Subject:- Amt deducted by Punjab National Bank from Zero Balance Account.

Dear Sir,

I have an account in Punjab National bank, branch-Hodal(Palwal) in Haryana. This Account is Unemployment A/C . and Opening by Employment Office Hodal (Faridabad) on Zero Balance. My account No. is [protected]. . Haryana Govt. give Unemployment Allowance Rs.1500/- in my account after every Three Months. I had been received full amount from Punjab National Bank with many Years and I not found any deduction . But When Dated 27/01/2009 I checked My Account Balance in a ATM on Faridabad Branch . Then I found 283/- less amount. I found Rs.1217/- . But Actual amount may be Rs. 1500/-. Then I drawn Rs.1200/- and balance is Rs. 17. But Beacause This account is a Zero Balance A/c Open by Employment Exchange before many years. So Balance may be 300/-. So Sir I requested that please Solve this matter . Because I am very Poor Man and not success to get a job for my family.

    DEAR SIR,

    I AM CAPT ISAQ NADAF SERVING IN THE INDIAN ARMY. I HAVE GOT SAVING BANK AC NO [protected] IN SBI BRANCH NIPANI DIST BELGUM .ON 23 DEC 2008 I VISITED THE ATM OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, N-46 CONNAUGHT, CIRRCUS, DELHI. THERE I ENTERED THE AMOUNT OF RS 8000 FOR WITHDRAWL FROM ATM MACHINE BUT I COULD NOT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT HOWEVER THE TRANSACTION SLIP STATED THE DEBIT OF THE SAID AMOUNT.THERE AFTER I VISITED THE BANK MANAGER OF THE PNB, N-46 CONNOUGHT AS WELL AS THE MANAGER OF THE SBI, NIPANNI BUT NO POSITIVE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY ANY OF THE PARTY. SO IREQUEST YOU TO REDEPOSIT THE AMOUNT BACK TO MY AC.

    PNB complaint — Non receiving of money

    Respected Sir,

    I am an account of PNB, my account no. is [protected]. I made transaction in Canara Bank ATM for Rs. 6800/- (Rupees Six Thousand Eight Hundred only) on 1st April, it was blocked and on 2nd April I made transaction on PNB the amount was debited. I have given the complaint at PNB, Peenya Industrial Estate Branch, Bangalore, office of PNB.

    I called toll free on 2nd April, and again I called on 6th April and the complaint No. is 14806837 and they informed that it will take 45 days.

    As I am facing lot of problem towards paying the house rent, my childrens school fees and other problems, your toll free people said it will take 45 days as I dont have money please request you to clear the payment within a day or else I am going to die.

    I once again kindly request you to clear my payment within a day.

    I have saving bank account in PNB, Branch Unnao.(U.P). My Account No. is [protected]. On 15 March 2009 I visited the ATM of PNB, MGF MALL, JAIPUR. There i entered the Amount of RS. 4000/- for withdrawl from Atm Machine But I could receive the amount And 4000/-Rs. Less in my account. A Long time Spend but no positive action has been taken.
    So I request you to Re-Deposit the amount back in my AC.

I went again the took my ph. no and assure me that they will call me back after solving my problem, but till day 19/09/2009 no responce.
    I am a senior citizen & it is very difficult to go again & again in the bank .

    I have got S/B a/c no [protected] in Unnao Branch (UP).On 17 Sep 09 I tried for two consecutive withdrawal of 10, 000/- each from AXIS Bank ATM (Code-S1AW2865) at Allahabad . I got only one time cash of Rs 10, 000/- whereas for second withdrawal the machine did not give the cash but the amount has been deducted from my a/c.The matter was reported to ATM Guard immediately, he told within 24 hrs the amount will be credited to a/c of itself.For regret the same has not happened till date which is causing a lot of mental trauma to me.On the same date and time I made the withdrawal of Rs 10000/- from SBI ATM at Allahabad which was showing the correct balance.But on next day when I checked the a/c balance was less Rs 10000/-of what it should actually be.It is my request to intervene the matter and credit the wrongly detected amount to my a/c.I shall be grateful to you.

    Punjab National Bank — non dispensed of cash from ATm machine

    I had done a transaction of rs 2000/- on 26-09-09 through axis bank ATM machine sanjay place AGRA,but the cash was not dispensed from the machine and account was debited with rupees 2000/-.i had lodged the complaint in customer care.docket id(complaint no.) is 20192601, my bank A/c no. is[protected] and my branch is SIR KI MANDI,JAIPUR HOUSE,AGRA.please help me by rectifying the error as soon as possible.

    A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the PNB bank ATM. But my account is showing that Rs.15000/-has been debited for the transaction.

    I have already apprised The Manager PNB Joginder Nagar H.P. to reconcile the said discrepancy .As the withdrawal has not been matured.

