Sir My name is Ravish kumar and I had ordered a product of RS.4699 Redmi 9 mobile with exchange offer Amazon on 11/01/2021. & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 29/01/2021. I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 03/02/2021. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110111011213787106 . and told me to fill charge dispute form but punjab natinol Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected].

      I orderedan item on 2nd or 3rd feb and received after that i returned it because of misfit amazon refunded money to my debit card 7-10 business days after return but i didn't received it. today i have got the refund refrence no. from amazon and i have screenshots of bills and rrn no. plz. resolve

          I should get my refund after 3rd February buy till then i haven't got my reference number but after 8th feb i contact wd Amazon with there kindness i got my reference number by 17th February but till now i didn't got my money back and my reference number is (30005110201020183069859) .
          I hope this site will help me out with my problem.

            Punjab national bank has not creredited my money to my account depsite the fact that 8days have passed afer the refund return period and still continues to be incompetent lazy and absolutely useless in resolving the issue my refund was processed from amazon's side and the bank says no refund has been issued despite providing them with a refund reference number refund reference number 74332741039103818792152 74332741031103093894838
            My money still hasn't reached my account despite requesting them many times and what's funny is that they update the status as complaint resolved online on their own without resolving any issue whatsoever to the customer... Sad service and exceptionally pathetic attitude by the bank. Dont open any account with this bank

                  I Ordered An Item From AMAZON SHOPPING APP, But Got Cancelled By Delivery Agent After Which Amazon Refunded The Amount Of Rs.7999 AND Rs.100 Whose REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER Is 30005110201020183090988 THE payment is Still Not reflected in my bank account.

                    I have ordered a (Kobo WTA-04 Power Cotton Gym Support with Thumb Support Grip Gloves (Black), on (1-Feb-2021).It was recieved on (3-Feb-2021). And I returned
                    the order and my order get picked up by Amazon on (4-Feb-2021). But I have not recieved the amount in my bank account of the returned product.
                    Amazon initiated the refund on (5-Feb-2021) and it was expected to come on (10-Feb-2021).
                    Amazon gave me the reference id (30005410371032164731835) but the (Punjab National bank) bank has still not credited my money.

                    This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                                My name is Amar Das and I had ordered boAt Earphone of R.S= 777/- product name boAt Compatible imported Rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless Earphone in Club Factory on 22th June 2020 and after this I return the product due to product was defective. And after few days I am whenever check my refund history there always showing refunded your money. But still I not get Refund the money in my bank account. Later I am contact the customer care they just told me your Refund initiated from the club factory but I don't get the money back.                                     I made a transaction of amount Rs 2496/- on 29.01.2021 through my debit card of PNB to buy Skull candy wireless earbuds from the ecommerce website Amazon. Due to some quality issues, I returned the item on 03.02.2021 and the refund was issued by Amazon on the same day which was supposed to be reflected in my account within next 3-5 days but the same has not been credited into my account till date. I contacted Amazon and they gave me Refund Reference no. 30005110291029144280944 so I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
