Please look into the matter and remove my problem.

    I have PNB account holder last 4 year in Akbarpur branch in Ambedkar Nagar city. I Posted in BSA Ambedkar office as a peon. My salary is issuing in PNB barnch Akbarpur. My salary cheque is deposited by Finance Officer Basic Education Ambedkar Nagar. But my Account no is wrong.But he is not inform me or my office. Amount is deposit in Sundry A/C in Bank. After waiting for 6 month my salary is not deposited in my A/c. I went to branch and asked about my salary status. My department is issuing a letter for Branch Dated 20-10-10 and 21-02-11 for correcting my A/c no. But my salary is not deposited in my A/c till date. I went again to branch then Branch Manager said the your work will not happen. Demanded by Branch Manager 5000/ for my salary is deposited in my A/c. I am very shocked to see this type of poor facility by PNB.

      Dear sir,
      I am consumer of pnb ssibranch boring canal road patna. My account no. Is [protected].On date 21-jan-2011 I had withdrawn rs. 8000 from pnb atm a.P. Colony gaya but got only rs. 7000 as denomination of rs.1000 each.I had complained pnb through complain no.[protected] on 24-jan-2011. I have inquired regarding complain several times but have been told that it is under process. On 25-mar-2011 I again inquired about complain n was told that my complain has been rejected but haven't told about the reason for rejection. I am a simple man and rs.1000 mean a lot to me and moreover its my right to know where my money has gone.So I request you to check upon the issue.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I am customer of Punjab national Bank .I am Pensioner holder. I have pension account in Sahibabad Branch, Sahibabad, . My SB A/C nO, is [protected].I have made a new ATM Card. But my ATM Card was not working. Then i contact to the branch. The branch has told me come to branch for activation. I came to the branch on 29.03.2011.The branch official told me that check your ATM Card on ATM Machine(Branch ATM Machine) . Then I check my ATM card on machine for Balance Enquiry. I found My Balance Less 15000/- Rs. After that I take the mine Statement, which shows 15000/- DR. IN 29.03.2011. I have not withdraw that amount.I contact to the branch and Customer care of pnb. But till that my 15000/- rupess not credited my account. i am pensioner. No other income i have. so, please help me.

          respected sir,
          My father had a pension acct[protected] at pbn safidon . He died on nov05 2010 . All related document have been submitted in same branch and a new acct for my mother's pension opened there only . Now dealing clerk is not dransfering my fathers acct money in my mothers acct [protected]. Once he has sent my brother to rohtak for submitting the documents and now asking to bring a certificate from rohtak that there is no transaction in my father's acct. He is telling that there are many cases which are pending due to this. So , you are reqested to look into this type of all matter in same branch at the earliest please.

          Dear Sirs,
          Pension Fonds can not be transfered from one account to another body account after
          DEATH . The account has to be closed .If the nomination is there, the nominee can
          apply for withdrawl of the amount with proper documents on the same DAY .Otherwise
          Your Mother can withdraw the amount again with proper documents .
          Please note that Mine Mother in law died on 6th April, 2011 .Nomination was
          there in mine name .I approached the bank, believe me after proper documentation, they
          released the pention on the same day after closure of the account i.e. on May 13, 2011.
          Today the banks are nationalised And hence if you are not satsfied with their reply, you can approach R.B.I. Even within ONE MONTH.

          It is very easy to get the work done from Govt. by using R.T.I.Without paying BRIBE. But very 2 DIFFICULT TO GET THE WORK DONE FROM PVT.
          Pl. co-operate with the bank and you will get hassle FREE results.

            I had purchased the PNB oriental mediclaim policy for my parents six months ago. But i did not receive any policy number/Health card till now. When i go to PNB branch from where i bought the policy they told that they had not received the cards/policy number yet. Can you please tell me to whom should i contact? Six moths is more that sufficient time for a policy to issue.

