I have ordered a product from amazon but due to some reasons I returned them.
Amazon initiated the refund amount on March 13 successfully, but still the amount not credited.
After contacting this issue with bank they are saying bank has nothing to do with it.

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ordered a product mobile phone on 14 th march.It was to be returned on 16st march. But I have not received my refunded money. Amazon said it was Bank charge disputed problem. Bank did not help me.
Amazon initiated my refund on 16rd march and it was expected to come in 24th march. I am complain Many times but they don't have me any information and didn't solve my problem.
Amazon gave me the reference id (30005110731073199955156) (30005110731073199955156) for rupees 5549 and 100. but the PNB bank has still not credited my money.
