For your kind information that last week on 2nd feb I am open new account in your Punjab National Bank from branch City Jassur (Kangra) H.P. My A/c No:- [protected], My ATM Card No :- [protected]. Its not working
I am also called in your cust care but no one give me any solution to access in my a/c
He told me come our near branch and pay fine 100rs. I want to Know that Why fine
Charged to me. I am paying 500rs for a/c open and after that 20000rs (cheque) transfer
To my a/c, that Receipt no of 20000 is M286823 Date 02/02/2009. Sir I am in some
Financial problem, so please solve my this problem as soon as possible

ATM — charging fine

1. Their should not be any charge for not maintaining minimum balance in a salary a/c as per the RBI guidelines, it is a zero balance a/c, same like other banks maintain whereas an amount of Rs. 200/- has been charged to my a/c no: 28870 ( benachity branch / uco bank). No right person was available to listen to my grievances. Most of the time they fail to maintain cash as happened yesterday evening too where my transaction was declined due to insufficient cash.

Punjab National Bank — trouble with atm

i use my pnb atm card for withdrawal the cash of sum 15000 before 1 month. and i use it in vrindavan. my account is with panipat branch named vrinda. at evening i use it and when i had done all formalities, the cash was counted when it comes out, it did not come properly, the macine was not ok. the cash was just in and i tried my best to get that but it was gone back. then next morning i gone to the bank and asked them for the solution, they said the money will aoutomatically trnsfer to your a/c. then i complaint to the pnb customer care they also said same thing and today after 1month nobody can tell when will money come back to my a/c. this is the fast services of the bank. i want to make my interest of my money and they frusteted me and they damm cares. i want to go to the consumer court against them.

    Dear Sir,

    There was an unknown transition of amount 24, 000 from my account through net banking by some unknown person on 29th of December 2008 at 12:06 in the afternoon.

    The person who has done the transition is now known and the information was given by the bank, and even all the details were provided by the bank only about the person.

    I have registered complaint with the baranch and also with the coustomer care of the bank, but till date no action is done by the bank. They always say they are doing something and now more than 2 months have already passed and no responce from the bank.

    You are my last last hope, please do something as 24000 is a very big amount for me.

    You should look into the matter and act on the bank for not refunding the amount to the holder
    Dear Sir,

    i am already account holder in pnb Br. adalat road, aurangabad. a/c no. [protected], i will be apply for atm card befor 2 year in br. accounts mangaer but till date we will not received atm card, i was show last two year statement thier in debited atm charges two time why?

      Dear Sir/maam,
      We Gurmeet Raturi and Megha Raturi, the account holders of Punjab National Bank, clock tower, Dehra Doon, which is also salary a/c of Capt Gurmeet Raturi, Army, have two ATM cards bearing card no.[protected] and[protected]. we got the latter card issued from dehra dun in december 2008, which never got activated. so, we used the previous ATM card for all transactions. on 04 feb 2009, i transacted an amount of Rs 5000 from the card no.[protected] from Hoshiarpur ATM, but there were two other transactions which were of the amount of Rs 7000 and Rs 15000 from paltan bazar dehra dun on 04 feb 2009, which was not done by us.we spoke to the customer care and were told that the amount has been taken out from ATM card no.[protected] issued on our name, which has been blocked by us now.
      This is our humble request to you to please look into the matter and help us refund the amount as soon as possible as this fault is from the Bank end.And the above being the salary account is the only source of expenditure to us.

      i had made payment through ATM card with a shopkeeper as on 01.01.2010.my first transction had dicline but second transction was success.But my account has been debited with double amount.i have all ready complained to PNB customer care, comp no[protected], but till now, i.e as on 23.02.2010 no action has been taken.

        Dear sir,
        My Account No. is[protected] & my bank code is 396500 at chinar complex, BB Cantt, Srinagar.
        I have withdrawn an amount 0f Rs. 1500/ - from HDFC ATM (AhmedNagar, Maharashtra) as on 12 Jan 2009.After transaction I did not receive that much amount, but the same amount is deducted from my main account. I have given written complaint to The Bank Manager, where my account is running. There is no any action carried out by the bank authorities.
        Therefore I request to your kind honour to consider this complaint by priority to refund the same amount in my Savings acct.

