    respected sir My self anuj kumar sharma having an account in Punjab National Bank Nawabganj Gonda.
    i want to fixed deposit 100000 rupee,when i went to bank(11am) they told me you have to come at evening (after 4 pm) while the day was Saturday, when i reach their i am becoming fool the bank was closed.Once again i went for same purpose they told me that we are busy you have to came here another day.what i have to for there this much noncooperation.
    i am enclosing my passbook and mini statement scan copy.

      sir,i am from budhana dist. Muzaffarnagar u.p. My complained about the staff of pnb bank budhana. They are talking to the customer in bad manner.when my debit card was not do work properly then i go bank .when i say about this then maneger said ,bring the farm of closing a/c .then i say why?he say becouse i shall not give u other Atm .sir they talk all customer in bad manner . Sir all customers pareshan hokar other banks me apna a/c open kra rhe h. aur school childs ka a/c bhi nhi khol rhe ye apke pnb wale

        I have lost my Rs.3,00,000/-+ through ICICIdirect.com/Bank, PNB, Angel Broking, Bank of India. due to not given timely help, support, training.
        Likey, hacking, Simulation or more.
        Have been getting call each day to trade even though asked for help and train and have been loosing or what.

        I did not get help and suppport timely.

            Sub. Complain against ill behaviour of PNB bank manager (Mr. Juneja), Sujangarh branch

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            With reference to above subject, I am a valued customer of PNB Sujangarh Branch, Churu, Rajasthan. I regret to inform you that inspite of very good service of PNB in the time of CBS, I have come to tell you negligence of BM, PNB, Branch Sujangarh.

            I have made 4 FDR and 4 SB a/c in PNB. I have approached there to renew all FDR, but they refused and neglected my request and instruct me to come after some other days.

            I was once again approached to BM, but the result was same and no response comes out. After many insistences Mr. Nagpal helped me and renewed the same.
            I was approached to BM, Juneja on 02.08.11 with remaining FDR and requested to grant me loan of 2 laks against these FDR but he refused immediately and instructed me to come next day. I was contacted next day for the same, he misbehaved and refused to give advance.

            Whenever, I was requested to BM for transaction entry in pass book he always refused my request and even he has taken my pass books in bank custody which was not hand over to me till date.

            Then I have surrendered two FD on 04.08.11 for pre closure with lot of sorrow and requested to issue Banker Cheque or credit to my SB A/c No[protected]. They intensely issued me banker cheque of less than principal amount. So kindly look in to the matter and release the remaining dues amount with interest up to till.

            Due to circumstances created by BM, Juneja, I am mentally disturbed and suffering with financial loss total sum of Rs. One lak. I need compensation from management for delayed and reduced payment and negligence which fall me sick. If some solution cannot be provided, I will be forwarded the same to consumer court.

              Dear Sir,
              We have no. of accounts in PNB, Kamla Nagar Agra branch. Instead of this, the staff behaves very rudely.
              No passbook entries are done for their customers, even they say to bring identity only to get account opening form, never provide statements. Mr.Sinha says that he is govt. employee and nobody can harm him. He says to customer that he will clear off the customers account, if anybody complaints about him.
              Also, that he has links to higher authorities. Please take some action against them or else we will discontinue our accounts.

                Dear Sir,

                Please note on 06.08.2011 i found that on 04.08.2011 my saving A/c. no. [protected] was wrongly debit amount 15000.00, i contact to bank manager & after discussion with him i file a complaint on PNB helpline no. [protected] immediately, my complaint no. is 55954516, but today i checked with them and according to them my complaint was rejected without telling me any reason.

                Kindly advise me now i have wat to do.

                I was trying to withdraw money from SBI ATM on 01.10.2010 but it failed & I didnt get any money but still my account has been debited by Rs.2000/-.
                pnb not provide safe money i feeling not good bank because in my account without permission me online shopping has been taken

                  I found on 2.8.2011 that in my Saving Bank A/c No.[protected] of Syndicate Bank , there is ATM withdrawal from my A/c amounting Rs.7000.00. On enquiring from my branch of Syndicated Bank i.e. Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, I.P.Estate, New Delhi I came to know that some one has withdraw Rs.7000.00 on 1.8.2011 at 10.04.33, whereas ATM card is with me and I have not disclose my ATM PIN to any one even my wife and children.