    I have complained to Customer care through e mail I need the money immediately as it is my salary money and I am out of cash right now .it is diwali time only festival celebrated in my house so, please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

    So I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need.

HAVING MY SAVING A/C IN PNB ZOO ROAD BRANCH.ON 24/03/2009 I VISITED THE ATM COUNTER OF PNB,ABUHAR BRANCH, NEAR SUNIL CINEMA HALL THERE I TRIED TO WITHDRAW RS10000/= BUT I COULD NOT GET THE MONEY, AGAIN I TRIED FOR RS4000/= AND COULD NOT GET IT. NEXT I TRIED FOR RS3000/= BUT I COULD NOT GET IT.I LEFT THE ATM WITHOUT WITHROWING ANY MONEY.ON 25/03/2009 I WITHROWN AN AMOUNT AT JALLIANWALABAGH ATM,WHEN COLLECTING A MINI STATEMENT I FONUD THE AN AMOUNT OF RS3000/= WAS DEBITED FROM MY ON 24/03/2009.     I am maintaining captioned SB A/c No.[protected] in the name of Mrs. Kamlesh Gulati, R/o Merrut. Presently staying at my sister’s house at J-3/71A, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi – 110027.
    During my stay at Delhi I had withdrawn Rs.10000/- by using this ATM Card (ATM Card No.[protected] from ATM A/c of South Indian Bank, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on 4th November 2009 at 1.15 pm. On 1st occasion the machine did not dispense the money. So I had to use the card again later on I found that the amount has been debited to my A/c twice with the same Transaction No.[protected]given statement is enclosed).
    I request you to please verify and arrange to credit my account with Rs. 10000/- which has been debited to my A/c.

    PNB — reg ATM non reciept of cash Rs 4000 on dated 08-12-2009

    It is intimated that on[protected] I used ATM ID NO. NA002801 of OBC Bank Sahnewal at 17:15 hrs to withdraw Rs 4000 But the transaction was declined by response code 072 i.e. "unable to process" and could not receive cash.

    But I was surprised to check my S/B account NO:[protected] that the said amount of Rs 4000 was debit to my account which I could not get due to transaction declined.

    I had a saving bank account No. 115301 [protected] in the PNB branch at Rehmankhera (Thakurganj, Lucknow), Lucknow.     When I checked I found two Debit entries in the Account one from PNB and second from SBI . This PNB entry is wrongly debited my account.

    I am working with Central Warehousing Corporation at Edathala, Aluva Branch and my salary goes directly to that branch in my SB account.Regularly I use ATM at Thrikkakkara, Kakkanad, Ernakulam and in the evening of 6/4/2011 i entered for withdrawal of Rs.5000/- and the transaction was declined but at the same time when i requested for balance enquiry they deducted that amount of Rs.5000/- from my account.I tried in the toll free number[protected] many times, but I didnt get any response. Next day I went to the concerned branch at Aluva and submitted a written complaint in detail. So far no action is initiated in this regard even after my repeated calls to the bank. Since the fault is none of mine PNB is responsible for the loss occurred to me and the management of Aluva branch is not at all taking any interest and still they are telling that it may take a period of 15 days.     Axis Bank Ltd — Transaction of Rs.10000 happened but Atm machine never dispensed the money

    On 01.09.12 I tried to withdraw Rs 10, 000/- from the ATM of PNB, Branch Manesar, Gurgan Haryana. But it is surprising that my account was debited by Rs.10, 000/- but cash was not dispensed by the ATM. I also got the receipt with response code-Transaction Declined with TXN N0779, I immediately contacted to the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank Manesar Branch & he advised me to call Customer care & I Register My Complaint with Reference N[protected] on same day.

    Almost 5 days are about to pass, but no response till date. You are requested kindly look into the matter and take immediate and necessary action to credit the amount in SB A/c No. [protected] immediately.

      I have registerd a complaint on August 3, 2009 for whcih I have contact your customer care department so many times they only give me assurance since long time that my account wil be credit very soon but till Neither I have recieved my money back.           I live in Sarojini Nagar and wanted to open a savings bank A/c in the branch located in Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi. I went to obtain an application and was asked to come next day. The next day I again went was handed a form in Hindi. When I asked for a form in English the rude lady told me that forms are available in hindi.           Hi,
          I have account bearing no[protected] of my firm in PNB Akhnoor Branch. This PNB branch is RTGS enable branch. On 5-jan-2009, I transfer money from PNB Akhnoor branch to SBI Mumbai branch using this service and transaction Id is 12039829 but money transfer didn't happen. I checked with PNB staff for this issue, they said that its showing that money is transfer from PNB branch. Please help me in tracking status of money transfer.

            when i gave cash to the cashier of the punjab national bank he told me not to give Rs.10/- bundles and ask me to exchange the bundles with Rs.100/- or bigger than that. I told i have no more cash to exchange with the Rs.10/- bundles and asked why u will not take these bundles, for which cashier replied there is no space to keep these bundles in bank. I felt so shame and asked him to return back the cash but cashier denies and said from next time don"t bring Rs.10/- bundles other wise i will no receive.

