    hello sir i am from gujart vadodara i have open a ne w acc in PNB it gives me a master card -debit card.
    for online shoping i registered card in pnb electracard site for "3D secure service".after certain days i see that the service is deactivated on my card so i can not purchase online items what i ahve to do now ?
    i cal;l to customecre at [protected] they registered my complaint and tell me that service will re activated on my card in 3 days but it not activated i again call them and they again said me that it will activate in 48hrs .i went to branch of pnb they terll me they can nt activate this service.

    I m from jaipur, Rajasthan.
    My atm card got Detractive. So i cant use my online uses, and most of time i use my card online tck and recharge.
    I called so many times to customer care. bt they didnt do anything...
    They only said "we ll do it soon as posible"
    bt i does'nt work..
    So please help me in this..

    sir my name umesh kumar PNB ., i have master card (ATM and shopping card) . i registered card in 3D secure service but i have forgot its password ...and the mobile no which i registered at the branch has been lost and is not working plz tell me how to resolve this problem as soon as possible i shall be highly obliged
    My card has been deactivated for 3D secure service. I had contacted
    Through the help line number many times but doesn't seems to be helpful.
    They said to wait for reset it after 24 hours. But it not workable.
    There help support is too worst.

    What procedure do i need to follow to activate it again

          Recently I tried to get a car loan from HDFC Bank. My car loan is getting delayed because of wrong CIBIL report. I submitted all the required papers but my application got rejected as my name was listed in CIBIL defaulters list. Because of that I am not able to get any loan from bank.

          Ref. to your CIBIL information report Control No[protected] the details which are mentioned in the report are not clear, I am not aware of the loan which is mentioned on my name. As I have not taken any loan from any bank. Report is showing Bank name PNB and A/C INFO:[protected].

          I visited the PNB bank sec-49 and Sec-45 Chandigarh, but they not responded my query and said[protected] is not our bank account.

          Please help me.

              It is indeed with deep heart I am penning this complaint against your Kachi Chawni branch for not accepting the cheque of Nagrota Branch if both branches are connected with each then what is the reason of keeping my cheque without informing me for four days in their custody and returning the same cheque after four days to me ( even I would like to inform you that same branch had accepted my cheque for same purpose on[protected] The transaction of my company's account (Smc Global Securities Ltd. and Smc Comtrade Ltd ) with your bank is not rare if bank has made new rules kindly inform me.

                I purchased a cellphone using ebay.in and paid for the same Rs.4025 using PNB Debit card.
                But since the cellphone was not delivered to me a refund was approved from Ebay Side.on 03/09/2010 by paisapay.

                Today is 09/09/10 still no money from ebay.in is reflected in my bank account. Customer support gave me some RRN no. and Authoriztion ID but my bank officials(Punjab national bank) are not aware of that. I have been calling 2-3 times a day to paisapay customer support still no information is given to me. Kindly look into the matter.
                It has been over 3 months now..I tried sending mail to RBI,ICICI,PNB,Ebay...
                None of them have even bothered to revert back to me,

                  Dear Sir,

                  It is with great disappointment I am forced to write this mail to you and I have
                  a valid reason for not proceeding and shifting my saving account from a poorly
                  organised government sector bank, Punjab National Bank, having
                  absolutely ill-mannered and sub standard employees including the branch
                  manager... to a well managed private bank...

                  We have a saving bank account with PNB, Sardar Patel Nagar, Chanakyapuri, New
                  Delhi having A/C No. [protected] in the name of Ms. Priyamvada Arya who is
                  my Wife.

                  Further, we have another joint account in the same branch in between me,
                  secondary A/C holder, and my wife, primary A/C holder, having A/C
                  No.[protected] where the name of my wife is mentioned as Priyamvada S.
                  Agnihotri which is the name after marriage and my name as Shrey Agnihotri.

                  Due to some technical error A/C No.[protected] is reflecting the A/C
                  holders name as Priyamvada S. Agnihotri which is absolutely wrong as the account
                  was opened in the name of Priyamvada Arya, it can be cross checked by the
                  signature of Priyamvada Arya.

                  Now due to this we are unable to operate the account in a smooth manner and
                  unable to deposit the cheques issued in favour of Priyamvada Arya.

