Respected Sir .

I have a saving account ( [protected]) in PNB bank. On 5th may 2013 I Used my ATM card to withdraw money from ATM at noida sector 15, near Metro stations . but money is not received as amount is deducted from my account. I complain to PNB coustomer care and my complain no is 59704223 . Executive at coustomar care told me that money will be back in my account within seven days, but still money is not refunded to my account.
I wanted CCTV footage of Noida sector 15 in said metro stations in 5th may 2013
Between 10.00 am to 11.00 am How to I get this ?
but not update me till date .Coustomar care no any time busy

so plz Help me
Kindly check the status and do the needful.

PNB — not received money by ATM

Dear Sir,

I have withdrawal Rs. 1300/- by SBI ATM (Gurukl kangri, singhdwar, Haridwar, uttranchal)
on date 23/04/2010 at 7:15 PM. I didn't get my money through ATM, but my account
debited Rs. 1000/- that time. I submitted my complaint at PNB helpdesk
toll free no. [protected] on they said me that i should wait for 72 hours.
This same as also was said the branch of that place.

4 days have been passed, but my ammount not refunded yet to my
account.
Please solve my compliant as soon as possible. I had suffered too
much from this issue.

    I closed my home loan from axis bank. That time they asked me to submit cancelled cheque leaf to cancel my insurance from PNP met life insurance company. After that i informed to PNP met life also. But they are not responding. After that i sent more than 30 mails. And they asked me to submit all the document with signature through the mail so i sent everything. Till now they are not refund my amount. Stupid PNP met life.

    Guys don't take any insurance from PNP met life. They never refund our amount. They are cheating us.

      Sub: - Deficiency in services with malafide intension of staff.

      With most due respect I am Gurbakhshish Singh R/o Bathinda, Punjab. I want to state that I have accounts in PNB Rampura Branch having account numbers [protected] (CC Limit) and 040300JK[protected]Term Loan) with the name of G.D. Contractor & Suppliers and I am the sole proprietor of the company.
      In the year 2011 when I was in need of money for my expansion plans I met Chief Manager of PNB, Rampura Branch and DGM, Bathinda who said that if I will do some personal favour to them then they will help me in getting loan from the Bank. In the month of October, 2011 I got my term loan of Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore Only) and later on in the month of December a CC limit of Rs. 95,00,000/- (Ninety Five Lacs Only). In return I gave them whatever they expected from me at that time. From that day (20/10/2011) till April, 2012 I was regularly paying back my EMI against the same, which is approximately 20 Lacs in Rupees. In fact in April, 2012 I paid EMI upto the month of July in advance.
      But in the month of July and August Mr. G.S. Gandhok (D.G.M. PNB, Bathinda) and Mr. S.R. Garg (Senior Manager Rampura Branch) called me up in PNB, Bathinda Branch and asked me for personal favour in form of money. At the same time I told them that I cannot give them more cash or kind.
      Afterwards I along with my friend met Mr. G.S. Gandhok (D.G.M. PNB, Bathinda) in the last week of September, 2012 and told him that I want to deposit my overdue amount till September 30th but he said that my account will remain NPA even if I will pay just double of my overdue amount. He said that I cannot do anything and there is no other solution for my NPA Account except I have to pay the full and final payment.
      Sir, I really do not understand how my account stands for NPA. Is it ethical in my case? Even though I am ready to pay my overdue amount to regularize my loan.
      Here I want to put this thing in your knowledge that I have more than 25 loans with different banks and all of them are regular. Infact all the banks feel privileged in providing loan to me as I am an esteemed client of various banks and have a very good credibility and track record in respective banks.
      Over the top PNB Bank released a surfaesi notice in National Daily Newspaper [Tribune] dated 11.10.2012 alongwith my name. As a result of which my sanctioned loan of Rs. 4.25 Crore with another bank got cancelled and thereby my all business work got blocked.
      Because of that notice in National Daily I got a setback as my social and professional image was hurt due to the same.
      I kindly request you to look over or follow up the entire case personally and take proper action so that image of PNB will not get ruined in public.
      A letter dated 23.10.2012 addressed to B.M. Rampura Phul and Copied to FGMO, Ludhiana has been sent already.
      At last I want to tell you that I am along with my family is going through a Mental Dilemma because Senior Manager Mr. S.R. Garg is harassing us by coming to our residential place unofficially at odd timings and asking us that when we are going to deposit the money.
      Finally, I want to quote this thing very strongly that I was and I am ready to pay my all outstanding amount till date to regularize my account. Kindly help us to come out of it by doing the proper justice.