        I am a satisfied customer of PNB bank for the three two years. On 10 feb 2010, I went to withdraw cash from an ATM of SBI Bank at around 6 PM evening using my PNB DEBIT CARD, I tried for cash 700 but the transaction was turned down and no cash was received.. when I complain on pnb customer care they provide me only complain no.25239179.
        kindly do the needfull and try to return back my money as soon as possible.

          respected sir
          i would like to file a complaint against the manager of punjab national bank kakrola more uttam nagar new delhi 110059. iam pursuing my m.c.a. from i.p university at northern india engg. college shastri park, new delhi ip university. manager of bank has a very bad attitude towards the customer . he is misguiding me from last 8 months .
          he always gives an excuse that we don't have any loan officer and we cannot forward my request.then after 8 months i asked from them you just give me in a written that you do not have aloan officer .
          he started shouting and misbehaving with me like an illetrate.
          sir i really in a need of money to purue my education further plz look forward to my request.these types of officers always leads to the corruption in our society and spoil the future of young bright students who can really work for the upliftment of our nation.

            Subject:- Amt deducted by Punjab National Bank from Zero Balance Account.

            Dear Sir,

            I have an account in Punjab National bank, branch-Hodal(Palwal) in Haryana. This Account is Unemployment A/C . and Opening by Employment Office Hodal (Faridabad) on Zero Balance. My account No. is [protected]. . Haryana Govt. give Unemployment Allowance Rs.1500/- in my account after every Three Months. I had been received full amount from Punjab National Bank with many Years and I not found any deduction . But When Dated 27/01/2009 I checked My Account Balance in a ATM on Faridabad Branch . Then I found 283/- less amount. I found Rs.1217/- . But Actual amount may be Rs. 1500/-. Then I drawn Rs.1200/- and balance is Rs. 17. But Beacause This account is a Zero Balance A/c Open by Employment Exchange before many years. So Balance may be 300/-. So Sir I requested that please Solve this matter . Because I am very Poor Man and not success to get a job for my family.

              PNB complaint — Non receiving of money

              Respected Sir,

              I am an account of PNB, my account no. is [protected]. I made transaction in Canara Bank ATM for Rs. 6800/- (Rupees Six Thousand Eight Hundred only) on 1st April, it was blocked and on 2nd April I made transaction on PNB the amount was debited. I have given the complaint at PNB, Peenya Industrial Estate Branch, Bangalore, office of PNB.

              I called toll free on 2nd April, and again I called on 6th April and the complaint No. is 14806837 and they informed that it will take 45 days.

              As I am facing lot of problem towards paying the house rent, my childrens school fees and other problems, your toll free people said it will take 45 days as I dont have money please request you to clear the payment within a day or else I am going to die.

              I once again kindly request you to clear my payment within a day.

              I have saving bank account in PNB, Branch Unnao.(U.P). My Account No. is [protected]. On 15 March 2009 I visited the ATM of PNB, MGF MALL, JAIPUR. There i entered the Amount of RS. 4000/- for withdrawl from Atm Machine But I could receive the amount And 4000/-Rs. Less in my account. A Long time Spend but no positive action has been taken.
              So I request you to Re-Deposit the amount back in my AC.

The same amount was cr.in my a/c on 10/07/2009, again it was dr. from my a/c on10th itself. when i went there they told me it will take time. I went again the took my ph. no and assure me that they will call me back after solving my problem, but till day 19/09/2009 no responce.
              I am a senior citizen & it is very difficult to go again & again in the bank .

              I have got S/B a/c no [protected] in Unnao Branch (UP).On 17 Sep 09 I tried for two consecutive withdrawal of 10, 000/- each from AXIS Bank ATM (Code-S1AW2865) at Allahabad . I got only one time cash of Rs 10, 000/- whereas for second withdrawal the machine did not give the cash but the amount has been deducted from my a/c.The matter was reported to ATM Guard immediately, he told within 24 hrs the amount will be credited to a/c of itself.For regret the same has not happened till date which is causing a lot of mental trauma to me.On the same date and time I made the withdrawal of Rs 10000/- from SBI ATM at Allahabad which was showing the correct balance.But on next day when I checked the a/c balance was less Rs 10000/-of what it should actually be.It is my request to intervene the matter and credit the wrongly detected amount to my a/c.I shall be grateful to you.

              Punjab National Bank — non dispensed of cash from ATm machine

              I had done a transaction of rs 2000/- on 26-09-09 through axis bank ATM machine sanjay place AGRA,but the cash was not dispensed from the machine and account was debited with rupees 2000/-.i had lodged the complaint in customer care.docket id(complaint no.) is 20192601, my bank A/c no. is[protected] and my branch is SIR KI MANDI,JAIPUR HOUSE,AGRA.please help me by rectifying the error as soon as possible.