                  I have been recently transferred to Indore from Delhi hence i called up
                  Ms. Usha Kapoor, Branch Manager of PNB, Sardar Patel Nagar, Chanakyapuri, New
                  Delhi I was astonished and surprised to hear the way she was treating me and
                  clearly denying to get my problem solved and asking me to visit the branch
                  personally and get it resolved myself. I requested her that I cannot visit Delhi
                  for another few months and I need to drop a cheque in this account, she very
                  bluntly and ruthlessly replied “that’s not my problem”.

                  Such unparliamentarily language and a rude behaviour is not expected from a lady
                  that too a Branch Manager of PNB. Forget about solving and addressing my problem
                  her pitch of voice was so high that I had no option but to keep the phone
                  down... Earlier also I have faced problems from the employees of this branch due
                  to their behaviour and hence have hold my hands from doing any further
                  transactions, which is visible from my statements.

                        Sir/Madam,
                        I drop a cheque for Rs. 26,141/- for collection in Bank's Cheque Drop Box on 27/10/2010. This cheque is already realised from the party's account (Central Bank of India, Nasriganj) on 04/11/2010. But this amount is not entered in my account No. [protected] till 15/12/2010. The documents after clearing already received by bank clerk on 12/11/2010 through courier.

                        What time is to be taken by the bank for making a simple entry ? Is bank liable for any interest or penalty after this type of negligence ?

                          1. I am holding a/c no-[protected] in new market patna branch of Punjab national Bank.
                          2. On 24 july.2010, at 11.20 AM i tried to withdraw Rs 10000- through atm
                          card no-[protected] of PNB from the ATM of HSBC,PATNA at
                          gandhimaidan,patna. However the transaction
                          was declined due to transaction time out reason. On
                          25 july,2010 when i checked my Account in PNB bank branch at kankarbagh, the amount of RS 10000/- was shown as debited from the said ATM.
                          3. In view of above may i requested Punjab Natinal Bank to kindly credit Rs 10000/- back to
                          my account as soon as possible, as i am a salaried employ and this money
                          was from my salary for the month of july.
                          4. I even lodged my complaint with complaint cell of PNB but no acknowledgement have been recieved from the Bank even uptill yetThanking you
                          5. I have logded complain on 27th July 2010 on PNB complaint No. [protected] and the complaint No. is 32385932 .
                          6. After that atleast 50 times I have called on the number and all the time , I have been told that your money will be credited in your account in 5 days or 7 days everytime.
                          7. On 7th Sep 2010 , when I called, they said that your money has been credited in your account by the other bank but the same amount has not been credited in my account till now.

                          Its my humble request to you, kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps so that I can recieve my money as soon as possible

                          I want to Inform PNB officer that lots of money is withdrawal form PNB ATM in our locality by Nepali Person who have hundreds of Nepali Bank ATM. The Guard of ATM supports them and close the door or not allowed the common people to withdrawal money from ATM, he says they are important person. Some local person also says that the guard of ATM earns Rs.500 per term (according to person). The local people are facing problem. The ATM are Kidwaipuri, Shedo Mehto Road, Raja Pul...and many.
                          Sir, Please look after this. This is type of Forgein Exchange they are using Hawala Money system in Patna Market.

                          Myself Rajkumar Rathore holding saving account no. [protected] with PNB DHAKRANI (Dehra Dun) branch.Today I used my PNB ATM card at SBI Herbert pur (Dehra Dun) branch but declined payment with slips, but debited Rs 3020/- two times within two minute. After 1 minute I used my ATM card at OBC Herbert Pur and I received Rs 3000/- and debited Rs, 3020/- to above account. Hence I received Rs. 3000/- only but debited Rs.9060/- to my account mentioned above. So please help me to credit Rs.6040/- to my above saving account.

                          Whole day I was tying to contact on PNB customer care no. [protected] and [protected] but in vein. I was asked to hold line for about more than 1 hour but nobody was there to attend me.

