Dear sir,

1. I am holding SB a/c no-[protected] in Udhampur branch of Punjab national Bank.

2. On 01/10/09 around 7.30 pm I tried to withdraw Rs5000/- through atmdebit card issued by PNB from the ATM of State Bank of India atUdhampur, Near Petrol Pump. Initially, the screen was shown as the REQUEST IS BEING PROCESSED, PLS WAIT, but subsequently the transaction was declined due to transaction time out reason. I tried to withdraw the same amount, but met with the same fate. Onchecking the balance through the same ATM and again through the internet banking, I was surprised to see that amount of Rs. 10000/- (Rs.5000/- plus Rs.5000/-) was shown as debited from my above SB Account.

3. All my efforts to contact the PNB authorities through their helpline no.[protected] proved futile, as no one attended to the call though I was put on hold for hours together on 01/10/09 and 02/10/09, except a recorded message. Kindly advise as to what is to be done for getting the credit towards the wrongly debited amount through ATM.

Lost my debit card today, My account number is 3382. I am unable to reach on the tollfree number and the other number. There is no way that the card can be blocked from Internet. So I am stuck. Can some one help me my contact number is [protected].

    Respected sir,

    I am Shankar Kumar Mahto. I am from Araria Sangram(Mauwahi), p.o.+via.-tulapatganj, p.s.-Ghoghardiha, dist.-Madhubani, state-Bihar. I am studying in VINAYAKA MISSION'S KIRUPANANDA VARIYAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE ,SALEM. All banks are 10 Km far away from my village. When did i go to P N B, Jhanjharpur for education loan, bank manager asked about my village and saw my all douments then he gave me a education loan form . He asked me to bring filled form next day. When did i go there with filled form and all required documents, he told me that he will not give education loan me. And also told to go to other bank because other banks are nearer than me. But he gave education loan to other person who went through the brocker. But that person is also at same distent as me. In real , he have so many brocker. That's why i am suffering from this problem.What should i do? Please help me!

      Subject: Complaint regarding failed ATM Transaction

      Dear Sir,
      This is to inform you that the undersigned used SBI ATM of VRCE Branch Nagpur for the money withdrawal purpose. But Instead of dispensing the amount the machine debited it through the account. This happened twice. A complaint of the same was made with the authority of PNB and the customer care and The Governer and Deputy Governers of RBI as well. But the assurances without accelerating the settlement process were done by the authorities. Only half of the amount is credited so far and rest of the amount is still awaited to be credited in the account. This is to also inform you that as per directives DPSS No. 1424/02.10.02/[protected], DPSS No. 711/02.10.02/[protected] and DPSS No. 101/02.10.02/[protected] issued by RBI under section 18 of Payment of Settlement Act 2007 (Act 51 of 2007) bank is not function. Neither for settlement of payment nor for penalty. Hence you are requested to intervene in the matter and help me get my money back. My details of Transactions are as follows..

      I have my account in NSIC bhawan, Okhla industrial area phase 3 new delhi banch of PNB . On dated 01/07/09 a tranction of Rs 8000.00 was made by me from ATM machine in pauri garhwal uttranchal but I did not receive money but 8000.00 was deducted from my account . at same day i complained to the branch manager about that . He told me to complain to that branch where i have the account. On 27/07/09 a written complain was given to the branch where my account is by my uncle but the told that complain can only file by the account so he keep the complain letter but did not give any receive to my uncle

        Dear Sir,
        Above mentioned loan(A/C. No. 116000JB[protected] was fully paid by me, only for settlement of interest, I had a meeting at circle office, Amritsar on September 07, 2009. Mr. A. R. Mishra Dy. G.M. , in the presence of Mr. Ramesh Chopra Sr. Mgr & Mr. T.K. Hans Sr. Mgr offered me to settle the issue out of court by paying Rs. 50000.00 in full & final by next day itself.

