I have ordered the product on 11 feb 2021 and price of the product was 499/-...i paid the product's amt through my debit card

But due to some reason i cancelled the product on 15th feb..
And refund initiated by amazon on 15th feb 2021

But still my refund has not been received..

      Maine amazon se ek phone order kya tha..aur uska paisa maine advance m hi pay kr dya tha..debit card se. Aur wo order phr cancel ho gya..lkin mera paisa abhi tk refund nhi hua..maine amazon customer care ko call kya to use bola Apka paisa yha se bhj dya gya h..ap apne bank se contact kare...usne reference number bhi dya h

          I ordered a product from Amazon on 31 Jan and returned it in 8 February the order I'd is-
          [protected] and the price of product is 375, they initiated my refund on 8 February but I did not get it then I called them and they provide me a refund reference number that is 30005110281028203648415 and said that I will get my money within 4 days but I still didn't get my money.

                My name is sandhya sahu and i had ordered reebok men shoe of Rs 2249 in amazon on 4-02-21 and after 13-02-21 i returned this order due to personal reason and on 14-02-21 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110351035233264183 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank doesn't have this policy.please kindly respond to this complaint.It's very urgent.Thank you

                    Amazon says they have issued refund in my account but it doesn't show in my account, also they have issued me a refund reference number but the bank employees hasn't provided any information regarding my refund from REDUND REFERENCE NUMBER i.e 037515 you can check the same in bottom of the below screenshot

                          I ordered denill shoes from amazon on 28 January 2021 but i returned that in 9th of February 2021 ... amazon initiated my refund on 14 February 2021 but not still receive in my account ... amazon give me a reference number i.e. 30005110281028193620747 and my order id is[protected] cost of that shoes was 569 ... i paid 30 rs from my amazon wallet and 539 i paid by my card

                              कार्यालय: राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालय पहाड़ीपुर 4413 सेवा मे शाखा प्रबंधक PNB JHAJJAR क्रमांक : दिनांक: विषय: श्री नवीन कुमार लिपिक (093504)द्वारा लिये गए विभागीय advance construction of house under rule 10.16 की त्रुटि ठीक करने बारे| उपरोक्त विषय के संदर्भ मे इस कार्यालय द्वारा हरियाणा सरकार के दिशा निर्देशों अनुसार श्री नवीन कुमार लिपिक (093504) का advance for construction of house का online feb.2019 मे आवेदन किया गया था| Finance Dept Haryana के अनुसार हरियाणा सरकार के कर्मचारी PNB की किसी भी शाखा से Finance Dept की शर्तों/ब्याज दरों के अनुसार loan/Advance ले सकते है| आप द्वारा online आवेदन प्राप्त करने उपरांत कर्मचारी से जो दस्तावेज मांगे गए वे सभी दस्तावेज ( चार हजार रुपए के स्टाम्प पेपर, DDOकी स्वीकृति, बॉन्डपेपर, प्लाट का मालिकाना पत्र इत्यादि ) आप के कार्यालय मे जमा करवाने उपरांत दिनांक 08/03/2019 को advance की पहली किस्त 323860/-रुपए की जारी की गई | जबकि दूसरी व तीसरी किस्त उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र देने उपरांत क्रमश: दिनांक 25/04/2019, 22/05/2019 को जारी की गई | जिसकी प्रत्येक की राशि 242760/-रुपए थी| विभागीय नियमों अनुसार कर्मचारी का 809200/-रुपये(34months basic pay) advance स्वीकृत किया गया था|जिसके मूलधन की रिकवरी 96 किस्तों मे की जानी थी तथा बाद मे ब्याज की रिकवरी(Installment amount के अनुसार) की जानी थी |अत: निम्न त्रुटि उक्त advance मे कर्मचारी द्वारा जताई गई है | Sr no Particular Issue date Installment deduction start त्रुटि किस्त की राशि जो आप द्वारा काटी गई त्रुटि(विभागीय नियम अनुसार किस्त की राशि जो काटनी थी) 1 1st installment of advance Rs. 323680/- 08/03/2019 March 2019 pay विभागीय नियम अनुसार पहली किस्त की कटोती advance जारी करने के 4th माह के वेतन से की जानी थी| 12078/- 8092/- (Total advance/100) 2 2nd installment of advance Rs. 242760/- 25/04/2019 3 3rd installment of advance Rs. 242760/- 22/05/2019 इस संदर्भ मे कर्मचारी द्वारा कई बार डिलिग को सूचित किया जा चुका है जबकि कर्मचारी की समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया गया है |उसको केवल आश्वासन दिया गया है| अत: उक्त त्रुटि को ठीक करे तथा कर्मचारी की ज्यादा काटी गई राशि का भुगतान करे| ताकि किसी भी प्रकार के कोर्ट केस से बचा जा सकें व कर्मचारी को वित्तीय हानि न पहुचे| पालनार्थ आप की सेवा मे प्रेषित है| संलग्न : अड्वान्स डीटेल इसकी एक प्रति निम्न को आगामी कार्यवाही हेतु प्रेषित है| 1 Branch Head, PNB, Nodal officer branch, SCO-136, Sector-14, Panchkula 2.Chief secretary Finance dept.                                     I have raised a complaint against pnb but pnb is not listening amamzon has inititaed the refund but it is not credited in account neither any credit transaction is taki g place even pnb msg service is inactive.