                    My Self Ravi Kant Srivastav. I have Punjab National Bank S/B Account No.[protected] Branch Ghazipur, Dist-Mau, and U.P. When I withdraw 6000/ Rs in ICCI Bank ATM Dist- Gazipur, U.P, on Date-30/06/2011 .we have no received amount at that time but amount less in my account 6000/Rs .AT that time i complained in PNB Toll free Cell, Toll free cell received my complaint and cell representative given complaint no 55654336 but after 15 days again i have call to PNB Toll free Cell but cell representative said to me your complaint is rejected you contact with home branch. Then i contact with branch manager. Branch Manager said to me i don't know why rejected your complaint & no grievance from ATM cell. no response given me about this matter.
                    Hence request to you I am very suffering so that please resolves this matter.

                        A have already send my complained regarding cash withdrawal from purjnab national bank atm. complained was entered to you before one month back. but no action will be taken as on till time. It is my humble request to you that kindly help me to collect the money from bank. I am working in a shop and drawing salary of rs. 10, 000 almost and the amount of rs. 15000.00 is not a small amount for me. so please help me for the same.

                        i received a call from punjab national bank before 15 days back and he said that you should bargain for this amount. you can collect 5000.00 or 10, 000.00 against this money and get back this complained. i said no, i want my complete payment because this is my ganuan right. so please do an action against this complained.

                          Dear sir,
                          I am the customer of ICICI bank (a/C[protected] and I'M tried to withdraw rs 10,000/- On[protected] from my account through the atm of the punjab national bank (atm located at lajpat nagar, amar colony, atm code: h2309600) .My account was debited by rs 10.000rs. But I had not recieve the same becouse of some technical erore in atm, and I have complain in ICICI bank, and after the complain in icici bank they told me that we have arange video footage of your transation and when i went to PNB atm to see the video footage and there is two more people who are faced the same problem and when we are reachd the atm machin and open the machin by atm guy there is no video footage, the wire of video footage is removed from the atm machin and we are soked when he say there is no video footage last 31st of Auguest 2010 and i have proof regarding that video footage. and then after i complain in delhi govt mediation conciliation center for the solution of this issue. (Ref: 270/Qia/2010) with two more people who were facing this problem.After 3 hearing in mediation center two people's who customer of PNB money has been refunded on 12/2/2011 but I Did not get any money,and PNB said that we will not be able to give the money directly to you. You have to ask your bank to claim that money from us and when I ask my bank , ICICI bank say that we are unable to help you because PNB has declined the bank's request besuese of you are not the customer of PNB, And after that whenever my ICICI bank has claim the money from pnb they have denied the request. And I'M fighting for last 9 month's but my problem still not solve.

                          Request you to kindly look into this matter on top priority basis.

                            I am having a saving account in the PNB ICD Branch, Loko Shed, Moradabad(UP) with the a/c no. [protected]. On 3/7/11 I tried a withdrawl of Rs. 10000/- from the SBI ATM at DRM Office, Moradabad ( ATM IDS10F[protected]. As soon the a message acaming on ATM screen "COLLECT YOUR CASH" the power supply of ATM went off. and no cash was withdrawl. After 15 minutes when the power supply of ATM restored I again tried to check my balance from the same ATM and It was surprised to notice that Rs. 10000/- were debited from my account. Mr Nem Pal Singh who was the attendant at the ATM informed this to the ATM incharge of SBI Mr. Mohit at M.No. [protected]. He informed that the balance which have been wrongly debited from my a/c will be automatically credited in to my a/c with 24 Hrs. But till date I have not received the sum of Rs. 10000/- into my a/c. You are requested to kindly arrange to do something sothat my wrongly debited amount may be refunded to me.

                            ATM — ATM WITHDRAWL

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            As dt on[protected] all SBI ATM was server problem i withdraw amount two times Rs.1200/- & 1000/- but i did not receive money at that time but when i check my mini statement on next there is showing withdrawl amount 1200+1000.
                            As dt on[protected] andrabank ATM mehidipatnam hyderabad i withdraw amount 600 but i did not receive money at that time but when i check my mini statement on next there is showing withdrawl amount 600.i didnot complate to anybody tillnow what can i do ?how to i get money back plz suggest me i follow u.

