Dear sir / Madam,
I sufia naz is having saving account no "[protected]" in IT,dasauli,Lucknow branch and PNB atm card number is " [protected]".I lost my atm card on 29 jan and at that time i was having 18203/- rupees in my account and i informed the pnb customer care at 11 pm on the same day to block my card and they gave me the complain no "53703328" after lodging the complain.
But inspite of my card being blocked there was transaction from my atm card, at 5-30 am on 30 jan 2011 for rs 18200/- how is it possible?
Please do the needful help for me.I will be very much obliged for this act of kindness.

so many times I went there for Pass book entries but no one is taking interest to complete my pass book. whenever I went they have rejected due to time problem or short staff. scan copy of my pass book attached for the reference.
One year ago there were ATM machine inside the Bank, it was also removed from there. what is the use of these types of Branches, when they are not giving proper service to the clients . Also one Officer is there who is very rude to the customers.
All staff working there are improper for customer services.
Please look into the matter at the earliest.
