalligudem. but i didn't receive my money from that atm and i have got message to my mobile that Rs2500/- has been withdrawn from my account and later as i went and asked about my account details in the bank they have told me that Rs2,500/- have been withdrawn.please arrange my money as early as possible to my account no.                             My friend had taken Housing Loan from PNB & fully paid the same. No Due certi is given to Bank. My friend was going USA & given me
                            authorisation to collect original documents from PNB Mahalaxmi Branch (authority letter signed by my friend submitted to bank). But The Manager said original documents has been handed over to Loan Holder only. I request him to send the same documents by Courier / RPAD to Loan Holder's resident which is registered in Bank's record. But He is not Punagree to to do the same. My friend has given Power of Attorney for sale the same premises to me.

                            Sir Pl guide me what to do ? If there is rule abt Original documents not given thru courier / RPAD copy will be given to me.

                                  I HAVE GONE TO PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK,SECTOR-7,ROHINI,DELHI-110085 FOR MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS WITH A LETTER & PHOTOCOPY OF MY PROPERTY PAPER(PROPERY IS IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE).FIRST THEY DON'T ENTERTAIN ME THEN AFTER REQUEST THEY TOLD ME TO SHOW THEM THE ORIGINAL PROPERTY PAPER).SO NEXT DAY I HAVE GONE AGAIN WITH MY ORIGINAL PROPERTY PAPER.AFTER SEEING THE ORIGINAL PAPER THEY AGAIN DEMANDED ME TO GIVE THEM MY IDENTITY PROOF,MY WIFE'S IDENTITY PROOF AND AGAIN THEY TOLD ME TO PROOF THAT SHE IS MY WIFE. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW CAN I PROOF THAT .I HAVE GONE TO THE MANAGER FOR HELP & SUGGESTION BUT IN THE GATE HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE MANY WORKS & I AM NOT FOR THIS.THEN I HAVE GONE TO ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR SUGGESTION THAT HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO COME TO THE BRANCH FOR ADDRESS CHANGE.I REQUESTED HER TO GIVE ME THE DETAIL OF REQUIREMENTS SO THAT I CAN CHANGE MY ADDRESS.SHE TOLD ME THAT GO TO HER AND ASK HER FOR REQUIREMENTS AS SHE WILL DO THIS.I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO GO BANK(ALREADY I HAVE GONE 3 TIMES) FOR ADDRESS CHANGE AS I AM SIMPLY A PRIVATE EMPLOYEE AND HAVE NO TIME AT ALL . CHEQUE BOOK IS ALSO FINISHED.HOW CAN I MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS.

                                    This is not the 1st time i am complaining about punjab national bank it is been since december last year my query still remains unresolved,the branch manager at shanti park mira rd keeps giving me false promises and hopes,he says that he will give me the money against my lost cheque and when the bank is able to get my cheque back from where it is suppose to then i need to return the money to him.i am fed up of complaining about this idiotic national bank because of there negligence and poor ways of working & functioning i am still waiting for money since december 2011,,i am going to put this news in media and all ways to advertise how punjab national bank works.as it is unable to help me.my name nitesh thakkar contact me after 5 pm any day on [protected]

                                      MYSELF RAMAWATAR SINGH HAVING ACCOUNT NO. [protected] IN PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK,AKP BRANCH GHAZIABAD. ON DATE[protected] I WENT TO ATM OF PNB CANNAUGHT PALACE,TROPICAL BUILDNG[ATM ID W1013300] AND DONE THE PROCESS OF TRANSACTION OF Rs 5000 FOR TWO TIMES BUT CASH WAS NOT DSPENCED ON BOTH OCCASION .ON THIRD TIME I RECIEVED Rs 5000 BUT IN TRANSACTION RECIEPT I GOT Rs 15000 FROM MY SB ACCOUNT[Rs10000 MORE].THEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE FOE ALL THAT HAPPENING[COMPLAINT NO.57545036] AT THE SAME TIME.BUT MY WRONG DEBITS COMPENSATED TILL YET
                                      Sir,
                                      I am CA a/c holder no [protected] in the name of Shiva Hardware, Faridabad. I had used the ATM at sector 16, HUDA market for the withdrawl of Rs. 5000/-on dated 3.5.12, at about 5:30 PM. The machine did not dispensed the amount and the same was immediately debited to our account.
                                      I had registered a complaint on toll free no. [protected] on the same date at 7:08 PM with Complaint No 57717556.Till now we are not given the credit and failure at this part could be very harmful as one goes to the ATM only at the eleventh hour of the necessity and some how the balance or the amount desired is not disbursed at the required moment then where should the sufferer go?
                                      The urgent requirement of the money in the emergency case can never be met and the discrepancy could be very fatal in some cases.
                                      Therefore pl rectify the error and give the immediate credit.

                                        I am a customer of Punjab National Bank for last 1 year and on the onset would like to say that I have received one of the worst customer services by any bank.
                                        Writing to you today for a complaint regarding a transfer to my RD account.

                                        I have an account in the Anand Vihar retail branch wherein I have a saving account, RD account and loan account.
                                        In the month of February, I had made a transfer of money(Rs 5000 which is my installment) from my citibank account to PNB saving account, further to which I gave a cheque from my PNB account for a transfer to my RD Account.
                                        The cheque was accepted by the branch employee in person and the form too was stamped and given back to me.
                                        In the month of march, when I made a transfer from citibank account to PNB account again for paying the March installment, I realised that the saving bank account had an additional Rs 5000.(Received a SMS confirmation for NEFT transferfrom PNB with account balance details)
                                        When inquired with bank, it was informed that the form filled in the month of February was incorrect due to which the bank has transferred the money back to saving account and the RD installment for February is a No show and the bank will impose a penalty on it.
                                        In order to avoid the penalty, i am suppose to close the RD itself, as i would not be getting any benefit of RD.


                                        My first question to the bank is, how am i suppose to know that the form is incorrect and why was the cheque accepted.
                                        Secondly, if any transaction has been made on my account, why wasn't any SMS intimation sent to me.
                                        Thirdly, On asking for clarification for the same from the bank, I have been mistreated and communicated that it is not banks responsibility to inform the customers about this.
                                        Fourthly, my request to activate online banking is pending for last 3 months. If the bank cannot take the "so called responsibility" to keep the customer informed, can we at least expect the requests to be entertained so that we can manage our money ourselves??
                                        This is an absolute faux pass on the name of Customer satisfaction.
                                        I am not writing in here to claim any thing, but would really request you to look into the matter, as in no way I am going to pay the penalty.
                                        And If you wish to close the RD account, I would happily do that, given my intrest for these 6 months is paid to me!!!

                                        Would appreciate a quick revert from your end.