                                Hi,

                                PNB is probably the one of the TOP worst company in the country in providing very very bad and pooooooor netbanking service. Their site would be remains down about 90% of the time and we hardly get any chance to do the transaction. To add to that their customer care people are worst as they don't know what they are talking about.

                                We are opting this service since we have our corporate salary account. But now all our employees are planning to move away from this pathetic service. Also their banking services are also hopeless. Their attitude towards customer looks like they are NOT in market to improve their banking service rather closing it....
                                this is the worst bank in the world their ATMs does not work properly . simply they say net work problem or server problem recently when my daughter tried to with draw money. no money came out. and amount has been deducted from account.she urgently wanted the money to pay bills and with this problem she will not be able to, as money may be deposited only after ONE week. why they should take one week to refund the money.
                                Yes, I agree, it really one of worst bank and its staff is so much irresponsible that that never care for customers. ATM installed at Zirakpur always remain out order we have take withdrawal from other banks. Moreover I am also a victim of net banking service as they my request for fund transfer is not attended/entertained despite my complaints to CMD PND through mail. Even complaints registered at CMD level are not bothered.

                                  PNB manager harrasing us and recovered our 2 lac rupees

                                  Respected Seniors/Sir/madam,

                                  My name is Mukesh Sachdeva and my father Mr. Varinder Sachdeva wrote a letter to The Regional Manager, PNB Bank, Chandigarh and The Branch Manager,DAV College branch, Jagadhri Gate,PNB Bank,Ambala City on 18th march, 2011 on behalf of my grand mother Smt. Raj Rani Sachdeva. He wrote in that letter about his mother Smt. Raj Rani Sachdeva's pension account.Her PNB account number is [protected].She had been getting pension Ex -Gratia from Northern Railway of Rs 605 as B.P. + 182 as D.A. before 1/1/2006 and pension of Rs. 4382 from January, 2006 till August, 2010 and Rs. 4200 from September, 2010 till December, 2010. Then PNB froze her account in Jan 2011. PNB recovered the sum of Rs 3,323, Rs1, 18,000 and Rs 71,548 on 08/01/2011, 17/01/2011 and 22/02/2011 respectively. According to PNB, she was paid almost Rs. 3595 per month in excess since January, 2006. It is hard for us to accept the fact that bank made such an enormous mistake month after month for almost five full years. Bank started making payment in the amount of Rs. 4382 from September, 2008 and paid arrears from January, 2006 till August, 2008. In that letter we requested them to provide the letter from Railway pension department which led PNB to pay her Rs. 4382 starting January, 2006 and then revert back to Rs. 787 starting January, 2011.



                                  I also wrote a letter on 18th march, 2011 to CAO Northern Railway on behalf of my grand mother Smt. Raj Rani Sachdeva. In that letter I wrote that She had been getting pension Ex -Gratia Rs 605 as B.P. + 182 as D.A. before 1/1/2006 and in the sum of Rs. 4382 per month from Punjab National Bank, DAV College, Ambala City from January, 2006 till August, 2010. From September, 2010 till December, 2010 PNB reduced her pension amount to Rs. 4200 per month. In January, 2011 PNB froze her account because of excess pension paid. It is hard to accept the fact that bank made such an enormous mistake. We never received any letter from Pension Department about her actual pension amount after Jan 2006.In that letter I requested them to please advise us whether it is to be revised w.e.f. 1/1/2006 and at which rate or what amount to be paid and please write us and PNB about her revised pension amount. As per 6th Pay commission no instruction has been issued to us.

                                  The pension department did not respond to our letter.


                                  My grand mother is an elderly widow. She has been saving money for the surgery of her kidney stones. She has multiple health issues and she frequently visits doctors for arthritis of her knees and shoulders. Recently she got sick with pneumonia and she was in hospital for about a week. When we came to withdraw money from bank, we were refused the payment. Moreover, when we tried to cash joint FD in the amount of Rs. 71,548 drawn in favor of my father and my grand mother, we were misguided and told that FD could not be cashed and made us deposit that FD into my grand mother's pension account and after depositing that FD into her account they recovered the whole amount on the same day without even letting us know the balance recovery amount. Moreover, when they recovered the whole amount (and her account was almost nil), the bank manager was not even interested in listening to us and said he is very busy and if we need any help in that matter we can opt for legal option. That FD had nothing to do with my grand mother's account and whether bank had any right to deposit that FD into my grand mother's account. We trusted their bank and they took our money which was saved for the rainy day.