            1. there is no law or terms that bank will not receive cash smaller than Rs.100 note bundles or Rs.50 note bundles.
            2. if bank will not take cash from us then who will take
            3. bank makes us ashame infront of all

            but this is public who knows everything.
            now pls tell me, the money i collect from market by selling products where will i give if bank person will say like this.

              Dear sir,

              With due respect I would like to state that I have Saving account in Canara Bank at Gaya(Bihar). My account detail is as follows:

              On[protected], I used my ATM Card of Canara Bank at Kota(Rajsthan) at around 8:00 PM in the ATM machine of PNB.I tried to withdraw Rs. 7500/ from ATM machine of Punjab National Bank, Dadawari Branch, Kota. ID of ATM machine PNB is D1194300. But there was no money from the machine. But I was confirmed that Rs.9000/ has been deposited in my accounton[protected].Then I checked my balance.It showed Rs.1463. Thenafter I tried to withdraw Rs.400/. But again there was no money from the ATM machine of PNB. I tried to withdraw Rs. 400/ two times more but again there was no money from the ATM machine of PNB due to fault in the machine.
              On[protected], when I got entry in my passbook at Canara Bank then there was withdrawal of money from my account in the same sequence as I had tried to withdraw the money.Entry in the passbook is as follows:
              Rs.7500/ + Rs.20/ + Rs.20/ + Rs.400/ + Rs.20/ + Rs.400/ + Rs.20/ + Rs. 400/ + Rs.20/.

              I have already informed about the above matter through email(on[protected], fax(on[protected] and courier[protected] to Canara Bank and PNB. But till date I have not got my money back. In the meantime whenever I got in contact with customer care officer of Canara Bank he says its matter of PNB and customer care officer of PNB says its matter of Canara Bank. Customer care officer of Canara Bank and PNB both are indifferent about the matter. Therefore I am informing you all the matter because three months has elapsed but till date I don't get my money back.

              Therefore I humbly request you to take appropriate action so that I could get my money back as early as possible.

              I contacted to my present belonging nearest branch situated at keonjhar, they said to get a new debit card i have to contact to the home branch, which is not possible.Another thing i asked there for internet banking facility to my A/c the facility could not made through the above branch.

              They were unable to give me the A/c statement

              So kindly arrange to get me my bank statement as i highly requires it.

              If possible let me know how to get a ATM debit card through online application.

                  I had sent money into my PNB bank account faridkot two month ago. Your bank employee kept it without any reason for next day. how ever the currency exchange rate that was current the day it was received in India is what should have been placed in the transfer deposit not when your bank employee want to work. I am suffering looses for 80, 000 and its huge amount of money.

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    I have PNB account from last 4 years in Babra Mohalla Branch of Rohtak City in

                    Haryana. I went to my PNB branch and submitted the form for internet banking

                    facility, the official said that you will get your id and password at your

                    residence address in max 1 month. After waiting for 6 months, when i dint get any

                    letter, i went to Bank and asked about the status. The customer care officer Mr.

                    Rajesh bhatia told me that your form will not go anywhere, there is no system here

                    for internet banking facility, you go to any other branch, here nothing will

                    happen. Then i went to another branch of PNB, there the offical said that please go

                    to your base branch again, this procedure will be completed in your base branch and

                    if the officer denies you again then please call me and ask him to speak to me on

                    phone. I went again to my base branch, then Mr Rajesh bhatia said the system is not

                    working here from last 6 months, your work will not happen. I saw the system was

                    working fine in front of me. Then i called the person of another branch and asked

                    mr Rajesh bhatia to answer, he denied that why he should talk to anybody, and said

                    that he will not talk to anybody. The behaviour of Mr Rajesh bhatia was so rude and

                    arrogant. I am very shocked to see this type of poor facility by PNB. Now i am

                    thinking of closing my account with PNB. The same incident happened with my another

                    friend also. Please somebody take some action against these type of people.

                    This is to inform you that we have a Current Account No.[protected] with Bank of Punjab Natinal Bank, M-Block Kidwai Nagar Branch, Kanpur .
                    In this regard we would like to inform you the Head Cashier refused to deposit small note like Rs.10/-.
                    Today when I visited the Bank for depositing the money Head Cashier told me that I would not deposit the Garbage (10/- rupees note) and you do not bring the junk cash in future. I could not understand why Head Cashier is annoyed with me and refused to deposit Government Currency with Bank. If the 10-rupee note is not a valid currency then government has to withdraw the same from the market.