              A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the PNB bank ATM. But my account is showing that Rs.15000/-has been debited for the transaction.

              I have already apprised The Manager PNB Joginder Nagar H.P. to reconcile the said discrepancy .As the withdrawal has not been matured.

              I have complained to Customer care through e mail I need the money immediately as it is my salary money and I am out of cash right now .it is diwali time only festival celebrated in my house so, please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

NEXT I TRIED FOR RS3000/= BUT I COULD NOT GET IT.I LEFT THE ATM WITHOUT WITHROWING ANY MONEY.ON 25/03/2009 I WITHROWN AN AMOUNT AT JALLIANWALABAGH ATM,WHEN COLLECTING A MINI STATEMENT I FONUD THE AN AMOUNT OF RS3000/= WAS DEBITED FROM MY ON 24/03/2009.               When I checked I found two Debit entries in the Account one from PNB and second from SBI . This PNB entry is wrongly debited my account.

              Please do necessary to Credit these 10000 Rs .

              I am working with Central Warehousing Corporation at Edathala, Aluva Branch and my salary goes directly to that branch in my SB account.Regularly I use ATM at Thrikkakkara, Kakkanad, Ernakulam and in the evening of 6/4/2011 i entered for withdrawal of Rs.5000/- and the transaction was declined but at the same time when i requested for balance enquiry they deducted that amount of Rs.5000/- from my account.I tried in the toll free number[protected] many times, but I didnt get any response. Next day I went to the concerned branch at Aluva and submitted a written complaint in detail. So far no action is initiated in this regard even after my repeated calls to the bank. Since the fault is none of mine PNB is responsible for the loss occurred to me and the management of Aluva branch is not at all taking any interest and still they are telling that it may take a period of 15 days. I really regret to mention that since its our salary account the PNB personnel should feel the responsibility to credit back the amount within a day. Hope the same will be done within a short period.               Axis Bank Ltd — Transaction of Rs.10000 happened but Atm machine never dispensed the money

              A transection of Rs.10000 was made on 4th of july 2011 at the Palam Axis ATM Machine though the mini statement shows the transection but I never received any money from the ATM Machine My name is J.Thangadurai, It's been one month and till now i never got any response form the bank after repetitive request to look into it. I would request the forum to take some strict action as it 's my monthly salary.

              I have a Saving Bank A/c No. [protected] with PNB Manesar Branch, Gurgaon, Haryana. I have been issued ATM Card No.[protected].

              On 01.09.12 I tried to withdraw Rs 10, 000/- from the ATM of PNB, Branch Manesar, Gurgan Haryana. But it is surprising that my account was debited by Rs.10, 000/- but cash was not dispensed by the ATM. I also got the receipt with response code-Transaction Declined with TXN N0779, I immediately contacted to the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank Manesar Branch & he advised me to call Customer care & I Register My Complaint with Reference N[protected] on same day.

              Almost 5 days are about to pass, but no response till date. You are requested kindly look into the matter and take immediate and necessary action to credit the amount in SB A/c No. [protected] immediately.

                I have registerd a complaint on August 3, 2009 for whcih I have contact your customer care department so many times they only give me assurance since long time that my account wil be credit very soon but till Neither I have recieved my money back. I am reproducing the detail contacted to your customer cared department as under:-


                Dear Sir,

                I have registered a complaint with your customer care department vide No. 17311032 on 3rd August. After that I contacted your customer care department Ms. Roomi on 04.09.2009, Ms Neelam on 04.09.2009, Ms Neelam on 15.09.2009, Mr. Raman on 15.09.2009 and on 04.11.2009 with Mr. Madhav and Mr. Shailendera on 03.11.2009 and to Mr. Vineet on 13.11.2009 But till date I have not received any money, call or any response from your side.

