I have a savings account no. [protected] at Punjab National Bank, Model Town, Delhi branch. I went to withdraw money from the bank on Friday April 29,2011 and had doubt that instead of 100 notes I was given 99 in one of the bundle of Rs.500 so I asked the cashier Mr. Sehgal to recheck as he had a machine on which the chances or error are less. It was just a recheck request which otherwise should have been a regular thing for a "cashier" sitting at the counter to serve the needs of the customers but instead as soon as the figure 100 appeared on the machine that was counting the notes he just jumped off his chair and started shouting in front of the whole branch that I have put an allegation of fraud against him. Another employee of the branch was trying to pacify him as he was shouting on top of his lungs which diverted the attention of all the other people in the branch but that all went in vain as one Mr. BK Gupta who apparently is the senior manager at the branch appeared and started shouting at me that this is no way I am suppose to behave with the employee of the bank and that I should not put allegations on him.

Now all I want to understand is how can a recheck request to a cashier be lablled as an allegation by not one but two officials at the bank? And secondly, if this is the way the employees of Punjab National Bank are suppose to behave with the customers then I guess its high time they just shut down the banking operations and start a mafia as these people can be really helpfull with this kind of behaviour and attitude.

I am highly disappointed as after being a female and loyal customer of the bank for almost three decades I am treated like this even by senior officials at the bank and I would highly appreciate if you could let me know what sort of remidial action is taken against these two employees of the bank.

        I had visited PNB last week. my debit card was broken they told me to get one id proof. then he asked for some other document. he sent me home for 4-5 times i am fed up of their service can anyone help me when i sent an email to [protected]@pnb.co.in But they didnt replied the manager treated me so badly. They do not help the customer. can anyone help me in this regard
        This is very embarrassing horrible situation, my closed friend is faced same kind of problem and he is registered his complaint almost every where, but no one replied or helped for solve the problem.

On 26/01/11 I had tried to withdrawal Rs. 10,000/- from my account by using Debit card from Axis Bank ATM Madangir .Due to some technical issue I was not able to withdrawal money. But Rs. 10,000/- was debited from my Account. In this regards I had written compliant to Branch Manager Khanpur Delhi .Copy is enclosed for your reference. But nobody has taking any action on this.

                I had initiated RTGS fund Transfer of INR 50,000(Fifty thousand) from Our Allahabad Bahn account number[protected] on 5th April 2010. The bank transaction number/UTR No for above said transaction is ALLAH[protected]. The transaction was done in favour of Punjab National bank (IFS CodePUNB0484500) Account No.[protected]. Due to whatsoever reason beneficiaries account is not credited till date. Transaction initiating Allahabad Bank Matunga Branch Mumbai -400016 is not capable to trace the amount and leaving us helpless. Allahabad Bank filed Four Complaint to Punjab national bank and bank not replying. During this span of time I have suffered monitory and credit loss due to negligence at Punjab national bank Part . My repeated attempt to lodge complain through customer care tol free number [protected] has produced not response so far. Can I expect some help here from some one on consumer complaint platform.                   Respected Sir,
                  My name is NISHISH CHANDRA PATHAK, my PNB Saving A/c no. is [protected] and my ATM CARD No. is [protected]. Sir, on 16/12/2010 at 16:36 pm I withdraw Rs.3000/- from PNB ATM but the machine issued single note of Rs.1000/- bearing no.6AV964652 in a scratched manner and at the same time Rs. 3000/- was debited from my a/c no.[protected].
                  I complained the local authority immediately. They said to lodge a complain to ATM Call Centre No. [protected]. I made a call to call center immediately. They requested me to wait for 24 hour. My problem was not solved so I made call on 18/12/10 again. They gave me a complain no. 52674601, and asked me to wait for 1 weak.
                  After one weak the complain center ([protected]) said that your complain is rejected because your transaction is successful if you still have any problem go to the local branch, your problem might be a machine problem which will be solved locally.
                  I met ATM Manager. He said that they had found extra money in ATM when it was opened and had sended the data to Central ATM Office ( Cell). Now its up to them. I am helpless!
                  Sir now I am totally annoyed and fed up with this kind of approach. If the local authority is justifying that they have found extra money in ATM, than why they are not crediting the complained amount in my account, rather they are throwing the boll from one court to another.
                  Please help me and get my problem solved

I received password from bank dated 15/04/2011 . for enable the password i go to bank 4 to 5 times . then i click pnbindia.in internetbanking to use this password . with user id FXO001808 (AC NO. [protected]) the password is very blur who not visible clear . i input the password 3 or 4 times. my password has been rejected by website pnbindia.in . then i call to customer care number [protected] delhi . they call that the password has been rejected . you are not able to use this password . i say that please refresh the password. they denied.

I registered complain on 28th February, 2011 when I was submitting my fee Rs.9550/- in the favour of SMU by ATM card (swipe machine) dated 20th Feb. 2011 time: 15:01:43.                         On April 10, 2011, at 08:44:42 I swiped my PNB debit card at a petrol bunk by name Balaji Agencies, Valasaravakkam, Chennai for Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) towards filling petrol for my car. The charge slip did not generate. But my A/c was debited with Rs.1000/- for the same transaction. Kindly reverse the entry with due credit to my A/C with PNB.