Kindly minimize the amount of interest respectively.

It is submitted that we have commenced construction of our work shed in the month of February, 2009 and the same was completed and the machinery has been installed in the month of September, 2009. We have also started our commercial production on 01/10/2009. The cash vouchers pertains to various expenditure incurred for construction of Shed, Godown and Platform which was required to be paid in cash. For making all these payments the cash has been withdrawn from Current Account maintained with your bank.
      In view of the above I request you to kindly sanction the loan at the earliest.

        Hello Sir/Madam,

        One of the employee named 'Mithlesh' of Punjab National Bank, Shastri Nagar Ghaziabad, misbehaved when I visited there for the photo attestation on a form.

        Later she asked for the 166 rs. as bribe to attest the photo, and she deducted my account which is with the PNB.

        I raised the same with the PNB head office, but no one replying my emails.
        As I know that for attestation for the photo a gazetted officer can not ask for the fee, it his/her duty.
        They can refuse if they have work load but I think its not good to take fee(bribe) for that.

        Sir please listen my request and take the necessary action.

          Non activation of Transaction password

          I got my Transaction id disabled due to 5 wrongs attempts, applied for new account as directed by the bank manager. I havent yet received details of my new account or password in last 2 months.Repeated visits to bank have not yeilded any results. i was asked to apply again and still no results. kindly do needful at ur end.My customer id rajkiren (AGH008145) and my account no is [protected]

              Dear Sir, I was making payment online for CA_IPCC
              examination of Rs. 1600 on 20/02/2013 but amount of Rs 1600 has been
              deducted from my account but payment has not been successful (as
              showing alert massage on computer) and i have noted complain to PNB on that day. It is therefore i have to try
              again to making payment of Rs1600 on 25/02/2013 and this
              transaction has been successful. That is why I have immediately
              complained to pnb as well as ICAI customer care through toll free number ...but after
              50 days my complain has been rejected by Pnb.
              I had again complain to Icai for refund.
              Today icai said that my deducted balance has been refund to your bank, and suggest me to inquery from my bank for why refund balance have not been credited.
              But Pnb bank has not give any appropriate respon in this respect.

              So it is my request to take appropriate
              action in this regard.

              Punjab National Bank — Money Not refunded

              I m ankit a student of Ganpati institutions.
              my acc no. [protected].
              i have withdrawn Rs. 300 from my account on 1.1.2009. from PNB's ATM.
              and i didnt get the money and it has been debited from my account.
              I have made complaints against it in their customer care and till now no reply from that side.
              i think this bank is making fraud of students as they think students have no power.
              so pls help me against this .

                I insured personal insurance when i took home loan with axis bank. I closed my home loan from axis bank. After that i sent request to PNP met life to refund my paid amount for my personal insurance. I sent many mails and many request to them but they are not refund my money. Really stupid and worst service. Don't take any insurance in PNP met life. They never refund your money.

                      Hello Sir

                      My name is Kinshuk Madaan and i have bank account in PNB Bank , Babra mohall branch of Rohtak City with acc no [protected].

                      From last 3 weeks i am regularly visiting my branch in order to activate my netbanking passwords. Everytime i am going to branch for Activating passwords, they are saying that we will not activate password as you got the password by post on your address but it must be given by the branch only, then we will activate the password else not.

                      I have talked with Manager also but he was also not able to help. When i talked with customer care they said that its normal , the password can be deliver to customer address by post, and they should activate the password.

                      The bank representative in Babra mohalla branch was talking very Rude and not activating the password

                      Please do something to get the password activated.

