Sir
I have ordered two product MSI graphics card on 20 th february and also a redgear keyboard on 21st february .It was to be received on 1st march. But I have not received my refunded money. Amazon said it was Bank charge disputed problem. Bank did not help me.
Amazon initiated the refund on 3rd march and it was expected to come on 8th march.
Amazon gave me the reference id (74056631064106240957074) for rupees 3299 and reference Id ( 74332741063106252575198) for rupees1299 . but the PNB bank has still not credited my money.

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

      Amazon initiated the amount on 3rd march 2021 of the product and they are also provided refund reference number 30005110541054177775667 but still not credit in my account. and punjab national bank is not helping me out on this problem.

        The company tatacliq initiated a refund of Rs.842 through bank ref. no. (HDFD89185C475794BA8ADFBB47B2F42ODCB) ON 21ST September 2020 but hasn't been credited in the source account to which it should have been credited.

            I purchased a product from amazon. But i have returned it. They given me a refund of 7290 rs. On 01/03/2021. But i didn't get amount in my account yet. Then amzaon gave me a refund reference number which i used this no to update my account. But i PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK denied look into this matter. Then i called to PNB customer care, but they didn't help me too. Now what i do.
            Plz look into the matter nd help me soon.

              Everytime I return any product I have to go through with this issue .. my refunded amount doesn't reflect on my account.
              Samee happened this time, I have returned 4-5 items of myntra.com I have received the refund of only 2-3 of them. Kindly please look into the matter asap
              I'm sending the pics of refund reference numbers of every product cz I also don't know which amount of which product have I received.. so kindly please check and refund my rest of the amount ASAP

                I purchases a POCO m2 pro phone from flipkart on 30 november 2020 and paid 13999 rs from my debit card. but the order was cancelled on the same day and now flipkart is saying refund has been done. I didnt receive any refund so flipkart told to contact customer care and raise charge disput. I contact PNB customer care, they said there is no such thing as charge dispute, and the people in the bank branch also said this. The customer support and behavior is very rude, their website isnt functioning properly so I couldnt file a complaint online, and there customer helpline people cut calls as they please and are very rude and provided no help.
                I have been struggling to get my money back, flipkart only gave a reference number, but bank is refusing to take any complaint.

                I do not know what to do, I feel cheated and harrassed. I have been struggling to get my money, the stress made me unable to properly concentrate on my exams too. I had to visit my bank branch at least 6-7 times and no help was provided except they sent an email and no response. I am really troubled for this kind of behavior and lack of support, I wish to get my compensation for all the trouble as well the refund amount as soon as possible