                          On dated[protected] Panjab National Bank debited 20000 from two saving accounts of my family 10000 each when it was bring in Bank manger Mr Badoula's notice he said that he has no time to look this matter and he said me to sit out side of his office.
                          There are five saving accounts of my family in Panjab National Bank , A/c [protected] by Dr. Suresh Singh Naruka and A/c no.[protected] by Mrs Urmila Devi Naruka ,are the accounts in which amount of 10000 was debited and shown as ATM withdrawal but actually amount was not withdrawn,when i met to mr Badoula manager PNB Madanganj-Kishangarh {Ajmer},he said that he has no time to look this matter and he said me to sit out side of his office.after waiting an hour he said that there is no use of lodge complaint and he could not do nothing in this matter,he directed me that there is a toll free number on which i can lodge my complaint and he did not gave me any satisfactory answer.
                          after that i have lodged my complaint on toll free number and the complaint no.are 54792375,54792425 but still there is no progress and amount still not paid in above mentioned account.
                          i want to take your kind attention that a customer opens an account in bank on his credit and this is literally injustice with a customer and bank is liable for the amount deposited in bank and bank official should give satisfactory answer to his customers and should not forget his duties towards customer.
                          Please take necessary action against bank official and system and arrange to direct bank to deposit deducted amount as soon as possible.

I have made a payment or Rs. 5000 to E Web Guru (Noida) using Internet payment using debit card facility dt.[protected]. after making all the process of payment it has gone fail and message was appear “Payment was not success” but my amount of Rs. 5000 has been debit (-) from my account while it is not reached at E Web Guru. i have gone to my branch to confirm it and the branch manage make me assure that my amount is in pool and it will come back in my account soon.

                              i tried to have Rs 7500 withdrawn through punjab national bank ar Rajapuri Dwarka ATM on april 09,2011,but the trasaction declined,However to my dismay the RS 7500 debited on my account
                              I have a HDFC account and my account no is [protected].I complained on call centre of HDFC,and they registered my complaintunder the complaint no198097 and they said that it will take atleast 12 days to look into the matter,as i am strongly in need of money,plz fast track the case.

                                I have to give a complaint though I was a staff of Punjab National Bank.I retired from bank in Dec.2000 and as per pension option I have applied pension but due to some unavoidable circumstances I have not paid my PF amt in time but after that date within 4-5 days I paid that amt. to my a/c as bank has frized the PF a/c where the money should deposit. But from last 2 months I wrote so many letters to my bank nobody bothered about my pension for which I am struggling as its given by Govt.and pension already started to other Ex staff from Jan 2011.I am going thro' a tough period in which I need my pension very badly in urgent.But my matter still its pending and Delhi HO rejected my pension for a small mistake.

                                  This is to inform that on 09.11.2010 my account got debited twice for the single transaction - transaction ID ? - CD1504526 for Rs.1467/- for purchase in 'Total'shopping mall.

                                  I lodged compliant two times in customer care thro toll free number, refer the compliant numbers

                                  I neither get the credit nor response from the bank/customer care.

                                  Your immediate response and credit is highly appreciated in this regard, otherwise I regret to inform that this matter will be complained with Reserve Bank of India.

                                  PNB — Double Deduction for a single withdrawal

                                  Sir, I have a salaried account in Pnb Azadpur branch, delhi. i have withdrawn rs 10,000 from atm on november 23 2009 but when i got a mini statement it deducted that amount twice from my account. i have already complained about it on Pnb's toll free no and also called the respected branch 1 month ago. i have issued the complaint no 22750589.no action has been taken till now. pls look into the matter
                                  Hello this zaheer Ahmed from assam.i want to register a complaint on account of the fact that after deducting Rs. 1300 i got a mini statement stating it deducted twice that amount from my account.i took this matter to the concerned branch but they refuse to arrive at any conclusion.plz help

BUT I NOT ABLE TO GOT NET BANKING KIT, IN THIS REGARDING MYSELF VISITED IN BANK BHUNTER MANY TIMES BUT EVERY TIME BANK EMPLOYEES SAYS YOUR NET BANKING KIT NOT RECEIVED OUR HEAD OFFICE,AND SAYS YOU ASK AFTER SOME TIME.
                                    SIR IN THIS REGARDING I CONTACT WITH PNB TOLL NO.[protected] ON DT.06.04.2011,HE SAYS THAT YOUR INTERNET BANKING KIT ISSUED FROM HERE ON DT.17.02.2011 AND HE SUGGESTED THAT YOU CONTACT WITH YOUR BRANCH BHUNTER,AFTER THAT I CONTACT WITH PNB BHUNTER ON SAME DAY BUT BANK EMPLOYEE SAID THAT YOUR INTERNET BANKING KIT NOT RECEIVED YET TIME FROM HEAD OFFICE.

                                    SIR KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      I have visited PNB Patparganj on 23.2.2011 and tried to withdrawn money of Rs.6000/- from ATM ID No. N2 151800 but due to problem in ATM Machine could not get the money and the said amount also debited from my Bank of Baroda saving account.My S. B. A/c No. [protected]. I have also lodged complaint to my bank, but the status is shown as 'successful transaction'.

                                      You are kindly requested to please look into the matter and arrange to credit the above said amount to my account.

                                        With all humility , our Association is taking up this opportunity to bring into your kind notice the plight of thousands of poor residents of aforesaid colony. The position is briefly mentioned hereunder for your kind consideration:

                                        1. Bhagya Vihar, Jain Colony is one of the 1432 unauthorized colonies approved for regularization by the Government of India on the recommendations of the Government of NCT of Delhi. Most of the residents of this colony have been living here for more than 20 years and belong to lower strata of this society.

                                        2. The Government of NCT of Delhi issued a provisional regularization certificate to our colony bearing No. F.1-33/UC/UD/2004/Pt.III dated 17/09/2008. The final and formal regularization of the colony is still awaited.

                                        3. We have no bank facility in our area, but there is a PNB ATM Branch already exist. Your bank person already assurance to open a PNB Branch at our area when they install ATM. However, the outcome of our suggestion is still not known . If your our good office to open a branch then thousand of residents will be benefited for the same.