            My wife- Gopa Paul account holder of PNB –Srirampur Branch, (Branch Code-3170)PS-Tamluk, District-Purba Medinipur, PIN-721651, I had taken a ‘’PNB-Oriental Health Insurance Policy’’ from above said branch approximately 10 months ago yet we had not received neither ‘’Policy Bond nor ID card’’. We had visited said branch plenty of times and all the times were just asked to wait for 2-3 days, so it is being requested to you to send my ‘’Policy Bond nor ID card’’ to the said branch so I could collect all from there. It is being request to send as early as you could.

              dear sir/madam,
              i withdrew some cash from the pnb atm on 14 may, however the money debited was not the same as dispensed from the atm. firstly i withdrew rs.15,000 from my acc., then i made a transaction of rs.10,000,
              which were not dispensed. then again i withdrew rs. 10.000, however the balance slip showed that previous 10,000 was also debited from my account. so in all, i withdrew 25,000 rs but the balance of 35,000 was deducted from my account.till today i have not received my balance amt back.

                When i want to approach the manager of the branch then they were also not on the seat. Now i want to request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue and take a necessary action against the staff as they are not co-operating with anybody.

                If i have not received my amount pending since 25.01.2011 then how your accounts being recconciled and what is the assurance of it that you are crediting the right amount to right account.

                I humbly request you to please look into the matter immediately otherwise i have no opetion to go to consumer forum without any further email to you.

                Hope you will resolve the issue and cerdit the same amount to my account and confirm the same to me thru email or on phone [protected],[protected]

                Punjab National Bank — For not taking proper action and harassment

                This was the mail sent to pnb bank in Chennai on 10th december 2009 but there was no reply till today.

                I (Ash Narayan Sharma) am an account holder in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK at Bachra branch,situated at JHARKHAND.My accont no is [protected].I have authorized my son ,Atul kumar to use the debit Card(card no-[protected]) of this account,who is a student of Sathyabama university,Chennai.On 22nd nov 2009,debit card of this account was lost by my son at chennai and an unauthorized transaction of Rs 23000 was done from your ATM (Code-D2395800).This unauthorized transaction was done at 7:33 pm in two parts(Rs 15000 & Rs 8000) on 22nd November 2009.
                We will make an FIR but need some time to reach your bank.We are suspecting that some known ones have done that unauthorized trasaction. So I request you to please save a copy of VIDEO RECORDINGS OF YOUR ATM of date 22nd November 2009.
                All the above informations I have gathered from Delhi Main Branch office and my home Branch.
                Please favour me so that I can make an attempt to recover my money.I will be highly obliged to you for this favour.You can contact me on the number and address undersigned for any query.

                After no reply Atul kumar went to Chennai on 18 dec 2009.On 19 he went to bank for requesting to show.They told that they will show that themselves and kept on shifting the date for tomorrow.when 6 days passed they told that they will not show as technician is not coming.Atul kumar then went to police station for FIR.Police told that there is no FIR for any ATM loss,but they told that they will help.The police also asked bank to show the video,then also they told they are waiting for technician.Atul kumar made a daily round to police station and bank but they kept on avoiding.After so much round and loss of money in Chennai finally the bank manager told that the video of that day is not clear.when he was asked to tell the same to me on mobile by my son,he refused and abused.








                So WHY THE MANAGER CANT TELL THAT THING TO ME AND NEITHER GAVE ANY WRIITTEN PROOF THAT ITS VIDEO WAS NOT WORKING?
                WHAT ABOUT THE HARRASMENT AND LOSS OF MONEY FOR 13 DAYS?
                WHAT IF A TERRORIST WOULD HAVE DONE THE TRASACTION AND THE BANK HAS TO SHOW VIDEOTO CBI?.WHAT WILL IT DO THEN?WILL IT TELL THAT WE DONT HAV CLEAR PICTURES?
                WHY CANT THE BANK HELP ITS CUSTOMERS?WHY CANT THEY HELP TO RECOVER MY MONEY?



                I WANT THE COURT SHOULD SEARCH THAT RECORDINGS ARE THERE OR NOT.