        As per commitment, on September 08, 2009. I deposited the same at P.N.B., Katra Bhai Sant Singh, Amritsar accordingly.

        Mr. Verma, branch manager, forwarded my case to circle office for issuing N.O.C. for full & final settlement, which was approved by the committee, as informed by Mr. Ramesh Chopra Sr. Manager.

        Inspite of my various requests to meet Mr. Mishra, I am unable to seek appointment with him, regarding N.O.C.

        Also to my utter surprise, the payment of Rs 50000/- that I deposited in PNB, Katra Bhai Sant Singh Branch is not reflecting in my bank statement. I visited the branch yesterday, Mr. Verma refused me to give the statement of my account and was very rude in his behaviour. He also told me that he has put the deposited money in SUNDRY ACCOUNT without citing any reason for the same.

        I am feeling highly disappointed and harassed for no fault of mine.



        I have attached 2 certificates and the deposit slip of Rs 50000/- alongside the mail, which i recieved from Mr. Verma and Mr. Ramesh Chopra. Kindly help me to get N.O.C. towards full & final settlement of loan and the LIC policy that the bank has kept as security, as offered by Mr. Mishra Dy. G.M. & mutually agreed by all present in the meeting.

          i have a saving a/c in pnb , navyug market but past two days due to my keyboard problem ( internal ) password was wrong type and i do this action for 5 or 6 times and thus a message was come INVALID USER ID OR PASWORD , for this i meet to mr. rajeev sharma ( navyug branch - incharge of this ) but his behaviour is verry verry bad he told me how this is happen then i tell all thing to him for many times but he was not taken any action for this even i wrote a application for new pasword but he simply told that no need of this i will do this without ant application but he not doing any thing regarding this so sir please do some needfull action regarding my new password

            PNB bank/ ATM — CASH MISSING

            I went to collect 1000 rs from ALLAHBAD bank ATM in noida, but thee was no cash in the machine so my transaction was unsuccessful but later in the evening i came to know that Rs 1000 were deducted from my account though I had not taken out the money.
            My ATM card has been issued from NAGPUR branch and prsently i am in KOLKATA. At present my card has been damaged and i wanna replace it. But the branch people here in KOLKATA telling me to cancel the ATM card and get the replacement from where the card has been issued, i.e. NAGPUR.

            I am in great problem right now as i could not able to transact money.
            Kindly help me to get rid of this problem

              I did the shopping from Brand Factory, Bangalore, I swapped the card
              there but it gave the error at that time, I did the cash payment at

              the moment. But the amount was still deducted from our account.


              I gave to our bank in writing but still I have not recieved my money back.
              It has been approximately two and half month gone, It is a big
              harrassment to a customer. You are requested to return the money as
              early as possible.


              The letter given by the brand Factory is being forwaded to U.

I submitted my pass book in 04-09-09 but entery is not posted in my pass book and i have not received the my pass book And Bank Manager do nat provite facility of ATM.

              Branch Manager is harassing me for giving my pass book . As per Bank rule
              if a employee resigned from the job. It is a big harrassment to a customer but the branch manager deliberately delaying/ not giving my aforesaid dues.

              kindly advise me urgently You are requested to return the pass book as early as possible.

                i vijay singh choudhary(A/c no. [protected]) , on 27 july 2009 use HDFC atm & i pressed button gor 1500 RS. button on screen i saw a error "time out".Then i lodge complain 28 July 2009 (complain no.[protected] on PNB toll free no. .
                After lodging complain at PNB toll free no. I made many time requested to kindly credit my a/c.But so far money has not yet been credited.
                I have already forwarded complain to circle office & branch office on 8 september via courier.
                Please help me as earlier as.

