    I ordered goods and paid online from Spencer on 25th jan which got cancelled the same day from there side.I applied for refund from them which is initiated and refunded by them per the mail.
    It's been more than 25days, my acct is not credited yet.Here I disclose the proof of transaction from their end(Spencers).
    Razorpay has also approved that the refund is made but my bank is not reflecting the transaction.
    I had contact PNB branch and customer care. No proper response and my problem not yet resolve.The bank says there is no charge dispute facility.They are not helping me in any way
    Please resolve my issue.

      I had ordered the product from Amazon on 16 February 2021 . The price of the product was 1199 rupees. The order ID is[protected]. I have not received the refund still in my bank account and the reference ID which I got from Amazon is 30005110471047208882555.

        Not credit my refund balance by Punjab national bank. मेरा अभी तक refund वापिस नहीं हुआ है 15 तारिक को और 17/02/2021 को अमेज़ॉन से रिफंड क्रेडिट हो चुका है पर पंजाब नेशनल बैंक से बैलेंस क्रेडिट नहीं हुआ है सर नाही बात कर रहे है और नाही कम्प्लेंट ले रहे हैं काफी बार कॉल किया मेरे पास फुल डेटा है

            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                I have ordered a product from flipkart on 15th Jan 2021 but the product is damaged so i have complaint so the flipkart changed my product on 23rd Jan 2021 . But the product i received is again not working properly so have complaint for return the product .so the product i have returned but i don't get my refund back reguarding this order id - OD[protected] The coustmer care give me reference id - 17203011029104362676812 The refund amount is 2449 But its not reflect in my account.
                But the seller say it has been credited in my account on 14th Feb 2021
                But i have not received
                Please resolve this problem

                  I had ordered from Amazon on[protected] worth rs 29999/- which i successfully cancelled on[protected] amd sincei had paid with debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited by[protected] in my bank account but didn't happened till today. I contacted Amazon team which replied me back with reference number stating they have successfully initiated the refund process on[protected]

                      I purchased oppo a31 Rs10990 from amazon on 16/2/21 and done full payment by debit card but I cancelled the order on 16 feb 2021 due to some reasons and refund was initiated by amazon on the same day. It should have reflected in my account by now but it's not been credited yet, now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference #30005110471047118372986

                      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behaviour by PNB branch also. Dont know what to do. I desperately request you to transfer the amount of rs 10990 in my account today, I really need the amount for urgent fees submission. Below attached photo is the IMG of msg from Amazon customer service of the refund reference number.

                          I had returned an order on amazon and the company had initiated refund for the said order vide REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER 30005110291029093989859 on 10th February 2021 and as per the company’s policy the refund should be credited in my account bearing account number [protected] by 15th february but today it is 23 february and the amount has not been credited till date.                             On[protected], I ordered the product from Amazon for Rs. 1442 and cancelled the same product on the same day.
                            Payment was partially from the debit card(688rs) of PNB bank and amazon pay balance(754rs).
                            Amazon already credited the amount of amazon pay balance(754rs) and to my bank account on[protected]rs) but the amount is not credited in my pnb bank account till now.

                            I am very much frustrated with PNB BANK service.

                            It has veen 23 days but problem is not solved till now. What kind of service u are having...just very dissapointed.

                                I have returned a "boAt Rockerz 255 Mic(Raging Red)" on 8 feb 2021.Refund was to be recieved before 14 feb 2021.But I have not recieved my refund.
                                Amazon initiated the refund on 9 feb 2021 and it was expected to come on 14 feb 2021.
