I am a customer of your Punjab National Bank, Chowk Bazar, Najibabad, Distt. Bijnor, U.P. having saving a/c no. [protected] and i was issued ATM facility having card no. : [protected].

On September 20, 2010 I tried to withdraw Rs. 5550/- from ATM of State Bank of India, Near Double Fatak, Kotdwar Road, Najibabad but I could not receive the amount due to bad transaction and the said amount was debited...

Rs 30000/- was sent to Riclecms a/c 3085tcvb H.D.F.C MUMBAI on 10-11-10 from my a/c [protected] PNB JAISALMER (u.t.r. no [protected]) amount is still not transfered or return to my a/c altho more than 2 months has passed in this regard i have complaint at pnb help line service complaint no 53040626 please do some thing for my fund and complaint...

My Account is opened with Punjab National Bank, Preet Vihar New Delhi. It is a Zero Balance A/c and is Inactive from a long time. I went to Delhi in the month of December and fill the required form to active my A/c but it is not active till now.

for online shoping i registered card in pnb electracard site for "3D secure service".after certain days i see that the service is deactivated on my card so i can not purchase online items what i ahve to do now ?

I had not received ATM widthrawal in Dec 2009 of amy Rs. 10,000.00 and same time lounched complaint[protected] to PNB customer care.

Till date there is no result after lot of followup and tracking to banks, Customer care and Bank Manager.

It is indeed with deep heart I am penning this complaint against your Kachi Chawni branch for not accepting the cheque of Nagrota Branch if both branches are connected with each then what is the reason of keeping my cheque without informing me for four days in their custody and returning the same cheque after four days to me ( even I would like to inform you that same branch had accepted my cheque for same purpose on[protected]...

I purchased a cellphone using ebay.in and paid for the same Rs.4025 using PNB Debit card.
But since the cellphone was not delivered to me a refund was approved from Ebay Side.on 03/09/2010 by paisapay.

Sir/Madam,
I drop a cheque for Rs. 26,141/- for collection in Bank's Cheque Drop Box on 27/10/2010. This cheque is already realised from the party's account (Central Bank of India, Nasriganj) on 04/11/2010.