                                  We requested them (PNB) to send us a proof of her actual pension amount, the above said FD be cashed and my grand mother's account be reinstated with full balance. Even if the bank made an error, does the bank unilaterally hold the right to decide to freeze her account and leave my elderly grand mother with no money she was depending on so heavily?

                                  The PNB did not respond to our letter till now.Then on 5th May, 2011 we decided to get the information from PNB under RTI Act. My Grand mother wrote a letter under RTI Act to Public Information officer, Punjab National Bank, DAV College Branch, Ambala City asking them to provide us


                                  a) the certified copy of F.D.R. amounting to Rs.71, 548 which was transferred in account of Smt.Raj Rani Sachdeva on[protected] with full particulars since the FDR was initially registerd and any document attached with the same. The said F.D.R. was in the joint name of Raj Rani Sachdeva & Varinder Sachdeva.


                                  b) And on what ground that FDR was transferred to above said account no.

                                  c) To provide the status and supply the copy of letter which Mr. Varinder Sachdeva wrote to PNB Branch manager, DAV college Branch Ambala city.

                                  d) certified copies of letter/circulars issued by Northern Railway (pension Department) or concerned department which led PNB to pay Rs. 4382/- starting January,2006 August, 2010 and Rs. 4200 from
                                  September, 2010 till December, 2010 and then revert back to Rs. 787/-starting January, 2011 i.e. the pension to the applicant, as the P.P.O number of the applicant is NR/89/3355 dated 1.5.1989(Raj Rani Sachdeva widow of Dharam Pal Sachdeva DOB[protected].


                                  Then on[protected] we received the reply from PNB. In which they replied that they are not authorized to provide the information under RTI act and we might get the information from their CPI officer.They also returned our application.


                                  My grand mother sent that RTI application on 5th May, 2011 to public information officer to provide information pertaining to her PNB account which was returned by PNB Manager, DAV College Branch, Ambala City stating that they were not authorized to provide information under RTI act whereas we come to know that all the branches have been authorized to receive application under Right to information act, 2005 and forward to the concerned CPIO for final disposal.


                                  Please help us in reinstating my grand mother's Punjab national bank account.On 4th June, 2011, PNB branch manager, D AV College Branch, A/city refused to provide us the acknowledgment or refusal of RTI letter which my grandmother wrote to Central Public information officer and he refused to receive that application whereas we come to know that all the branches have been authorized to receive application under Right to information act, 2005 and forward to the concerned CPIO for final disposal. Even he talked very harsh to us in front of two persons. I again request you to please help us how we can get our money back from PNB.My grandmother is very old and sick lady.She can not even walk without walker. She saved that money for rainy days.Now she needs that money for her health reasons which PNB recovered without giving us a notice.


                                  Now, My grand mother has sent that RTI application on 4th June, 2011 to central public information officer, PNB House, sector 17-B, Chandigarh to provide information pertaining to her PNB account and we have not got any response till now.So I request you to please guide me in initiating the next step.


                                  I request you to please help me in cashing that FD and reinstating my grand mother's account.Please guide me how can we get back our money from PNB. I shall be thankful to you for this.

                                    I have complaint regarding PNB BANK , I have an salary account with this bank, On 11th june 2011 my 233/- online debit card transaction failed during under process through www.bookmyshow.com website. I logged complaint regarding the same on 13 june 2011. They committ me my money for refund within 16 days but till today almost 17 days left but my amount not to be refund and when i called today in customer care they said for any refund will take 45 days working days. Between this period i wrote mail for bank officer but they just gave me one docket number. I mentioned here all mails which sent by bank to me. Please look into this matter and try to ressolve soon.

                                        i am a serving soldier. i have a sallery account in pnb. on[protected] i have withdrawn 5,000 from my account by atm card. but by any unknown mistake there is 30,000 deducted from my account on the same day .there is 3 transacution of 10,000 - 10,000 was found deducted. I complaint for it to the bank & custemer care .so that the bank reward me 5000 only which I already drawn.I requested for it to the related office but in vain . My contact no. [protected]
