    My name is Rakesh Kumar meena and I had ordered shose of RS. 1850 and in Amazon on 01-03-21
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent these reference number
    #30005110601060218517908 (For RS 1850)and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So

        The product I returned was One Plus Buds Z. The amount to be refunded is 2919Rs. PNB Customer Care as well as PNB Branch Manager are not helping. They are telling we don't have time for these things.

              My name is shubham Gupta and i had ordered the Saral home grey floral printed soft... Rs 449 and status 3D printed runner carpet rug ant... Rs 358 in Amazon on 26/02/2021 which I returned due to personal reasons and on 04/03/2021 Amazon initiated my refund to my card. But I still didn't get the money.                 I had booked a train ticket for my travel from ludhiana to dhanbad on 11th of January 2021. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my travel. IRCTC has refunded the money with the following reference number[protected] but the same is yet to be credited to my account. It's been more than 2 months.                   I have ordered a Embassy dish draining Basket on 1st March, 2021. Due to the damage of the product I had to return that product. Amazon initiated the refund on 4th March and it was expected to come on 10th March.                           I have heared Nirav modi have done fraud with Punjab national bank..Now PNB has done fraud with me..let me explain the complete scenario.

                          I am ICICI account holder and tried to withdraw money from one of your ATM which is located near gurudev crossing Knapur.

                          I tried to withdraw 500 and 500 2 times so total 1000. Money has been debited from my account but did not get the money.
                          My bank requested to reverse the money and you people is saying that it was the successfull transation which is not. it means you have done fraud with me. How can you say it was successfull transation. give me the proof and Bank is doing with me sich kind of thing.. i cant believe so our money even not save in the bank too..

                                  A cheque (No. PUNBH [protected]) was
                                  deposited at UBI (PUNB), Boko branch on 15/02/2021 in the name of Diwas Rajkhowa. The amount deducted from the account of the account holder but the same has not been credited in the beneficiary account till date. In this connection, I am to request you to kindly take necessary action to provide status of the cheque clearance.