                  Again i am under severe mental agony of the non dispensing of money from the PNB ATM this time at Gurukul Kangri Kankhal Branch at Haridwar and shown as debit from my account Rs.10000 as given below..

                  A reputed Bank like Punjab National Bank not maintaining the ATMs in proper shape to serve customers is really pathetic and needs immediate action.This is second time in a span of 10 days I am experiencing such malfunction and wrong debit..This time I expect a compensation for such poor service like this which makes me mentally stressful and to see the hard earned money debited wrongly from my account..
                  Your immediate investigation and help in reversal and credit of this Rs 10000 back in my account..

                    I am you customer from last many year and I am trying to operate my internet banking but from last six month I am facing the problem in operating it. Like Wise the Customer name is showing Mismatch, not showing the opearational account and I am not been able to operate any of my tranction through it. Which is very much humilating.. I contact many a time to the branch (Modipuram, Meerut)U.P., but till now there is no satisfactory response from therewards.

                      Hello Sir/ Mam, I m Priyanka Verma. I tried to withdrw amount of Rs7000 from PNB ATM, Prem Nagar, Ghaziabad on 8th of feb,2011, but didn't got the amount. After that I came to know that 7000 was deducted from my account. From that day, i m continuously calling to their customer care no.[protected] & my complaint no.is 53904029. Plzzzzzzzzz do something, so that i can get my money as soon as possible.... I'll b very very very thankaful to u.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, i have PNB account (A/C No.[protected]) from Sriganganagar branch, Rajsthan. This is a salary account. i went to my local ATM (SBI Bank,Mehre branch,Hamirpur,himachal perdesh) to get my salary. I wanted to take 10,000/- from my account on 08/11/09 but it dispensed me no(zero) ruppees instead of 10,000/-. And my money 10,000/- deducted from my account. I have already complained to MY PNB BANK, sriganganagar branch. I have already informed to SBI Bank,Mehre branch,Hamirpur,himachal perdesh also. but nobody is responding regarding this problem. this is my salary that's why i am suffering alot. So, please solve my problem as early as possible.

                        My Account is on PNB & saving Bank A/c No Is [protected],Khatima Branch,Missing Amount is 2500, Date Of Missing 11.Jan.2010.

                        Sir As on 11 Jan2010 i am using both two Atm Machine for cash widrow form S.B.I. Khatima, First i have trying Machine 1st through TXN no- 1113 amount 2500 which was not received & reduce my account but after some time deposite same day in my account, but in 2 nd try by me on ATM first through TXN No- 1114 ,amount 2500 which was not received & reduce my account( those amount till dated i m not receved from bank in my account.

                        after some time i am using ATM 2 machine from same S.B.I. Khatima for widrown Rs2500 through TXN No- 2267 as same day which was also not received & reduce in my account ,but after fue days dated 15.jan.2010 deposite in my account by bank,i m trying second time on ATM 2 of S.B.I. Khatima through TXN. No- 2285 for widrown Rs2500 as on 11 jan 2010 finally i have received cash Rs 2500 from this last Transiction.

                        SBI — excess debit by ATM

                        Sir,
                        It was 11.08.2009 in Bhopal (M.P.) i completed all the formalities on ATM mechine but the cash not dispensed. It happened two time and my account was debited by 1000 each for two times ( Total Rs. 2000).
                        I am account holder of SBI, Shajapur.

                        Kindly take necessary step into this matter.

                        SBI — excess debt of Rs.2500 during ATM Transaction

                        I withdrew Rs. 9000/- from ATM SBI Railway Station Palam Colony on 10.10.09 but I actually received Rs. 6500/- only , the amount debited to my a/c no. [protected] (SBI IIT DELHI, Hauz Khas Branch) was 9000/-. I lodged a complaint regarding this with SBI Palam Colony branch on 14.10.09.

                        But unfortunately regardless of several enquiries nothing has been done to refund my Rs. 2,500/-
                        Moreover the staff behaves very rudely.