                  Sir, I am Ajay Kushwaha, holding an account in PNB Bank, Branch Siwah, Panipat, Haryana with account No: 313800 [protected]. I had opened my account in PNB on 11 Nov, 2007 and ATM card ( No:[protected] was issued to me on the same day. On 5th March 2008, I informed bank to block my ATM No as I came to know that an unknown person had withdrawn amount Rs 10,314 ( in two shift of amount Rs. 5017) from my account on 23rd Feb 2009 using my ATM Card. The Bank had issued new ATM Card (No: [protected]) on 16 June 2008 and told me that my earlier ATM No had been blocked by them.
                  On 15th Sept 2009, I was shocked when my cheque got bounced. On investigation I came to know that an unknown person had withdrawn total amount Rs.12000 in two shift on 13th Sept 2009 at 11:33am (information given by customer care on telephonic conversation) from my OLD ATM NUMBER but as per my knowledge that number was blocked by bank as this was told to me at the time of issuing of new ATM CARD.
                  I discussed this matter with the branch manager (PNB Bank, Branch: Siwah, Panipat). He replied that he could not do anything and he did not have any record of my Account so the only solution is to open a new account and close the present account.
                  Kindly take necessary action to help me in this regard to get my money back as this is due to carelessness of bank. Tell me what to do? I am very much disappointed since this is not a small amount for me and covers a big part of my salary.

                    My big brother was doing some work of Febrication on Nagar palika Baloda and Nagar palika officer gave him a bearer cheque checque No. is "076202" cheque amount is 3780/- he was going to Panjab National Bank Baloda Branch Dist- Janjgir champa (C.G.)
                    for clear of cheque but the office of PNB told him you need to open a account for cheque widrowl otherwise they can't clear the cheque but as my knoladge we not need to open a account for bearer cheque.we are request to the bank officer 3 to 4 time but they can't do nothing .
                    we ask to some another bank officer they told us we not need to open account for this cheque.

                    PNB — cheque not send on time

                    sir i am bearing a/c no [protected] with sector 26 chandigarh .i had deposit a cheque of rs 50000/- on 3rd april 2010. according to time it may be credit on 6 april . but till now it is not credits when contanct to branch they sent it for clearing on 7 april only when my cousin go to branch. on behalf of it i issued a cheque of rs 42000/- to satnam singh. and cheque did nt clear he started to harrass me to give money. who is responsible to sent the cheque to clearing is it for PNB staff to store cheques in their drawers and who take care i am very tense i know it is just a formality nothing is going to happen we are here just to write complaint but it will be immense pleasure for me if i got a reply

                      Dear Sir,
                      I used my ATM card( My Saving A/C: [protected], Bank Name: Punjab National Bank, Branch: Preet Vihar ) to withdraw Rs. 900/- from HDFC ATM Pamposh Enclave GK-1, on dated[protected] around 19.00-19.30 hours). All the process was completed but actually amount Rs.900/- did not come out from the machine. I again put my ATM card in the machine for enquiry but after that it did not process. Then I went to PNB ATM located at Seikh Sarai and withdrew Rs.900/- from the ATM and also collected Mini Statement. But I was surprised to see that Rs.900/- was debited from my account during the unsuccessful transactions at the HDFC ATM machine. Due to some technical fault or inconsistency which might have occurred ATM machine, Rs.900/- were deducted from my account but this money was not received by me.
                      So please do the needful and reverse Rs. 900/- in my account.

                      I used my ATM card( My Saving A/C: [protected], Bank Name: Punjab National Bank) to withdraw Rs. 5500/- from Punjab National Bank ATM ( 7/197 Geeta Colony, Delhi 31), on dated[protected] around 19:18 pm).All the process was completed but actually amount Rs.5500/- did not come out from the machine.I again put my ATM card in the machine for enquiry but after that it did not process. Then I went to PNB ATM located at 11block geeta colony and withdrew Rs.5500/- from the ATM and also collected Mini Statement.But I was surprised to see that Rs.5500/- was debited from my account during the unsuccessful transactions at the Punjab National Bank Atm machine. Due to some technical fault or inconsistency which might have occurred ATM machine, Rs.5500/- were deducted from my account but this money was not received by me.So please do the needful and reverse Rs. 5500/- in my account and take action against it

                          Hi,

                          I had opened an account (A/C No ITP 196) under the Compulsory Deposit Scheme for Income Tax Payers with Punjab National Bank, Sadar Branch, Lucknow in the year 1986. The account has been inactive for the last couple of years.

