Sir/Madam,I had used my atm card to withdraw an amount of Rs.2000 from atm of oriental bank of commerce on 18/01/2012 at 12:45.Amount is reduced from my account but atm had not provided the cash.my account number is [protected].my atm number is [protected]. i have also registered my complain on call centre,my complain number is 57049147.
Please respond to my complain as early as possible because i am a student and have no other scope for my fee .
I will be very thankful to you.

    We have been intimating GM CUSTOMER CARE OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK again and again countinously since 30/10/2011 but upto this stage they have not been able to give any kind of satisfactory solution to us.we do not know what has been happening since be begining of this metter;i am very worried about my money.you can see all communication which are between GM CUSTOMER CARE & ME.that all communication are below this mail..i want your help urgently.
    plz help me and take action against PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK..

    most respectfully has acustomer/applicant has been operating his account in the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK branch DEOBAND for long time.Applicant/customer tried to withdrawal amount ofTEN THOUSAND RUPEES from the A.T.M. of S.B.I (near about DARUL-ULOOM ROAD DEOBAND) on 21th feb.2011 at the evening time.what applicant/customer did not get.while at the exact time aaplicant/customer withdrawaled ONE THOUSAND RUPEES from the exact A.T.M.what applicant/customer got from the A.T.M. ,, when applicant/customer went to the bank then in the passbook customer had both the entries of TEN THOUSAND RUPEES and ONE THOSAND RUPEES..

    when this information applicant/customer gave to the branch manager then branch manager said to applicant/customer to at the branch after one week.AFTER one week when applicant/customer reached to the branch then branch manager denied to return the money what was amount of TEN THOUSAND RUPEES and said to meet branch officer NamedMr.LALIT VERMA who is from A.T.M. section since there applicant/customer has been scrolling to the branch continously BUT has not been able to get the satisfactory result.what is to get the amount of TEN THOUSAND RUPEES what is very HUGE for the applicant/customer..
    Applicant/customer tried to give request letter in the branch many time.but branch officers denied to take any sort of request letter and said we can not give you anything in written.

    Thereof we have to request you that return my amount ofTEN THOUSAND RUPEES in my account otherwise I will take legal action against PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK and you will be responcible for this.

      Through my email I have to share my grief to the Dignitary Punjab National Bank. I have a complaint against The than Branch Manager shri Ajeet Kumar Singh, the Branch Manager of PNB Itmah, Nasriganj, Rohtas, Bihar and presently he is in Lakhisarai Branch, Bihar for asking “RISWAT” of 12% of loan amount for sanctioning of my Kisan Credit Card loan of Rs. 2.5 lacs after completion of all valid and legal documentation and mortgage of my land on 1 Mar 2011. When I denied to pay the “RISWAT” he refuse to disburse the loan and start scolding upon me stating that “Main bina riswat ke koi bhi kam nahi karta hoon kyn ki mujhe upper tak paisa dena padta hai, isliy bina riswat ke apka loan nahi hoga”. Iske bad mainne kai jagah (Mandal Karyalay PNB, Arah, LDM Sasaram) sikayat kiya par kuch nahi hua. Phir maine 17 Jun 11 ko RTI bhi dala hai aur jabab nahi melne par 3 reminder bhi dala uska bhi abhi tak kuch nahi hua hai. Main aap ko yeh bhi batana chahta hoon ki mujhse 5 Hajar rupeeya mortgage karne aur sara paper taiyar karane ke liye jaisa ki branch manager ne kaha tha osula gaya. Atah aap se anurodh hai ki meri sikayat ki janch yetha sighra krakar mujhe nayay dilane ki kripa ki jai kyon ki mera jamin ka mortgage aap ke bank ko kiye karib eek sal hone jar aha hia aur mera do fasal me nuksan ho gaya hai.

      I have a request beside my complain to set up a inquiry and you will find lost of irregularities done by the said Branch Manager Sri Ajeet Kumar Singh what he has done being the branch manager Punjab National Bank, Itmah, Nasriganj and he has stolen the public money and government money also.

