I have registered a complaint regarding my neft transfer of Rs.855/- from SBI to PNB on[protected] but till not credited in PNB. PNB service centre people say that you ask from SBI and SBI service centre people says that you ask to PNB.
Now, credit amount came to my account. and problem resolved.
Please close the complaint.

NEFT transfer
I have registered a complaint regarding my neft transfer of Rs.50, 000( UTR NO.-SBINH[protected]) and Rs60, 000(UTR NO.-SBINH[protected] from SBI to HDFC on[protected] but till not credited in HDFC. HDFC service centre people say that you ask from SBI.
Now, credit amount came to my account. and problem resolved.
Please close the complaint.

I have transfer my neft of Rs.24, 000(UTR NO-SBINH[protected]) and Rs.38, 400(UTR NO.-SBINH[protected]) from sbi to icici bank Accont No[protected] on[protected] and[protected] but till not credited in ICICI Bank.
ICICI Bank service centre people say that you ask from SBI and SBI service people is not taking any interest in this matter.
So please solve my problem.

hi.deutch bank transferred the payment of 22922.00 inr to my pnb account on 30/04/2010 but still th payment is not reflecting in my account.PNB service centre people say that you ask from deutch bank and deutch bank people says that you ask to PNB. can nayone tell me about UTR NO.pnb ask for utr no which is of 16 digits.can deutch bank provide this no?pls help.thnks

    I have made NEFT on15th June to be PNB Account No. [protected]. But still today it has not been credited in my PNB A/c. I have talked to PNB service centre and got the reply to talk to SBI. When I have talked to SBI and they are saying that RBI regulated this and they can not do anything, Please arrange to rectify the problem in this regard for which I shall be very much thankful to you.

    I am having PNB a/c no. [protected] in ASANSOL Branch, WEST BENGAL, I have transferred Rs.49000/- from my PNB a/c to SBI a/c. no. [protected] through NEFT on monday dtd.14/12/09 at 6:00 a.m. But yet not received this amount in my SBI a/c. I have come to know from SBI, Asansol branch that the server problem is going on so this transaction is being delayed. But Sir, Since alomost two days is over and I did not get this money in my SBI a/c. Sir, I always make a call to SBI, Asansol branch and get the same answer that Server problem is going on.       This complaint is against the officer incharge of Punjab National Bank, Ghaziabad, Branch-Kaushambi. I had made two FDs in the name of my daughter Ms. Shubhangi U/g Sanjeev Kumar Garg with following Details:

      No. RNP 332116 ( A/c No. 993) Date of Start: 27.01.1998 Valiidity of deposit: 14 years Rate of Interest: 11.5% Amount: Rs. 50, 000.00, Maturity Amount : 2, 44, 522.00

      No. RNP 332117 ( A/c No. 993) Date of Start: 27.01.1998 Valiidity of deposit: 15 years Rate of Interest: 11.5% Amount: Rs. 50, 000.00 Maturity Amount : 2, 73, 878.00

      The above FDs are continuing since the date of the opening. We were regularly getting the TDS certificates and information of the FDs but for this financial year when my father who is approximately 73 years old approched to the Bank Manger. He denied for having the information of the Bank and told that it has been encashed and having no clue.

      My father insisted for the same and shown the original FD. Then the official on duty has taken the original FD from him and told that these FDs are no more valid as no FD can be more than 10 years. My father shown the original FD and shown the rate of interest, period and special note "Payment to be made only after the maturity date of the aforesaid child" but he refuse to accept any request and unilaterly extended the validity and revised the FDs are as under:

      No. RNP 332116 ( A/c No. 993) Date of Renewal 27.01.2008 Valiidit upto 27.01.2011 Rate of Interest: 8.5% Amount: Rs. 1, 44059.00, Maturity Amount : 1, 85, 407.00 (Direct loss of Rs. 59, 115)

      Taken the FD and issue the New Confirmation of Deposit bearing ID No.[protected] Date of Start: 27.01.2008 Valiidity upto 27.01.2011 Rate of Intersst 8.5% Amount of Rs. 1, 44, 585.00 Maturity Amount : 1, 86, 084.00 (Direct loss of Rs. 87, 794)

      We are fail to understand the melafide intention of the Bank manager and the Bank why this unilateral decision was taken without our signatures and acceptance. This is to update that we were having the other choice also but considering the reputation of the bank we have taken the decision to go with the PNB and now w are getting cheated by the bank.