                          Last month i tried to withdraw the available balance in my account from the bank and to my surprise i was informed that due to inactivity the account has been closed and therefore the balance cannot be withdrawn from the account.

                          The branch manager Mr. Sanjay Mishra even refused to entertain queries on this account and also denied to accept a written application for refund of the balance amount.

                          I request you to kindly intervene for the refund of funds. I also intend to log a complaint in Banking Ombudsman scheme of RBI.

                            My name is Shashank Arora and I have an account in PNB and I faced this problem of money withdrawal when I tried to withdraw Rs. 4500 from the ATM machine of HDFC ( located in udyog vihar phase-5 gurgaon) on Sep 8, 2009. The ATM showed that the transaction was unsuccessful but after thatmy account balance was short of Rs. 4500. So i want u to have a look into this matter and resolve it ASAP. ( Actually there were two ATM machines and this problem occured on the 1st machine and when i tried to withdraw from the second machine the transaction became successful but my account was already short of Rs. 4500 as i mentioned earlier).

                            My name is Inderjeet and I have an account in PNB and I faced this problem of money withdrawal when I tried to withdraw Rs. 3900/- from the ATM machine of SBI ( located in New Delhi rly sation) on Sep 16th, 2009. The ATM showed that the transaction was unsuccessful but after that my account balance was short of Rs. 3900/-. I have complaint to PNB CCE (comp.no.[protected] and my amount of 3900/- is credit on the dated of Oct.16th 2009.But dated on Oct. 21st 2009, this amount 3900/- again debited from my account.i goes to my PNB branch and they says this transaction of 3900/- is successfully and claim can celled.
                            If this transaction is successfully u can see atm cameras to me and this transaction is shown both same TXN.for 1800, 3900, txn.id ATM/CWDR/S1AN, Plz do needful and given response.

                                On dated 2-3-2011at 06:37;15 i withdrew Rs.800.00(eight hundred) from above chitganj centcash ATM with TERMINAL F41NO19501 AND CARD NO [protected].The tx# 5467.
                                But unfortunately machine gave only 300.00 in hundred rs. note.and did not give 500 rs note whereas whole amount was deducted from my pnb account.

                                  I am an account holder of Savings a/c no.[protected] at PNB Prashant Vihar (Delhi) branch for the past 6-7 years.

                                  On August 14, 2009 i used my Debit card for withdrawal of money or Rs. 8,000/- from Axis bank ATM (Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi)

                                  However the amount got struck in the machine and the a/c was debited with the same amount.

                                  I informed about the same by calling the toll free on of PNB. the customer care executive said that the same will get reverse back in 2 working days and did not log the complaint.

                                  I again called up the customer care after 5 working days on August 22, 2009 where they said that it will take 12 working days and lodged the complaint vide complaint No. 18991419.

                                  I also informed about the same to the branch, however no satisfactory answer was received even from the branch manager and he asked me to go to ATM cell. Why a customer of PNB should approach the ATM cell as my account is in Prashant vihar branch.

                                  Even after 15 working days the amount has not got reversed back.

                                  Please note that according to RBI guidelines if the amount struck in ATM is not reversed within 12 working days, the Bank is liable to pay interest @ 2.5% per day on that amount.

                                  Request you to look into the matter on priority basis or i will be left with only option of taking legal action against the Bank.

                                  My daughter Ku Soundary Deep Kaur used her ATM card on Bank of Baroda, Chandigarh on[protected], but could not withdraw money but a sum of Rs. 3000/-was debited from my A/c No. [protected], with PNB, Indora, Distt. Kangra H.P. and a complaint was also registered with No. 18530893, dated[protected] before this complailt I wrote a letter to Bank of Baroda, Chandigarh and PNB, Indora, but result is Zero. Now I have desided that I would have to approach the Distt. Consumer Court, Dharamsala, Distt. Kangra for reddressal of my grievances.

