i have obtained pnb-oriental royal mediclaim policy from oriental insurance company office udhampur (J&K) vide policy no.262102/48/2013/5 dt 5/4/2012 effective from 6 april 2012. but i have not received the card till now. anyone plz guid me as to whom i should contact. my address is - reach_ [protected]@yahoo.in

    Hello Sir,

    On 21st January 2011, i entered Rs. 5000/= in PNB ATM (Andheri) machine for withdrawal whereas i received only Rs. 4100/=. I have HDFC Debit Card, so lodged complaint with HDFC. Complaint Number - 170962. Today on 9th Feb 2011, HDFC informed that they have received an email from PNB saying that based on the PNB ATM audit logs; the user has withdrawn full amount of Rs.5000/= which is very untrue.

    Could you please help me out with this as I have no idea now how to get my missing money.

      I have made a complaint of the toll free no [protected] on 15 of march 2012 and my complaint no. is 57455152. Every time I call at this no I am told to wait for 10 days or a week but nothing has been done to get my amount back.Amount is (Rs.-3020). Till yet I have not received my money back.

      There has been a lot of time taken for this, please I request you to kindly look into the matter.

        I had made an NEFT transaction of INR 22000 from SBI to PNB on 4th Jan, 2011. The amount is still not credited to the PNB account although it has been deducted from my SBI account. I approached SBI also they have shown that the transaction is complete from their end.

        Below are the details of transaction:

        Date of transfer: 4-Jan-2011
        Amount: INR 22000

        Please note that I had written an email to [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, and [protected]@pnb.co.in, but did not get any response.

        Please help me to get my money transferred to PNB account or refund it back to SBI account.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had made an NEFT transaction of INR 35500 from HDFC to PNB mall road Delhi on 2th March, 2012. The amount is still not credited to The PNB account although it has been deducted from my HDFC account. I approached HDFC also They have shown That The transaction is complete from their end.But after 38hours This amount is not credited in my account .Pl. Rectified my problem on urgent basis

          I sufia naz is having saving account no "[protected]" in IT,dasauli,Lucknow branch and PNB atm card number is " [protected]".I lost my atm card on 29 jan and at that time i was having 18203/- rupees in my account and i informed the pnb customer care at 11 pm on the same day to block my card and they gave me the complain no "53703328" after lodging the complain.
          But inspite of my card being blocked there was transaction from my atm card, at 5-30 am on 30 jan 2011 for rs 18200/- how is it possible?
          Please do the needful help for me.I will be very much obliged for this act of kindness.

          PNB, Raja Bazar Branch, Patna(Bihar) — non-payment of money by ATM

          On 29.09 2009 made a transaction for withdrawal of Rs.6000.00 through ATM ID S1AN00015220 of SBI, Patna located at Central Revenue Building Compound, Birchand Patel Chowk, Patna vide TXN No. 6152, response code 072. My card no. is 504884xxxxxxxxxxxx5. But the ATM could not deliver the money and the transaction slip generated bears the remark "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". But the Bank has erroneously debited Rs. 6000.00 from my savings account no. [protected] of PNB, Raja Bajar Branch, Patna(Bihar) against that transaction. It is therefore requested to credit the said amount into my account as it has been erroneously been debited from my account.

          Punjab National Bank — Loss of my atm card but card was not blocked/hotlisted on time and the transaction is to be done.

              I am the student of B. Tech. 1st year in haryana Institute of Engg. & Technology, Kaithal and resident of Villege Bass, District Hisar in haryana. I have applied for study loan in Bass Village PNB branch Three months back. But still I dont got any response from the branch. When I contact to manager he give very rough anwer "ki upper wale jane". I can not undersatnd what does it mean. My friend also apply on the same date and he got the loan. I donot know what is the intension of the manager. I have visited many times but they give the same answer. Now I got frastrated. the manager harrasing me alot. When I asked for my document back So that I can apply to another bank. He also refused to give my document back and misbehave with me. At this stage What can I do.Please help me.

              sir i just want to draw your attention towards very pathethic and corrupt condition of PNB BAWANI KHERA punb0105300...VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR of the employees based on castism, , back door entry work nature, , , , it will be a matter of wonder when ATM ...OK???? BECAUSE EVERY ELOCTRONIC APPLIANCE need to be rebirth????????????lack of bank devoteed man power instead of bank work they preffer to do thier side business work???????????? its not false but totaly authentic...peon will be the cashier during duty time ...where as PNB IS THE LARGEST BANK IN THIS TOWN ...lack of attention by higher authority...VERY NEGATIVE ATTITUDE IS GOING TO INCREASE AMONG THE LOCALLLTY/////MANY TIME COMPLAINTS ALSO BE REG.. BUT NO ANY ACTION even also employees also want to transfer..thats why they r doing so...

                i did my transaction from an ATM and due to the problem of server ,my transaction was not been successfully done as the server for the bank was down.
                so i wanted to do a complaint for my balance deduction for non-withdrawal of the amount from the ATM.

