Ordered resting chair from Amazon of Rs.6999 on 1st March 2021 order id[protected]
and cancelled on 3rd March 2021 till not received the amount and provided refund reference number saying that Amazon has initiated refund from their end RRN NO-L2LHURYN0000KKZT1ZS5 and also raised complaint to bank and no response from them.

It's been 5days no response yet please give response and as I am a student it is a huge amount please help me in this to getting this refund thank you
When can I expect the amount to be received it’s been 1.5 month to receive the amount as I am a stuck it’s big amount got stuck please help me in. Issuing this thank you

    I had bought an item from Amazon which I cancelled on 14th of March and the refund was initiated on that day itself, I did my transaction using my UBI atm/debit card of amount 659. The Amazon customer service said the refund is done by their side and asked to contact bank customer care so I called up the PNB customer care(because UBI is now PNB) but they said no such amount is added to your account. I called back again the Amazon customer service they provided me with the refund reference number and asked me to fill in the charge dispute form of the bank... Please help me get the refund.

      I was contacted by an shine.com representative for registering on job portal with Rs. 10 as soon as I was redirected to payment portal and i made the payment instead of Rs. 10/- my account was debited with Rs. 10, 000/- the security system of the bank is breached and compromised. I got an sms with otp which I found out to be fraudulent but it is active and processed by the bank. I have raised my complaint to the bank as well as cyber crime but still got no response.

        Dear Team,
        PNB is delaying to provide foreclosure letter, why do they take 15 working days to provide foreclosure letter. Nowadays systems are more faster to process any type of loans, but do their system are very slow in processing to close loan?
        I have paid all my EMI genuinely and the same i am expecting from bank side. Money is most important matter for everyone and not only for banks. Already i have paid a lot to my bank. I am following with customer care team daily for providing a closure letter. PNB will not receive check from 25th to end of the month. Again there will be delay now. My loan account no is [protected]

            I have ordered a product from amazon but due to some reasons I returned them.
            Amazon initiated the refund amount on March 13 successfully, but still the amount not credited.
            After contacting this issue with bank they are saying bank has nothing to do with it.

                  I have booked a ticket on Irctc and than cancelled it. My third party app initiate the refund on 17 March but it didn't reflected in my PNB account. I called to the merchant and they provided me the ARN number and told that your bank is taking time. When I visited my branch that official don't know to track the ARN status and keep asking me to visit the branch regularly. Please help me with that PNB. I want my refund as soon as possible.                     Respected sir,

                    I am Amit Shaw have ordered a laptop of 42900 on 12 th March from Amazon with order id:[protected] and on the next day I cancelled the order. Amazon told me that they sent the refund to me on 14 th March with refund reference number:# 30005110711071127934990. But the amount didn't credited to my account yet. Amazon told me to visit bank but bank employees do not cooperating with me. And Amazon reiterating same thing everyday I call them.
                    Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. And take action against both Amazon and bank ( United Bank of India) to get my money back soon. I am providing screenshot of my order and refund id.

                      My name is kartik dhama and I had ordered a product of RS.499 a mobile phone accessory in Amazon on 11/03/2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 14/03/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110701070169628264 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank is not entertaining me and simply just ignoring me being a college student 499 rs is large amount for me. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]. The bank is saying contact amazon and amazon is saying contact your bank they are simply just blaming each other, kindly look into this complaint i would be grateful to you.

                        Recently my little brother made a in-game purchase on a game called call of duty mobile as soon as I got the confirmation of amount deducted from my account I immediately immediately contact the Google support and cancel the order but the merchant wont refund my amount

I called PNB and also contacted my PNB Branch Officer but They refused my request. So at last I gave up. I didn't knew about Consumer Complaints.

                                      I have ordered a product MSI graphics card on 20 th february.It was to be returned on 1st march. But I have not received my refunded money. Amazon said it was Bank charge disputed problem. Bank did not help me.
                                      Amazon initiated my refund on 3rd march and it was expected to come in 8th march. I am complain Many times but they don't have me any information and didn't solve my problem.