                    I would also like to inform you that the nature of my business is to distribute the liquid milk to the retailers and collected money to be deposited with Bank and made the payment to the Gujarat Co-Operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited, Kanpur (Amul) through Cheques.



                    Kindly look in the matter and solved the problem immediately otherwise we have no option to report the matter to higher authority.

                                I AM A ACCOUNT HOLDER IN PNB BANK BRANCH MALIK MARKET, HAMIDIA ROAD BHOPAL (M.P).I RECEIVE A CHEQUE FROM ROYAL BANK OF CANADA. ON 2/OCTOBER/08.                                 Punjab National Bank — cheque clearance

                                dear sir...i had put a cheque of ICICI BANK on 3-11-011... in my account of punjab national bank for clearence...but the cheque has not yet clear...i have to payment someone..and i was gave cheque of punjab bank to that person..and that cheque was bounced today....but when i call in icici bank they told me that that amount has been credited..and my PNB balance is 60000 ...then why my cheque bounced...help me sir....thankyou..
                                I have deposited a banker cheque drawn by State bank of India Nehru place branch, in my pnb account (gurgaon Branch ) on 13th august 2012 . Till date I have not received the funds in my bank . The amount is 3, 60, 000 rupees . Call center or Bank is not giving me the reasons for delay . I do not know why should a local draft collection should take that long.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am SB A/C No [protected] with Punjab National Bank. I deposited a cheque of Rs.48000/- with its Manesar ( Gurgaon ) branch on 10.11.08 . The cheque was drawn on UCO bank and it was debited in UCO Bank on 12.11.08 and the bank showed unclear balance .On 15.11.08 my cheques were bounced due to unclear balance . On 17.11.08 I went in person to withdraw money but I was told unclear balance . When in the evening I went with the statement of accounts o[censored]CO bank, then only I was allowed to withdraw.I wanted to lodge complaint against
                                  delay because of which my cheque got bounced but one Mr. A.K.Jain refused to take complaint and instead he along with one lady staff and cashier joked and said that we would reply to the complaint . They treat every thing casual and taking bank for granted . Such poor service of bank has harmed me in the past.
                                  I want to be compensated for loss of reputation due to bounced of cheques and unnecessary harassment.This type of casual behviour of Mr. A.K.Jain, Lady staff sitting on Saving bank counter and cashier who are thinking their rude behaviour as property of bank is unwarranted and unaccepted and needs to be dealt firmly and with strong Iron.
                                  I expect severe punishment to the those three persons who were involved in action and instead of accepting the mistake, cutting joke on customer and treating him casually.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I, Dhruv Bhatia an account holder (VIDYARTHI ACCOUNT) of the bank - PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK wished to withdraw Rs. 14000/- (fourteen thousand ) from an ATM MACHINE of the respective bank on 15th october 2008 . While withdrawing the money the machine displayed timed out while the transaction was in process and so i followed the procedure again to withdraw but i was surprised to see that the account has been debited of Rs.14000/- . The money was needed in context with the fees that was due in my institution. At that time i faced many hurdles and difficulties in paying my fees and moreover i rushed to the nearest bank of PNB and they told that the account doesn't belong to their branch and so i should go to the respective branch . But when i reached their i talked in this matter with the senior manager of the branch . he consoled me and gave me the form for complaints against this matter but till now no money has been credited in my account and from the last 2 weeks i have been going on in the bank to resolve my queries and to ask the alternative but of no use . after seeing your show a little hope arose in me of getting my money back. Leave aside the case of mine i saw more than 100 complaints registered with the bank that means the bank or the software which they use in atm machines is the cause of all this and the bank uses the money without paying the interest to the owner of the account, they have made this their business . Nobody is helping me right now and i urgently need your help in this matter . Moreover i am attaching you the copy of all the documents submitted in the bank.

                                    I am facing the same problem, i had lodged the complaint last month regarding this same ATM's problem nd in my case, i also could'nt recevied my cash Rs.15000 due to process failure moreover that cash had been debited from my account .After visiting so many times to PNB bank branch rajouri garden they have'nt resolve my problem. I also agreed that these bank have been making this kind of problem as a business .So i kindy request you to help me out from this matter .

                                    Hi I have faced a similar problem with HSBC and the procedure is first lodge a complaint to the customer care and then write a letter which is called the Dispute letter, citing account no Amount, ATM location, which bank ATM you used. This has to be sent to the Nodal officer of the bank, of the same is not resolved, forward the letter to the Country head, rare chance that you wil reach till here as it gets resolved at nodal level.
                                    If not resolvved write to the Banking Ombudsman, on the RBI website, preserve the Transaction Slips which shows transaction declined or unable to process.