                I hope you will not compel me to take legal recourse of the matter. After all my hard money of Rs.14000/- has been retained in an illegal and unauthorized manner. In case I did not heard anything within 15 days of sending this electronic mail.                   I was making payment to order britanica delux encyclopedia which costed 259 through an offer by microsoft windows genuine advantage. I was making payment through PNB payment gateway but the server of PNB was crashed in the middle and my money was lost when I saw the mini statement.
                  Two payments of Rs.7, 93, 371.00 and Rs.6, 53, 976.00 were made by the Western Railway favouring my Account No.[protected], and the UTR No.are [protected] T and [protected] T in its settlement date of 05/04/2010, but the same has neither been credited to my account nor returned to Western Railway. I have already made an e-mail to PNB GPO, mumbai branch for this delay in clearance but no satisfactory reply is received. Kindly do needful.

                  I m one of your customer of PNB and my a/c no. is [protected]. I need net banking and registered for it but I m not receiving my OTP number yet. I don't know whats the reason. please help out from this situation n suggest me what should I do for having net banking.

                      I live in Sarojini Nagar and wanted to open a savings bank A/c in the branch located in Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi. I went to obtain an application and was asked to come next day. The next day I again went was handed a form in Hindi. When I asked for a form in English the rude lady told me that forms are available in hindi. When I inquired what are the documents and formalities she was most reluctant in helping me, nevertheless said that a guranter's signature is required.

                      After much difficulty I was able to locate a guranter and obtan her signature and went to the bank on the following day. After waiting for a lot of time when finally my turn came, the same lady officer returned the form saying that the guranter has not signaed at the appropriate place. She didn't check the other documents/detail.

                      After obtaining the guranter's signature I went to the bank the next day. The lady over there told me that copy of PAN card is also required. After taking a copy of the PAN card I again went to the bank. This time the lady and another lady after checking the application form told me that the guranter is a student and therefore his gurantee is not valid. This she should have checked at the begining. I was at my wits end and there and then in front of everyone I tore my application form and returned back.

                      Sir tell me if i want to open an account i have to wait days n day i felt very bad, i thought by opening an account it will be very useful to me but, before that it is very hard to open an account in P.N.B

                        Hi,
                        I have account bearing no[protected] of my firm in PNB Akhnoor Branch. This PNB branch is RTGS enable branch. On 5-jan-2009, I transfer money from PNB Akhnoor branch to SBI Mumbai branch using this service and transaction Id is 12039829 but money transfer didn't happen. I checked with PNB staff for this issue, they said that its showing that money is transfer from PNB branch. Please help me in tracking status of money transfer.

                          when i gave cash to the cashier of the punjab national bank he told me not to give Rs.10/- bundles and ask me to exchange the bundles with Rs.100/- or bigger than that. I told i have no more cash to exchange with the Rs.10/- bundles and asked why u will not take these bundles, for which cashier replied there is no space to keep these bundles in bank. I felt so shame and asked him to return back the cash but cashier denies and said from next time don"t bring Rs.10/- bundles other wise i will no receive.

                          note:
                          1. there is no law or terms that bank will not receive cash smaller than Rs.100 note bundles or Rs.50 note bundles.
                          2. if bank will not take cash from us then who will take
                          3. bank makes us ashame infront of all

                          but this is public who knows everything.
                          now pls tell me, the money i collect from market by selling products where will i give if bank person will say like this.

                            With due respect I would like to state that I have Saving account in Canara Bank at Gaya(Bihar). My account detail is as follows:

                            On[protected], I used my ATM Card of Canara Bank at Kota(Rajsthan) at around 8:00 PM in the ATM machine of PNB.I tried to withdraw Rs. 7500/ from ATM machine of Punjab National Bank, Dadawari Branch, Kota. ID of ATM machine PNB is D1194300. But there was no money from the machine. But I was confirmed that Rs.9000/ has been deposited in my accounton[protected].Then I checked my balance.It showed Rs.1463. Thenafter I tried to withdraw Rs.400/. But again there was no money from the ATM machine of PNB. I tried to withdraw Rs. 400/ two times more but again there was no money from the ATM machine of PNB due to fault in the machine.
                            On[protected], when I got entry in my passbook at Canara Bank then there was withdrawal of money from my account in the same sequence as I had tried to withdraw the money.Entry in the passbook is as follows:
                            Rs.7500/ + Rs.20/ + Rs.20/ + Rs.400/ + Rs.20/ + Rs.400/ + Rs.20/ + Rs. 400/ + Rs.20/.

                            I have already informed about the above matter through email(on[protected], fax(on[protected] and courier[protected] to Canara Bank and PNB. But till date I have not got my money back. In the meantime whenever I got in contact with customer care officer of Canara Bank he says its matter of PNB and customer care officer of PNB says its matter of Canara Bank. Customer care officer of Canara Bank and PNB both are indifferent about the matter. Therefore I am informing you all the matter because three months has elapsed but till date I don't get my money back.