      Bank Daily Deposit Scheme — Interest not given on the scheme

      The small shopkeepers/investors are depositing a small amount on Dalily basis with the banks say Rs. 10/0, 20/-, 30/- 50/- per day. The amount is usually withdrawn after a certain period with min. of 1 year and only the amount deposited in total is refudned at maturity. Ever since , RBI has announced the interest on daily balances in savings accounts, the same should also be applicable to such savings. If not equivalent to savings account but atleast to encourage savings and add value to investor's money with the bank

        I am the customer of Punjab National Bank, Indira Nagar, Dehradun branch.

        On date June 8, 2009, Time 12:00:07, I have made the transaction through the ATM of Dena Bank, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and the transaction was failed due to network problem and Rs 2000/- has been debited from my account.

        For all that I have submitted the Request letter on 10th, June' 2009, but still the amount is not credited to my A/c. One of their staff member has said that it will take more than one month and that is really pathetic and nobody is concentrating on that issue.

        Kindly intervene.

        I have an HDFC linked insurance policy, I pay premium half yearly, 15th March and 15th Sept. I would like to know if I make the payment before the due date to HDFC SLIC, say suppose on 1st or 5th little earlier, Will I be allotted units as per the NAV unit value on 1st/ 5th. Or I will be allotted as the NAV unit value as on 15th.

            I have a account in PNB BANK DAV COLLAGE ROAD AMBALA CITY
            I have withdrawal my SALARY Rs.20000/- by INDIAN BANK ATM (, sadar bazar, AMBALA CANTT)
            on date 12/05/2009. I didn't get my money through ATM, but my account
            debited Rs. 20000/- that time. I submitted written complaint at PNB D.A.V COLLAGE ROAD, AMBALA CITY)on date[protected] and also at PNB helpdesk toll free no [protected] on[protected] But they told that amount will be credit in ur account within 72 hrs & in either case complaint will be logged after 72 hrs complaint no is 14755935 but stil today 15-06-09 my ammount not refunded yet to my account.I again contact with PNB BRANCH MANAGER he told me that you wait till another ten days.

            Please solve my compliant as soon as possible. I had suffered too
            much from this issue.

                  i beg to say that my name is kultar singh arya nagar fazilka(punjab) c/o advocate kiranjeet arora my punjab national bank a/c number is [protected] i has debited 3, 000 & 500 from ludhiana atm. I has gone there to met my relative(jija ji) there at ludhiana cmc. but from my a/c four wrong enteries dated 5.5.2009 posp/24088584/487051/512652 of rs. 1239.39 rs. 2nd entry as same date posp/24088584/498963/512652 3rd entry 5.5.2009 posp/92f000ia/541559/512652 amount of rs. 245.89 rs. 4th entry of posp/92f000ia/906102/512652 has debited of my savings amount total of rs. 4700 rs. i have gone bank of many times but bank didnot gave me not ultimate answer. bank employees are didnot gaving answer he is saying that is not matter these entries are debited by you. i have customer of last 2 years but bank didnot think about me. please gave me justise for that matter. please immidiately search about that matter and bank employees should should deal their bank customers.

[protected] which is in sujanpur thira branch with my atm card from karnataka bank's atm "maoney plant" panchkula . but money didn't come out because atm is empty. but money already deducted from my a/c. which till 27 sep. not returned to my a/c. i want quick solution for it.

                    This has reference to the proposal deposit receipt no A 0600967(Copy enclosed) deposited along with cheque no246534 dated 17.01.2009 for Rs.44520.00 on PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, Kankurgachi, Kolkata-700 054.