                    I had initiated RTGS fund Transfer of INR 2,40,000(Two Lack Forty thousand) from my PNB account number([protected] ) on 20th Dec 2010. The bank transaction number/UTR No for above said transaction is punbh[protected]. The transaction was done in favour of Bank of India A/c No.[protected].
                    Due to whatsoever reason beneficiaries account is not credited till date. Transaction initiating PNB Pakur Branch is not able to trace the amount and leaving me helpless. During this span of time I have suffered monitory and credit loss due to negligence at your part. My repeated attempt to lodge complain through customer care tol free number [protected] has produced not response so far.
                    Can I expect some help here from some one on consumer complaint platform.

                          As I have account in PNB ALWAR MANU MARG

                          This bank have 1000 rs as minimum balance required to run an account.


                          I deposited 1000 rs as i opened the account in PNB.
                          I applied for cheque they deducted 75 rs from my account with out notification. I went to deposit money in my saving account. I came to know My balance become 925. So it become less of minimum requirement. Further they deducted 250 because. As i told them to settle it back, Head Manager of that branch behaved badly.
                          He told PNB is a(pansari)shop. If you don't like service of my shop, go and close your account. And open some where else.
                          Though I wanted to continue my account further while paying extra for ATM and cheque.
                          All this left a bad image of the PNB bank. Also with information deducting any amount and without notifying my further deduction due to not completing minimum requirement is again i lost 500 rs. they didn't give me any call. Except their website, no where it is mention that they will deduct 75 rs for cheque. also asking in recetion they told Bank made the rule and closed all the clause in the books. that we cant show you before opening the account.

                          As i live in new delhi, i thought my money is still lining safe with bank. But as of sudden i checked it i lost 500 rs. He also said, his custer is most of them {riksha wala}he cant give call to all and inform that your money is getting deducted.

                          I hope you will take up the bank authorities and provide me the justice.

                              I am a customer of your Punjab National Bank, Chowk Bazar, Najibabad, Distt. Bijnor, U.P. having saving a/c no. [protected] and i was issued ATM facility having card no. : [protected].

                              On September 20, 2010 I tried to withdraw Rs. 5550/- from ATM of State Bank of India, Near Double Fatak, Kotdwar Road, Najibabad but I could not receive the amount due to bad transaction and the said amount was debited from my account.

                              I have made a complaint of the toll free no [protected] on 21st of September 2010 and my complaint no. is 34774080. Every time I call at this no I am told to wait for 4 days or a week but nothing has been done to get my amount back. Till yet I have not received my money back.

                              There has been a lot of time taken for this, please I request you to kindly look into the matter.

                              Punjab National Bank — Unauthorized charges

                              My account balance is about 2000 and it was automatically deducted and my atm card is not working properly!

                                Rs 30000/- was sent to Riclecms a/c 3085tcvb H.D.F.C MUMBAI on 10-11-10 from my a/c [protected] PNB JAISALMER (u.t.r. no [protected]) amount is still not transfered or return to my a/c altho more than 2 months has passed in this regard i have complaint at pnb help line service complaint no 53040626 please do some thing for my fund and complaint

                                    for online shoping i registered card in pnb electracard site for "3D secure service".after certain days i see that the service is deactivated on my card so i can not purchase online items what i ahve to do now ?
                                    i cal;l to customecre at [protected] they registered my complaint and tell me that service will re activated on my card in 3 days but it not activated i again call them and they again said me that it will activate in 48hrs .i went to branch of pnb they terll me they can nt activate this service.

                                    My atm card got Detractive. So i cant use my online uses, and most of time i use my card online tck and recharge.
                                    I called so many times to customer care. bt they didnt do anything...
                                    They only said "we ll do it soon as posible"

                                    They said to wait for reset it after 24 hours. But it not workable.
