Respected sir i have not received the pension for the past five months.i have submitted the life certificate in november 2008 and in march 2009 twice.bit yet i have not received the pension.my contact number is [protected]...

I had withdraw rupees 9, 000/- from Vijaya Bank, 80 feet Road, Kanpur Where ATM is Situated.on 09/03/2009 . The amount was deducted my accont but not received in cash. I had complaint the same in Bank's customer care . My complaint no.is 14332883 dt. 19/03/2009 and they promised to refund the amont within 45 days, but till today i.e. 14/05/2009 . I had not received the amount....