                        You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that I may receive my Rs. 2,500/-

On[protected] I transfered some entry to CBDT for Income tax purpose. One entry worth Rs. 8439/- was done by me one time, but your system shown it doble, please revome one entry of rs. 8439/- & give same credit in my supra account no. [protected] in the name of sanjiv vij the ID of tr. amount is same in both entry is CBDT /[protected] & now I am attached copy of a/c with this email of the bank in which an amount worth rs. 8439/- is double debtited in my a/c. please solve my problem & thanks

                        I have a saving a/c Holding NO.[protected] in the name of Ramdiya S/. Sh. Zile Singh with your branch PNB Naguran. On[protected] I have recharged vediocon d2h which no is 33794698 rs. 900/. in one time but the same amount less in my account in twice. So total amount less in my account rs. 1800/. That recharge through my ATM which no is [protected]. And that amount is shown in my pass book which transaction no POSP/10001001/[protected]/512 & POSP/10001001/[protected]/512. I have checked vediocon D2H and through your costumer and found that this amount is correct deduction, but vediocon costumer care refused it. please solve my problem & thanks

                        Please provide us a solution for the same, so that i can received my money back in my saving account.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am the customer of ICICI BANK (A/C[protected] and i'm tried to withdraw Rs 10,000/- on[protected] from MY account through the ATM of the Punjab National Bank (ATM located at Lajpat nagar, Amar Colony, ATM Code: H2309600) .My account was debited by Rs 10.000Rs. but i had not recieve the same becouse of some technical erore in ATM, and i have complain in icici bank and also complain in Delhi Govt Mediation and conciliation center for the solution of this issue. (ref: 270/QIA/2010) with three more people who were facing this problem.after 3 hearing in mediation center two people's mony has been refunded on 12/2/2011 but i did not get any money and when i ask my bank , icici bank say that we are unable to help because PNB has declined the bank's request besuese you are not the customer of PNB.


                              Request you to kindly look into this matter on top priority.I am sendin the mail which ICICI Bank send the mail to PNB

                                I have a savings account no. [protected] at Punjab National Bank, Model Town, Delhi branch. I went to withdraw money from the bank on Friday April 29,2011 and had doubt that instead of 100 notes I was given 99 in one of the bundle of Rs.500 so I asked the cashier Mr. Sehgal to recheck as he had a machine on which the chances or error are less. It was just a recheck request which otherwise should have been a regular thing for a "cashier" sitting at the counter to serve the needs of the customers but instead as soon as the figure 100 appeared on the machine that was counting the notes he just jumped off his chair and started shouting in front of the whole branch that I have put an allegation of fraud against him. Another employee of the branch was trying to pacify him as he was shouting on top of his lungs which diverted the attention of all the other people in the branch but that all went in vain as one Mr. BK Gupta who apparently is the senior manager at the branch appeared and started shouting at me that this is no way I am suppose to behave with the employee of the bank and that I should not put allegations on him.

                                Now all I want to understand is how can a recheck request to a cashier be lablled as an allegation by not one but two officials at the bank? And secondly, if this is the way the employees of Punjab National Bank are suppose to behave with the customers then I guess its high time they just shut down the banking operations and start a mafia as these people can be really helpfull with this kind of behaviour and attitude.

                                I am highly disappointed as after being a female and loyal customer of the bank for almost three decades I am treated like this even by senior officials at the bank and I would highly appreciate if you could let me know what sort of remidial action is taken against these two employees of the bank.

                                      I had visited PNB last week. my debit card was broken they told me to get one id proof. then he asked for some other document. he sent me home for 4-5 times i am fed up of their service can anyone help me when i sent an email to [protected]@pnb.co.in But they didnt replied the manager treated me so badly. They do not help the customer. can anyone help me in this regard
                                      This is very embarrassing horrible situation, my closed friend is faced same kind of problem and he is registered his complaint almost every where, but no one replied or helped for solve the problem.