                        i am a student and i had my account in pnb with account no. [protected] from which i had withdrawn 1000rs. on 9 Feb 2012 from a SBI BANK ATM in gurgaon .and just after 5- 10 minutes i received a text message that my account has been debited with rs.10000 also (apart from those 1000 rs.that has been debited by me ) (that is absolutely fake or due to some technical problems ). i had lodged my complaint through pnb helpline no. [protected] on the same date 9 Feb 2013.with complaint no. 57226322 and they said the complaint will be solved within 7 working days .and i had called them about 10- 15 times till date 9 march 2012 , and they every time say the complaint is under process only.i had spent around 1000 rs. on calling them from various numbers. and i had also gone to their specific branch regarding my complaint . and in that also i had a fuel expenses more than 900rs. the money which i had lost (10000rs) i had borrowed it from someone on interest to pay my coaching fees. so i am very much worried about it as i had to pay my coaching fees with it. so at last when i am very much annoyed by their procedure . i am lodging my complaint to you . so please take a serious action against them and you are my last authority who can solve my problem and will look into the matter seriously. it has been one year since i lost my money but had not got any satisfactory response from their side.

                        STUDENT ACCOUNT — About atm transaction

                        Respected sir i have my state bank account in Madurai talakulam branch and am now working in Coimbatore On[protected] Wednesday {Time} i went to debit rupees 3000 From atm service in cross cut road at coimbatore i used Dhanalaksmi bank atm First Time it showed it is unable to process so i left at the atm centre and went to near by SBI atm in cross cut road and again tried to take money and it showed no service available so i left the atm centre and went since i deposited rupee 5000 on[protected] i was little bit confused and got a mini statement account on[protected] it showed that the amount of 3000 was withdraw ed on the same day that is[protected] since i dont know what a do and who took the money i need your kind help to find what happened and how i left my money since it was my salary amount.I need your help as soon as possible.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Praveen P.R. here my account no: [protected], this is my salary account from Towers Infotech Pvt Ltd; I have done an ATM Transaction on 11/04/09,
                        7.55 pm at Gopalan Mall PNB ATM, with the debit Card [protected] for with drawing of Rs 5000/-,
                        But In display It shown has Insufficient fund, But from my account it has been debited and I have given a complaint to the customer care on 12/04/09, 6 am the no: 14967338, but till now action was not taken,

                        they have closed the call .
                        you atm machine in safidon (jind)(haryana) is not properly working. it is mainly remain unworking and it will also not give slip of the payment many time.its tuchscreen is also not working and most of the customer are not happy with this service so i requist you to maintain your atm machine in safidon i shell ve very thenk ful to you. ashok kumar.

                        SBI Bank — Fraud

                        I registered a complaint on the customer care as follows: Message : Issued a cheque no 794775 from my account no [protected] in the name of CM Sharma in Rohini sector 11 branchBut the bank officials returned my cheque stating that the cheque has already been used and my account also shows a debit of Rs 6800 Six Thousand Eight Hundred on dated 21st january 2010 I made a written complaint but till date there is no action for the same even after one month of complaint Kindly see how this forged cheque payment can be made when the cheque is lying with me and the bank says the same cheque number has already been used.

                        After 4-5 days i got the reply as: KIND ATTENTION: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (ADMINISTRATION), REGION-8



                        We forward the appended complaint, lodged on our website, received through Corporate Centre, Mumbai, for necessary action at your end to redress the grievance at the earliest, under advice to the complainant and to us.

                        Still I am waiting for a response .and don't know the where about of my payment.
                        I totally agree that SBI is a company which aims to benefit by keeping the customers in the dark or forcing them to take up unnecessary insurances while taking loan.

                        I had taken a car loan for 3 years and when I finished it 10 months back, I wrote [had tranferred to another city by then] a couriered letter to them that they should send my loan closure statement to my new address, rather I found my eleven thousand money missing from my account. I wrote several emails to them, 6-7 complaints on their customer care sites, made several phone calls to the bank and the manager, beside the hard copy couriered to them, but to no avail. Finally when I complained to ombudsman, they responded saying that my loan payment had extended beyond 3 years and that I should pay interest because of delay (they told me this only 3 weeks back).

