      My name is HILLOL CHOUDHURY and I had ordered Fastrack UV Protected Square Men's Sunglasses of RS.634 in Amazon on 04/02/2021 and after 09/02/2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 10/02/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (30005110351035223203126) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number last four digit is (5443) and my email id is ([protected]@gmail.com)

        I have ordered a product from amazon and i have return the product but till now i have not got my refund in my account i have returned the product on 1feb2021 but till now i have not got my refund amazon has saying they have initiated the amount on 1st of feb but there is a problem in my bank and amazon has send me all the proofs from there side and they have also given me a reference no. i.e 30005410331025174814673 .and the amount is Rs.316 soo plzz help in these case asap.

                              Refund of amount ₹1759/- is initiated from amazon but stuck somewhere and didn't credited to my punjab national bank account. The refund reference number of the transaction is #30005110421042142990250.
                              Amazon is saying to talk to pnb customer and quote the above numbers to locate the refund or either charge a dispute form but pnb is saying they can't help in this issue.