        Dear sir,
        1. I am holding a/c no-[protected] in chandigarh sector- 37/d branch of Punjab national Bank.
        2. On 05, jan, 2012, at 10.45 AM i tried to withdraw Rs 15,000- through atm
        card no-[protected] of PNB from the ATM of secotr- 37/c at
        chandigarh. the transaction was accepted but i did not receive cash from the atm machine. at the same time , the amount of RS 15000/- was shown as debited from the said ATM.
        3. In view of above may i requested Punjab Natinal Bank to kindly credit Rs 15,000/- back to
        my account as soon as possible, as i am a salaried employ.
        4. I even lodged my complaint with complaint cell of PNB but no acknowledgement have been recieved from the Bank even uptill yet .Thanking you
        5. I have logded complain on 05, jan 2012 on PNB toll free no. [protected] and the complaint No. is 56920475 .
        6. After that atleast 50 times I have called on the number and all the time , I have been told that your money will be credited in your account in 5 days or 7 days everytime.

        Its my humble request to you, kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps so that I can recieve my money as soon as possible

        Punjab National Bank — not receiving the amount from the atm

        Dear sir,
        i am having a current account in the punjab national bank,and its ac/no. is [protected] by the name of Abhishek enterprises.On date 12 august 2009, i have used my atm card to debit the amount of rs10000 from bank of baroda atm,but i have not recieved the amount,and whose transaction number is 1833.
        and i have also complaint this in punjab national bank in janki puram branch of lucknow,and i have called to the customer care for this,for which they have given me the complaint number 23847185,but i have recieved no response from them,and they keep making me fool that i will recieve my money next week,but i have not recieved a single penny from them.
        Till the date of today i.e.27 march 2010,i have not recieved my money.
        So its an kind and generous request to you that please take appropriate action against the bank,it will be great help from you.

        Punjab National Bank — Not receive amount through ATM

        Dear sir,
        My saving bank account in PNB, Branch Dalli Rajhara Distt :- Durg.(CG). My Account No. is [protected]. On 18 August 2010 on 9.08 AM I visited the ATM of PNB, Dalli Rajhara. There i entered the Amount of RS. 7000/- for withdrawal from ATM Machine But I couldn’t receive the amount 7000/-Rs. TXN No:- 8959 When I checked my balance amount, there is Rs.7000/- Less in my account. When I contact PNB branch Dalli Rajhara the bank manager said that he was helpless and cant help any thing and advised me to go to customer care. I contact customer care they given me complaint no. 33628640 dated :- 21.08.2010 & assured me that with in a 12 to 15 days deduct amount will be re- deposited in my account But, A Long time Spend no positive action has been taken.
        So I request you to Re-Deposit the amount back in my AC.
        i have depossited a check before 9 days and it's still in flotting mode how bank is this

            I hve made the transaction from www.irctc.co.in on 26-oct-2011 but it got failed due to an unknown reason.

            But an amount of Rs. 2290 was deducted from my account,, which is refunded by the site (Railway) to the bank on 27-oct-2011,, but i didn't got it from the bank till now..

            I complained several times to the bank,,and now they are refusing to refund that amount to me.

            So Please Help Me regarding this.

              This is my second complain to the bank that from my Saving Account no. of Amount Rs. 10,000 has been automattically reduced as shown in mini statment as cash withdrawal.

              The answer to my first complain has simply replied that their is as such not any withdrawal from my account and asked me to go through the this complain precedure.

IF WE TALK WITH BANK EMPLOYEES THEY ALWAYS ANSWER US TOMORROW WE WILL DEPOSIT MONEY IN ATM. WE CAN TAKE CASH BY ATM 2 DAYS ONLY IN A WEEK. SO, I WANT TO SAY THAT BANK IMPROVE THEIR ATM SERVICE OTHERWISE STOP IT FOR FUTURE.

                  me ramganjmandi ka rahne wala hun aur jaipur me ek college se engineering ki study kar raha hun. mene pnb kota ke dadabari branch me apna account khulwaya tha aur wahan ke staff me mera bahut support kara tha account khulwane ke liye lekin mera ramganjmandi ka pnb bank hi nirala hai. yahan per account khulane ke liye lakhon formalities karni padti hai, staff bus apne kam me laga rahta hai use customers se koi matlab nahi...

                  Sir,

                  I had posted a complaint against a fraudulent account holder at Imphal Branch Name KIM KAMEI A/c No:[protected].
                  I had requested for Freeze of the account and refund the money back of Rs.17,700 wrongly deposited.
                  i have got no intimation of what action has been taken.
                  Also the branch telephone is always connected to fax and hence not able to converse with the bank manager.
                  Sir kindly refund the amt Rs,16,800 available in the above account holder.