                            Therefore I humbly request you to take appropriate action so that I could get my money back as early as possible.

                            I would be obliged for your kind co-operation.

                            I have a PNB CBS A/c No:[protected], Opened @ Darpana Orissa.

                            But Right now i am unable to access my A/c, as my debit card is not working & i am relocated to another place.

                            I contacted to my present belonging nearest branch situated at keonjhar, they said to get a new debit card i have to contact to the home branch, which is not possible.Another thing i asked there for internet banking facility to my A/c the facility could not made through the above branch.

                            They were unable to give me the A/c statement

                            So kindly arrange to get me my bank statement as i highly requires it.

                            If possible let me know how to get a ATM debit card through online application.

                                I had sent money into my PNB bank account faridkot two month ago. Your bank employee kept it without any reason for next day. how ever the currency exchange rate that was current the day it was received in India is what should have been placed in the transfer deposit not when your bank employee want to work. I am suffering looses for 80, 000 and its huge amount of money.

                                I want to complaint that the branch Employees are not behaving properly with coustmor and when i went today in bank for pass my check clearence than at there operator refuse me to do that and told for waiting whatever i was first place at there in queue.he looking at girls at there and not interested in working and making a reson of bad server.

                                So i request to fired that staff immediatly.

                                  I have PNB account from last 4 years in Babra Mohalla Branch of Rohtak City in

                                  Haryana. I went to my PNB branch and submitted the form for internet banking

                                  facility, the official said that you will get your id and password at your

                                  residence address in max 1 month. After waiting for 6 months, when i dint get any

                                  letter, i went to Bank and asked about the status. The customer care officer Mr.

                                  Rajesh bhatia told me that your form will not go anywhere, there is no system here

                                  for internet banking facility, you go to any other branch, here nothing will

                                  happen. Then i went to another branch of PNB, there the offical said that please go

                                  to your base branch again, this procedure will be completed in your base branch and

                                  if the officer denies you again then please call me and ask him to speak to me on

                                  phone. I went again to my base branch, then Mr Rajesh bhatia said the system is not

                                  working here from last 6 months, your work will not happen. I saw the system was

                                  working fine in front of me. Then i called the person of another branch and asked

                                  mr Rajesh bhatia to answer, he denied that why he should talk to anybody, and said

                                  that he will not talk to anybody. The behaviour of Mr Rajesh bhatia was so rude and

                                  arrogant. I am very shocked to see this type of poor facility by PNB. Now i am

                                  thinking of closing my account with PNB. The same incident happened with my another

                                  friend also. Please somebody take some action against these type of people.

                                  This is to inform you that we have a Current Account No.[protected] with Bank of Punjab Natinal Bank, M-Block Kidwai Nagar Branch, Kanpur .
                                  In this regard we would like to inform you the Head Cashier refused to deposit small note like Rs.10/-.
                                  Today when I visited the Bank for depositing the money Head Cashier told me that I would not deposit the Garbage (10/- rupees note) and you do not bring the junk cash in future. I could not understand why Head Cashier is annoyed with me and refused to deposit Government Currency with Bank. If the 10-rupee note is not a valid currency then government has to withdraw the same from the market.



                                  I would also like to inform you that the nature of my business is to distribute the liquid milk to the retailers and collected money to be deposited with Bank and made the payment to the Gujarat Co-Operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited, Kanpur (Amul) through Cheques.



                                  Kindly look in the matter and solved the problem immediately otherwise we have no option to report the matter to higher authority.

                                        i used my pnb atm card in hdfc bank atm yesterday morning .and widrawall 1000 rs but not received my pnb atm in hdfc bank atm . then i go to hdfc bank next day (3.10.2009) and told them my atm is now in ur hdfc bank atm i received my cash but not received my atm card . but hdfc bank did not return my pnb atm .n they told me go and apply for new pnb atm.is it true if i use another bank atm card in hdfc bank atm machine and not receive my atm card in machine that case hdfc bank did not return other bank atm card and authority to destroy card.

                                        PNB ATM — atm machine are not open 24 hours only open beetwen 8am to 9 pm

                                        The ATM machine of PNB address-station road barh(patna),pin-803214-state-bihar
                                        are open only 12 to 13 hours but bank company provide this service is 24hours.