                        It was they who did not inform me and did not respond to my umpteen means to contact them, by letters, emails, phone calls and I should pay? I had taken a laon for 3 years, how do I dream that my payment had extended? If they had told me immediately after I sent them the letter 10 months back [or even after that when i wrote mails and customer care complaints], this would have been solved there and then. But they chose to keep mum in the face of my repeated attempts to contact them by various means.

                        Don't they have reponsibility to inform a client of such things? Or do they deliberately keep quiet so that we end up paying more money in the form of interest to them? This situation definitely looks like that, so in such case where do we turn to? It is a sad situation in India where banks even public sector get away with CHEATING!!

                        And SBI takes the cake for cheating and looting customers. This is not the first time I have come across gross malpractice by SBI but alas we have no way to get justice?

                          My pleasure is that my name is Sudhanshu sekhar jha and i have a saving account in punjab national bank Railway road, Dadri, UP.My saving bank account no.is [protected].On date 09.03.2013 (Saturday) there is a invalid transaction from my bank account of 01.14226 Rs. 02. 4995 Rs. 03. 1500 Rs. 04. 1550 Rs. 05. 1555 Rs. means total Rs. 23826/- while i had the ATM CUM DEBIT CARD. Then i inform this to PNB PHONE BANKING and yesterday i inform this in written and when i went to the local police station and pnb branch Dadri But no any response. pl.help me.

                          Sir, I am informing to you and pleasuring to you that how there is a transaction from my bank account and i want that i get the money as early as possible to my bank account.There is a request to you that accept my letter and i want to get the Justic.                               our pnb ac no. is [protected] in sri ganganagar rajasthan we did transaction by atm 25-2-13 for withdrawing amount 15000+10000+15000 but atm did not withdrew payment and bank debited amount 40000/- to my account. According to bank norms withdrawing limit by atm is 25000/- in a day then how they can debited 40000/ . we suffering with a great financial problems.

                                  I am holding a no: [protected]. The bill payment was requested through direct debit from my PNB bank account.

                                  I am noticing some administrative problems leading to double payment or return of request from account which is highly disturbing me. Thus, i have activated made a net banking facility with my another account with HDFC. The current bill payment was made thru this only.

                                  Hence it is requested to stop the direct debit facility given for the account no: [protected] held with Punjab National Bank, Mayur Vihar -3 branch Delhi-96. with immediate effect pls.

                                      with due respect i beg to say that i m a consumer with the pnb indranagar lucknow my a/c no is [protected].there was a deduction of 3000 rs through the my bank a/c . i had made a transaction of rs 3000 through the union bank a.t.m. at the date of 23122011, against my available balance.but when i deposite 12000 in bank a/c only 9000 show in my available balance . i had made a complain to the customer care unit then 1000 thousand rs refunded in my a/c but 2000 rs are not returned by the bank to me till the date .

                                        consumer finance — Misbehaviour/using foul language

                                        I am customer of Reliance consumer Finance from the past 11 months, by oversite one EMI got bounced from the bank for the month of July 2008. I have been receiving calls from[protected] and the lady uses all dirty and filhy abusive language which cannot be explained such as mother , sister . I am shocked to hear such bad words at this age of 49. I am working in the Ltd company in the capacity of General Manager. Apart from talking to me on my cell. she also calls at my office and my residence numbers and repeats the similar language which is hardly disgusting.

                                        The man behind the complete show is one Mr. Hemant, who claims that he is the employee of the company and his cell number is [protected].
                                        I would have regularised my account but after receiving such calls, i decided to lodge a complaint first and then pay to the bank.
                                        Can the matter be looked into on top priority and action taken immediately under intimation to me.
                                        It is shameful for Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group of company's to operate in such a manner keeping contacts with such agents etc.

                                        pnb benajhabar road Kanpur's bank employees of this branch always misbehave with consumer & branch manager involves in it.they do not update pass books and always trouble's in transaction and banking.