                  Are else please do tell whom should i contact.
                  I have also mailed the scanned copy of the deposit slip to various mail id of PNB.

                  Kindlt intimate me through the below Mail ID or Mobile NO.
                  PLease do refund the money sir. please.

                    With humble request I want to inform you that I am saving bank account holder of your Lajpat Nagar Branch and my account no. is[protected]. I would like to draw your kind attention towards my complaint regarding fraudulent withdrawal of Rs. 83500.00(Eighty Three Thousand Five Hundred) from my account by my ATM card on dated 13.08.2013, 14.08.2013, 15.08.2013 and 16.08.2013 from SBI, AXIS, and ICICI bank ATM of Raebareli district o[censored]ttar Pradesh.
                    I lost my ATM card on dated 13.08.2013 by manipulation of two strangers in Raebareli. I reported this fraud case to SHO, Lajpat Nagar police station on dated 16.08.2013 and gave a copy of that report to your lajpat nagar branch on same day. And I also send my complain to your bank cos6tumer car4e on dated 22.08.2013 . After that I inquired from your Lajpat Nagar branch for my case, they told me that your ATM card is blocked and your complain is on process. We will inform you soon. But they had not taken any action on my complain because on dated 06.09.2013, again Rs 1500was withdrawal from my account by same ATM. Again I inquired from jyour bank customer care on dated 08.09.2013, they told that your ATM is not blocked yet and anybody withdrawal money on 6.09.13. made a call to your Lajpat Nagar branch but they talked me rudely and told that there is no responsibility of my branch. My native place is district Raebareliy o[censored].P, and I also reported to District Magistrate on 31.08.2013 and SP Raebareli on 02.09.2013 of this fraud case.
                    So I request you to please take action and give grievance to me.

                      Respected Sir,
                      On 22 Dec 2011 ,after facing problem consecutive days I approached to respective bank manager with written application and followed with customer care regarding ATM running with short of money. In this respect I have with me the receipt copy. The response was so lethargic, which resulted no transaction could be made on that day.
                      In one more thing I would like your intervention ,why the link remains failure, which could be find out by technical person.My complain may be verified by calculating the average transaction on that particular days.Hoping your immediate intervention will improve the ATM condition.

                        PNB net banking site is the worst net banking service i have ever seen. They give you password that is badly printed and you only have 3 attempts to try your luck and your account will be blocked. Its more of like a fear while using the service than a comfort, You never know when they will block your account. I know its all for our security but there is a limit of being a paranoids and making service a pain rather than a comfort!
                        customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                            sir mein 11/11/11 ko online make my trip ke through room book kiya
                            tha, mein atm debit card ke through payment kari thi, jisme se meri ek
                            transaction failed ho gayi thi amount rs 4148 and dusri transaction
                            success ho gayi thi amount ro 4148 but mere account se dono amount
                            detect ho gaye.

                            iski complaint mein[protected] per date 11/11/11 ko complaint no is
                            56581426 kari thi jo reject ho gayi. mein fir dubara[protected] per
                            complaint kari vo bhi reject ho gayi (complaint no is 56534128 and
                            [protected].

                            mein 01/12/11 ko mail bhi kari but koi sahi reply nahi aaya
                            ([protected]@pnb.co.in) and mein branch mein bhi contact kiya but unhone
                            bola ki hamne mail kari hai abhi koi reply nahi aaya.

                                  my name is deepak kumar gupta. i m bank account holder of punjab national bank trilok puri. i face lots off problem when i go for deposit money. Actually not i so many people face same problem. There is two cash counter one for deposit less than Rs. 20,000 and one for deposit more then Rs. 25000. In my area most of the account holder deposit less then Rs 20,000. On that counter is very long line with full of senior citizen, ladies with carry child on lap and many people who have problem.

                                  One counter is full of public and One counter empty if any one go to empty one counter so the cashier show very wrong attiude with customer and sometime scoold also. i used many bank and the service is very good other bank i saw many cash counter and no limilt for deposit cash that's way account holder of this bank very happy with the service.

                                  so plse consider this mail as a complaint, suggestion, or request to open one more counter in the bank or allow the any amount to deposit any one counter.

                                  please reslove my problem as soon as possible.

                                      THE CUSTOMER CARE cell of PNB is everytime providing varying and misleading information, even they ask to call on some numbers those are not in service or some of them are not responding.

                                      The help desk of bank is not responding /acknowledging to e mails sent to them.