                            My bakker Pnb Had Sent Me a cheque book vide SPEED POST , B.N.P.L. Cod No.[protected], KalkaJi HPO New Delhi to y residential address at Block `C` H. No. 747-B, Sushant lok-1 Gurgaon But the envelope was delivered at my place and it was returned to the PNB Dilshad Garden Br. Delhi with the remark` Adhhora Pata `,e. incomplete address .
                            I am a pensioner and getting my pension from the PNB and residing at the above address for about 10 years . I am recieving dak on this address not onlyfrom the post office but also from other services . I fail to understand as how the address was `incomplete ` and the post man thonks to be complete address
                            The reurnof the speed post envelope has caused me harrassment needless expenditure as i had to go to the bank at Dilshag Garden to collect the cheque . Kindly do the needful to chestise the post man who had retiurned the dak on false report and thereby caused harrassment to me

                              I have depostied a cheque no 130497 in my Panjab National Bank account No [protected] on 23-Nov-2010. Cheque issued by Stats Bank of Patiala. PNB branch located in village Chang, Distt. Bhiwani, Satae Haryana -127027 (India) . But the same is not cleared till 16-Dec-2010. Local cheq clearing is 3 to 14 dayes in Govt Bank as per saying PNB employee. I went to bank on 16-Dec-2010 for confirm my cheque stauts. It's not cleared till 16-Dec-10 and Bank employee Mr. Charn Das speak with us unfropfasonal language and i told him please be profasonal and i request him (Charn Das) to correct the name in my A/c also. He said you came day after tommorrow, But why i will come day after tommorrow. He could checked my account opening form and correct it on that time but he didn't and speak in unprofasonal language and loundly.
                              So I request you please do the action with Mr. Charn Das.

                                I had submitted a cheque amount Rs. 15000 (Fifteen thousand rupees only) [Name of Bank :- Central Bank of India, Branch :- Rasra Dist.:- Ballia (Uttar Praadesh Cheque No. 152566)] on 09/09/2010 to Punjab National Bank Branch Gajraula.

                                Till date the amount had not been credited to my account and also the validity of the cheque is over.

                                Branch official are not coperating and not taking any concrete steps despite of more than three months delay in clearance.

                                Please, look into the matter and take strict action on the concerned officials.

                                  I am a pnb customer having many accounts in PNB. I am having a saving account No. [protected] on which I requested for internet banking facility in March 2010. After repeated reminders and complains made in PNB branch New Tehri I could get my Internet banking user Id and password in August end i.e. after 5 months which was very very late.

                                  Any how, I started using internet banking. Now the problem is that my SMS alert is not activated on my Phone No. [protected]. It has been again a long long time that I am strugling to get the SMS alert facility activated on my phone for the last more than 3 months. I am not able to make any NEFT or RTGS transactions due to this problem.

                                  It is very bad on the part of a nationalized bank like Punjab National Bank that a small problem of a regular customer is not being undertaken seriously. I have personally visited PNB branch New Tehri many times and I check on the developments made to solve my problems telephonically daily but every time the reply that the message has been conveyed to to Dehradun, Dehli etc. They will look after the complaint etc. etc. and so on.

                                  I tried SMS alert activation from PNB ATM also, I requested to SMS alert activation to the PNB New Tehri Branch also, I called the customert care also but my problem has not been sloved for the last three months which is very shameful for PNB. I will wait for some more time, otherwise I shall close all my accounts in PNB and tell others also about the carelessness of PNB. This is the only option available with me.

I'm endlessly calling customer support for my queries but they are unable to answer the exact reason for the problem and the same case is with the Branch too which is situated in Sadar, Agra from where i got my card issued. Kindly resolve my problem soon otherwise i have to withdraw my acc. from your bank.

                                        presently i am working as a vice president , druk pnb bank ltd, deputation from punjab national bank. my wife alka sood is residing in dehradun , when she contacted at subhash road SBI to get DDA form, she was misbehaved by branch head DD Sharma , He refused to give DDA forms on the plea that she can get the same only when she applies for loan. When i contacted him from bhutan , i was refused & even threatened to do any thing i want.

                                        I am also forwarding my complaint to RBI as well as ministry of finance & wish to know under which guidelines ban is refusing issuance of forms

                                        sbi is enjoying complete monopoly under the patronage of govt. of india. the officials even do not hesitate to misbehave with ladies. Burning case is the denial of DDA forms by subhash road - dehradun branch to my wife.