                    The duly filled proposal application Form(Copy enclosed) was returned to me on the plea of my hospitalization for hypertension during Oct’2006(probably, as told verbally) without the cheque amount which was debited from my account on 27.01.2009(Copy enclosed).

                      Now I am worring about the my money.

                      My name is Inderjeet and I have an account in PNB and I faced this problem of money withdrawal when I tried to withdraw Rs. 3900/- from the ATM machine of SBI ( located in New Delhi rly sation) on Sep 16th, 2009. The ATM showed that the transaction was unsuccessful but after that my account balance was short of Rs. 3900/-.                         I used my PNB Debit card No.[protected] at ICICI Bank ATM Machine installed at Urban Estate-II, Jalandhar on dated 03.05.2009 at around 13.30 PM with request for withdrawl of Rs.10, 000/- (Rs.Ten Thousands Only), but my transaction was declined with message"NETWORK ERROR'.I again tried for lower amount of Rs.5000/-(Rs Five Thousand Only) and received the same vide TXN. No.4624 at 13.32PM.When I checked my account balance, I found that earlier transaction of Rs.10, 000/- which was declined by the ATM machine was also DEBITED from my Saving Bank account No.[protected].I contactacted the main branch of ICICI near VISHAL MEGAMART Jalandhar on dated 04.05.2009, but they told me to complain in my parental bank i.e. PNB. Accordingly I submit my complaint to the Chief Manager, PNB Basti Nau Jalandhar on dated 04.05.2009. More than 30 days have been passed but my above said complaint is still pending.It is therefore requested to please arrange to credit Rs.10, 000/- to my saving account no.[protected] please.

                        Blockage of PNB unservicable ATM card.

                        My PNB ATM Card no is.[protected].is not working at all and it has to be replaced by a new card. As such it is requested that this ATM Card.May be blocked by you so that it may become useless. PNB Amritsar has advised me to contact for getting this Card blocked by you.

                            My name is Naresh Aneja, I have my saving bank account with PNB home branch Karnal (Haryana). My account number is [protected]. I have issued a chque for Rs.12.87 lac in favour of a person who belongs to NCR and the same has been presented for payment. After clearing of this cheque I have found that a sum of Rs.1876/- has been debited to me for ISO clearing charges... I am not able to understand what sort of charges has been debited to me, however I have issued Multicity cheque which is Payable at Par. Also as per my knowledge, a circular has been issued by RBI on 4th Apr regarding reducing these charges to Rs.50/- which was applicable w.e.f 15.05.09.

                            You are requested to reverse these charges and give credit of Rs.1876/-

The slip issued by the ATM shows ATM ID -S1Ac1565 with record no.312.the photo copy of the ATM slip has already been sent to PNB yamuna colony Dehradun on 7/5/2009 through PNB Hardwar road Rishikesh.The matter has also been put up to Sh.Goyal DGM customer care Dehra dun on phone on 7/5/2009.                                         I had withdraw rupees 9, 000/- from Vijaya Bank, 80 feet Road, Kanpur Where ATM is Situated.on 09/03/2009 . The amount was deducted my accont but not received in cash. I had complaint the same in Bank's customer care . My complaint no.is 14332883 dt. 19/03/2009 and they promised to refund the amont within 45 days, but till today i.e. 14/05/2009 . I had not received the amount.

                                        मै पिंटू कुमार खाता न.-[protected](IGNOU-NEW DELHI-68) का खाता धारक हूँ! कल(11/06/09) मैंने SBI के पटना स्थित A T M से 900/- RS. निकालने के लिए अपने डेविट कार्ड का इस्तेमाल किया परन्तु पैसे नहीं निकले और हमारे खाते से 900/- Rs. कट भी गए !
                                        कृपया इसकी जाँच करके मेरे पैसे वापस मेरे खाता में जमा करने की कृपा करें!

I withdraw the amount on[protected] one and half week ago 4000Rs/- from atm but i didnot received that amount and i again try to withdraw 5000rs/- from atm but again i didnot receive it . but when i check my account 9000/- rs deducted kindly help me.