When I had swiped my ATM Card in machine to withdraw a Rs.3500/- I received the slip that Transaction is declined and I did not get the money . When I went to the PNB Branch for update the Pass Book on 30.03.2010 that the amount of Rs.3500/- has been debited to my S.B A/c No.[protected] maintained copy enclosed . I had immediate reported the matter to Customer Care on 30.03.2010 vide Complain No.27118754 Customer Care had told me that amount will be credited to your A/c within 12 days and also inform to Manager PNB where I maintained the S.B A/c. The Manager had told that me to report to the Manager ATM Branch where you swiped . Manager ATM Branch had told me that the matter will be solved by the Customer Care we can not do any thing .

                                  Sir it is a matter of great surprised that my hard earned money has been debited to the account without receive the money and neither Manager ATM Branch nor Customer Care had solved my case and has not credited the amount to my S.B A/c so far in spite 45 days have been passed.

                                  Sir, I hereby request you that my hard earned money may be credit to my S/B A/c at the earliest . Your kind helps will to ease help me my day financial hardship.

                                  PNB — ATM is not working for so many days

                                  ATM of Punjab National Bank located at Ludhiana Road near Police Thana in Nawanshahr is not working for so many days. I have called to there toll free number but they always kept my call on hold saying that my call is being diverted to some other number and not response for very long period. This is the only ATM in the city so we have to do transactions from other bank's ATM and as we only get 5 transactions per month, after that charges are applied. So please make arrangement for the repair of this ATM as soon as possible. Hope u will understand the problems of the resident of Nawanshar and take quick action in this regard.
                                  I, Chander parkash kukreja, used PNB CITY BRANCH ATM on 01/06/2012 vide TXN 3873 for RS.10000 but i didnt receive money. We complaint to both PNB as well as SBI bank, But they both didnt gave us response regarding our problem.We have wriiten so many letters and telephoned request to PNB sonipat for no access cash certificate, But the PNB BANK MANAGER is not co-operating at all, Moreover they always behave very rude and he is not providing us no access cash certificate.Its been more than 4 months we are continuosly visiting them to get our problem solved, and now they are saying, we, Punjab NAtional BAnk, cant do anything in this problem, Forward your complaint to ATM Cell. They Talked with the Centralised bank of PNB. The Manger said, we cannot entertain your problem.You are the only last source now, please Help us to get my money back, i was the first account holder in pnb and we are getting the services like this.                                     I am Gaurav chugh bearing the A/C no. [protected] and debit card no.[protected] at benjamin road branch of your bank in Ludhiana. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have with withdrawn Rs.1500 on[protected] from HDFC Atm at shingaar cinema road, which i have also tried atfirstly at PNB at Brown road then IDBI near CMC hospital and then AXIS near IDBI but i don't get money at these due to reasons lied with the service of bank.All the transaction are rejected by ATM and then i finally got money at HDFC in last.I my pass book bank has shown dr. bal. of Rs. 1341 but my bal. after withdrawl of Rs.1500 is Rs.159 in Credit according to HDFC Atm.More over i have swipe card on[protected] for Rs.800 but it has been debited on[protected]. Now Bank is demanding Rs.1341 for balancing my A/C.

                                        sent an e-mail to ICICI bank and they will find out transaction no.8100 i waited till August2009 but no response PNB is telling ICICI bank never responded back and ultimately they suggested to complaint against ICICI bank while this is the responsibility of the PNB because i am it`s customer but no response from anywhere.

                                        My father suggested me to rais a complaint via SPARSH and i have great faith with SPARSH please ask these banks to returm my hardearn money as i am waiting since 10 months but they dont want to return my money.

                                        Please provide my money as after maternity i am in great need of money.
